Cochise College turns 50 
Cochise College celebrates its 50th anniversary Sept. 22 at the Sierra Vista Campus, beginning at 4 p.m. with an authors’ signing, followed by a ceremony at 6 p.m. and Beatles tribute band “Twist & Shout” performing at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public to bring a blanket and enjoy the show.

Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
