Next Steps for Vets: Career Opportunities in Southern Arizona is working to assist and retain our exiting military personal with careers in Southern Arizona. The event connects employers with job seekers and future students with training programs. This event is open to all veterans and their spouses who have separated from service or will in the next 12 months. An RSVP is required to attend.

This program is a partnership of Pima County One Stop, Pima Community College, Tech Parks Arizona, Airman and Family Readiness Center at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona Workfoce Connection - Cochise, Graham, Greenlee One Stops and local employers.

Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
