Corey Feldman Engaged to Girlfriend Courtney Anne -- Check Out His Unique Proposal. Corey Feldman is soon to be a married man! The 80s child star and performer recently proposed to longtime girlfriend Courtney Anne, according to People. Feldman popped the question while celebrating the couples' fourth anniversary in Palm Springs, Calif. over this past weekend. But instead of getting down on one knee and presenting Courtney with a diamond sparkler, Feldman told the outlet that nerves got the best of him and he opted for a different route. "I was of course a bit nervous, as any man will admit, you never truly know what a woman is thinking," he explained. "So as much as I assumed she would be happy and say yes, there's always that insecure part of my brain that regresses immediately to my childhood and thought maybe not." The 45-year-old ended up writing "Will you marry me?" on a note card with two check boxes, one with a smiley face 'yes' and the other with a frowning face 'no.' As Feldman put it, he "kinda chickened out," adding, "Of course there was a ring in there with the note. Luckily she said yes!" You might recognize his 27-year-old fiance from Corey's infamous Today show performances. Courtney performs as his DJ, dressing up alongside fellow bandmates as angels. As for when these two will ultimately walk down the aisle, Feldman said he expects the soon-to-be newlyweds will hold a "small, secret wedding just for family very soon" and "will likely have a big public wedding for friends and media to attend within a year." Countdown is on. Congratulations, Corey and Courtney! (Eonline)

Ricky Martin Engaged to Jwan Yosef. Ricky Martin was full of surprises on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday. In addition to announcing his Las Vegas residency at the Park Theater at Monte Carlo, the Latin music superstar revealed he is engaged to Jwan Yosef after more than a year of dating. "He's a conceptual artist and I'm a collector. I started looking for art and I saw his art and I went crazy because I really love what he does. Really original," Martin gushed. "And then I contacted him." "And then you collected him," Ellen DeGeneres joked. Indeed he did. "We just got engaged," Martin announced. "I'm sweating!" Martin was "nervous" when he proposed. "I got on my knees and I took out the little metal box. I just had it in a little velvet pouch and instead of saying, 'Will you marry me?' I said, 'I got you something!' Bad," the singer said. "Then he was like, 'Yes.' I said, 'I want to spend my life with you,' and he was like, 'What is the question?' 'Would you marry me?' That's it." He described the proposal as "very beautiful," even if it took 30 minutes for him to realize Yosef said "yes." "I'm so happy for you," DeGeneres told Martin. "You deserve that." Thankfully, Martin's 8-year-old twins get along great with Yosef. "They love each other. It's perfect, Ellen," he said. "It's been really special." (Eonline)

Last weekend, Audrina Patridge got married to her longtime partner of 8 years, Corey Bohan. The nuptials come after the birth of their first daughter, Kirra Max, back in June. And of course, the outdoor Hawaiian ceremony perfectly matched this couple's laid-back bohemian vibe, getting married outdoors by the seaside with lots of flowers and some easy, breezy matrimonial fashion. But it seems the whole affair wasn't quite as carefree as it appeared in all those professional photographs; as Audrina confessed on her website, she actually suffered a minor wardrobe malfunction on her big day. In a blog post on her site titled "My Magical Hawaiian Wedding," Partridge described the inspiration behind the ceremony, writing, "I wanted my wedding to be magical with a hint of romance and Boho glam -- I have Pinterest to thank for the inspiration that slowly brought my vision to life!" But unfortunately, as anyone who's ever attempted to DIY something from Pinterest can attest, things don't always turn out so well as they do on the vision board website. The former reality star continued, "The morning of the wedding was a little hectic... not going to lie. My nerves were all over the place, and it didn't help that we had tons of people coming in and out, saying hello, and finalizing last-minute details." She did all of her wedding makeup in 30 minutes flat, a monumental feat in and of itself, then joined her father for that big walk down the aisle. "I was fighting back tears as we made our way closer to Corey, but as this was happening I could feel my train and veil catching on the wooden poles that lined the aisle, causing it to pull my head back," she said. "I kept moving forward with a smile on my face until it came off!!! I continued walking until some very generous friends ran up behind me to secure it back on my head. LOL -- sometimes you have to roll with the punches!" An attitude any newlywed would be wise to adopt. (People)

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Wear Matching Bracelets. First comes love, then comes jewelry -- just not the diamond kind. Instead, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are sporting what appear to be matching beaded bracelets. The Suits star has worn a strikingly similar band on her wrist for months, easily spotted in photos shared on her Instagram account. Most recently, the 32-year-old Prince of Whales was seen with the bracelet on in London on Tuesday on his way to a rehearsal for the Joyful Noise choir for NAZ, a sexual health charity. Prince Harry has been a staunch supporter of providing sexual resources to communities, particularly HIV testing, which he personally underwent live on Facebook to destigmatize the disease. While Harry was busy applauding the group, photographers captured the colorful beaded bracelet clearly hanging from his wrist -- a subtle sign that even while his leading lady wasn't with him, Markle wasn't too far away. Fortunately, the transatlantic couple hasn't had to spend too much time apart. Just a few days ago, photographers spotted the American actress in Harry's neck of the woods while toting grocery bags to the gates of her British beau's Kensington Palace home, Nottingham Cottage. While she has reportedly since returned to Canada, a source tells E! News that there is talk of Harry planning a trip to go and meet Markle's family. "It is seriously serious," the source added. Though its only been a few months of dating, Markle's trip to Kensington Palace, earning the support of his royal father and a public confirmation of their romance all point to one potential conclusion. "It wouldn't surprise me if he's already thinking about engagement just because that's where his head goes but that's not where the relationship is at right now," a source told E! News. "This is totally Harry. The problem with Harry is when he falls, he falls hard. He goes in big time." (Eonline)

Carrie Fisher Confirms Affair With Harrison Ford. Carrie Fisher is finally coming clean. The star, who for years has hinted that she and Harrison Ford may have had a romantic fling in the past, confirmed her relationship to People. "It was so intense," the 60-year-old actress revealed. "It was Han and Leia during the week, and Carrie and Harrison during the weekend." Fisher was 19 at the time, while Ford was 31. They spent their first night together following a birthday party for George Lucas. In her new memoir, The Princess Diarist, she reveals how insecure she felt. "I looked over at Harrison. A hero's face -- a few strands of hair fell over his noble, slightly furrowed brow," she writes. "How could you ask such a shining specimen of a man to be satisfied with the likes of me?" Fisher also writes that she let his lack of -- ahem -- skills go because "he was really handsome." She also claims that he once got her drunk and seduced her while they were filming in Tunisia. Ford, who was a father of two and married to Mary Marquardt at the time, remained the apple of Fisher's eye for a while. In her book she claims she "relentlessly" tried to have the Six Days, Seven Nights actor make love to her. She also wished he'd propose to her with a "gold band with diamonds (inscribed) 'Carrison.'" But other specific details in their illicit affair remain fuzzy because of "the brutal strength of Harrison's preferred strain of pot." She does make note, however, that her affair with the Hollywood hunk had nothing to do with his marriage to Marquardt falling apart. She claims that it ended "for reasons having nothing whatsoever to do with me." Their relationship ended when filming wrapped, but she looks back on their time together quite fondly. "I was so inexperienced, but I trusted something about him," she says. "He was kind." (Eonline)

The singer shared a tender photo alongside her youngest child and captioned it with, "Thanks for all the messages you sent for Sasha while he was sick. Everything is under control now, and he's back to his cheerful self!" We're sure fans are relieved to hear this news! On Monday, Nov. 7, Shakira announced that she would be canceling her appearances at the Latin Grammys and American Music Awards. "Due to personal matters, I won't be able to travel to Las Vegas & LA to attend the @LatinGRAMMYs or the @AMAs this year," she tweeted. "I will be accompanying @carlosvives in spirit @LatinGRAMMYs, celebrating this incredible year that we've shared together with #LaBicicleta." Ariana Grande's gained a reputation as a diva -- from "licking doughnuts" and saying she "hates America" to even being dumped by a life coach. But sources on the set of NBC's "Hairspray Live!" say the singer's been on her best behavior. After we'd heard rumblings that Grande was back to being bratty, the show's outspoken writer Harvey Fierstein told Page Six from rehearsals in Hollywood: "Ariana is here working her tail off. She is a total team player. She is old-school, singing and dancing. Her only concern is being part of the 'Hairspray' team. If that's diva, then give me more of that!" Another on-set source said, "We didn't know what to expect, but she has been on time to the minute .?.?. The work she's done has been meticulous. She is singing the s?-?-?t out of the score." The source said that after five hours in one recording session, "she was past the point of exhaustion" when producers asked if she wanted to stop. "She said, 'I will not leave until I am done,'" said the source. "I think she will have a breakthrough people aren't expecting in three weeks." (Page Six)

