Talk about successful co-parenting! Though they've been divorced since 2013, Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli were nothing but smiles while on vacation together over the weekend -- and PEOPLE has exclusive images from their time at the Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort in Cancún, Mexico. But it wasn't a rekindling, romantic trip. The former couple was joined by their two younger daughters -- Lola, 14, and Fiona, 10 -- Garth's husband Dave Abrams, and Facinelli's girlfriend Lily Anne Harrison. (Garth and Facinelli's eldest daughter Luca, 19, is away at college.) "The group seemed happy, like a modern family," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "The adults would look to each other to provide cover for one another when the kids were plunging into the pool and gleefully splashing them." "There was a lot of laughter and they seem to be having a ton of fun," continues the onlooker. Adds the onlooker: "As a whole, the group was very playful, and especially seemed to have fun playing on the beach, kicking around a ball, playing music and just all around entertaining one another." Supergirl's Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood Pack on the PDA in Cancún. Hollywood has a new super couple. Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood, who both star in the CW series Supergirl, have taken their blossoming romance to Cancún, Mexico. The actors were photographed packing on the PDA Tuesday (while wearing matching black swimsuits). According to an eyewitness, Benoist, 28, and Wood, 28, "couldn't keep their hands off each other" during an afternoon of fun in the sun. The actors "kissed passionately several times" and "appeared to be in their own world," the eyewitness tells E! News. "They didn't appear to care who watched their passionate embraces." Neither Benoist nor Wood has commented on their budding romance. The actors have been spotted together more frequently in recent weeks, with sightings in both L.A. and Vancouver. In December, Benoist filed for divorce from Blake Jenner, whom she met on the set of Ryan Murphy's Glee in 2012; the actress cited irreconcilable differences and requested that neither party receive spousal support. Prior to their split, Jenner appeared in two episodes of Supergirl as Adam Foster in 2016 -- the same year Wood joined the cast as Mon-El, a love interest for Kara Danvers (Benoist). Off-screen, Wood and Hanna Mangan-Lawrence broke up in January. Benoist and Wood's public displays of affection come at an interesting time. Several episodes ago, Kara and Mon-El revealed they'd fallen for each other, despite being from different worlds. (Eonline)

Angelina Jolie Agreed to Drug Testing for Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, New Book Reveals. Angelina Jolie didn't become Lara Croft without overcoming a few behind-the-scenes hurdles. It's been 16 years since the Oscar winner fought her way onto the silver screen as the weapon-wielding action star, but according to a newly published excerpt in The Hollywood Reporter from an upcoming biography about film executive Sherry Lansing, there were a few hoops Jolie had to jump through personally to secure the iconic role. The most prominent of these hoops were drug tests administered to the actress in the process of filming Tomb Raider. As author Stephen Galloway wrote in Leading Lady, the film's director Simon West viewed the star's "baggage" at the time -- rumors of drug use, a perceived strange relationship with her brother, her burgeoning relationship with Billy Bob Thornton -- as "selling points." "This troubled and dangerous aspect in her reputation actually helped the character," West said in the excerpt. However, after "warnings" from Jolie's father Jon Voight and Jane Fonda to Paramount Pictures then-chairwoman Sherry Lansing, she sent the director to visit the actress on the set of Original Sin. "[Jolie] said: 'Look, I want to do it, but I know what my reputation is, and I'll do anything you want to prove that I'm worthy. I'll be reliable, and I'll turn up, and I'll work hard,'" West recalled, according to The Hollywood Reporter's excerpt. "She said, 'I don't care if the studio wants to drug test me every day.'" As the biography described, she underwent urine and blood tests and passed, but the team was still concerned, so they hired professionals to look after her well-being -- both physically and mentally. That included hiring Bobby Klein -- "somebody who had worked in that world of psychotherapy or drug management or whatever," West said. "He was brought in to supervise Angelina." However, as the biography details, Klein became a strain on set and made suggestions like hiring a health expert who "wanted her to have milk baths and started talking about yoga and meditation and wanted to be the point person in charge of Angelina's training," producer Lloyd Levin said. "It was just this bullshit. It seemed like spiritual hokum." Following a series of issues -- including allegedly sexually harassing the director's assistant -- Klein was dismissed and the rest, as they say, is movie history. Jolie ultimately was a success. "In the dailies, she was riveting," Lansing said. "She took what might have been a cardboard character and added a layer of mystery and emotion and humanity." Mystery, emotion, humanity and box office triumph. The movie earned $275 million worldwide in its opening with a $115 million budget and was slated for a sequel. As for the then-24-year-old, Jolie was well on her way to becoming one of the most in-demand actresses in Hollywood history. Leading Lady, published by Crown Archetype, which will be released April 25, is available for preorder. (Eonline)

Well, this is sad news. Just months after saying she wouldn't rule out marriage, Kris Jenner has reportedly split from her boyfriend Corey Gamble. You never know. "I'm going to take a page out of Goldie [Hawn] and Kurt [Russell]'s book or Kourtney [Kardashian]'s book. I just think as long as things are going to well, why ruffle it up?" Property Brothers Stars Drew and Jonathan Scott Explain Why They Still Live Together at 38. Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott, stars of HGTV's Property Brothers, are both in relationships -- one is actually engaged! -- but they still live together. The Property Brothers, approaching 40, bewildered fans in 2012 when, after Drew's now-fiancee, Linda Phan, moved in and Jonathan didn't move out. Phan, who works as a creative director for their company, has a perfectly reasonable explanation for their decision. "People were always like, 'Isn't that weird?' But there's an ease to it," Phan tells People. "You wake up and you go to work. It's nice and really convenient to be able to have meetings with the people you live with." For what it's worth, Phan and Drew bought a place of their own in Los Angeles, while Jonathan and his girlfriend, Jacinta Kuznetsov, remain in Toronto. Kuznetsov, 28, also works for Scott Entertainment as a producer. The Property Brothers do, however, own a place together in Las Vegas, which they consider a "family compound." Drew, who proposed in December, is looking forward to not only starting his life with his fiancee but also adding to their lives! "I've always been focused on work, so to have this beautiful woman in my life and knowing we're going to get married, it's amazing," he tells People. "I'm definitely looking forward to having kids. Linda and I have talked about it, and we've considered adopting." Jonathan is looking ahead to his future too, where he also sees kids in the picture. "I love kids, and I get along great with kids," Jonathan adds. "Plus I'm very immature, so that helps." But for right now, they're as content as can be. "If I had to picture what a joyous life is, it would be working with my family [and] having a beautiful partner who supports me and has her own passions," Jonathan tells the magazine. "This is it," adds Drew. "This is happiness." (Eonline)

