Learn to “Apply Physics in Your Kitchen: High Altitude Cooking” during a class taught by Glenn Minuth, Cochise College Center for Lifelong Learning. Achieve an understanding of scientific concepts to effectively compensate for cooking in the high country of Cochise County. This lecture class takes place Thursday, 6 – 7:30 p.m., on the Sierra Vista Campus, 901 N. Columbo Ave.