Gigi Hadid Reportedly Thinks Shout Out To My Ex Is 'Immature' & Perrie Edwards Needs To 'Move On' From Zayn Malik -- Oh Snap! We doubt Little Mix's hit Shout Out To My Ex is Gigi Hadid's favorite song of 2016! Why? Well because it's CLEARLY about her current boyfriend, Zayn Malik. As you surely know, Perrie Edwards threw some shade the PILLOWTALK singer's way when the blonde beauty belted in the single that she had faked it during sex with Malik. Shots fired! To make matters worse, it's said in earlier drafts that Miz Perrie also took a dig at Hadid too where she called the 21-year-old "some model chick". Although, we're not sure the OG lyric was so harsh. "Heard he been f*cking some model chick, yeah that sh*t hurt I'll admit, but f*k that boy I'm over it." Nonetheless, this original part of the song left the supermodel and her man pretty upset. One source even dished: "Zayn has heard the original lyrics and was surprised with how harsh they were. He understands that Perrie is free to vent and write about whatever and whomever she wants, but obviously he isn't a fan of the song." We mean, Zayn, you DID break up with Perrie via text after four years together -- girl's got a right to be pissed. Still, Yolanda Hadid's daughter isn't loving all of the shade as the insider continued: "He's been down playing it to Gigi, and telling her not to give it any energy or thought, and that it just comes from a place of jealousy. Gigi wishes Perrie would just move on and leave her and Zayn alone. She thinks the song and the lyrics are immature." (Perez Hilton)

Kendall Jenner Reveals To Ellen DeGeneres Why She Deleted Her Instagram! Kendall Jenner had no idea her quitting Instagram would make the national news. At least that's what she told Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday morning. We're not sure if she's being incredibly naive or super down-to-earth, but the KUWTK star said she didn't even understand how people knew so fast -- until her friends and family told her it was on CNN! But why quit in the first place? Kendall explained she just "needed a break": "I would wake up in the morning and look at it first thing; I would go to bed and it was the last thing I would look at. I felt a little too dependent on it. So I kind of wanted to take a minute. It's a detox." OH, like a cleanse! We totally get that, gurl! Kendall also gave all her fans going through withdrawal hope, promising: "I'll be back." (Perez Hilton)

Former Deadliest Catch Star Jake Harris Admitted to the ICU Following Robbery Attack. Former Deadliest Catch star Jake Harris has been admitted to the ICU following a frightening encounter over the weekend. E! News has learned that firefighters first assessed the reality star Saturday night after receiving a report of an injured male in Washington State. While authorities recommended that Jake be transported to the hospital, he refused. When he returned home, however, residents ended up taking the injured male to the hospital where he was admitted to the ICU. "During the preliminary investigation, the male victim told the officers he was at the Quil Ceda Creek Casino in Marysville, Washington and he was having some people take him home," officer Aaron Snell told E! News. "They ended up in Everett. There was a physical altercation in the car and ultimately he ended up on the side of the highway." Josh Harris recently took to Facebook to give fans even more insight into his brother's condition. "I have some terrible news today. My brother was jumped last night and some individuals decided to beat him pretty good, which is a terrible, terrible thing," Josh explained in the video. "Some individuals beat him to the point where it cracked his skull from his forehead all the way back to where you would be balding as an individual." He continued, "They literally beat my brother, left him for dead, threw him out of a moving vehicle onto the side of the freeway." While Josh alleged on Facebook that Jake was pushed out of a moving car, police have not been able to verify that. Additionally, authorities told E! News that they are working on identifying any and all possible suspects. What police can confirm is that Jake was robbed and had personal property taken by force. They are also working diligently to create probable cause to make an arrest. "We recognize there are several pieces of the puzzle that are missing and we are working to verify the timeline of events," Officer Snell shared with E! News. (Eonline)

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, made a getaway in an SUV early Wednesday morning with her 7-year-old sons ... after eyewitnesses called police out of concern for the kids. TMZ spoke to one of the witnesses who says he and a couple friends were driving past a Salt Lake City car wash around 6 AM Wednesday when they saw a woman swinging wildly at her kids. They pulled over to confront her, not realizing it was Brooke, but say she immediately started yelling. The witness says he recognized Brooke once they got face-to-face, and she seemed "high as a kite." He adds ... Bob and Max were in PJs with no shoes, and one of them begged, "Don't call the cops, they are going to take my mommy away!" Still, the men called police. He says Brooke walked to a run-down hotel behind the car wash and went inside momentarily before the black Escalade arrived. We're told Brooke, the boys and someone who appeared to be an assistant or nanny immediately fled before cops arrived. The witness reported the vehicle's license plate to cops. Law enforcement sources tell us Utah's state police have spoken to Brooke by phone, and no longer think the children are in danger. They're also saying she didn't commit a crime. TMZ broke the story ... police were first called when she went into a bar Tuesday night with the boys, then wandered around town looking for a hotel room. (TMZ)

Police are searching for 2 of Charlie Sheen's kids after his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, wandered into a Salt Lake City bar with them Tuesday night looking disheveled. Sources close to the situation tell us Brooke's bizarre behavior started Tuesday night when she popped up barefoot in the bar ... with her 7-year-old twins, Bob and Max, and tried to bum a cigarette. Witnesses say there was a nanny with them and Brooke got into an altercation with her. We're told someone called police because of the fight and the fact Brooke had 2 kids in a bar. We're told Brooke bolted before they arrived -- and then started popping up at several hotels in the area, trying to get a room. It appears Brooke told someone in the bar she was Sheen's ex and even gave them his phone number -- because we're told cops placed a call to Charlie to tell him about the situation. As of Wednesday morning ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ they're still investigating. Salt Lake City PD got a call about Brooke and the kids around 6:30 AM, but they have not located them. We spoke to Charlie and he says, "I'm just trying to get my kids home safe. I have no other details that relate to the ongoing event." Brooke moved to Utah earlier this year for rehab, and continued living there to get outpatient treatment. (TMZ)

Morena Baccarin and Ex-Austin Chick Fighting Over Brazil Trip With Their 3-Year-Old Son. Morena Baccarin's custody battle over her son Julius is far from over. The Gotham actress is currently in the midst of trying to get her 3-year-old with ex-husband Austin Chick to Brazil to visit her dying grandmother. A source tells E! News that the personal matter is "heartbreaking" and that "this whole situation has been challenging at every level." According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Baccarin asked Chick to consent to letting her take Julius to the country but he didn't approve due to the ongoing Zika epidemic. As a result, the former Homeland actress is asking the courts to issue an order which would allow her to take Julius to Brazil with Ben McKenzie and their baby girl. After almost a yearlong battle, Chick and Baccarin's divorce was finalized in May of this year. She was also previously ordered to pay Chick more than $22,000 per month in child and spousal support. But this year has been met with plenty of highs for Baccarin as well as she welcomed daughter Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan with McKenzie March 2. "All are happy and healthy and appreciate the well-wishes," Baccarin's rep told E! News in a statement at the time, reiterating that the couple is "so happy." (Eonline)

