Plans for delays on SR 289 in Santa Cruz County on Sunday

State Route 289, just west of Interstate 19, north of Nogales in Santa Cruz County (milepost 2), will have one 15-minute closure on Sunday (May 1) between the hours of 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. for overhead utility work.



    • Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.

    • Law enforcement officers will be on site to direct traffic.



ADOT advises drivers to plan ahead to avoid the closure or allow extra travel time if traveling during the scheduled closure period.