Zac Efron Apologizes to Paris Jackson, Invites Her to the Premiere of Baywatch. Paris Jackson may finally get to meet Zac Efron. The King of Pop's daughter recently confessed that Efron broke her heart when she attended a High School Musical concert because he was MIA from the tour stop. "He was busy filming it when the tour was going on," she said during an appearance on NBC's The Tonight Show. "That was the most depressing part. He wasn't there! I was like this heartbroken 10-year-old." But now, Efron wants to make it up to her. "I'm so sorry," Efron told said while promoting the Baywatch movie at CinemaCon. "I'll make sure I'm [there] next time if you come to visit. You should come to the Baywatch premiere!" The big screen adaptation of the lifeguard TV series is definitely no High School Musical. The movie, which stars Efron, Dwayne Johnson, Priyanka Chopra, Kelly Rohrbach, Alexandra Daddario and Jon Bass, is full of boobs, abs and raunchy comedy. Efron, who plays a Olympic gold medalist swimmer in the flick, admits he still has his ridiculously rock hard Baywatch body. "It's close," he said. "I'm a little paler because I've been in New York and its freezing." Chopra said that she thought Efron's abs were fake when she first saw them. "I thought, this has got to be some airbrushing thing or whatever people do," she said. "But I can vouch for them. I've seen them for real. They're real!" You can see for yourself when the movie hits theaters on May 26. (Eonline)

Emma Thompson has no tolerance for body shaming. The Saving Mr. Banks was discussing the pressure for actresses to be thin in Hollywood while on the Swedish talk show Skavlan last week, and revealed she once threatened to quit a production when a producer asked one of her costars to lose weight. "There was a wonderful actress in a film I did called Brideshead Revisited," she remembered of the 2008 film. "The producer said to her, 'Will you lose some weight?' And she was absolutely exquisite!" That's when Thompson decided to intervene. "I said to them, 'If you speak to her about this again, on any level, I will leave this picture. You are never to do that,'" she revealed. For Thompson, the incident was emblematic of a larger problem in show business. "It's evil what's happening and what's going on there, and it's getting worse. The French fashion industry said they would get rid of size zero and then, you know, they didn't," she said. "The anorexia -- there's so many kids, girls and boys now, and actresses who are very, very thin into their 30s, who simply don't eat. They don't eat ... Sometimes there are just some subjects that you absolutely have to make noise about because it's so tedious and it's gone on and on," she added. After years in the business, Thompson said she has a comeback reserved for any filmmaker who criticizes her appearance: "Sorry, do you want me to be an actress or a model?" (People)

Jamie Otis is calling out a body shamer who left a mean-spirited comment on one of her social media posts. The Married at First Sight star, 30, saw that a woman left a comment on a recent Facebook video she shared making fun of her "lopsided" breasts: "I'm just trying to figure out what's lopsided-her boobs, her bra or her shirt... Woman, have some respect for yourself," the commenter wrote. Not only did Otis respond to the woman in a private message, but she hit back at her body shamer (without exposing her identity) in a lengthy blog post. "I am a bit hormonal so please forgive me in advance for my brutal honesty on this topic," the reality star, who is 18-weeks pregnant, wrote on her blog. "I guess I am a bit sensitive, too. I've been bullied and shamed before -- it's not fun. I used to be so insecure that I would just keep quiet and not say anything. It's time people who are being bullied and shamed stand up for themselves." Otis shared a screenshot of her messages with her body shamer and explains why she decided to stand up for herself. "Maybe she didn't realize that her comment was so hurtful and downright rude?" she wrote on her blog. "Maybe if I speak up, she won't hurt another person by bullying and shaming them." However, the woman showed no remorse in her response, saying that the "world doesn't need to see" her breasts and that Otis should be more modest. "Her response to me literally left me speechless," wrote Otis. "Instead of maybe apologizing and accepting that her words were hurtful, she went on to try to shame and bully me more. This is where I decided I should just stop. Some people live in their own little worlds and refuse to try to change for the better." Even though her exchange didn't have the intended result, she decided to share the experience in hopes that maybe it will change someone else's mind who has shamed others or been shamed themselves. "My goal in sharing this experience is that any woman who stumbles across this post will just think about their comments before they post them," she wrote. "Maybe we as women could go out of our way to build each other up instead of tear each other down. And if you're reading this after being bullied or shamed, please know you are not alone. Don't go hide in shame, but instead stand up to your bully." (People)

