Laura Prepon Gives Birth! Actress Welcomes First Child With Fiance Ben Foster. And a baby makes three! Laura Prepon has given birth to her first child with Ben Foster, E! News has learned. On Tuesday, the new parents were spotted enjoying a night out post-baby at Out East in New York City's East Village. Sitting at secluded table in the restaurant, the couple cozied up to one another and perused the seafood-focused menu and wine list. The couple confirmed in January that Prepon was pregnant, just three months after E! News confirmed their engagement. The 37-year-old first hinted at the soon-to-be wedding back in the fall when she debuted her engagement ring from Foster at the premiere of The Girl on the Train. At the red carpet premiere of The Hero during the Sundance Film Festival, E! News caught up with the expectant star about her relationship with Foster and whether or not the two had any wedding plans up their sleeves. "I'm happy. It's amazing. He's the love of my life," she told us while beaming from ear-to-ear. Prepon added that the two have hit a minor hiccup when it comes to laying the groundwork for their very special day: the guest list. "We want a really small wedding but we have a lot of people that we love and care about." She added, "It's weird, [but] apparently doing the list for your wedding is a whole thing that could cause some issues." And when asked about her many Orange Is the New Black co-stars, she quipped, "Our cast alone is like 50 people." Luckily for Prepon and Foster, the two only have to think about their little bundle of joy for now -- and the rest will sort itself out! Congratulations to the new parents on their exciting baby news! Us Weekly was the first to report that Prepon has given birth. (Eonline)

Jared Leto Just Told Us He's on Tinder and We Haven't Stopped Swiping Since. You guys, this is not a drill: Jared Leto just told us he's on Tinder. The hunky 45-year-old actor joined E!'s Daily Pop during which our hosts Catt Sadler, Justin Sylvester and Carissa Culiner couldn't help but ask about his personal life, which seems to be overshadowed by his incredibly busy work life. "It's called Tinder," he responded, immediately causing us all to hop on our phone and start swiping more frantically than ever before. Though he joked he only said that to "get a little stock on the company," we think he's bluffing. Of course, the only way to truly find out is to actually find him on the dating app...So get to it, people! But in all seriousness, Leto admitted he's so passionate about his career and his creative escapes that he prefers work over play. "I actually don't have much of a personal life, but I love my work," he said. "To me, I'd rather write a song than go to a party. I'd rather work on a piece of content or do something that I'm excited about than a lot of other things." In fact, he and his band Thirty Seconds to Mars have been busy working on their upcoming album, recently releasing their new single "Walk On Water," which they're set to perform this Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards. Moreover, on Wednesday, we found out he might start working on a Suicide Squad spin-off film based solely upon his character as the Joker with Margot Robbie starring beside him as Harley Quinn. The Hollywood Reporter said directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa are in final negotiations to pen the movie about the Batman villains for Warner Bros. Pictures. A source described the film as a "criminal love story" to the publication, with another insider calling it "an insane and twisted love story. When Harry Met Sally on benzedrine." (Eonline)

Gal Gadot Shuts Down Wonder Woman Body Shaming. It's a wonder that Gal Gadot was cast as Wonder Woman. In the Aug. 25 issue of Rolling Stone, the actress reveals why she didn't buy into the hype surrounding a role that took 75 years to bring to the big screen. "When you're a beginner, you get excited about having a job," Gadot, 32, explains. "That's where I was." Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder had seen Gadot's work in Fast & Furious and Fast Five, so he asked her to come in for an audition. "Zack called me and was like, 'So do you know what you're testing for?' I said, 'No,'" she recalls. "He said, 'Well, I'm not sure if you have her in Israel, but did you hear about Wonder Woman?'" After making her debut as Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, she got to work on director Patty Jenkins' origin story. Released two month ago, the movie has earned $800 million worldwide, making it the fifth highest-grossing film of 2017. Says Gadot, "It just shows that the world was ready for a female-driven action movie." From the beginning, though, there was backlash. One of the complaints was that an Israeli was playing Wonder Woman; the movie was banned in several Arab countries as a result. "Oh, my God, seriously, you guys?" Gadot says. When her body was criticized -- the comic book character was notoriously and disproportionally busty -- she guffawed. "I told them, 'Listen, if you want to be for real, then the Amazons, they had only one boob. Exactly one boob. So what are you talking about here? Me having small boobs and a small ass? That will make all the difference.'" Gadot and Jenkins wanted Wonder Woman to be strong but feminine. "I didn't want to play the cold-hearted warrior," the actress says. "We didn't want to fall into the cliches." The actress will reprise her role as Wonder Woman in Justice League, sharing the screen with actors Ben Affleck (Batman), Ezra Miller (The Flash) and Jason Momoa (Aquaman), among others. And Gadot filmed the superhero movie while pregnant with her second child. "We cut open the costume and had this green screen on my stomach," Gadot says of concealing her growing curves. "It was funny as hell -- Wonder Woman with a bump." Afraid she might possibly be seen as weak, Gadot decided to wait a while before telling her Justice League co-stars that she was pregnant. "I didn't want attention," the actress tells Rolling Stone. "The default should be that women get the job done, but there's a long way to go and a lot of reprogramming that needs to be done to both genders." Gadot's pregnancy was just one of the complications Justice League's production team faced. After a family tragedy, Snyder stepped down, handing the movie over to Joss Whedon. Despite Affleck's disappointment, Gadot was fine with it. "Look, Joss, to my understanding, was Zack's choice to finish the movie. And the tone can't be completely different because the movie was already shot," she explains. "Joss is just fine-tuning." Since the release of Wonder Woman, Gadot confesses, "People always ask me, 'Are you a feminist?' And I find the question surprising, because I think, 'Yes, of course. Every woman, every man, everyone should be a feminist. Because whoever is not a feminist is a sexist.'" Gadot and her younger sister were taught "to believe that we're capable, to value ourselves," she adds. "I had a very sheltered kind of life. There was no TV-watching. It was always 'Take a ball and go play.' In general, I was a good girl, a good student, a pleaser and I was a tomboy, always with wounds and scratches on my knees." Even as a child in Rosh Ha'ayin, a small city in the heart of Israel, she knew men and women were treated differently. "I've had my moments where I've felt like men were misbehaving -- nothing sexual, but inappropriate in a sexist way. Dismissive," she tells Rolling Stone. "Life wasn't always rosy and peachy for me as a woman in the world." (Eonline)

Jessie James Decker Opens Up About Dealing With Mommy Shamers: "I'll Never Post a Picture of My Kids in Their Car Seats." Hell hath no fury like a social media mommy shamer! Modern moms out there know all too well the perils of posting photos of your children, only to be thrown under the bus by other moms in the comment section. Jessie James Decker may be famous, talented and married to hot NFL star Eric Decker, but she's not immune to being trolled on the internet. "You know, it is kind of hard sometimes because you feel like you have to filter what you post in some ways," Jessie revealed. "I'll never post a picture of my kids in their car seats anymore because I'll get schooled on how I'm not doing it correctly or it turns into this argument." She continued, "I'm not going to post pictures of them in the backseat eating their snacks. It's not worth it anymore -- you ruined it!" This is a problem all moms face and when it comes to Jessie, she has her own way of dealing with the negativity. "There are some times where you just have to let it go and not let it bother you because whatever works for your child, works for your child," the singer explained. Jessie also admitted that there is a silver lining to every post. "I'll tell you, there have been sometimes where someone has given me some sort of advice and they were right," she revealed. One time in particular was when she didn't realize she was carrying her son, "The Bubs," the wrong way and someone helped her out. Or as Eric reminded her, the way they cut fruit for their children is all thanks to a social media mom. "The babies love grapes, and I had three different women saying, 'Hey you should cut the grapes in half, don't feed them to them whole because I'm a pediatric nurse and I've seen so many kids coming in choking on these or dying from choking on these grapes,'" Jessie shared. "So now we cut our grapes in half...So it's nice when it's helpful." (Eonline)