Prince's record label is through playing around with Jay Z -- it just sued the rapper's company for illegally streaming just about every hit song the late singer ever released. Prince's NPG Records is suing Roc Nation for overstepping an agreement Prince signed with them before his death. According to the docs, Prince made a deal for Roc Nation to stream -- through Tidal -- the last album he released before his death ... "Hit N Run: Phase 1." But NPG says Roc Nation decided it also had the green light to stream almost all of Prince's catalog, and started doing that on June 7, 2016 ... which would have been his 58th birthday. NPG says none of that streaming was authorized and it's now suing Roc for copyright infringement, and also to block any continued streaming of his music ... outside of that final album. They don't mention a specific dollar amount, but the damages would be enormous. According to the docs ... Tidal jacked "I Wanna Be Your Lover," "1999," "Little Red Corvette," "Cream," "Purple Rain," "Controversy," "Pop Life," ... just to skim the surface. Seriously, the list goes on for more than 3 full pages. (TMZ)

Never change, Nick. (Eonline)

Cha-Ching! Taylor Swift's love life may have been a roller coaster ride in 2016, but her bank balance just kept going up and up and up. The country pop princess has just been named Forbes highest-earning celebrity under 30, after making a whopping $170 million in just one year. She beat second place's One Direction by $60 million, despite the British boy band having four members, including her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles. The individual who got closest to the 26-year-old Pennsylvania native was Argentinian soccer star Lionel Messi who came in third with $81.5 million earned between July 2015 and July 2016. Swift's super successful 1989 World Tour that raked in $200 million from North America alone, contributed hugely to her impressive income, as did her endorsement deals with the likes of Diet Coke, Keds and Apple. Other singers on the list were Adele, who made $80.5 million to put her in the fourth spot, followed by Rihanna with $75 million, Justin Bieber -- the youngest member of the list -- in 6th with $56 million, and Drake at No. 18 with $38 million. Jennifer Lawrence also made the cut in 12th place, remaining Hollywood's highest-paid actress with $46 million. Many of the other spots were taken by world class athletes such as basketball player Kevin Durant and tennis star Novak Djokovic. (US Weekly)

Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons Pens Heartfelt Message to Partner Todd Spiewak on Their 14th Anniversary. Jim Parsons is celebrating his 14th anniversary with boyfriend Todd Spiewak with a touching message on Instagram that's bound to earn him brownie points. The Big Bang Theory star wrote the lengthy caption alongside a sweet shot of the two performing karaoke while on a date years ago. "I met this guy (the one with the mic) 14 years ago today and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, no contest." The Emmy Award-winning actor continued, "One of his greatest gifts to me is that he no longer takes me to sing karaoke. Also, I believe this was a selfie with an actual camera, as our phones couldn't do that back then hahaha!" How far we've come... Just last year, the actor sat down with James Lipton on Inside the Actors Studio and explained how coming out as gay in an interview was a relief. "I never had a coming out piece, I just didn't mention it," Parsons shared. "I took Todd with me to events... and then finally one day while working on Harvey I did a piece with Patrick Healy for The New York Times and he just point-blank asked, 'Was working on The Normal Heart meaningful to you as a gay man?' And I was like, 'Well, yeah. Yeah.' And what a wonderful... I can't tell you what a wonderful thing that was, what a gift he gave me with one question. It was suddenly out there and official." Parsons also dished a bit about his first date, a blind date mind you, with Todd back in 2002 at a karaoke bar. As for the song he sang first? "I Found Someone." (Eonline)

Val Kilmer Says Michael Douglas Wrote Him a "Nice Note" of Apology After Health Comments. Val Kilmer says Michael Douglas apologized to him in writing about his public comments about his health, calling the actor a "classy guy." Kilmer had sparked concern last year after it was revealed he was treated at a hospital twice. Douglas, who starred with Kilmer in the 1996 movie The Ghost and the Darkness, had said in a Q&A event in England in October that the actor "is dealing with exactly what I had, and things don't look too good for him." Douglas is a survivor of stage 4 oral cancer. Kilmer later said, "I love Michael Douglas but he is misinformed." Kilmer took to Facebook again Tuesday and revealed Douglas had reached out to him. "Michael Douglas wrote me a nice note apologizing for suggesting to the press overseas, I 'wasn't doing too well...' and was grateful to hear I am doing well," Kilmer wrote. "He's a classy guy." Douglas had said in his original response that he had asked Douglas almost two years ago for a referral to a specialist to get a diagnosis for a lump in his throat and that while he has a swollen tongue, he does not have cancer. Last week, Kilmer appeared at a film screening of his play Citizen Twain in Los Angeles and spoke with his swollen tongue. He reportedly told the crowd it had swelled up during rehearsals and that he was recovering. In his latest Facebook post about Douglas' apology, Kilmer also recalled their shared history. "One day I have to recount the story of when I met his father," the actor wrote. "He loved my performance in TOMBSTONE so much, having played Doc himself in a mighty fine film, he was so animated about all the choices I was able to do, same as all the things he wanted to do but wasn't allowed to, the dialect, the coughing, drunk all day everyday... He was amazing. And the first time I met Michael is a good story too. Oliver Stone insisted I meet him, knowing what Michael would say about Oliver torturing him during WALLSTREET. It was hilarious and Oliver was relishing reliving Michael's pain... It all worked out and all was forgiven on Oscar night I believe...." (Eonline)

Tom Ford may have a Jay Z song named after him now, but he wasn't always so popular. During an appearance on The Jess Cagle Interview, the 55-year-old fashion mogul and filmmaker spoke about growing up in Texas and dealing with bullying as a child. "As a kid in the '60s, I wasn't great at football, I was not great at team sports, I wasn't great with my BB gun, which in Texas soon turns into a .410 shotgun and then turns into something else," he tells PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly's editorial director. "I wasn't interested in those things and so I was teased a lot." Instead, Ford had already developed an interest in fashion, which didn't sit well with his peers. "As a kid I had a very, I think you're born the way you're going to be and I came out dressed in a little blazer and little loafers," he recalls. "When I was in the second grade I didn't want to carry a book bag, I carried an attache case. Of course I was tortured. I was absolutely tortured." When Ford headed to college in New York City, he found out what made him feel so ostracized -- he realized he was gay. Despite all of his success, those painful childhood memories are still with him to this day. Ford says it took him a long time to deal with the suffering, and he still flashes back to those vulnerable times. "I think I shoved them to the back of my mind and didn't really confront them. I think that they're very present to date," he says of the memories. "Still to this day if I walk past a group of kids, they can be 8 years old playing soccer, and that ball comes towards me, I panic because, 'My God, I have to kick that ball and they're all going to laugh because I'm not great at soccer.' It's a sort of instant panic." Still, Ford says he had a happy childhood. At home, his parents accepted him -- and continue to support him -- for who he is. When asked what Ford would tell his 7-year-old self, the advice was something he tells himself to this day. " 'Relax,' but that's what I would whisper in my own ear now," he says. " 'Relax, it's going to be okay. Relax.' "(People)

Charlie Sheen's rehab-regular ex Brooke Mueller is dating skin-care guru Peter Thomas Roth, who has separated from his wife and business partner, Noreen, after 20 years of marriage. Mueller and Roth, who founded his clinical skin-care company in 1993, have been dating since the summer, after he split with Noreen, who is the managing director of his company. "Brooke's mother and stepfather introduced them in June. He was in LA and they brought Brooke to dinner. He enjoys her company and has even visited her in Salt Lake City, where she lives. They are officially dating, " a source close to Roth exclusively told Page Six. The new couple has been spotted at public events such as the Hearst Castle Preservation Foundation benefit in October. And Roth is expected to bring Mueller to Denise Rich's Angel Ball at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday. Rudy Giuliani officiated Roth and Noreen's wedding in 1996, and they have two sons together. Roth has hired power divorce attorney Marilyn Chinitz to handle his divorce, but he still lives with Noreen in their Upper East Side townhouse. "She is still the managing director of his company. They're living in the townhouse until everything is hammered out. Noreen has her own life and is perfectly fine. They were separated for a year before he met Brooke," the Roth source added. A pal of elegant blonde Noreen, however, said she's an "ex-wife to be. They're getting a divorce because it ran out of steam. It wasn't because of her." Meanwhile, Mueller's past and relationship with Sheen continue to haunt her. She's been in and out of rehab, including a stint this year, and was feared to have been infected with the HIV virus after Sheen disclosed his positive status. But, "I'm fortunate I didn't get it. I've been tested more than anyone," she told The Post in October. Roth, on the other hand, has a new lease on life since meeting Mueller. "He didn't meet her in the club [while] doing lines or shooting up. It was like her mom [saying], 'Here's a nice guy for you.' He's a good influence." Reps did not comment. (Page Six)