Michael Irvin is being investigated for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at a Ft. Lauderdale hotel ... something he vigorously denies. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports, a 27-year-old Florida woman filed a police report, claiming she and the NFL Hall of Famer were out at a bar in the early hours of March 21 when they went back to the W hotel, where Michael was staying. The woman says they were in Michael's room when she began to feel sick. She says the last thing she remembers is fighting him off. She says when she woke up he was about to check out, leaving her behind. She took an Uber home and called 911 at 7:30 AM. She told cops she feared she was drugged and raped. She was advised to go to a medical lab for a swab and a blood test, which she did. She says she also texted Michael, asking him if they had sex. She says he responded that he wouldn't do anything to hurt her. Our sources say Michael, now an analyst at NFL Network, tells a very different story. He says he was out at a bar with a group of people, including the woman, until around 4:30 AM March 21, when he returned to his hotel and she followed. Michael says he had an early flight, was in the room for only 15 minutes and had no sexual contact with the woman. He also says another male was present. He says the woman -- a cosmetologist -- texted him a day later saying, "Come for a facial when you get back to Ft. Lauderdale." Irvin's lawyer, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ Sports, "Michael was in Ft. Lauderdale visiting his nieces and nephews at a track meet. He was also visiting his 90-year-old aunt and attending her birthday party. He was blindsided by news of these allegations." Friedman adds, "The allegations are completely false. In the few hours since we've learned about them we've already discovered many red flags about this young woman's background and the allegations she made against Michael. Even the complaint that she made specifically says she does not recall the events that took place. She was very drunk that night. Nothing happened and there was no assault." Police are investigating. Stephen King stole the idea for his main man in "The Dark Tower" series from a famous comic book character also known as a gunslinger ... according to a new suit. The creator of "The Rook" comics claims King's protagonist, Roland Deschain, is based on his main character, Restin Dane. He says Deschain has striking similarities to Dane other than just their initials -- both are "time-traveling, monster-fighting, quasi-immortal, romantic adventure heroes." "The Rook" creator also points out King's Deschain dresses like a cowboy despite not being from the Old West -- just like Restin Dane -- and the towers in both books look the same. According to the docs ... the Restin Dane character was in more than 5 million comic magazines from 1977-1983 and King admits he read those stories. The first book in King's 'Dark Tower' series was released in 1982. Translation -- "The Rook" creator thinks it's more than just a coincidence Roland is a lot like Restin, and he wants the King of Horror to fork over $500 million for ripping him off. The lawsuit is impeccably timed ... teaser footage from the upcoming "Dark Tower" movie, starring Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey, was just released this week. (TMZ)

George Michael's Family and Friends Say Goodbye at "Small, Private" Funeral. Three months after George Michael passed away, he has been laid to rest. E! News confirms the Wham! crooner's funeral was held Wednesday. Only close friends and family attended the small ceremony, including boyfriend Fadi Fawaz. "Family and close friends gathered for the small, private ceremony to say goodbye to their beloved Son, Brother and Friend," Michael's rep tells E! News in a statement. Further tests revealed in early March that the late singer's cause of death was "dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and fatty liver." In the aftermath of his death, tweets posted to Fawaz's account claimed the 53-year-old attempted suicide on multiple occasions and wanted to die. Fawaz maintained his Twitter had been hacked, but a family member of Michael's cast doubt on their relationship. "One thing is for sure this was not an act of suicide," Michael's cousin Andros Georgiou shared on Facebook in mid-January. "If I was around this would never [have] happened and I have to live with that the rest of my life...I have to pray that the police come to the conclusion I have and justice will be served." According to the Daily Mail, Fawaz wasn't made aware of Michael's funeral Wednesday until the last minute. He was the last person to arrive, showing up at around 2 p.m. local time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Michael's friends and family. (Eonline)

There's a Glaring Plot Hole in Beauty and the Beast, But This Wild Fan Theory Solves Everything. Take notes, Disney fanatics! This is a fan theory you won't want to miss. For more than a quarter-century, Beauty and the Beast diehards have never gotten over the flick's biggest plot hole. Enter 2017 and its live-action adaptation, and we finally had an answer as to why Belle's fellow villagers had no idea the Beast's massive castle -- which literally overlooks their town -- even existed until she was taken captive. Or did we? Warning: Spoilers ahead... Right off the bat, Emma Watson and Dan Stevens' Beauty and the Beast lets us know that the enchantress cursed the townspeople into forgetting anything and everything about the prince and the castle. And here's where the new plot hole comes into play: Over the course of many years, none of the villagers seem to age, nor does the Beast and his servants. When Mrs. Potts is reunited with Mr. Potts in human form, they're still around the same age, despite time having passed. A Reddit fan theory offers a remarkable explanation. "The village of Villaneuve is caught in the Enchantress' curse as well," the user explains. "It's stated outright that she erased the memories of the Prince, his lands, and servants from the villagers' minds, but if you pay attention she also locked the village in a time loop." We're talking Groundhog Day, people. As for why Belle and her father are thought of as outcasts by the townspeople, it's because they moved to the village after the curse was already in place and thus, age naturally. It's no coincidence Belle can sing and dance her way through a crowded marketplace without so much as a second glance to the chaos happening around her. They're living the same day over and over again! What do you make of this theory? (Eonline)

She wants him to sleep in her room and doesn't get jealous or envious. She's great. We got very lucky." AH-Mazing! That sibling bond is so important -- and so difficult for some families! We're glad that isn't the case for Mila. BTW, did we mention how stunning she looks in her red carpet return?? She also spilled to ET that she isn't about to push her luck in the foreseeable future with a third baby: "We're good on two right now. We're solid. It's perfect, it's like, great, you know? I have two really healthy, really wonderful kids. Why test my luck?" (Perez Hilton)

After the epic envelope flub at the Oscars, Warren Beatty was ordered home by wife Annette Bening. In her annual "Oscar Diary" for Avenue Magazine, p.r. whiz Peggy Siegal reveals that after the bizarre awards finale, "At the entrance to the [Governors Ball] Warren Beatty walked up to me, still holding the two priceless envelopes as proof of his innocence. I asked him, 'What happened?'? His phone rang. It was so noisy, he bent toward me to hear better. The phone was almost in my face and I heard Annette Bening asking where he was and saying, 'Warren, come home.' Warren said, 'No. I have done nothing wrong.'?" Siegal later made it into Guy Oseary's VIP party by tagging along with Oscar winner Casey Affleck. (Page Six)