There is certainly no shame in this Hollywood Lothario's game. John Mayer, 39, brazenly hit on Erin Foster on Wednesday night after her dad, legendary music producer David Foster, wished her a Happy Birthday on Instagram. "One of the loves of my life and my fav daughter on this day!!! #happybdayerin #iloveyou," Foster, 67, wrote in the caption. Then Mayer wasted no time in leaving a comment, asking Foster, "Can you put a good word in for me?" Luckily for Mayer, Erin appears to be single. She's also a comedy writer and performer who starred in the VH1 reality TV show Barely Famous, alongside her sister Sara Foster. While Erin (or her dad) has yet to respond to Mayer's comment, it's safe to say Mayer received many laughs and a few praises on the comment section for his bravery "John Mayer's comment ," one user wrote, while another commented, "@davidfoster John Mayer." "When @johnmayer creeps your IG to hit on your daughter," another added. While others thought Mayer might have to prove himself worthy of dating Foster's daughter: "HBD Icon @erinfoster @johnmayer she's too fabulous for ya!" (People)

If Jennifer Aniston could ban a tabloid phrase, the star says there's "too many" to choose from, but anything about her stomach would top the list. Aniston talked about her frustrations with the constant speculation over her body in an interview with Glamour. "I think the best one would be a picture of me with a hand over my stomach, saying 'Finally Pregnant!' " Aniston, 48, says. She says the tabloid media judge her body harshly. "I mean, it's like they take a picture of you and create this story. If your body is in a normal moment of having had a bite or two, or you're having a moment of bloat, then there's arrows circled around your stomach, telling you that you're pregnant," she says. "And it's like, actually no, it's just my body." Aniston points out that it's more than just body shaming -- these stories are an invasion of a private matter between her and husband Justin Theroux. "Having a child, as we know, is no one's business except the couple or individual that's going through it," she says. Plus, Aniston says that the constant question of whether she's pregnant or not is a fraught topic for her. "My ideas of what a happy life and fulfilled life are might be different from other people's. I think it's to each their own," she says. "Nobody's right to judge someone else's choices. No one knows what's going on beyond the four walls of your home, of these people who are having or not having children. It's a very sensitive area to go to, especially. It's sensitive to me." Aniston says too much of Hollywood is focused on looks, and that affects younger people. "Right now, women's worth is being quantified by how they look and their Instagrams and likes," she says. "That's all so self-created, so why are we trying to add to that? It's hard enough to be a young woman, or man, growing up and trying to find your identity, rather than having a whole Internet of people weighing in on it. It makes me sad for those kids." And Aniston, who is set to star in a new TV series with Reese Witherspoon, says the industry needs to reconsider the lack of roles for women after they hit 50, particularly as her age group crosses that line. "We're all still here, and we're doing just fine. So maybe we'll, hopefully, be setting the example of "this is what it looks like." Look at Helen Mirren -- rock star, gorgeous, goddess. Meryl Streep, stunning -- a rock star, gorgeous, goddess," she says. "All of the stories, there's so many stories that are there to be told. Just because you can't bounce a penny off your tummy anymore, because you're not 22 or 32, doesn't mean that should quantify what makes you relevant and interesting." (People)

Amy Schumer publicly commented on her salary renegotiation with Netflix for the first time. In a previous interview, the comedian stated that she asked for more money once she learned what Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle were paid for their respective stand-up specials. "Thanks for chiming in on what you feel I deserve to be paid. I believe women deserve equal pay. However I don't believe I deserve equal pay to Chris and Dave," Schumer wrote on Wednesday in an updated Instagram caption for a near-naked photo of herself holding her hot dog costume-wearing dog, which was previously just captioned: "Hot dog dog." "[Chris and Dave] are legends and 2 of the greatest comics of all time. I would like to say that I have been selling out arenas these last couple years. Something a female comic has never done," the Snatched star continued. "That's a big deal to me, especially because I know I do my best every night on stage for the audience and they have a good time." Rock and Chapelle were reportedly paid $20 million for their routines while Schumer had been paid $11 million for her "The Leather Special" taping. The March special was taped after Schumer's rise in popularity, thanks in part to an Emmy win for Inside Amy Schumer and success with her first starring role in the film Trainwreck. "I didn't ask for the same as my friends. I did ask for more than the initial offer," Schumer noted. "I will continue to work my ass off and be the best performer I can be. The reports of me 'demanding' or 'insisting' on equal pay to them aren't true." Schumer's request for more equal pay comes in the wake of several other female celebrities demanding more money after learning their male counterparts were being paid higher wages. Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, Patricia Arquette and Emmy Rossum are just some of the actresses who've been vocal about equal pay in the past. (People)

It appears that Joshua Jackson has learned how to date. Months after saying he is mystified by modern dating, the actor was spotted strolling through the Studio City Farmers Market with a beautiful model on his arm ... because nothing screams 2017 like courting over fresh fruits and veggies. RadarOnline.com has identified the mystery woman as 28-year-old model and stylist Shafia West. West -- clad casually in denim cut-offs, a sweatshirt, sneakers and a baseball cap for the Sunday jaunt -- held Jackson's arm as they perused the market. The "Affair" star, 39, didn't bother to dress up for the outing either, wearing baggy gym shorts, a black hoodie and blue New Balance sneakers. Although West's manager said she could not comment on her clients' personal lives, it can be gathered from the model's Instagram account that she enjoys spending time in nature and working out. She's also fond of sharing inspirational quotes. The 5-foot-8 beauty's social media feed as well as her modeling portfolio are filled with swimsuit and workout-fashion shots, highlighting her fit figure. Radar reports that West and her estranged husband Ryan have filed for divorce. Jackson's rep did not respond to a request for comment. Jackson split from actress Diane Kruger last summer after dating for a decade. She has moved on with "The Walking Dead" star Norman Reedus. (Page Six)

The Challenge's Ammo Reveals He Was Raped By His Former Partner. MTV reality star Ammo is ready to reveal a very personal detail about a past relationship. Shortly after experiencing a "very intense episode of post-traumatic stress disorder" on Tuesday night's episode of The Challenge, Ammo shared with followers that he was once raped by a former partner. "In November of 2016 I was raped in my own bed by my former partner. I remember saying 'no' and 'I don't want to' but my partner insisted that he was going to 'make me take it' and teach me 'how to be a man,'" he wrote on YouCaring. "It was painful. It was mortifying. And it was non-consensual." The realization happened when Ammo sat in a Planned Parenthood and was interviewed by a social worker. "She put her hand on my knee and said: 'Rape can happen to anyone, by anyone. Sometimes it is the people closest to us who hurt us the most,'" Ammo said. As viewers of The Challenge XXX: Dirty Thirty may have seen, Ammo wanted to participate in MTV's latest show to "prove to myself that I was strong -- that I could do anything." In this week's episode, however, a sand wrestling match caused an episode of PTSD that resulted in producers calling the paramedics for Ammo. "While underneath my opponent, my mind triggered memories of my assault and I was left in a state of panic leaving me totally paralyzed," he shared. "I left the show the next day and came back to New York to start immediate recovery. Since then, I have been focused on taking better care of myself and working hard to get the medical and psychological help I need." Ammo is asking for donations so he can "get the continued help and support I need." "Trust me when I say: RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE," he wrote. "Sometimes all it takes is reaching out and simply saying: 'I need help.'" (Eonline)

