Parade route for Saturday’s Gold Rush Days requires closure of US 60 in Wickenburg

Drivers should expect delays between 9:30 a.m. and noon

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for closures of the US 60 in downtown Wickenburg on Saturday, Feb. 10, while the Gold Rush Days parade is underway. Closures are scheduled to occur from 9:30 a.m. to noon between mileposts 107 and 110.

Eastbound drivers who want to avoid closures can use Vulture Mine Road north to US 93, and then southbound US 93 to reconnect to US 60.

Westbound drivers can use the northbound US 93 bypass to US 93 to Vulture Mine Road, and then southbound Vulture Mine Road back to US 60.

Allow extra travel time and plan your route in advance to avoid delays.
