Nighttime restriction planned at Jimmy Kerr Boulevard near Interstate 10 in Casa Grande

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for restrictions at Jimmy Kerr Boulevard during overnight hours on Thursday, April 26. The restriction is needed to allow installation of barriers and other work as part of the I-10 widening project currently underway.

Drivers who exit I-10 at Jimmy Kerr Boulevard will encounter flaggers allowing for alternating travel. Jimmy Kerr Boulevard will be narrowed to one lane from 8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, to 6 a.m. Friday, April 27, and a 12-foot vehicle-width restriction will be in place. Delays are possible, so allow extra travel time.

Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