Jon Gosselin Is "Relentlessly Fighting for His Kids'' After Multiple Confrontations With Kate Gosselin, Lawyer Says. Jon Gosselin will do whatever it takes to protect his family. Just the other day, the reality TV star called authorities to ROG Orthodontics in Wyomissing, Penn. over a "verbal domestic dispute" with ex-wife Kate Gosselin. Wyomissing Police confirmed to E! News that the former couple could not come to an agreement as to which parent one of their 13-year-old daughters would go home with. Ultimately, no arrests were made, officers escorted Kate out of the building and the child left with Jon at her request. Now it appears this incident isn't the first time in recent memory that Jon and Kate have clashed over their sextuplets and twins' custody agreement. His attorney, Kristen Doleva-Lecher, tells E! News that a separate exchange took place on Aug. 15 in a parking lot and as a result, Jon is making an effort to "do what is right." Doleva-Lecher explains, "The ability to co-parent is desirous in all custody matters, unfortunately in this case, it remains a theory, not a reality." Jon's legal representative could not share details regarding past or future court hearings, citing the "Gag Order," but did express her client's intentions in fighting Kate on the matter. "However," she says, "it should be known Jon has been aggressively and relentlessly fighting for his kids. Jon is frustrated by recent events but will not be derailed in his efforts to do what is right." Jon and Kate, who starred on multiple TLC series before their 2009 split, share eight children together: 16-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn and 13-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah. Over the years, their inability to amicably co-parent has stirred public interest and captivated headlines. In 2015, Jon filed for full custody of their daughter Hannah, because as a source described, "She is unhappy and uncomfortable in the house with Kate Gosselin." As of June 2016, Jon said their custody agreement allows him to see only four of their children at once, during weekly dinners and overnights every other weekend. A separate insider shares with E! News, "The custody situation has been changing over the past month and it's been very hard on the kids." According to a report from InTouch, which Doleva-Lecher confirmed occurred, police were present for an incident involving Hannah and her parents at a parking lot off a Pennsylvania highway on Aug. 15. Kate allegedly tried to pull the teen out of Jon's vehicle, but Hannah "violently resisted." An ambulance was called and Hannah was reportedly treated at the hospital for an arm injury. When asked about allegations of child abuse, Kate told Good Morning America's Amy Robach last November that although she's been investigated by Child Protective Services, she insists there's no truth to the rumors. "I'm in the public eye. I have been investigated many times," she said. "It's always unfounded, obviously." (Eonline)

Mike Epps has probably lost more money on a high-stakes table than he'll have to dish out in fines for beating down a dude in a New Orleans casino. Epps pled no contest Thursday to misdemeanor battery charges stemming from the February brawl at the NOLA Harrah's. He got a 30-day sentence but it was suspended, so no time behind bars. He also has to pay a $175 fine and $125 in court costs. Bottom line -- he's walking away for the low low price of $300. As we reported, Epps allegedly left the victim with a black eye and neck pain after the attack. (TMZ)

Prince's former sound engineer is claiming victory over the estate in their battle over song rights, at the same time the engineer made an 8-figure offer to own Prince's enormously valuable music vault. George Boxill claims the late singer gave him the masters and the rights to a number of Prince's published songs, which Boxill also claims he co-wrote. The songs have been the subject of prolonged litigation, but Boxill says the estate recently admitted in open court he did indeed have the right to release the tracks and profit from them. This is a dramatic turn, since the estate actually got an injunction that derailed Boxill from releasing all but one song. Boxill is aggressively trying to get the injunction overturned. Now here's where it gets good. Sources connected to Boxill tell TMZ, Boxill and his music label, RMA, recently made a $10 million offer to the cash-strapped estate for the entire vault of unreleased music, but our sources say they were turned down flat. There were reports Jay-Z offered $40 mil but we're told it was way less and was for the entire catalog. Universal actually made a $31 mil offer for the entire catalog but the deal fell apart. We reached out to various lawyers for the estate ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

Aaron Carter got a 2-for-1 deal when he called cops to report harassment and hate-filled texts ... 'cause they also found evidence of someone trying to burglarize his home ... TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Aaron called cops early Wednesday in St. Petersburg, FL because he was getting bombarded with texts and phone calls. Sources close to Aaron say multiple people tied to his inner circle are behind the harassment campaign. Cops say while they were at his home, Aaron also told them about an attempted break-in while he was out of town -- and sure enough, they found signs someone tried to get in his back door. Police say they're investigating the harassment and the attempted burglary. Aaron's rep had no comment. There's a lot that sucks about Aaron's life lately. Just ask him ... (TMZ)

One of the guys behind 'The Purge' movies had to purge his dog walker because she allegedly threatened to kill his pup ... all over a creepy obsession with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Brad Fuller -- who also produced "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" -- says this horror story started in May when the dog walker accosted his wife, demanding to meet Matt and/or Ben. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, she said "many lives would be lost" unless she got the intro. Brad fired her and changed his locks, but says the woman started texting his wife 150 times a day ... and threatened to poison their dog. He says they reported her to LAPD, but after a detective went to her home ... she texted his wife, "I will make sure you never walk again." Brad says the woman was put on an involuntary 72-hour hold at UCLA Medical following the incident. The court granted him a restraining order, which also protects his wife and their Rottweiler, Duke. THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Gwen Stefani's Son Is an Eyewear-Designing Genius. Gwen Stefani's son, Zuma Rossdale, is already following in his mom's footsteps. He's already helped her design an eyewear collection, after all. Last April, in addition to her adult frames, the singer launched an optical selection for kids, called gx by Gwen Stefani Juniors, featuring colorful frames and interchangeable emoji magnets. It turns out Gwen's son deserves some design credit. At the press preview of her latest L.A.M.B. and gx by Gwen Stefani collections in West Hollywood, the "Loveable" singer shared how exactly her middle child influenced the design process. "My son [Zuma] has been wearing glasses since he was five, and so that's pretty devastating, you know, to have to figure that out," Gwen told E! News. "Taking him out to find something that's cool, it was really hard. It was really limited, so to do a collection that I know he's going to wear, and he's going to be proud of and be part of, that's really fun." What kind of ideas did the 9-year-old bring to the table? While at an event, Zuma glued hamburger emojis to his regular glasses. His trendsetting mom's reaction? "OMG -- this is a great idea!" The result? Emoji magnets your kid can swap out on the sides of their glasses. Genius. "I love doing sunglasses. I will die for sunglasses for the rest of my life, but when you have to wear [regular] glasses, to be able to have cool ones that you actually feel good in, that's pretty satisfying," said The Voice coach. "Now, I think optical [non-sunglasses] is kind of my focus -- no pun intended." When it comes to personal optical preference, the singer (who "just can't see up close") prefers to channel her inner "nerdy secretary," preferring bold, dark, big frames. Her current favorites from the new line: rectangular tortoiseshell frames and a pink version with grommets down the sides. For sunglasses, she likes to keep it classic in simple black shades. "It's a way to be out but still kind of glamorous...even if you look ugly that day," she added, laughing. Jokes aside, the reason why Gwen loves designing eyewear is much deeper: Accessories are more inclusive. "The most satisfied I've ever been is when I've done things where it doesn't matter what body type you are," explained The Voice coach, when asked what the difference is between designing a clothing collection versus eyewear. "Like with handbags, you can rock a handbag no matter what size you are or what kind of music you like. I relate more to accessories. Like with music, it's really about sharing my life and my heart, and it doesn't matter where you come from in the world, what language you speak -- it's this kind of universal thing." The new L.A.M.B. and gx by Gwen Stefani eyewear collections are available in September. (Eonline)

Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Responds to Deceptive Health Claims Made by Watchdog Group. Gwyneth Paltrow's love-to-hate/hate-to-love lifestyle site Goop is firing back at a plethora of claims made by media watchdog group Truth In Advertising (TINA) on Tuesday. Earlier, a spokesperson for Goop told E! News, "Goop is dedicated to introducing unique products and offerings and encouraging constructive conversation surrounding new ideas. We are receptive to feedback and consistently seek to improve the quality of the products and information referenced on our site. We responded promptly and in good faith to the initial outreach from representatives of TINA and hoped to engage with them to address their concerns." The statement continued, "Unfortunately, they provided limited information and made threats under arbitrary deadlines which were not reasonable under the circumstances. Nevertheless, while we believe that TINA's description of our interactions is misleading and their claims unsubstantiated and unfounded, we will continue to evaluate our products and our content and make those improvements that we believe are reasonable and necessary in the interests of our community of users." On Tuesday, TINA released its own statement revealing that after an investigation into Goop's marketing, the non-profit organization had filed a formal complaint with two California district attorneys California against the lifestyle site, alleging that the business has more than 50 examples of making "deceptive health and disease-treatment claims to promote products in violation of the law." TINA's statement goes into further detail, explaining that, "Goop's marketing has revealed more than 50 instances in which the company claims, either expressly or implicitly, that its products (or those it promotes) can treat, cure, prevent, alleviate the symptoms of, or reduce the risk of developing a number of ailments. These include crystal harmonics for infertility, rose flower essence tincture for depression, black rose bar for psoriasis, wearable stickers for anxiety, and vitamin D3 for cancer. The problem is that the company does not possess the competent and reliable scientific evidence required by law to make such claim." The statement also alleges that TINA.org had warned Goop about the investigation in an Aug. 11 letter to the company and Paltrow. The group claims that the letter detailed that it would be alerting the government of its findings unless Goop took "corrective action" by Aug. 18. The group claims that it provided Goop with a list of Goop and Goop-promoted web pages that made inaccurate health claims and that despite the information being given to the site, that only small changes were made to its marketing. According to TINA's website, TINA.org is, "A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Madison, CT, whose mission is to be the go-to online resource dedicated to empowering consumers to protect themselves and one another against false advertising and deceptive marketing." First, they did boxing together and now, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are doing push-ups (literally) together. The athletic duo showed off their latest couples workout on Instagram as seen in a video montage, set to Notorious B.I.G's "Hypnotize," posted by the retired Yankees player. With the help of their trainer David Kirsch, both Lopez, 48, and Rodriguez, 42, took their core strength training up a notch by doing some side twists while holding medicine balls. Another exercise they synced were push-ups as the father of two held his girlfriend on his back, much like that memorable scene from the first season of This Is Us. In the ninth episode of the hit NBC drama, Milo Ventimiglia's character Jack took adopted son Randall (played by Lonnie Chavis) to a martial arts class where he physically showed life-long commitment to his child by holding him on his back while doing some push-ups. And when Lopez and Rodriguez weren't working out, the All I Have star also put on a mini dance show for her boyfriend. "Jennifer and I work out together, and I can't wait to bring her here to my new gym," Rodriguez previously told PEOPLE. "She is a great jock, a former track star in school, and I enjoy working out with her." Adding, "Jennifer and I mix it up. We like to lift, and we enjoy bike riding. She is a talented jock." Kendall Jenner's WeHo hood is Rihanna's future hang ... 'cause she just closed on a mansion right near the house KJ fled. Sources close to the deal tell TMZ ... Rihanna recently purchased the crib above the Sunset Strip for a cool $6.8 million. It's got 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and just over 7,000 square feet of space. There's also a movie theater inside, a fully equipped gym, a fireplace, a billiard room and a guest house ... plus a pool and a huge yard. It's also gated ... which could come in handy around those parts. As we reported, Kendall recently unloaded her WeHo home after about a year of grief -- which included a stalker encounter and a high dollar theft. No sign of concern from Rihanna just yet, though. Just a moving truck. (TMZ)

Tom Colicchio has changed the name of his hot Beekman Hotel restaurant Fowler & Wells to Temple Court after realizing the first moniker has a racially charged past. The chef said in a statement: "In the mid-1800s, the building where the Beekman .?.?. now stands housed the offices of Fowler & Wells, a pair of publishers and phrenologists." Phrenology is the study of skull size and structure to determine mental abilities, and was often used as a justification for discrimination and slavery. After picking the name, Colicchio and his team "dove more deeply into the works of Fowler & Wells" and "discovered facts about their beliefs that go against everything we stand for." (Page Six)

The winner of the Powerball lottery has, in an instant, amassed a bigger fortune than some of the biggest celebs in the universe. Someone in Massachusetts hit the jackpot ... $758.7 MILLION. The maximum federal tax rate is just shy of 40% and the max Massachusetts tax rate is a hair over 5%. So, assuming the winner took the lifetime payout, he or she would score roughly $417 MILLION after taxes. If they went for the lump sum ... it's less, but still filthy, stinking rich. So that's what they mean by the luck of the draw. (TMZ)

Fergie's New Album Double Dutchess Finally Has a Release Date -- and There's a Twist! It's been 11 years since Fergie released her first solo album, and now we're finally inching closer to a second one. The 42-year-old singer just announced she'll be dropping her sophomore album, Double Dutchess, on September 22 with pre-sale becoming available on August 25. But even more exciting than that, she also revealed it's going to be a visual album! In fact, when Fergie took to social media to announce the exciting news, she shared a sneak peek video that seems to give us a look inside what the experience will encompass...and let's just say things get dark. From glimpses at what appear to be an insane asylum to ghost-like costumes to explosions, the visual album could be straight out of a horror movie. That is, with the exception of the Fergie touch, which includes lots of sexiness and lots of skin. Fergie has been busy promoting the album with tons of half-naked and skin-baring photos, showing off her incredibly toned body we've obsessed over since her early days with the Black Eyed Peas. She also shared the album's tracklist in the form of GIFs (because that's the world we live in today), which includes songs like 2016's "MILF $" and 2014's "L.A. Love." Meanwhile, Fergie's last album, The Dutchess, was released in 2006, marking her first solo run outside of the Black Eyed Peas. However, will.i.am clarified this summer that she's still a member of the group. Nevertheless, we can't wait to see what she has in store for us on Double Dutchess. (Eonline)