Andy Warhol freaked out Sean Lennon by giving him a taxidermied pet cat for his eighth birthday. When asked what Warhol was "going for" when he chose the gift, Lennon told Page Six, "I really don't know." The singer revealed that when he unwrapped the gift, his mother, Yoko Ono, was "kind of disturbed despite her love of cats" and that the family's (living) felines were "immediately enraged." In the story -- revealed for the first time in an exhibit called "Letters to Andy Warhol" that just opened at the Cadillac House -- Lennon writes, "After a brief time on a shelf in my bedroom, it was decided that Andy's cat should reside permanently in the window of the office on the ground floor," where it stayed until, "neighbors complained and we had to take it down." He added, "Each day on my way to school I would walk by the office and wonder why it was that Andy gave me that cat." Asked if Warhol had run the idea by his parents before giving their son a dead cat, Lennon said, "My dad [John Lennon] wasn't around at the time -- it was just me and my mom -- and I don't know if they had a plan, but judging from my mom's surprise, I don't think she knew about it ahead of time." Lennon -- who considered the pop artist to be a "surrogate uncle" -- told us he wanted to tell the story to show how Warhol never "explained himself too much." "I have of interesting stories from that time," he said, "and I thought this story was a good example of how enigmatic Andy was." Patrick Moore, director of the Andy Warhol Museum, took a swing at explaining the gift to us. "He had a wonderful naive thing," said Moore. "[Warhol probably thought,] 'Oh, that's a cat. He'd probably love a cat.' The fact that it was taxidermied and dead probably never occurred to him to be deeply creepy." (Page Six)

The movie's lousy title "Bleed for This" might curdle more classier types such as my genteel self, but the story's great and the cast's fabulous. Aaron Eckhart: "All true, it's about a champion fighter [Vinny Paz (played by Miles Teller)] who then suffers a life-threatening accident. This happened in the '90s. Until our film came along, I knew nothing. I'm a boxing fan but was living abroad so I had no knowledge of it. "The title's because the boxer, who'd get beat up and cut up only to blow it all gambling and losing it at the tables, was told, 'You bleed for this money.' "I play Kevin [Rooney], his trainer. To learn the moves, I went to sports camp. I trained in a gym with the trainer's son." So with all this fisticuffs stuff, he get hurt at all? "No .?.?. but I did get poison ivy on my butt." Excuuuuse me?? "Walking in the woods with my companion, I got poison ivy on my butt." This companion? A dog or a girl? "Girl." How's walking upright in woods translate to poison ivy on your behind? "None of your business." Right. So, forging on, Aaron said: "I'm 48. Thinking soon I'm done with acting. Who knows if I have a future? An inner drive tells me I want to direct. Do stories. I love the craft of storytelling. I love the true performance of an actor. A voice inside's telling me to go that direction. Who knows, I could end up in the poorhouse." Speaking of his "end up," what did he put on his itchy, poison-ivied end? "Baby oil." Again, how's a guy walking in woods get his arse into poison ivy? "None of your business." (Page Six)

Conor McGregor has set his terms to box Floyd Mayweather -- $100 MILLION! The UFC superstar took over the DJ booth at 1 OAK nightclub in NYC Tuesday night and went off on Mayweather -- who had trashed him earlier this week. "Floyd's not ready for this," McGregor said. "Much respect to Floyd. He's a solid businessman on what he's been able to do ... he's a f**king animal a twat he's been able to. But as far as real fighting ... as far a true pure unarmed combat ... Floyd don't want none of this." "He wants a boxing match, he doesn't want a fight." "I want a $100 million cash to fight him under boxing rules ... he's afraid of a real fight." Ball's in Floyd's court now ... (TMZ)

Mama June's granddaughter, Kaitlyn Cardwell, is now bandage-free and showing off her solo thumb. TMZ broke the story ... Kaitlyn's mom, Anna, made the decision last month to have an extra thumb surgically removed from the 4-year-old's right hand. Off without a hitch, and Kaitlyn's recovery went faster than expected ... so she got to ditch her cast early. Kaitlyn's extra digit was a big talking point on the show, but we're told it won't be missed. Most importantly, she's feeling great after the surgery. (TMZ)

High-powered attorney Roy Black -- who's pulled Justin Bieber and Kelsey Grammer's bacon out of the fire -- is hoping to squeeze more than a mil out of his Hollywood Hills home. Black and his wife, former 'Real Housewife' Lea Black, have listed the fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 5 bath pad above Sunset Strip for $3.2 million. They bought it in 2004 for $1.76 mil, so looks like they may make a little profit. The home is listed by Steven Spreafico and has 3,536 sq feet, floor to ceiling windows and some of the best sight lines in the city. The ridiculous amount of outdoor living space is a major bonus too. Lea and Roy are also unloading one of their homes in Miami. (TMZ)

Adele Freaks Out Hilariously When a Bat Crashes Her Concert. Riddle me this, riddle me that, who's afraid of the big, black bat? That would be Adele. The British superstar received quite the fright during a recent performance at Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes, which seats some 25,000 people: A bat flew in mid-show. "There's a bat!" she yelled onstage, flapping her arms, as seen in a video posted on Twitter by H Ramos (@Hect). "There's a bat there and it landed by your head!" she continued, pointing at a spot in the audience. "It landed right by your head! Oh my God, it's a f--king bat. Welcome to Mexico. It's true, I'm happy to be here, but a f--king bat, Jesus Christ!" Adele recovered from the scare quickly and resumed the show, belting out hits such as "Hello," "Rumour Has It," "Someone Like You" and, for an encore, "When We Were Young" and "Rolling in the Deep." "I am so grateful that I got given this opportunity -- I'm so glad I finally made it to Mexico," she told the crowd. "Thank you so much for coming to my show. I had a great time. I hope you've enjoyed yourselves. Thank you for being so kind to us while we've been here." Adele is set to wrap up the North American leg of her Adele Live tour next week in Phoenix, Arizona, after which she plans to take two months off and then tour Australia for several weeks. (Eonline)

Ricky Martin Announces Las Vegas Residency. Sin City is the place to be. Not long after the Backstreet Boys announced their Las Vegas residency -- following in the footsteps of musicians including Celine Dion, Boys II Men, Britney Spears, Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Rod Stewart and Mariah Carey -- international superstar Ricky Martin revealed Wednesday that he will be headlining the Park Theater at Monte Carlo. Martin made the announcement on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I'm going to be in Vegas!" the Grammy winner said. "I have a residency in Vegas!" Best of all, Martin said, "You're all invited!" Realizing he'd been caught up in the moment, he asked Ellen DeGeneres, "Did I just say that?" Thankfully, the comedienne had another surprise in store for her studio audience. "Tickets go on sale Monday, and I want all of you to see Ricky's concert," the Emmy-winning daytime talk show host said. "You're going to get a pair of tickets and a two-night stay at the Monte Carlo!" Residency dates have yet to be revealed. Martin's been busy, as the "Adiós" singer will wrap his One World Tour Dec. 15 at Centro de Congresos Queretaro in Queretaro City, Mexico. The Park Theater opens next month, with rocker Stevie Nicks set to take the stage Dec. 17. Bruno Mars will ring in the New Year on Dec. 30 and Dec. 31, and he is scheduled to return to Park Theater in March 2017. Cher will also perform at the venue in March and May 2017. In a press release, the Monte Carlo said the 5,200-seat entertainment venue and its state-of-the-art audio and visual technology "will provide artists of diverse talents with a dynamic space to create one-of-a-kind productions where every seat allows guests to feel up close and personal. From comedy shows and live concerts, to sporting events and award shows, Park Theater is specially designed with the ability to transform seamlessly for any occasion." (Eonline)

