He can act his age or any age, for that matter... As an actor, Spacey's very intense. Even when he goes camping, he's in tents.
Helen Mirren is 72. Google "Young Helen Mirren" and she was quite the stunner in her day.
Mick Jagger is 74. He still has over 800 years left on his deal with the devil. So much for that "they don't gather moss." Have you seen the north side of Mick lately?