Celine Dion Sings a Rihanna Song to Answer a Question About Her Love Life. The best is yet to come for Celine Dion. The famous singer broke out into song when someone asked a question about her dating life, singing classics from both Frank Sinatra and Rihanna. While at the launch for her handbag collection in Montreal, a partnership with Bugatti, the 49-year-old gave us what we didn't even know we needed. "I'm enjoying myself. I went through a lot," she said, referencing the passing of both her husband Rene Angelil and her brother Daniel Dion, who died within days of one another. "At this time of my life, going back a few years back when it was so hard, I feel as though I can spread my wings." What is it that keeps her going? She said that there is "a force that takes over when you believe, and I'm a believer." And spread her wings she did as she started to belt out "Diamonds" into the microphone before trailing off. She may not remember all the words, but she sounds fantastic -- as expected -- singing the words that she did know. Back in April, when Dion was asked about moving on, she said that it was too soon. "He's the love of my life," she said of her late husband. "It's very difficult for me to see myself with another person." The French-Canadian singer has become somewhat of a fashion icon recently. The most stunning example being her short video with French fashion house Dior. She also killed it during Paris Fashion Week wearing everything from Roberto Cavalli to a $108K outfit from Givenchy. Dion also confirmed that she will be releasing an album at some point in 2018. (Eonline)

Why Katy Perry Ended Her Feud With Calvin Harris. There is no more bad blood between Katy Perry and Calvin Harris. In 2011, the two got involved in a Twitter feud after he canceled plans to open for the singer on tour at the last minute. The two later reconciled and even collaborated on new music. Earlier this year, Harris released a new single, "Feels," which featured Perry, as well as Big Sean and Pharrell Williams. "I saw Calvin actually at [the] Vanity Fair Oscar party. We just bumped into each other and he's like, 'Oh, you know, it's so funny, I think I have a song that maybe you should come check out,'" Perry said in an interview on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show On-Air With Ryan Seacrest Wednesday. "I was like, 'Cool,' because we'd always meant to work together for years and years and years." "We'd had little falling outs here and there," she added. "We'd had some public Twitter spats and it was like, eight years or so had passed. It was time to put all that behind us. Then he played me this one part for this new song called 'Feels' and I was like, 'Oh yeah.' This is like my favorite song off the record. I was just down to do it." Perry made her comments a day before she released her new star-studded music video "Swish Swish." Many people have speculated the track about fellow singer Taylor Swift , Harris' ex-girlfriend, with whom Perry has also feuded, and that the video is a response to Swift's "Bad Blood" clip. Perry said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in May that "Swish Swish" represents the liberation from all the negative that doesn't serve you" and said on the Today show in June that the song is "not about anyone in particular." She then extended an olive branch to Swift, saying, "All I need to say to her is I love her and God bless her on her journey." Perry also talked to Seacrest days before she will take the stage at the Forum in Los Angeles to host the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, where she will also perform several songs. "I don't really know what to expect because there's a lot of spontaneity on that show, so I'm just gonna have to like, catch every curve ball that comes at me and laugh," Perry said. "I'm basically just gonna laugh the whole way through." (Eonline)

Lady Gaga Cries "I'm Alone" in Emotional Documentary Five Foot Two. Lady Gaga's life isn't as perfect as it looks. "I'm known for being larger than life," she tweeted, "but really I'm just... #GagaFiveFootTwo." On Thursday, the pop star shared several teasers from her upcoming documentary, Gaga: Five Foot Two. "I have seen a few short clips of the documentary but I decided not to watch it all the way through -- or most of it, for that matter -- because I can't be objective about myself," the 31-year-old "John Wayne" singer admits in one of the video clips. "So, you'll see it before I do." It's easy to understand why it would be hard for her to watch. In another scene, the singer cries, "I'm alone, every night. And all these people will leave, right? They will leave, and then I'll be alone. And I go from everyone touching me all day and talking at me all day to total silence." Another scene shows Gaga, alone, going over a pain management plan in in a doctor's office. "Phase one is let's try to get you out of this intense pain that's in your face where you feel like you're running from the tidal all the time," a woman, whose identity is not revealed, tells Gaga. "I know there's a component of psych that Dr. Modir is working on. Phase two, let's try to get the muscles to reeducate. Phase three, we do the blood spinning to try to cause regeneration." Gaga has been seen with documentarian Chris Moukarbel several times in the past year, but it's unclear if he's the one who's been working with the "Judas" singer on Gaga: Five Foot Two. The film promises to give fans an unfettered look at Gaga recording Joanne, rehearsing for the Super Bowl Halftime Show, filming A Star Is Born and dealing with her split from fiance Taylor Kinney. At this point, Gaga has not said when and where Gaga: Five Foot Two will premiere. (Eonline)

Katy Perry Reveals Who She Wants on the 'American Idol' Reboot's Judging Panel With Her. As the only confirmed judge on Fox's American Idol reboot, Katy Perry is looking to fill the other empty judge's seats with some powerhouse vocalists. While calling into On Air With Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday, August 23, the singer revealed that she would like to see Lionel Richie and Charlie Puth beside her mentoring contestants on the series, which Seacrest will return to host. "I'm really pulling for Lionel because I think Lionel is an icon," Perry explained. "And not only that, but if you've seen or ever met Lionel, he just knows how to charm the whole room and he's such an artisan with words. . . I love Lionel." While Puth, 23, has less experience in the business, Perry explains that's part of what makes him an appealing choice for the gig. "Charlie I think is an interesting play because Charlie Puth is somewhat new to the general public of America," the "Swish Swish" singer explained. "Obviously he has his own big fan base, but I think he's really talented. That song 'Attention' is one of my favorite songs this year." She added that the "See You Again" crooner's presence would add a fun contrast between her and Richie. "He's a writer; he's a producer; he's young; he's fresh; he's cool; he's hip. He's Charlie Puth! She said. "He's just some fresh blood. Between Lionel and me, it would be nice to have someone a little bit even more fresh. We're a different kind of fresh." As previously reported, Perry was announced as a judge for the competition series on May 16. "I am honored and thrilled to be the first judge bringing back the American Idol tradition of making dreams come true for incredible talents with authentic personalities and real stories," Perry said via a press release at the time. "I'm always listening to new music, and love discovering diamonds in the rough -- from mentoring young artists on my label, or highlighting new artists on my tours, I want to bring it back to the music." Katy Perry's All-Star Basketball Team Mounts a Comeback in "Swish." It's the Tigers vs. the Sheep at Sheep Stadium -- and the home team is the underdog. At midnight, Katy Perry released the music video for "Swish Swish," with cameos from Hafþór Júlíus "Thor" Björnsson, Joey Chestnut, Terry Crews, Doug the Pug, Rob Gronkowski, Russel "Backpack Kid" Horning, Iris Kyle, Amanda LaCount, Gatan Matarazzo, Dexter Mayfield, Nicki Minaj, Sydelle Noel, Molly Shannon, Kia Stevens, Christine Sydelko, Jackie Tohn, Karl-Anthony Towns, Jenna Ushkowitz, Carter Wilkerson, Britney Young and the West Hollywood Cheerleaders. Swish Center's Rich Eisen and Bill Walton commentated on the basketball game, which they predicted would be "the most unwatchable, eye-gouging blowout of the season." That was an understatement. "Despite all her best efforts," Eisen said of Perry, "she just seems to be falling flat on her face." But with a little luck -- and a little juice -- Perry's team was able to turn it all around. Dave Meyers directed the "Swish Swish" music video, which Jennifer Heath, Danny Lockwood and Nathan Scherrer produced and Jamie Mizrahi and Johnny Wujek styled. Meyers previously directed Perry's "Firework," which won the award for Video of the Year at the 2011 MTV VMAs. "'Swish Swish' just basically is like, I stay winning. I just, like, you know...I'm above that crap," Perry said on SiriusXM's Morning Mash Up while promoting her album, Witness. "I'm gonna stay winning. You're gonna try to hold me down, and I'm gonna come out like a phoenix rising." (Eonline)