'GMA' anchors 'sick' of Strahan getting special treatment. Michael Strahan's role at "Good Morning America" is still ruffling feathers at the morning show. Sources claim fellow anchors on the show are sick of ABC bosses giving him preferential treatment. "They roll out the carpet for [Strahan] while seasoned talent is treated like dirt. He's been given a lot of opportunity, flexibility, when the others who have been working there longer don't get that kind of treatment," a source said. Strahan signed a special deal that allows him to continue to analyze football at "Fox NFL Sunday" and host ABC's "$100,000 Pyramid." But he was forced to drop most of his lucrative endorsement deals when he joined the morning show. Meanwhile, pop anchor Lara Spencer, "feels like her role has been minimized with Strahan. There's not a lot of love between the two. They know how to put it on for the cameras, but he's doing a lot of what Lara should be doing [on the show] and she's not happy. She's the pop person." We also hear that George Stephanopoulos is over it. "He's bored with the fluff. He goes into work, does the show and leaves by 8:57 a.m. He doesn't interact. He's been phoning it in for quite some time," the source said. An ABC News exec insisted that Spencer has fully welcomed Strahan into the fold. "That's just bulls?-?-?t. They get along great. She loves having someone with his sense of humor on the show. Michael is lovely with the staff .?.?. And as for Lara, she has far more airtime in the 8 a.m. hour and is loving the studio audience." Plus, other stars are juggling just as many outside projects as Strahan. "The idea that George is phoning it in is absurd. He gets to 'GMA' at, like, 3 in the morning. He works 16 hours a day," the exec continued. "He goes home because he does all of the special reports in addition to 'GMA,' and he's calling sources and getting ready for his Sunday show. He comes back to the office in the afternoon .?.?. And he's incredibly engaged in the news coming out of DC right now." An ABC rep added: "We've tripled our lead over the 'Today' show [in total viewers]. The show has never been better." (PageSix)

Former "RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars " winner Alaska Thunderf?-?-?k wants Wendy Williams to "sashay away" from hosting a show about the drag queen competition. "Frankly, I think the decision to make [Williams a host] .?.?. is tone deaf, untimely and incorrect," the past winner told UnicornBooty.com. "I used to watch Wendy's Hot Topics daily, and some of the things she said during Caitlyn Jenner's very public transition were beyond questionable .?.?. I certainly don't think she is the right person to be hosting." Williams was tapped to host "Fierce Fridays" -- a weekly live "viewing party" show that leads into and reacts to new episodes of the show, which has moved to VH1 from Logo. Another former contestant, Detox, wrote of Williams, "She is NOT an ally. She is transphobic. If anything, she is an .?.?. enemy profiting off our community." Other fans tweeted about a 2009 incident in which New York drag queen Erickatoure Aviance was hassled in Williams' audience under a "no-costumes dress code." The show later apologized. Reps did not get back to us. (Page Six)

Tom Brokaw: 'Fake news' isn't going away. Veteran newsman Tom Brokaw says "fake news" is here to stay. "Fake news is a terrible thing .?.?. we have to be on guard against it. People cannot just take what is on the screen and believe it," he told us at a screening of Steven Spielberg's Netflix series, "Five Came Back," about filmmakers who served in World War II. "It is a sad day in journalism, but it is the advancement in technology," Brokaw said. "It is going to affect us for a long time .?.?. Once it is online, it is there forever." (PageSix)

The Washington Nationals say that President Donald J. Trump declined an invitation to throw out the ceremonial first pitch on Opening Day due to a scheduling conflict. POLITICO reported earlier that Trump had been in talks with the Nationals about throwing the first pitch. Washington's home opener is Monday against the Miami Marlins. Swap it out! John Angelos, the son of Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos, appeared lukewarm on the idea of Trump throwing a pitch at an Orioles game. "Ultimately that decision is with the ownership group as to what major politicians and political figures and societal figures they want to invite," Angelos said on the B-More Opinionated podcast. "I know that the administration has taken a lot of criticism for its controversial positions. "I think more so perhaps for statements made both during the campaign and since the administration came in concerning things that are considered to be problematic from a race, ethnicity, religious, gender, disability. People in those communities have been spoken about very negatively by a candidate and now president," Angelos added. (SI)

Bob Dylan to Finally Accept Nobel Prize in Sweden. After months of will-he-or-won't-he suspense, it appears the matter has finally been settled: Bob Dylan will physically accept his Nobel Prize for Literature this weekend (April 1-2), when he arrives in Sweden to perform at a pair of Stockholm dates. Professor Sara Danius, permanent secretary of the Swedish Academy, confirmed Dylan's involvement in a blog entry on Wednesday (Mar. 29), entitled "Good News About Dylan." "The Swedish Academy is very much looking forward to the weekend and will show up at one of the performances," she writes. "Please note that no Nobel Lecture will be held. The Academy has reason to believe that a taped version will be sent at a later point." In December, Dylan informally accepted the award, submitting a speech assuring that he was "honored to be receiving such a prestigious prize" and that for him to "join the names on such a list [of Nobel Prize recipients] is truly beyond words." However, as the BBC points out, for him to actually receive the cash prize of 8 million kroner (roughly $900,000 American), he must actually deliver a lecture by June, or forfeit the money. (Giving a pre-taped lecture is not unprecedented -- Darius cites Alice Munro's 2013 address as the latest one to be recorded ahead of time.) Danius goes on to explain that the meet-up will likely be one of minimal spectacle: "The setting will be small and intimate, and no media will be present; only Bob Dylan and members of the Academy will attend, all according to Dylan's wishes." John Legend Surprises Commuters With Piano Performance at London's St. Pancras Station. John Legend managed to do the impossible: make commuting fun. The crooner surprised London commuters Wednesday when he hijacked the piano at St. Pancras station and gave early morning travelers a performance. Legend sang a couple of his biggest hits, including "Ordinary People," "All of Me" and "Surefire," as he played the ivory keys, all in celebration of International Piano Day. He also snuck in a quick promotion for his new album, Darkness and Light, as well his tour. Before taking over the piano, Legend teased on Twitter, "Arriving at London @StPancrasInt on @EurostarUK. Do they still have that piano there?" St. Pancras station also hinted that there could be some surprises in store for the station on this (relatively unknown) holiday. "It's International Piano Day today! We can't wait to hear all the performances on our station pianos!" the account for the train station tweeted. (Eonline)

