Update: Avenue 3E closure in Yuma rescheduled for Sept. 19-20

The closure of Avenue 3E in Yuma originally scheduled for September 12 has been rescheduled because of inclement weather. Plans now call for Avenue 3E to be closed in both directions between Highway 95 and 24th Street from 5 a.m.Tuesday, Sept. 19, to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20.

· Crews will be completing chip-seal work to protect the roadway surface.

· Alternate routes include 24th Street and Avenue 4E.