A$AP Ferg Addresses A$AP Bari Sexual Assault Allegations: 'We Don't Condone That Behavior'. A$AP Ferg spoke about the recent sexual assault allegations against A$AP Mob's A$AP Bari in an interview on Power 105.1's Breakfast Club Wednesday (Aug. 23). "He still part of A$AP Mob, but we had to kind of sit him down for a second, you know what I'm saying?" he said. "We don't condone that kind of behavior." Ferg was answering questions concerning an explicit video that surfaced that apparently showed Bari trying to force a woman to give him oral sex. "It's just a f---ed up thing," he continued. "I don't condone that shit. I was raised by a bunch of females, my mom and everything like that. I wouldn't want to see that happen with nobody in my household or anybody I know." "He's not the known face -- it's me, it's Rocky, it's Twelvyy. It's all the rappers," Ferg said. "It's like, 'Damn, I didn't have nothing to do with that shit. I'm on tour, making music," he added. "What happens is you just guilty by association." "It's just a bad reflection on all of us," he concluded. Following the video leak, Bari issued the following statement: "A misleading video clip featuring adult content and activity has been released to the public without my knowledge or consent. Comments about myself or anyone being detained or arrested are false. We have resolved this issue amicably among all parties as adults. We were friends before this and will remain friends afterwards. Being raised by strong women who taught me to respect everyone, I'm disappointed in the situation as well as myself and will reflect on the situation appropriately." (Billboard)

Glen Campbell Feted at ACM Honors in Nashville. The country music community honored the late Glen Campbell during the 11th annual Academy of Country Music Honors in Nashville, Tennessee, following his death this month at the age of 81. Campbell's family was in attendance Wednesday night to watch the performance by Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Maren Morris at the Ryman Auditorium. Morris sang "Galveston," a signature hit for the country star, actor and television personality with boyish good looks and friendly tenor. Campbell announced in 2011 that he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. "It's just really comforting to us to know that Glen is so well respected and admired and that he has influenced so many entertainers throughout the years," Kim Campbell, his widow, told The Associated Press prior to the show. His son, Cal Campbell, said there has been an outpouring of messages from fans all over the country since his death on Aug. 8. He was buried in a private funeral in his hometown of Delight, Arkansas. "People just talking about how he changed their life, gave them a reason to pick up the guitar, helped them turn their life around and leave substance abuse behind," Campbell said. Other country icons were also honored during the awards show, which was taped and will air on CBS on Sept. 15. Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire and George Strait were all feted with performances by Brad Paisley, Hillary Scott, Kimberly Schlapman and Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton and Alan Jackson. Additional honorees were the late author and songwriter Shel Silverstein, Toby Keith, Kelsea Ballerini, songwriter Lori McKenna, radio host Bob Kingsley and the cast and crew of the TV show "Nashville." The ACMs also recognized several musicians, producers and engineers, as well as musical venues. (Billboard)

LOCKN' Festival to Bring Good 'Energy' to Charlottesville. Though the LOCKN' Festival had been in the works for more than six months, the event taking place about 40 minutes from Charlottesville, Virginia, will now serve as an uplifting moment for the city following its racially charged rally that left one dead and others injured. Festival co-founder Peter Shapiro said the four-day event, which kicks off Thursday (Aug. 24) in Arrington, will bring positive vibes "to a place that needs to lift the energy." The Aug. 12 protest by white supremacists in Charlottesville left one counter-protester dead and dozens of others injured. "I think the energy will be lifted. People want to be lifted right now," Shapiro said. "They're going to be open souls and open hearted and ready to be lifted, like a congregation. It's like a church." Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, John Fogerty, the Avett Brothers, Jim James, Gov't Mule and Margo Price are part of the line-up at the festival, which is in its fifth year. It takes place at Infinity Downs Farms at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. "The times lend itself for LOCKN' to be coming this weekend ... A lot of people are like, 'Oh man, you're the next big event in Charlottesville, aren't you nervous, scared?' No, this is why we do what we do," Shapiro said. Weir, formerly of the Grateful Dead, said "the times really demand that we embrace each other." "The feeling I think we will have is that we will regard everyone with equal love, even the people who caused all that trouble. In that particular instance, our regard for them will be tinged with a bit of pity for their unfortunate views and the circumstances that they bring on themselves," he said. The festival will be livestreamed on Relix.com and is raising funds to support the organization, Charlottesville Area Community Foundation. LOCKN', unlike other festivals with multiple stages, features one rotating stage so that fans can watch all of the performers on the bill. Other set to perform include Brandi Carlile, the Revivalists, JJ Grey & Mofro, the Record Company, Blackberry Smoke and Umprey's McGee. "I think you going to find that the folks who attend the festival and the folks who play the festival are all of one solid opinion in regard to what happened in Charlottesville," Weir said. "I would expect there would be some attention given to that issue, but it will probably ... come with the song selection." Shapiro echoed Weir's thoughts. "We're going to show that there's many more people on the side of positive energy and get things back on the right road, and there's many more who want to be on that road," he said. "There are small ways you can ... try to do your own effort to flip the energy. This is our effort." (Billboard)

James Cameron now in 'full-tilt production' on Avatar sequels. Four years after James Cameron announced his intention of making three Avatar sequels -- and more than a year after he decided to make it four -- the director is finally in what he describes as "full-tilt production" on the mammoth project, which will continue the story related in the original 2009 blockbuster. "Oh, we're in production," says Cameron, talking to EW ahead of the release of Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D (in theaters Aug. 25). "We're in full-tilt production. We're in what we call 'scouting,' which basically is shooting for me. I'm on the stage all day long during the scouting process, because there are no sets or locations, other than in the virtual world, so I do all my location-scouting with a troop of actors that go through the virtual sets, and give me a sense of the scale and position, lighting, that sort of thing. Then, I'm in rehearsals with my principal cast and I start with them at the end of September," That cast once again includes Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, and Zoe Saldana, who told your writer earlier this year that, after shooting more Avatar films, she would be "done" with space. "She is kind of the Queen of Outer Space at this point, between Star Trek, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Avatar," laughs Cameron. "Although her character does not go to space in Avatar, I should point that out. We have to go through interstellar space to get to where she is. She pretty much lives in a rain forest." We're just saying that if you come up with an idea for another sequel, you might want to check on her availability before writing the script. "A fifth sequel?" muses Cameron. "Um, yeah, she may be out. But you know what? I'm going to cross that bridge when I come to it -- in nine years!" The first of those four sequels is scheduled for release on Dec. 18, 2020, with the subsequent three arriving Dec. 17, 2021, Dec. 20, 2024, and Dec. 19, 2025. (Entertainment Weekly)