Elton John signs on for animated 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat'. Elton John is teaming up with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice to develop an animated adaptation of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." STX Entertainment chairman Adam Fogelson announced the project Tuesday at CinemaCon, the annual gathering of theater owners and exhibitors. The musical, which Rice and Webber created in the late 1960s, is based on the "coat of many colors" story from the Book of Genesis. The studio also announced a new animated project from Eddie Murphy about a bull named Bo who wants to be a rodeo clown. (PageSix)

2017 ACM Awards By the Numbers: Find Out Which Star Can Make Music History This Year. It's that time of year again, y'all! The Academy of Country Music Awards marks the first major country music prize giving of the year, and organizers are kicking it off with a bang at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena this Sunday, April 2nd. For the 52nd annual ceremony, more than 25 acts are expected to take the stage, including Thomas Rhett, Kelsea Ballerini, Reba McEntire, Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban, and Florida Georgia Line with the Backstreet Boys You read that right - the "Oh my God, we're back again" Backstreet Boys. Speaking of Keith Urban, he's the one to beat this year since he leads the pack of nominees with seven nominations, including the coveted Entertainer of the Year prize, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Album of the Year for Ripcord. Although Miranda Lambert follows closely behind Keith with five nominations, the one to look out for is the Female Vocalist of the Year. The Automatic hitmaker has won this trophy seven times - that's every single year since 2009. She tied Reba McEntire's record with last year's win, but if Miranda beats out heavyhitters Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves and Carrie Underwood on Sunday, she'll be the first and only singer to win Female Vocalist of the Year eight times. And consecutive wins, no less! And no need to worry that you'll be bored during the show - good pals Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley are back for a second year as co-hosts to keep you entertained - and maybe they can get through the ceremony without their friend (and Luke's former ACM co-host) Blake Shelton crashing their monologue like he did last year. It will also be a big night for Maren Morris - the 2016 ACMs marked the first-ever award show the 26 year old ever attended, and this year, she returns as a nominee with six nods in four different categories, including Album of the Year for Hero and Single Record of the Year for "My Church", the same song which earned her a Grammy in February. And if it's any indication of how her night will go, Maren is already going into Sunday's show as a winner - last month she was named New Female Vocalist of the Year, the same award Miranda incidentally won 10 years ago. Here's hoping this year's ACMs will be a big one for both of them. Watch the ACM Awards this Sunday, April 2nd at 8p ET/5 PT on CBS. (Eonline)

Courteney Cox's Daughter Coco Arquette Follows in Mom's Footsteps by Starring in Music Video. Courteney Cox and David Arquette's daughter is ready for her close up. While her mom and dad may be used to the Hollywood spotlight, Coco Arquette has managed to grow up away from any big stages. But in a new music video for MONOGEM's new song called "Wild," the famous daughter is making one of her first on-screen debuts. The 12-year-old and Matthew RC Taylor play two best friends who meet up for a night of fun. What starts off as a movie night with popcorn quickly turns into a nightclub atmosphere featuring costume changes, bright neon lights and more. "The video is a dreamy and colorful story about two best friends. I thought it would be interesting to create a visual showing two young teenagers getting wild in their own unique way. Amidst the kids' smokey, neon reality, the boy is cross dressing for the first time in a safe and comfortable environment without any judgment," MONOGREM explained to LadyGunn. "That is a beautiful thing. With all of the craziness going on in the world today, I felt compelled to deliver this message and lyric to our very important younger generation: 'Life's too short to not live wild.'" The clip reminded some fans of Courteney's big role in a music video back in the '80s. More than 30 years ago, the Friends star got a big break when she appeared in Bruce Springsteen's classic hit "Dancing in the Dark." The video received heavy airplay on MTV back in 1984 and Courteney earned a role in Family Ties shortly after. For now, the credit goes to Coco who is receiving lots of praise from her friends and family. "So proud of my daughter Coco and her performance in the @monogem video link," David shared on Instagram. Justin Timberlake Posts Instagram With Pharrell and Timbaland, Teases Working With Superstar Producer Combo. In the early-to-mid '00s, the only pop star/producer combo that could rival Justin Timberlake and Pharrell for musical potency and blockbuster potential was probably Justin Timberlake and Timbaland. Now, we might get all three of them collaborating together -- and more. Timberlake took to Instagram late Tuesday night (Mar. 28) to post a photo of him, Skateboard P and Timbo chilling together on a sofa. No context was given for the snapshot, but a couple hours later, JT quote-tweeted his former collaborator Danja -- a regular co-producer of Timbaland's as well -- saying "What u think u gon get if I'm with Tim in one room... and Pharrell and Chad [Hugo, Pharrell's partner in The Neptunes] in another room at the same time on the same project?" Could new music from Timberlake and this dream-team production crew be on its way? No official word yet, but Justin commented on the tweet the always-telling "eyes" emoji, so don't be surprised if it ends up coming to fruition soon enough. (Billboard)

Death Threats Aimed at K-Pop Band BTS Prompt Security Alert for US Tour. K-pop group BTS, aka. Bangtan Boys, announced that it will maximize security for its upcoming U.S. tour following a series of death threats. The now-suspended Twitter account (@AntiBTSAnti) recently featured a series of very specific threats against BTS member Jimin, announcing plans to shoot the South Korean singer with a gun from rafters, with seats specified, while he performs the number "Lies" at the Anaheim Honda Center in Southern California. The venue, which has a capacity of nearly 19,000, is due to host BTS for two sold-out concerts on April 1-2. The Twitter account also blasted photos of a dead pig, guns and other bloody images. The band's agency Big Hit Entertainment said on Wednesday that it will strengthen security during the U.S. performances, and has also sought the help of local police. Honda Center's security staff has also promised to help ensure safety, said the agency. The Anaheim concerts are part of BTS' worldwide "2017 Wings Tour," which kicked off in South America earlier this month. Stints include Chicago and Newark, New Jersey, and continues through July across Asia including Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan. Meanwhile, concerned fans have responded with a social media movement of sorts, positing various hashtags to support Jimin and BTS. (Billboard)

