Julie Bowen -- Mrs. Dunphy on Modern Family -- turns 47 today. As special treat, Phil Dunphy will NOT sing Happy Birthday to her. Could you be married to Phil? For that matter, what about Claire?

Tone-Loc turns 51 today. The guy who gave us "Wild Thing" is more "Mild Thing" these days. Getting close to a new song called, "Mild Thing." His big flop was "Tame Thing."
