Maricopa Drivers: Plan for lane restriction on State Route 347
Waterline work scheduled during daytime hours Wednesday
Drivers who use SR 347 in Maricopa should plan for a lane restriction this Wednesday for waterline work.
The southbound right lane of State Route 347 will be closed from Garvey Road to the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 9. Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
Work is being done in conjunction with the project to reconstruct nearly 2 miles of SR 347 in Maricopa on a new alignment and replace the existing at-grade intersection of SR 347 and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks with an overpass. Learn more on the project web page.
Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors. For more information, please call the ADOT Project Information Line at 855.712.8530 or email Projects@azdot.gov.