Wreck It Ralph Sequel Gets a Title: Ralph Breaks the Internet. So this is what the future of gaming looks like! At CinemaCon in Las Vegas Tuesday, Dave Hollis, head of distribution for The Walt Disney Studios, revealed the Wreck It Ralph sequel's title: Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. Hollis also told attendees that Jane Lynch and Jack McBrayer will be reprising their roles from the 2012 movie. John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman have been set to return as Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz, respectively, since the follow-up film was announced in June 2016. Directors Phil Johnston and Rich Moore are also returning, as is producer Clark Spencer. If the title seems too long, Moore tweeted, "You can just call it Ralph for short, if you want." Plot details have yet to be revealed. "To take these characters we love and have them enter the enormous world of the internet has given us so much to explore," Moore told E! News in a statement Tuesday. "Our production team has been hard at work designing a world that takes something we all think we know -- the internet -- but shows it in a whole new, imaginative way." "We're so excited to be working with Ralph, Vanellope von Schweetz, Fix-It Felix and Sergeant Calhoun again, and we have new characters we look forward to unveiling," said Johnston, who also wrote the screenplay. "At the center of this film, as in the first one, is the relationship between Ralph and Vanellope, two once-outcasts, who in each other, found true friendship." Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 hits theaters on March 9, 2018. The first Wreck-It Ralph movie earned $470 million at the worldwide box office and received Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for Best Animated Feature. When the sequel was announced in June 2016, Reilly shared his excitement via a statement to E! News. "Ralph is a character very near and dear to my heart. I'm really looking forward to playing the big lug again. Making the first Wreck-It Ralph was one of the most special experiences I've ever had and I'm really looking forward to bringing him back to life. So many kids I've met all over the world are excited to see him again, too," the 51-year-old actor said. "They tell me all the time!" "The world of the internet is the perfect place to send Ralph and Vanellope," Johnston told E! News last year. "The scope and scale are so vast and the possibilities for comedy are endless." Cher quit 'Flint' movie to care for ailing mother. Cher is dropping one role and picking up another: caretaker. The music icon, 70, will not participate in a Lifetime movie about the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, due to her "concern for her mother's health and her desire to be close to her," a rep for Cher told Page Six on Tuesday. Cher's mother, Georgia Holt, is also a singer and an actress whose credits include appearances on "I Love Lucy" and "The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet." She is 90 years old. "Unfortunately I will be unable to leave Los Angeles during the scheduled filming as I am dealing with a serious family issue that prevents me from going on location for the April filming," the singer told Variety upon giving up the role. "This has been a project so near and dear to my heart and I was truly looking forward to helping tell this story," she said, who was also signed on as an executive producer. The "Believe" singer has been active in relief efforts in Flint. Page Six reported in January that she bought "a large quantity of Icelandic glacial water and had it sent to Flint." (PageSix)

Smurfette scrapped from poster in ultra-Orthodox Israeli city. Smurfette, the only female member of venerable blue humanoid group The Smurfs, has been axed from the movie poster of "Smurfs: The Lost Village" in the ultra-Orthodox city of Bnei Brak, near Tel Aviv, in Israel. As promotional posters for Sony Pictures Animation's latest film in the animated franchise rolled out in the country this week in advance of its March 30 release, most of Israel saw the standard image of three male Smurfs-Clumsy, Hefty and Brainy -- along with key character Smurfette. But in Bnei Brak, the blue lady had been omitted from the poster to keep in line with the community's censorship sensibilities, by which it is not accepted practice for women to appear in advertisements. According to the Israeli daily paper Haaretz, the film's distributor Forum Film said its PR company opted not to display the original poster in the area in order "not to harm residents' sensibilities" and added that "it is not accepted practice for images of women to appear on the city's billboards." While it's not the first time a female face has been axed from promotional material in the area-Jennifer Lawrence was not used in ads for the final installment of "The Hunger Games" franchise and even Hillary Clinton's image was dropped in certain religious publications during US. election coverage-it is understood that this may be the first time an animated character has fallen victim of the community's modesty standards. Of course not all Orthodox communities in Israel adhere to these gender-separation practices. Indeed, most regions in the country are very progressive, and many have taken to social media to poke fun at the decision to axe Smurfette, a central character in the film voiced by Demi Lovato, from the posters. Pluralistic group like Israel Religious Action Center called it an "absurd example of excluding representations of the female form" while others on Twitter noted the irony that "topless" male Smurfs were allowed to remain on the poster. As the White House distances itself from former Donald Trump adviser Roger Stone, Netflix is gearing up to debut a new doc on the self-described "dirty trickster." In "Get Me Roger Stone" -- which includes interviews with Stone, Trump and former campaign manager Paul Manafort -- Stone brags that he identified Trump as a candidate years before he won. "I was like a jockey looking for a horse ... you can't win the race if you don't have a horse," Stone says in a trailer for the film, seen exclusively by Page Six. Manafort concurs, adding, "Roger saw something that nobody else saw back in the early '80s." Trump proclaims of Stone in the trailer, "He loves the game, he has fun with it and he's very good at it." But White House rep Sean Spicer's publicly downplayed Stone's role in the campaign, saying last week at a press conference: "Mr. Stone is somebody the president has known for a long time. He worked briefly on the campaign . . . until about August of 2015 . . . They have talked from time to time, but I don't think any time recently." Stone's under scrutiny in the FBI's Russia investigation. He's denied wrongdoing and offered to testify. In the film, he proudly shows off the Richard Nixon tattoo on his back and crows, "I revel in your hatred because if I weren't effective, you wouldn't hate me." The hot film by directors Morgan Pehme, Dylan Bank and Daniel DiMauro and executive- producer Blair Foster premieres April 23 at Tribeca, and May 12 on Netflix. (People)