Paladin and The Orchard Take on New Documentary 'Heal'. Kelly Noonan Gores' film looks at how spirituality, science and the human body interact. Paladin has acquired theatrical rights to writer/director Kelly Noonan Gores' documentary Heal, which the distributor will release theatrically in Los Angeles and New York in October, while The Orchard has taken digital rights and will launch the film digitally later this year. Noonan Gores' film, produced by Adam Schomer, looks at how thoughts, beliefs and emotions affect our health and includes interviews with Deepak Chopra, Bruce Lipton, Marianne Williamson, Michael Beckwith, Gregg Braden and Anita Moorjani about the relationship between spirituality, science and the human body. It also features the stories of real people describing their healing journeys. The film, which played the Illuminate Film Festival in Sedona, Ariz. and the Maui Film Festival, will open in L.A. on Oct. 20 and New York on Oct. 27. "Heal is a film about possibility and hope, meant to inspire, empower and inform. Over 133 million people in the U.S. are dealing with chronic illness, and now thanks to Paladin and The Orchard, we have the opportunity to reach many more people with the film's message," Noonan Gores said in announcing the acquisition. Paladin president Mark Urman, who saw Heal in June at the Illuminate Film Festival added, "Having distributed Tom Shadyac's extraordinary -- and extraordinarily successful -- I Am, I'm fully aware of how many people want and need to see films about making ourselves and our world better. Heal is bound to strike a chord with that audience, and we look forward to connecting them to such an inspiring, mind-opening experience." In addition to traditional theatrical engagements, a series of one-night-only, special-event screenings run by event specialists Hydro Studios that will begin after the L.A. opening and extend into the fall are being planned. Oscars: Germany Selects 'In the Fade' for Foreign-Language Category. Diane Kruger won the best actress prize in Cannes for the film, in which she plays a German woman whose Kurdish husband is killed in a neo-Nazi terrorist attack. Germany has picked Fatih Akin's terrorist drama In the Fade to represent the country in the 2018 Oscars in the foreign language category. Diane Kruger made her German-language acting debut in the film, playing a German woman whose Kurdish husband and child are killed in an xenophobic terrorist attack. She picked up the best actress award in Cannes for her performance. The story was inspired by real-life neo-Nazi attacks on ethnic Turks and other minorities living in Germany. Akin is an established figure on the German arthouse scene -- his hard-hitting drama Head-On won the Berlin Film Festival's Golden Bear in 2004 and The Edge of Heaven, which won Akin the best screenplay in Cannes in 2007, was put forward as Germany's Oscar candidate but was not nominated. Germany has been nominated 19 times in the past in the best foreign language category -- most recently for Maren Ade's Toni Erdmann -- and has won the statuette three times: for Volker Schlondorff's The Tin Drum in 1979, for Caroline Link's Nowhere in Africa in 2002 and for The Lives of Others from Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck in 2006. Lucasfilm Launching 'Star Wars' Augmented Reality Treasure Hunt. Force Friday II is getting an extra boost with 'Find the Force,' which challenges you to capture your favorite characters using your smartphone. Star Wars fans are already adept at hunting for Easter eggs in movies and scouring the internet for any scrap of information about the next installment in the franchise. Soon that treasure-hunting skill is going to come in handy in the real world (well, technically in the real world). Disney and Lucasfilm are launching a new augmented reality event that will allow fans to search for Star Wars characters using their smartphones and the Star Wars app. The game, called Find the Force, hits Sept. 1 on Force Friday II, the massive product launch tied to December's Star Wars: The Last Jedi. From Sept. 1-3, fans can visit more than 20,000 retailers in 30 countries and look for a Find the Force logo, which when scanned with the app, will reveal a character who will appear to be in the room, thanks to the magic of augmented reality. (See the video at the top of the post to catch this in action.) There are a total of 15 characters (five per day) that can be unlocked. But ahead of the launch, the new (and adorable) Last Jedi Porg characters can be unlocked starting Thursday if you have the latest version of the Star Wars app (version 2.3 or higher) by scanning the code: Force Friday was a big hit in 2015 (read Heat Vision's Borys Kit's tales from braving the midnight crowds here). And this year, the augmented reality game may even win fans a trip to see Star Wars royalty in person. If you tweet photos or videos of your characters using the hashtags using #FindtheForce and #Sweepstakes during Force Friday II weekend, you'll be entered to win in a chance to attend the Last Jedi premiere. Patty Jenkins Hopes 'Wonder Woman' Creates Opportunities for Women Beyond Film. When the Warner Bros. movie surpassed $400 million at the domestic box office, the director said it "exceeded all of the projections, although not our own hopes." Wonder Woman is the highest-grossing live-action film ever by a female helmer, and Patty Jenkins hopes the Warner Bros. superhero movie's success will lead to more job openings for women, including those beyond the director's chair. "I hope the success of the film will lead to change and lead to other people getting opportunities," Jenkins on Wednesday told reporters during a conference call ahead of the film's home entertainment release. "I hope women become a diverse, easy hire for all sorts of jobs in the future." When Wonder Woman surpassed $100 million at the domestic box office in its first week, Jenkins said, "It sort of defied expectations." As the film continues to dominate -- surpassing $400 million at the domestic box office and passing other superhero hits like Iron Man, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad -- it "exceeded all of the projections, although not our own hopes." Lucy Davis, who plays Etta in the movie, credits its success to the ending scene when Diana (Gal Gadot) realizes the most effective way to defeat evil. "I felt that in that moment, there was a big message for the world that love wins," said the actress. "I would love for that to be something we implement more in our world today, because there are so many hard things going on that we think we have to fight against and be angry about, but actually, love wins." Wonder Woman will be released digitally on Aug. 29, with physical copies to follow on Sept. 19. A sequel is set to hit theaters on Dec. 13, 2019. (Hollywood Reporter)

Judge Judy laid down the law while negotiating her hefty $47-million-a-year salary, she said in a newly unveiled deposition. CBS had "no choice" but to pay the no-nonsense jurist what she wanted, lest she produce the show herself, she said. "Their back's to the wall," Judy Sheindlin bragged about CBS's bargaining position, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "I can produce this show myself." She said she uses the threat while negotiating with CBS's president during a meal every three years, in which she hands over a list of demands, including calls for pay raises. "We sit across the table, and I hand him the envelope and I say, 'Don't read it now, let's have a nice dinner. Call me tomorrow. You want it, fine. Otherwise, I'll produce it myself," she testified. One year, when then-CBS head John Nogawski brought his own envelope, she flatly told him: "This isn't a negotiation." The Brooklyn-born Sheind -- lin was testifying in a suit brought against her bosses that claims the network pays her too much. Plaintiff Rebel Entertainment is due 5 percent of the show's net profits, because it is the successor to the talent group that originally packaged the program back in the 1990s. The company argues it has not been paid enough, because an overcompensated Sheindlin is eating into the show's profits. The tough-taking judge shot back that Rebel Entertainment's chief, Richard Lawrence, has made a mint off a show he worked very little on and walked away from decades ago. "I haven't seen him or heard from him in over 21 years," she said about Lawrence. "I think I said something like for him to complain about my salary when he's made . . . 17 million dollars . . . for what was perhaps two, three hours' worth of business, that, to me, is obscene." Sheindlin gave the testimony last summer, but it was not made public until this month. (Page Six)

