Instructions:
  • Please make sure to have your table set up before 9:00 a.m.
  • Be ready by 9:00 a.m.
  • Please place the school supplies inside the backpacks. Do not place any school supplies in any other bags.
  • Please do not bring bags. The only bags allowed at the event are the backpacks. This will help ensure we have enough supplies for all children in attendance.
  • Please sign student cards to ensure they stopped by your table. Do not forget to remind them to stop at each table.
  • The student cards will be collected to help keep track of the number of back packs distributed this will be the last table. A bin will be located at the last table where they will deposit cards. 
  • If your organization is donating a gift for the raffle please make sure to include a business card. We want to recognize those organizations who donate a raffle prize.
  • We will have a raffle table next to the backpacks. These prizes will help us collect funds for next year. Please help encourage participants to purchase a ticket.

Raffle prizes include items from the Phoenix Suns, AZ Dbacks, AZ Cardinals, AZ Coyotes and UofA. A $60.00 dollar gift certificate from the Cafe Roka, “The Parlor” donated $50.00 worth of services.  “Facial Room/Hair Salon” donated two gift certificates, $25.00 each.  "The Bisbee Hair Connection” donated a free manicure.

Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