Mandy Moore Is Still Haunted by an Old Justin Timberlake Comment: "It Was Embarrassing." Years ago, Justin Timberlake didn't realize how sweet like candy Mandy Moore really was. The This Is Us actress appeared on The Late Late Show Tuesday and opened up to host James Corden about her teenage pop star years. When Moore was just 15 years old, she went on tour with the beloved Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync. Despite having a plethora of fond memories from her time touring the country with them, there is still one moment that haunts her to this day. "I remember distinctly one time walking backstage, and I didn't really see much of the guys because I was the measly opening act," she recalled. "Nobody cared about me, but Justin Timberlake and somehow there was a conversation about feet or foot size. They were comparing shoe size. And all the background dancers and 'N Sync background dancers and my background dancers, and I stroll up at 15 like freaking out that Justin Timberlake is there." But what could have been an exciting meet-and-greet turned out to be a wake-up call. "He was like, 'You have big feet for a girl,'" she recalled him saying. "I'm sure he doesn't remember this at all but I was so impressionable, and I thought the world of him and he was on a pedestal. I mean 16 years later it stuck with me, so it really scarred me emotionally." Mandy admitted that she's a size 10 shoe and added, "but I'm 5 feet 10 inches tall." She added, "It was embarrassing." Perhaps slightly more cringe-worthy to the A Walk to Remember actress is recalling her lack of dance skills. "I have no rhythm. I'm super awkward," she confessed. "I think the powers that be realized very early on...you know what you should just have background dancers." (Eonline)

Frank Ocean Thinks Not Submitting His New Music for Grammy Award Consideration Is His "Colin Kaepernick Moment." Frank Ocean might be thinking bout you, but he's not thinking about winning a Grammy Award this year. That's because he did not submit his new music for consideration. With six Grammy Award nominations and two wins, the 29-year-old singer-songwriter is no stranger to the golden statues. However, when his second album Blonde was released in August -- his first studio album in four years -- the applause and acclaim flowed in from the music industry and it seemed that the Billboard 200 number one album would sweep the forthcoming Grammy Awards. However, that prediction would never come to fruition because Ocean did not submit the album as an entry for the annual ceremony. Why? As he explained, a lack of representation and what he considers a dated system. "That institution certainly has nostalgic importance," he told Times. "It just doesn't seem to be representing very well for people who come from where I come from, and hold down what I hold down," he added, also noting there have not been many black musicians to win Album of the Year, which he was nominated for in 2013. "I think the infrastructure of the awarding system and the nomination system and screening system is dated," he added to the Times. "I'd rather this be my Colin Kaepernick moment for the Grammys than sit there in the audience." Of course, the musician was referencing the professional quarterback who has knelt in protest during performances of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at games. "I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color. To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way," the athlete told NFL Media in late August of his decision to protest. "There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder." With the Grammys out of the picture this year, Ocean is confident in his talent and may even look outside of his industry in the name of progress. "I believe that I'm one of the best in the world at what I do, and that's all I've ever wanted to be," he told the Times. "It's more interesting for me to figure out how to be superior in areas where I'm naïve, where I'm a novice." (Eonline)

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will be going head to head for Artist Of The Year at this year's American Music Awards. It seems like the famous exes just can't get away from each other as they will not only both be attending the award show on 20 November, but are nominated for the same award. Awkward... Ariana Grande, Carrie Underwood and Rihanna are also nominated in the category. The AMAs will be Selena's first public appearance since the singer canceled the remaining dates if her Revival tour and checked into rehab to focus on her health during the summer. She is rumored to be making her comeback on the AMA stage with a dazzling performance. Earlier this year, the 24-year-old hitmaker revealed that she had been diagnosed with lupus and had undergone chemotherapy. The 2016 AMAs will take place at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles and will be hosted by Gigi Hadid and Jay Pharoah, airing live on ABC. (British Glamour)

Miley Cyrus' Little Sister Noah Cyrus Releases Her Debut Single ''Cry.'' Miley Cyrus' 16-year-old sister Noah Cyrus is falling in her musical family's footsteps! The youngest of the Cyrus clan just dropped her very first single, and it's really quite good. The song, "Make Me (Cry)" is way different than most artist's first, pop-inspired hit -- including Miley's -- as it follows a slower beat with a theme relating to toxic love and heartbreak. Her raspy vocals are incredibly reminiscent of her sister's as she teams up with U.K. singer and producer Labrinth and sings, "Gave you up 'bout 21 times/ Felt those lips tell me 21 lies/ You'll be the death of me, sage advice/ Loving you could make Jesus cry." The chorus reads, "I never needed you like I do right now/ I never hated you like I do right now/ Cause all you ever do is make me..." the lyrics trail off as we hear the sound of a drop of water. Though "Make Me (Cry)" is her first single, it's not the first time she's recorded. In 2009, she sang the Ponyo children's theme song with Frankie Jonas (yes, as in Nick Jonas' younger brother). As for her budding music career, Noah opened up in Paper magazine in April, saying, "My dad always had me sing alongside him while he played guitar. He taught me how to harmonize to an old song of his, 'Missing You.'" But more than music being a family affair, Noah admitted, "Writing is the best way to get your mind clear. It's also a great way to explain your past or what you hope for the future." Well, with a voice like that, it's looking like the future is bright for the youngest Cyrus family member! (Eonline)

The pop superstar dropped the video late Tuesday (Nov. 15) for the rebooted Glory highlight "Slumber Party," featuring Tinashe. Brit has teased her duet with the R&B star for the best part of a month. Tinashe then sent Brit's fans into a frenzy when she fired off a snap from the set three weeks ago with the caption, "The face you make when the rumors are true and you collab with your idol & basically your whole life is a dream so you keep it cute for Brit but inside you are wingless and dead." Brit got the ball rolling again this week when she teased the release with a classy photo of herself stepping out from a classic car. (Billboard)

Talk about exciting! On Wednesday, Ricky Martin swung by Ellen DeGeneres' show to drop some MAJOR news -- the spicy singer is getting a residency in Las Vegas at the yet to be opened Park Theater at Monte Carlo! That's right, not long after the Backstreet Boys made their big Sin City announcement, Martin told Ellen: "I'm going to be in Vegas! I have a residency in Vegas!" Interestingly enough, no further deets about the 44-year-old's Vegas stay have been released, but tickets go on sale Monday so we're SURE the dates are coming any time now! Though we don't EXACTLY know when Martin will perform at the Monte Carlo, the venue opens next month when Stevie Nicks takes the stage on December 17! Then, Bruno Mars will be performing at the theater December 30 and 31, and will return again in March 2017. Cher is also set to perform in March and then again in May 2017 -- so Martin has gotta squeeze in there somewhere, right? (Perez Hilton)

Father John Misty Gets Mad at a 'Voice' Contestant's Cover of His Song, But Then Has a Change of Heart Father John Misty was not happy when Aaron Gibson did a Creed-y cover of his song "Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings" on The Voice on Tuesday (Nov. 15) night. In a since-deleted Facebook post captured by Pitchfork, the quirky singer digitally tore his long hair out, writing "why God why" in seeming frustration over the Team Miley member's grungy, choir-backed dude-rock version of the elegant rocker from FJM's 2012 album Fear Fun. But, in these turbulent times when so many are searching for some peace and unity, Father John clearly had a change of heart, following up his slam with a series of FB posts with a slightly more positive (and maybe a bit sarcastic) plea for understanding and support. "I am happy for anyone to sing any of my songs and it is more important now than ever that we not be apathetic about who we vote for on game show," he wrote. And that wasn't all. He added: "We must uphold the dignity of the American democratic process no matter how little we like the performers therein." Okay, so he wasn't totally rolling it back, but you get the point. Eddie Redmayne and Katherine Waterston Reveal ''Catastrophic'' Moment Filming Fantastic Beasts. Even Redmayne forgets his lines! E! News recently sat down with the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them actor and his co-star Katherine Waterston for a must-see game of "Who's Most Likely to?" When asked which of the wand-wielding wizards was most likely to flub their lines on set, Redmayne was quick to recall a particularly "catastrophic" scene. "Do you remember that day? The last scene?" he asked Waterston. "The last scene of the film when the camera came in and I had to go, 'There's a venom in there... ' We had to do it about 46 times and there were about a hundred extras, all these hours." Eddie continued, "It was catastrophic and now when I watch that scene in the film you can see it in my eyes going, 'Remember the friggin' line.'" LOL! Additionally, the pair weighed in on who's most likely to take a tumble during a stunt (Katherine), who's most likely to be caught nothing at craft services (Katherine) and who's most likely to break a wand (Neither!). Waterston, who plays Porpentina Goldstein in the highly-anticipated flick, also dished on wanting to take home Fantastic Beasts merchandise with her character on it. "I was thinking, well, I have a niece and nephews. Maybe they'd want a little doll of me or something, but then I thought that's probably the last one that they want!" Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits theaters Nov. 18. (Eonline)