Which 'RHONY' Stars Voted for Trump and 3 More Must-See Moments from Part 2 of the Reunion. The "Real Housewives of New York" were all in the hot seat over Donald Trump in Part 2 of the reunion, as they were asked to reveal who they voted for in 2016. The most recent season of the show was filmed during the election and while it was clear that Carole Radziwill and Dorinda Medley were pro-Hillary Clinton, it was a little hazy when it came to the rest of the cast. During Wednesday's special, three of the ladies confirmed they voted for Clinton, three of them pled the fifth and one of them revealed she didn't vote at all. Carole, Dorinda and Bethenny Frankel told Andy Cohen they cast their ballots for Hillary, though Frankel wasn't thrilled about doing it. "I didn't like this election, I didn't like my choices, I didn't think it was an ideal situation, but there you have it," she explained. "As far as voting, I'm not going there, I'm pleading the fifth, it's just such a hot topic," Ramona Singer said after saying she knows Trump from visiting Mar-a-Lago "a number of times." Sonja Morgan also opted not to say after explaining she knew Donald and Ivana Trump, has had lunches with the latter and her children and has a framed photo of Donald on her piano. LuAnn de Lesseps said she had met both candidates at different events through the years, but also copped out on revealing who she voted for. As for Tinsley Mortimer, she said she "wasn't able to vote" because she was "a Florida resident still and I didn't do it in time to get the ballot in." She added that voting is "not my thing," as Carole looked on shocked. "Don't you feel like the people who said I'm not going to say voted for Trump?" Radziwill added, to Cohen's agreement. Other interesting moments from Part 2 of the reunion: LuAnn accused Sonja of hiring an actor to play her boyfriend -- AKA Frenchie -- on the current season. "Didn't you hear he's an actor?" she asked, "He seems very natural on the show, doesn't he?" Carole said she had also heard "he was cast as Sonja's boyfriend" before Morgan shot the rumors down. Carole explained that she and Adam "needed to take a moment" apart, which led to him moving out. That being said, they recently went on a trip to Spain together and she hasn't been seeing other people. When asked if he sees anyone else, Radziwill added, "I don't ask him. I would want to know but I can't say that it would bother me." The second half of the episode revolved around Bethenny's volatile divorce from Jason Hoppy and his arrest for stalking her. "It's been a very negative, inexplicable situation that is now hopefully getting better," she explained, "I don't know what to say." She added that their daughter Brynn is "isolated" from the drama and she purposefully tried to keep the dirty details away from her co-stars. "I couldn't understand it," she said through tears, "how could I explain this to everybody? It is torture. So that's why I didn't explain it." Part 3 of the reunion will air next Wednesday on Bravo. Edinburgh TV Fest: Marvel Exec Hints at Comedic Direction, Teases 'Inhumans'. Karim Zreik, senior vp, original programming at Marvel Television, also mentioned that a new female-skewing show is in the works with ABC. Marvel Television's senior vp of original programming Karim Zreik teased a few new directions for the increasingly prolific studio at the Edinburgh TV Festival on Thursday. In addition to treating the audience to exclusive clips from upcoming shows Inhumans and Cloak and Dagger, the exec offered a comedic pointer at one of the event's popular "game changer" sessions. "Comedy is something we really want to go into," Zreik said, highlighting the success of Guardians of the Galaxy for Marvel on the big screen. "It took us time to dip our foot in the comedy pool." However, Zreik joked that Marvel would "never do an office comedy." While he wouldn't offer specifics, he also revealed that Marvel TV was working again with ABC-which it has partnered with on Inhumans-on a new female-focused show currently in development. "It's Jessica Jones-esque," he said, without providing further details. The session, held on day two of the Edinburgh TV Festival, was chaired by SJ Clarkson, who directed and executive produced the first two episodes of The Defenders and the first two episodes of Jessica Jones. Zreik is a co-executive producer of the first seasons of Jessica Jones and Luke Cage and the second season of Daredevil. "We want to target different audiences," and not just comic book fans, Zreik told the audience, highlighting that Marvel now has 14 series. He explained that Daredevil attracts a lot of male viewers, females turn out strongly for Jessica Jones, while Luke Cage "was sort of a mix" in terms of audience, and a younger demographic has been watching Iron Fist. Regarding Inhumans, Zreik said it was Marvel's "first family show," meaning the characters are related. The show is set to premiere in Imax cinemas-the first time for a TV series- with the first two episodes having been shot in Imax in Hawaii. (Hollywood Reporter)

Nat Geo Global CEO on Working With the Murdochs and Competing With Selena Gomez. Courteney Monroe discusses her network's original content push but tells attendees at the Edinburgh TV festival Nat Geo will never go all 'Game of Thrones' and jump the dragon. National Geographic Global Networks CEO Courteney Monroe on Thursday touted her team's original content push and the importance of top creatives in bringing shows with global appeal to the network. Speaking at the Edinburgh Television Festival, she also discussed working with the Murdoch family since 21st Century Fox increased its stake in the National Geographic brand. Asked if the Murdochs and National Geographic weren't strange bedfellows, Monroe said "we get that question a lot," and the answer was no. Fox and the company have been partners for 20 years, and Fox increased its investment because of its "belief in the power of this brand," she added. "The Murdochs are lovers of this brand. This is why they have increased their investment." She added: "Under no circumstances has a Murdoch, or anyone for that matter, called to say you have to do this program" or not do another show. "They are great, great supporters, Fox, of what we are doing." She also highlighted that Fox CEO James Murdoch and his wife are "avid environmentalists." Overall, compared to the size of its financial contribution to Fox, Nat Geo is getting an "outsized level of engagement from James and Lachlan" Murdoch, Monroe said. 21st Century Fox has made Nat Geo a growth focus in recent years. Monroe was promoted to CEO of National Geographic Global Networks in late 2015 after the National Geographic Society and Fox expanded their partnership. Monroe, a former HBO marketing executive, on Thursday touted such Nat Geo original scripted series as Genius, starring Geoffrey Rush, the upcoming The Long Road Home and the upcoming One Strange Rock from Darren Aronofsky. She called the latter "one of the big, epic, very ambitious swings" and "big global event television" play that is "emblematic of our ambitions." After highlighting that Nat Geo has been looking to attract A list talent for its originals, Monroe emphasized that "the idea is not to just slap an A list star into something." She added: "I think that that has been sort of misconstrued in the marketplace, because we have gotten pitches like 'her is the idea, and oh, by the way, we will just get this talent attached as an executive producer. That's not what it's about." Concluded Monroe: "We want to work with A list talent, both behind and in front of the camera, because we want to tell the best stories we can. But that is not just a vanity play or just for publicity. ... There has to be a real creative reason that a person is attached." She then mentioned how at Nat Geo's advertising upfront event this year "we had lots of fancy people-we had Ron Howard and Brian Grazer, and we had Geoffrey Rush and very acclaimed documentary filmmakers and Morgan Freeman and many of the NASA astronauts featured in One Strange Rock." People's reaction? "The neatest thing for me to see, for us all to see, was how much more interested the audience was in meeting the astronauts than they were in any of the Hollywood stars, and in fact all of the Hollywood stars couldn't get enough of meeting the astronauts. I thought that was a great National Geographic moment that restored my faith in humanity." Discussing the early success of the company's scripted originals, Monroe said the reaction to the shows have shown that "there is an appetite of scripted from us." She highlighted that the network has seen a broader, more upscale and more female audience. But Monroe acknowledged: "We have also swung and missed. Not everything has worked." She emphasized though that the National Geographic Society and Fox told her when she started on the path of more original that "it's about playing the long game." One thing the scripted content push will not bring to Nat Geo is mythical creatures as Nat Geo programming will remain fact-based or -inspired, Monroe emphasized. "You will not see dragons, as much as I love Game of Thrones, on National Geographic. They don't exist in real life." Asked about Nat Geo's success on social media, Monroe said it is the top non-celebrity brand "on Instagram and in social." She added: "The rankings are the Kardashians, Selena Gomez and National Geographic. If I do nothing else right, I am determined to unseat Selena-much to my daughter's chagrin, she is a big Selena Gomez fan." (Hollywood Reporter)