Cannes: Festival Unveils 2017 Poster. The poster for the 70th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival features Italian acting legend Claudia Cardinale. A dancing, laughing, skirt-swirling Claudia Cardinale graces the official poster for the 70th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival. Cannes unveiled its official poster, which celebrates the Italian actress and social activist in red-and-gold glory, on Wednesday. The 70th Cannes festival runs May 17-28. "I am honored and proud to be flying the flag for the 70th Festival de Cannes,' said Cardinale in a statement, "and delighted with this choice of photo. It's the image I myself have of the festival, of an event that illuminates everything around. That dance on the rooftops of Rome was back in 1959. No one remembers the photographer's name ... I've also forgotten it. But this photo reminds me of my origins, and of a time when I never dreamed of climbing the steps of the world's most famous cinema hall. Happy anniversary!" The poster was designed by Bronx agency in Paris with Philippe Savoir of Filifox creating the image's visual identity. Pedro Almodovar will preside over this year's Cannes festival jury, and Italian-French actress Monica Bellucci will serve as master of ceremonies. Cannes' full competition lineup will be announced April 13. (Hollywood Reporter)

The Mindy Project Ending With Season 6 on Hulu. The Mindy Project will be completed: Season six will be the show's last. Mindy Kaling and Hulu announced the upcoming sixth season will be the last. "I mean this half-jokingly, but at a certain point it was like, I think she's dated every man in Manhattan. Sex and the City lasted for, what, six seasons with 10 episodes each? I don't know that there's been a show about a woman trying to find love in New York City that has lasted quite this long. And frankly, there's no more actors in Hollywood left to date," Kaling told EW about the decision to end the comedy. "That's my joking answer. But the thing about these characters, especially this past season, is that we've really gotten into their romantic and interior lives, like Ed Weeks' character, Rebecca Rittenhouse, Xosha Roquemore, all of them," she continued. "That's been really fun, and it just felt like... we've seen so much of Mindy's dating adventures, and I love that, but we've seen this character go through dating stuff a lot. We've seen her be a mom, and we even had enough time to explore that. We started this series when she was single, and now she's married and has a kid and she has a stepdaughter, and it kind of just felt like [a few] more episodes was all we needed to wind this down." Hulu rescued The Mindy Project after Fox canceled it following its third season on the broadcast network. "It has been an honor and a joy to work with Mindy and the entire creative team behind The Mindy Project," Craig Erwich, Hulu's head of content, said in a statement to EW. "This series has been part of Hulu since we launched the service and, thanks to Mindy's incredibly unique voice and vision, has remained one of our most popular and beloved series over the past five years. While we can't wait to see what Mindy has in store for what will undoubtedly be a fantastic sixth and final season, we know The Mindy Project will live on as fans will continue to watch, discover and re-live all of the best moments from the complete series on Hulu." The series stars Kaling as Dr. Mindy Lahiri, an OB/GYN in her own romantic comedy. Weeks, Roquemore, Ike Barinholtz, Beth Grant and Fortune Feimster also star. The show as also included Chris Messina, Adam Pally, Anna Camp, Garret Dillahunt, Rhea Perlman, Anders Holm, Bryan Greenberg and Mark Duplass among its cast. Kaling said she's looking forward to finishing the series after missing out on ending The Office as a writer since she was starting her own show. She's had a final moment in her mind for some time, something she wants to be surprising. "I want to do something that feels good but also makes you feel like when you leave the character that she's learned something in these past six years -- for someone who doggedly doesn't want to learn. She's actually, unwittingly become kind of better," she said. Will you miss The Mindy Project? (Eonline)

New Girl Finally Revealed Schmidt's Real Name & We Were Not Expecting That. When New Girl promised to finally, after six seasons, reveal Schmidt's first name, we knew it had to be something really, really good. We could definitely not have predicted what it actually ended up being, especially because it's the exact same name as another character on the show. Schmidt's name is...Winston! 15 years ago, the guys made a rule that there could not be two Winstons. So Winston Bishop (Lamorne Morris) got to keep the name, and Winston Schmidt (Max Greenfield) went by his last name. Tonight, with some prodding from Cece (Hannah Simone), Schmidt decided it was time to grow up and embrace his full name again, regardless of the troubles it caused with the other Winston, and with everyone else's levels of confusion. Winston (Bishop) fought it for a while, and the two Winstons physically fought over the name through most of the episode. Then, original Winston had a change of heart, and realized how badly his friend needed his name back. And then Winston (Schmidt) and Cece were in bed together, exchanging I love yous. Turns out "I love you, Winston" is just not a phrase Cece can stomach saying, and one Winston Schmidt can't stomach hearing. And in other news, Nick (Jake Johnson) and Jess (Zooey Deschanel) are on their way back together! Nick finally managed to dump Regan (Megan Fox), sort of, after jumping out of a train and forcing her to chase him back to the loft, where she admitted that she also wanted to break up with him. Meanwhile, Jess was in Portland with her dad (Rob Reiner), trying to get over her love for Nick. Then, she found out Nick and Regan had broken up, and she and her dad were immediately on their way back to LA. So that's to be continued, but it seems like Winston St. Marie (his middle name!) Schmidt may be back to Schmidt for good. New Girl airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox. (Eonline)

Amy Poehler & Nick Offerman Are Returning to TV for a Series That Ron Swanson Himself Would Love. Somewhere, Ron Swanson is smiling. NBC has just announced that Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman will be returning to the network to host a six-episode reality series that seems to have been crafted specifically with Offerman's Parks and Recreation alter ego in mind. The Handmade Project is a competition series that celebrates artisanship and the makers who can create amazing things with their hands -- and a few tools too. "I'm thrilled to be celebrating artists who make things by hand, and I'm looking forward to finally conquering my fear of paper mache," Poehler said in a statement announcing the series. Offerman added: "People who make things are my favorite kind of folk. Practical, clever and terrific in a pinch. That makes me tickled pink to have a front row seat at this prodigious display of talent, and admiring and cheering on an amazing crop of American makers. Plus, Amy and I have a strong tradition of tomfoolery so let's see if we don't have some good fun." "With millions of mass-produced products, a handmade item can be the most valuable treasure one can possess because it's one of a kind and made with love," said Meredith Ahr, President, Universal Television Alternative Studio. "We are thrilled that Amy Poehler's first venture into the unscripted space is so refreshingly unexpected and original, and can't wait to see Amy and Nick back together again!" Each week on The Handmade Project, eight of America's best all-around makers, from all walks of life, will undertake a series of projects they must complete in their own unique way with the hopes of impressing Poehler, Offerman and a panel of expert judges. Over the course of each episode, the contestants must tackle a different theme, hand-making items in different disciplines. While the friendly competition will ultimately crown a winner at the end of the six-week journey, the show's focus will be on the characters and camaraderie of those who enjoy creating their own crafts, all under the comedic guidance of Poehler and Offerman. Participants of all ages with skill sets as wide-ranging as woodwork, quilting, knitting, scrapbooking, cake decorating, metal work, doll making and general crafting are welcome to apply at handmadeprojectcasting.com. Since Parks and Rec ended its run in 2015, Poehler has been seen on the small screen in Netflix's Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, while Offerman appeared in the second installment of FX's Fargo. The Handmade Project marks their first project back working together. Celebratory waffles for all! Are you looking forward to Poehler and Offerman's return to NBC? (Eonline)