Lin-Manuel Miranda Teases His Upcoming Role in The Little Mermaid Live-Action Film. You better believe Lin-Manuel Miranda is ready to go under the sea. For any and all moviegoers excited about The Little Mermaid's live-action film, planning is still underway. But one Hollywood star is completely committed to the project that will likely become an unforgettable experience. "We're in super-early talks -- I literally don't have a title for what my job on The Little Mermaid is yet," Lin-Manuel told Vulture. "Right now, it's the guy who wears the 'don't mess it up' hat. If I could sign a contract with that job title on it, that would be great! But that's sort of where we are." All kidding aside, the Broadway star who became a household name thanks to his role in Hamilton is more than excited to be a part of Disney's latest version. And if those up top need his singing skills, he's totally open to it. "If this requires new music, I'm here for that, and if this requires me weighing in on who makes this thing, I'm here for that. If this requires me just saying, 'That doesn't look like it's underwater,' I'm even here for that!" he explained to the news outlet. "It's going to be a huge challenge to not make it feel uncanny valley–ish." But what if Disney wants him to star in the movie? Oh, he's absolutely down for that too. "I'm such a fan that I can't picture where I'd fit into that universe," he said. "But no matter what, I'm here for the ride." The enthusiasm shouldn't be the biggest surprise to fans. In addition to Lin-Manuel naming his son Sebastian after watching the Oscar-winning film, the actor knows what's already in the works. Chloe Grace Moretz has been tapped to star in the live-action film that will give a fresh portrayal of the famous fairy tale written by Hans Christian Anderson. A release date has yet to be announced, but we can't wait to be a apart of this world when the time is right. (Eonline)

Casey Affleck Auditioned How Many Times for To Die For? It's a good thing Casey Affleck isn't a quitter because his breakout role in 1995's To Die For didn't come easy. "I read six times," Affleck recalls of auditioning for the role in the Gus Van Sant-directed thriller co-starring Nicole Kidman and Joaquin Phoenix. "I auditioned for that movie over and over again for the casting director and then I finally met the director and I read for him once and he said, 'That was good. Okay, you can do it,' and I got the part like that and I was like, 'That was easy!' "Note to self: 'Don't read for casting directors, just get into the room with the director,'" Affleck added. His very first audition was a lot different. He was a kid when he easily snagged a role in a commercial about a local news channel's weather reports. "Even though it was sunny out, [the other kids in the commercial] knew it was going to rain because they watched the news," Affleck said. "So, they brought their umbrellas on their way to school and there I am laughing at them about carrying their umbrellas, overdressed on this sunny, clear day. Then the school lets out and it's pouring rain and it's like, who's having the last laugh now?...That was the first part I got." Affleck has come a long way since then. The 41-year-old actor's latest work in Manchester By the Sea is attracting a lot of award season buzz. Kenneth Lonergan wrote and directed the drama, which follows a janitor (Affleck) who has to return to his hometown to care for his nephew (Lucas Hedges) after his brother (Kyle Chandler) dies. Over the course of several days, Affleck's character is forced to face his tragic past with his ex-wife (Michelle Williams). Manchester By the Sea is in theaters on Friday. (Eonline)

Billy Bob Thornton Says He'd Love to Make a Movie With Angelina Jolie's Ex Brad Pitt. Billy Bob Thornton has made no secret of the fact that he and ex Angelina Jolie still keep in touch, and now he's sharing some more details about their dynamic over the years in a new interview with Playboy. Thornton revealed that while the two "don't talk on a regular basis" they are still very much friends. "That won't ever go away," he explained to the magazine before adding, "Sometimes I won't see her for five years. But I offer. I know she's been through a lot. She's a great person. And she's one of the people who didn't abandon me. She never has." The Goliath star also got candid about his dynamic with Jolie, saying, "I always felt beneath her and if you're living a life with someone you feel you're beneath, that's not good for either of you." He echoed previous sentiments made during an interview last week with GQ, where he admitted, "I never felt good enough for her. I'm real uncomfortable around rich and important people. I like how I am." Thornton also told Playboy that, if possibly given the chance, he would love to be on set with Jolie's recent ex. "This might surprise people, but I'd love to do a movie with Brad Pitt," he explained. "I think we'd be great together. We'd play a couple of Southern guys." You hear that, Hollywood? Let's make it happen. (Eonline)

Beauty and the Beast Trailer Beats Fifty Shades Darker and Star Wars as Most Viewed Trailer in 24 Hours. Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast is already breaking records and it hasn't even hit theaters yet. The first official trailer was released the other day and has officially booted Fifty Shades Darker for the most views in a 24 hour period. Impressive! Fifty Shades Darker garnered 114 million views after its trailer was released earlier this year, topping Star Wars: The Force Awakens with a 112 million views. But now, Disney fans far and wide have helped the Emma Watson-starring flick hit a whopping 127.6 million views in just one calendar day. In fact, the actress' page accounted for 27 million of those clicks in and of itself. Beauty and the Beast is set to hit the big screen on March 17, 2017 and stars Ian McKellan, Audra McDonald, Stanley Tucci, Ewan McGregor and Dan Stevens as, you've probably guessed it, the beast himself. Back when the casting for the highly anticipated film was first announced, the beloved Harry Potter alum dished about taking on the role of a lifetime with Belle. "It was such a big part of my growing up, it almost feels surreal that I'll get to dance to 'Be Our Guest' and sing 'Something There.' My six-year-old-self is on the ceiling -- heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can't wait for you to see it." Neither can we, Emma! (Eonline)

'Zootopia,' 'Jungle Book,' 'Angry Birds Movie' Help Disney, Sony Russian Venture to Record Revenue. The previous record in rubles was set in 2013. WDSSPR, the Russian distribution joint venture of Walt Disney and Sony, has reached a new annual revenue record in rubles, exceeding a previous high in local currency terms set in 2013. As of mid-November, the total gross of movies distributed by WDSSPR in Russia and CIS countries amounted to 12.4 billion rubles, or $189 million, local trade journal Booker's Bulletin reported. The distribution venture's previous record in 2013 had amounted to 11.6 billion rubles, which corresponds to $177 million at the current exchange rate but was substantially more in dollar terms at the time as the ruble has lost nearly half of its value since 2014. WDSSPR has been Russia's biggest distributor for the last five years and is likely to keep this status in 2016 as runner-up Fox is behind it with 8.7 billion rubles as of mid-November. Among the movies contributing most significantly to the company's total box office this year are Disney's Zootopia (2.3 billion rubles), The Jungle Book (1.4 billion rubles), Captain America: Civil War (1.1 billion rubles) and Doctor Strange (991 million rubles), as well as Sony's The Angry Birds Movie (785 million rubles) and Inferno (579 million rubles to date). Separately, Disney hit its best-ever box-office year in Russia in local currency terms before the third quarter was even over. So far, its releases have grossed 9.1 billion rubles, beating the previous record of 8.9 billion rubles for any distributor's gross in Russia in a single year, set by Universal in 2015. Megan Ellison's Executive Poaching Spree Sparks Talk of Big Plans. Fox's marketing chief and Sony games execs join Annapurna amid a ramp-up in film, digital and possibly much more. On Nov. 7, 20th Century Fox marketing president Marc Weinstock became the latest in a string of executives to make the move to Megan Ellison's Annapurna Pictures, joining one time HBO president Sue Naegle and former Weinstein Co. distribution chief Erik Lomis. The high-profile hires -- particularly Weinstock and Lomis -- have led to speculation that Ellison, 30, will move into full distribution. But according to a source, Ellison is thinking much bigger. Four top Sony games execs, including designer Nathan Gary, also have quietly defected to Annapurna in recent months -- a seemingly unlikely fit given Ellison's focus on adult-skewing indie dramas that risk-averse studios have largely abandoned. But Ellison is said to be seeking to move aggressively into the mobile game and VR space and will leverage relationships with Hollywood auteurs to create content. Given that Ellison's father, Larry Ellison, made billions as the forward-thinking Oracle sultan, perhaps it should come as no surprise that Ellison wants Annapurna to be a player in digital storytelling. To that end, another big-name nonfilm hire is said to be imminent "She wants a content empire," says one source. "She wants the best people, and she's picking off the best people." With Neagle in tow, Ellison is moving fast to establish her small-screen presence and is executive producing David O. Russell's untitled Amazon series starring Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore. On the film front, Annapurna will expand its output, though the filmmaker-driven mandate will remain. Over its five years in business, the company has backed Oscar contenders like Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty, Spike Jonze's Her and this awards season's animation play Sausage Party, but only one that has crossed the $100 million mark at the domestic box office (Russell's American Hustle). The company is in active development on Bennett Miller's A Christmas Carol and has Bigelow's untitled Detroit riots drama and Alexander Payne's Downsizing on the horizon in 2017. Agents say the company also is reviving a long-gestating Scott Free project about the Gucci family with Wong Kar Wai directing. Annapurna declined comment. (Hollywood Reporter)

'Hidden Figures' Trailer: Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer Face Frustrations as 1960s NASA Scientists. "Every time we have the chance to get ahead, they move the finish line. Every time." Fox has released a new Hidden Figures trailer, which shows Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer and Janelle Monae facing countless obstacles while at the center of NASA. The film shares the untold story of Katherine G. Johnson (Henson), Dorothy Vaughan (Spencer) and Mary Jackson (Monae) -- brilliant African-American women working at NASA who served as the brains behind one of the greatest operations in history: the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit in 1962. Kevin Costner, Kirsten Dunst, Jim Parsons, Mahershala Ali, Aldis Hodge, Glen Powell and Kimberly Quinn round out the film's cast. Allison Schroeder and Theodore Melfi wrote the screenplay, with Melfi directing. Hidden Figures hits limited theaters Dec. 25 before expanding wide Jan. 6. (Hollywood Reporter)

And it turns out, they aren't the NBC hit's only stars who can carry a tune, as Chrissy and Chris Sullivan (aka the duo behind one of our favorite new TV couples, Kate and Toby) teased the possibility of the cast starting a band. Chrissy assigned Mandy the role of lead singer, Chris told E! News, "I can sing and play guitar, and I have a little ukulele that we could play. That would be cute!" While fans heard Randall's less-than-great singing in a recent episode, it turns out Sterling K. Brown "can carry a tune," according to Chrissy, who then put Justin Hartley on tambourine duty. "He says he cannot sing a lick." (Hey, he's still pretty!) As for Pearson family patriarch, Milo Ventimiglia? "I feel like Milo has to play the drums," Chris said, before Chrissy, on behalf of all of us, quickly added, "Shirtless!" And Chris and Chrissy also discussed what a potential theme song for This Is Us would sound like. Aside from dreams of a cast band, Chris and Chrissy also talked about the show's ability to make us all full-on ugly cry with its surprising twists, including the big reveal that Jack (Ventimiglia) is dead in the present-day storyline. Or is he?! "I heard he faked his own death, that's what I heard," Chris joked. "You hear it hear first: Jack is alive...if only in our hearts." Too soon, Chris. Too soon. To hear more about This Is Us' secrets, including how they first reacted when they saw Mandy Moore in her old age make up. This Is Us airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC. (Eonline)

This Is Us Can Even Make You Cry With a Laundry Montage Set to Cat Stevens. We already knew that This Is Us has a unique ability to make us cry on a weekly basis, but here is the ultimate proof of its tear-inducing skills: episode seven's opening featured a lovely Cat Stevens song set to a montage of the Pearson family's... washing machines? Yes -- even a montage of laundry can make us cry if you pair it with an emotional, folk song and some snippets of Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia speaking. Don't believe us? Silly laundry montage aside, the episode actually dug pretty deep into the deep-seated rift between Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and Kevin (Justin Hartley), culminating in a FANTASTIC cameo from Seth Meyers. While they're not going to immediately become best friends, it was very hopeful to see them actually act like adults. Plus, William (Ron Cephas Jones) and Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) finally got a chance to bond (though William accidentally let a very important piece of information slip). On the sadder side of things, the fact that Toby (Chris Sullivan) has been losing weight so quickly with seemingly little effort finally became an issue in his and Kate's (Chrissy Metz) relationship -- causing her to backslide in her diet. We should also take a minute to praise the This Is Us casting department for the incredible teen versions of the Big Three, because they were so well-cast. Oh, and don't you worry -- the episode, which was called "The Best Washing Machine In the Whole World," ended with another laundry-based montage. This Is Us airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC. (Eonline)

Sweet/Vicious Premiere: Why Now Is the Time for College Girl Vigilantes. Mix Arrow, Broad City, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a dash of You're the Worst, and a sprinkle of Dexter all together, and you might just have Sweet/Vicious, the new dark comedy that just premiered on MTV. It's about two college girls who spend their nights taking down the rapists on their college campus, and somehow, it's poignant, cathartic, hilarious, and still never makes light of the very real problem of rape and sexual assault. It also feels particularly timely. "I think now, more than ever, we need this story," creator Jennifer Kaytin Robinson tells E! News. "I really wanted to write a story for and about empowered women, and women who were strong but could also be broken at the same time, and to showcase that on television so that other women didn't feel so alone. That was so important to me, and now with what is happening in our country, I think now more than ever." That quest to tell a story that holds true to real life and real women is also part of the reason that the show is hilarious, despite its subject matter. Just in the pilot, we got Ophelia (Taylor Dearden) smoking from a six foot bong named Lebong James, Jules (Eliza Bennett) suffering flashbacks to her best friend's boyfriend attacking her, Jules and Ophelia murdering a rapist in self-defense, and then Jules and Ophelia totally killing it at "Defying Gravity" with the dead guy in the trunk. "I think that dichotomy is life," Robinson explains. "Life is really sad and heartbreaking, and life is really funny and warm and full of romance and full of fun, so we wanted to tell a story that felt as nuanced as anyone's life felt. But when we are talking about and dealing with sexual assault, it's not funny, and we take it very seriously." Robinson and the show's writers worked hard to make sure that the show felt true to life for the millions of people who have dealt with sexual assault. "We read everything we could read, we watched documentaries, we listened to podcasts, we talked to survivors, we talked to title IX officers," she says. "We did so much, anything and everything we could, to make sure we prepared to tell this story." Of course, just because the problems that the students of Darlington College are facing also happen to be real-life problems, that does not mean the show or Robinson are suggesting vigilantism as a real-life solution. "I do not think violence solves violence, so this is a heightened environment," Robinson says. "Don't go out there and kick anyone's ass, but get out there and fight injustice however you can." So what did you think of Sweet/Vicious? Sweet/Vicious airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on MTV. (Eonline)

"Doc McStuffins" is here to stay for a few more years ... so all the parents and kids worrying about the show getting cut can take a deep sigh of relief. You'll remember back in June, Disney posted its renewal list and the popular show was missing ... so parents took to the web for a good old-fashioned freak-out. However, we've learned season 5 has officially gotten the green light from network honchos. The show features an African-American main character and has become a huge hit. We're told season 5 won't officially hit the tube until 2018 ... so parents, get ready for some reruns until then. Cue that damn theme song ... (TMZ)