Lee Daniels Reveals Plans for Oprah's 'Terms of Endearment' Remake and 'Empire' Spinoff. The remake, with Winfrey playing the Shirley MacLaine role, will be set in the '80s and include a storyline about black men who brought HIV/AIDS to their female partners. That Terms of Endearment remake that Lee Daniels is going to do with Oprah Winfrey? Turns out it'll be a complete makeover. The Empire co-creator offered plot details at Loyola Marymount's Hollywood Masters series with THR's Stephen Galloway on March 22, revealing that the film -- still uncast, except for Winfrey in the Shirley MacLaine role -- will be set in the '80s and include a storyline about black men who brought HIV/AIDS to their female partners. "I've got to tell stories that are important to me, and so many African-American women died," said Daniels. "I want to make Flap [played by Jeff Daniels in the 1983 film] gay and infect the Debra Winger character. And then we explore the '80s in a different way." Other tidbits: Daniels announced his Empire spinoff will be Las Vegas-set and revealed that he's begun therapy. "They say it works," he mused. "I'll find out." (Hollywood Reporter)

Emmys' Acting Races Poised for Shake-Up Amid Glut of Ensemble Shows. This year, awards hopefuls are finding themselves competing against more of their co-stars within certain categories. The 2017 Emmys opened for submissions March 20, beginning the awards race in earnest. With a glut of ensemble vehicles, many strategists say this year has the pool of actors not only submitting earlier but also competing against more of their co-stars within certain categories. Take NBC's This Is Us, considered broadcast's best shot at cracking the drama race: Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia will vie in lead categories, as will co-star (and 2016 People v. O.J. Emmy winner) Sterling K. Brown (though none of the actors with whom he shares the bulk of his screen time will be submitted as lead, with Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley and Ron Cephas Jones all going for supporting). Hopefuls from HBO's A-list limited entry Big Little Lies may bring even more intrashow battles. Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman and Shailene Woodley all plan to submit as lead, a category where Feud stars Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange already look likely. The race between Big Little Lies' male players is even more crowded. Adam Scott, Alexander Skarsgard, Jeffrey Nordling and James Tupper are all being submitted for supporting player. (Laura Dern and Zoe Kravitz are said to be targeting supporting in the actress race.) Notes one campaign strategist of the many potential conflicts, "The more you have these big ensembles, the harder it is to break these individuals out." The surge of scripted television has, unsurprisingly, created a surge in submitted actors -- but the tallies are daunting. The TV Academy notes that 2016 brought record-high submissions, with a total 2,108 performances submitted across all lead, supporting and guest races. That number represents a nearly 70 percent jump in just five years -- only 1,249 were submitted in 2011. The volume is such that several publicists say they've cautioned some clients against making the trouble, especially if they aren't members of the Academy. Emmy submissions for non-members come at $225 a pop, while all members get two freebies each year. Industry growth has forced some returning shows to reconsider their tactics. Showtime, for one, will pitch Homeland's Rupert Friend as drama lead, instead of supporting, where he previously competed with Mandy Patinkin. (Initially, Friend was nominated in 2013 for his Homeland work in the guest race, but he's seen his screen time climb in subsequent years.) "It's ultimately up to the showrunners," says Showtime programming President Gary Levine, noting that they now reassess where submissions belong each year. "But we have our opinions about where we like to put people." Showtime knows something about category switches. Shameless, an hour-long show, famously switched from drama to comedy in 2014. Star William H. Macy has since been nominated in comedy lead annually, proving that a little vigilance can pay off. (Hollywood Reporter)

Oh Snap! Abby Lee Miller Has ALREADY Been Replaced On Dance Moms With... Cheryl Burke!! Abby Lee Miller has already been replaced! As we previously reported, the Dance Moms star dramatically announced her departure from the Lifetime show on Instagram on Monday evening. While Miz Miller's resignation sent fans into a panic over the state of the show, producers clearly went into crisis mode as they've already booked ALM's replacement for this season. According to Entertainment Tonight, Dancing With The Stars pro Burke will take over for Abby for the remainder of the show's season. Whoa! It's said that the reality TV hit resumed filming (March 29) and has been picked up for four more episodes this season. A source told the media outlet: "It's a go with or without Abby. It's been up in the air because the network said it's either all of the cast or they weren't doing any [more episodes]." We're having a hard time seeing Miz Burke as Miller's replacement, mainly because she doesn't seem like much of a yeller. Still, the 32-year-old is totally qualified as she's served as a pro on the ABC dancing competition for 19 seasons. Not to mention, it sounds like replacing the controversial choreographer was inevitable as the 50-year-old had been "spiraling and making decisions that most people would think are not smart." A second insider noted: "[Abby] bolted from [filming] three or four episodes recently." Reportedly, prior to quitting Abby made a bunch of crazy demands, which included that no one could discuss her possible jail sentence. Oh, and Laurieann Gibson (the celebrity choreographer the girls were forced to hire when Abby went MIA) was not allowed to be on set. We guess Abby now has all the time in the world to focus on her upcoming sentencing for her bankruptcy fraud case. (Perez Hilton)