Don't Worry, Teen Wolf Fans! Stiles Is Still Alive in New Season 6 Super Tease. Things may not be looking so good for fans of Stiles after Tuesday night's Teen Wolf premiere, but fear not! In this season six super tease, exclusive to E! News, Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) definitely still exists, despite having been erased from existence by the Ghost Riders. The questions of how, where, and how do we get him back are all still to be answered, but for now at least, we know he's not gone forever, and that he could be doing something a lot worse than hanging out with Peter Hale (Ian Bohen). Tuesday night's premiere wasted little time in introducing us to the new fearful big bads, who remind us of Sleepy Hollow style Headless Horsemen, but with heads, who can only be seen by people they've already started erasing. At first, it seemed as if Stiles was just having a little trouble accepting the fact that graduation is just on the horizon. He thought he filled out the forms for his school picture, but they were blank. He didn't realize there was lacrosse practice, and was dismayed to see that his jersey had been given away. When he finally figured out what was happening, there was nothing he could even think to do other than grab Lydia and make sure she would remember him. It was heartbreaking watching as Stiles ran up to his friends, Mrs. Martin, and even his dad, only for them to have no idea who he was, but at least he still had Lydia, who promised she wouldn't forget him. "Just remember, I love you," he whispered just before a ghost rider pulled him out of his jeep. The next day, Stiles was gone, and it seemed like only Lydia felt like something was off. Of course, in the teaser, it's clear that Scott (Tyler Posey) and the rest of his pack eventually figure out that they've forgotten someone named Stiles, but they might have even bigger problems on their hands. There's are new creatures in town, Malia's getting shot, the ghost riders are appearing to entire parties full of people, and Theo (Cody Christian) has somehow returned to terrorize us all. For those of you worried about the potential lack of Stiles, whether because he's been erased from existence or because Dylan O'Brien was busy with his blossoming movie career or recovering from his on-set injury, Tyler Posey totally feels you, and has this message for you: "It's gonna be OK, babies. It's gonna be OK. I know how much you guys are connected with Dylan, and I know how much you love him, but Dylan is one of my best friends. So I miss him quite terribly sometimes, but I'm letting you know I make it through it OK. So if I'm gonna be OK, you are gonna be OK. I promise. I promise." Teen Wolf airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on MTV. 'Empire' Taps Rumer Willis for Recurring Role. The actress will play a singer-songwriter working closely with Jamal. The Lyon family is about to meet a member of the Willis clan. Empire has tapped Rumer Willis for a recurring role, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Willis will play Tory Ash, a brilliant but volatile singer-songwriter whose talent becomes invaluable to Jamal (Jussie Smollett) as he creates his most important musical work yet. She joins an impressive group of season three guest stars that includes Mariah Carey, Taye Diggs, Phylicia Rashad, French Montana, Birdman, Romeo Miller and Sierra McClain, among others. The role brings Willis back to the small screen, where she previously recurred on 90210 and Hawaii Five-0. The casting comes as Empire nears its winter finale, which airs Dec. 4. The hip-hop drama will return for the second half of its third season on March 22. Lee Daniels' girl group drama Star will take over Empire's timeslot beginning in January. Empire airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Fox. (Hollywood Reporter)

'The Goldbergs': Why Lea Thompson and Joanna Kerns Directing Is More Than an '80s Throwback. "I had no idea this would be such a climb. There have been times when I'll get in for meetings and be told, 'We already have our woman,' "Kerns tells THR. It's no secret that Adam F. Goldberg loves the 1980s. After all, he didn't just grow up in the era of Cabbage Patch dolls and Members Only jackets. He also created a series about it: The Goldbergs. And now that his show is in its third season on ABC, he's decided to collect a few new mementos from his adolescence. Namely Lea Thompson (Back to the Future) and Joanna Kerns (Growing Pains). He loved their work back in the day, and now he's hired them as Goldbergs. "Make no mistake, I hired them for their directing skills," Goldberg tells THR. "I've always believed actors make for good directors, and these women were two of my favorites growing up. I was thrilled when I found out they might both be able to do our show. Although I admit it wasn't easy to keep from harassing them with questions about their shows and movies." Kerns already had more than 50 directing credits, stretching back to the days when she says Growing Pains producers "gave me a shot to squeeze one out, in our second to last episode, I think. Not many others would have done that at the time." She's already directed two Goldbergs episodes, including the show's holiday episode, airing Dec. 14. She offers equivalent praise for Goldberg's show running skills. "Adam has such a strong point of view with his work, it makes the process enjoyable for a director. It's hard to work on a show where nobody knows where it's going, but The Goldbergs already has this beautiful world that's so vivid." Meanwhile, Thompson has starred in Switched at Birth and is marking her first broadcast directorial debut following multiple episodes of her Freeform series as well as a pair of Hallmark TV movies. She first spoke with Goldberg a year ago, when The Goldbergs did an episode involving her '80s film Space Camp and he wanted to quiz her about what that experience was like. The conversation led to Goldberg inviting Thompson to direct the upcoming Thanksgiving episode, airing Nov. 16. "When you hire directors, you're most concerned about whether or not someone from the outside will get the jokes," says Goldberg. "That might be why I think actors can make for the best directors, like Lea and Joanna. When I first started talking to Lea, I knew she'd done both multi cam and single-cam shows in the past, and acted in every comedy format there is. So I realized right away she'd have the jokes play out the way we want to. And Joanna... I saw her name on a list of available directors and the truth is, I grew up with her show and I wanted to meet someone I watched as a kid." Luckily, both women were just as enthusiastic about The Goldbergs. Kerns explains that "you can't be an actress from the '80s and not see the humor of the show. Watching it reminds me of an innocent time, and makes people feel good about themselves." Meanwhile, Thompson says that she has "a super affection for Philadelphia, having been a dancer there years ago. Plus, being married to a New York Jew, I have learned how healthy it is for people to be honest and express emotions. Which is what The Goldbergs is all about." It didn't hurt that Goldberg was not only looking for directors with a comedic bent, but also for women directors, period. "ABC has heavily encouraged me to hire female directors," he explains. "And you want people who come with experience, which I knew both Lea and Joanna had because I grew up watching both of them. That's important because my job is to create and write. I have nothing to do with the actual filming of the show. I just let the directors loose on the set and only get involved if the actors aren't happy. And the way I knew Lea and Joanna had done a great job was that I never heard from any actors the entire weeks they were working." Despite his and ABC's willingness to seek out more women involved as directors, though, men still tend to get the vast majority of TV gigs. Kerns and Thompson are happy for the directing work they are able to get, but they also admit it isn't easy. "I was so grateful when the Growing Pains producers let me direct because there weren't many getting a chance at the time," explains Kerns. "I had no idea this would be such a climb. There have been times when I'll get in for meetings and be told, 'We already have our woman.' But things do seem to be improving as crews get younger. The directors of photography aren't just the old guys who only want to work with men." Adds Thompson, "I've worked with a lot of female directors as an actor. They're great, and they're trying to represent. And I do think that sometimes it's just nice for a cast to have variation in who they work with. I think having been an actress is an advantage too. You can feel certain things that represent women and actresses' vulnerability. And I agree. I've seen the real difference in the 10 years I've been directing." In watching the work of his two new directors, Goldberg says he "realized right away I didn't have to worry because they will have the actors do the joke the way they'd want to if they were in the role. In fact, the director's cut of Joanna's first episode was so great, I had to move the airdate up." He's eager to do more episodes with Kerns and Thompson, something that the women both agree is slowly being replicated all around Hollywood. Kerns cites the success of fellow female directors like Lesli Linka Glatter (Homeland) and Pam Fryman (How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men) as proof. She figures "the pressure had been put on the studios to open up to hire more female directors has been good and worthwhile. I'm always meeting a lot of women who can do the job." "This is the best time ever for us," Thompson continues. "There are a million film schools out there, with something like 32,000 graduates with degrees. Nobody has to give us jobs anymore. We earn them. That wasn't really possible when Joanna and I started." The Goldbergs airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC. Thompson's episode of The Goldbergs airs Nov. 16; Kerns' installment is set for Dec. 14. (Hollywood Reporter)
