Move over, Cardi B and Offset ... keeping your marriage under wraps for 9 months is amateur hour compared to what Daniel Tosh pulled off more than 2 years ago! Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the "Tosh.0" star and Carly Hallam tied the knot on April 15, 2016 at an incredibly private ceremony in Malibu. 31-year-old Carly is a writer on Tosh's show. It's unclear if that's where the couple first met, but it would make sense since Carly started working there back in 2010. She also writes for "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." We've reached out to Daniel's reps, and so far no word back -- but helluva job keeping the marriage on the DL! Don't bother looking for them on IG, btw. Unlike most Hollywood, they're not the sappy romantic post types. As we first reported ... Cardi B and Offset were secretly married back in September 2017. (TMZ)

Ten years to be exact," part of the letter published in IndieWire read. "I was twenty-six; you were sixteen. You were proud of who you were; I was an insecure actor. You became an iconic character that people looked up to; I wished I'd had you as a role model when I was younger. I might've been easier to be gay growing up. You WERE beautiful in every single way and words couldn't bring you down." Franzese and Phillips aren't the only couple to recently call it quits. Heather Locklear Is Returning to Rehab for Second Time in Three Months. Heather Locklear is giving rehab another shot. The Melrose Place star is seeking professional help at a treatment facility just one day after her most recent arrest, according to multiple outlets. On Sunday evening, authorities took Locklear into custody and charged her with battery on a police officer and emergency personnel. The Ventura County Sherriff's Office previously confirmed to E! News that officers arrested an "extremely intoxicated" Locklear for allegedly assaulting a police officer at her home. Authorities also said the 56-year-old actress kicked an EMT during a medical evaluation, resulting in the second charge. She was held on $20,000 bail and released from jail earlier. TMZ reports Locklear checked into rehab for treatment of alcohol abuse and mental health issues. E! News has reached out to Locklear's attorney for confirmation. Unfortunately, Locklear's personal struggles have continued to play out publicly for the past several months. In March, she entered rehab for a reported sixth time following a felony domestic violence arrest. Heather was ultimately only charged with misdemeanor battery on a police officer, which she pled not guilty to in April. Then just last week, Locklear was reportedly hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation after a family member claimed she was threatening to kill herself. E! News confirmed with authorities that they had responded to her home. According to dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, the operator reported an "agitated and violent" Locklear had been "trying to hurt herself," but did "not have access to any weapons." Locklear has one daughter, 20-year-old Ava Sambora, with ex Richie Sambora. Ava, a college student and model, has not commented on her mother's arrest and hospitalization. Her next court hearing is scheduled for Aug. 23, E! News confirmed. (Eonline)

Buzz Aldrin's manager says biz associates want to drive wedge between him and kids. Buzz Aldrin's business manager Christina Korp is firing back at accusations that she exploited the astronaut, telling Page Six that she's only under attack because Aldrin is being manipulated by associates -- whom she claims are trying "to drive a wedge between Buzz and his children, and me, for what I fear is their own benefit." On Monday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Col. Aldrin was shocked when his two adult children, Andrew and Janice, asked a court to appoint them as his guardians, claiming he was in "cognitive decline" and associating with people who appeared to be manipulating him. Aldrin has responded with his own suit, filed in Brevard County Circuit Court, accusing Andrew and Korp of elder exploitation, unjust enrichment and converting his property for themselves, reports the paper. The suit also accuses Andrew and Korp of improperly using his credit cards, assuming control of his memorabilia, slandering him by saying he has dementia, and sabotaging romantic relationships. But in a statement Korp told us, "I am being unfairly defamed by the managers of the newly formed Buzz Aldrin Ventures and its legal counsel. Unfortunately, almost a year ago, some people began to exert undue influence on Buzz," adding, "These individuals began to actively try to drive a wedge between Buzz and his children, and me, for what I fear is their own benefit." Korp said that the new companies were very recently started by this new team, "under the guise of benefitting Buzz." She said that she has "never acted on Buzz's behalf without his full knowledge, support, and cooperation. . . I have had to be the gate keeper to many people who have tried to take advantage of Buzz's good nature and insert themselves into his life for their own benefit." Aldrin's lawyer Robert Bauer told us, "Buzz Aldrin is in control of everything. No one is controlling Buzz." Korp was fired May 18 by Aldrin but was told he needed a majority vote from the Buzz Aldrin Foundation board to oust her. Aldrin will undergo a mental health competency test this week. Daughter Janice is accused in Aldrin's suit of conspiracy and breach of fiduciary duty. The Buzz Aldrin Foundation and Buzz Aldrin Ventures did not immediately get back to us. (PageSix)

Damon Dash is going after Lee Daniels once again, this time for screwing him out of a movie producer credit and some big time cash ... according to a new suit. The Roc-A-Fella mogul claims Daniels promised to try to get him on as an EP for a Richard Pryor biopic ... along with 5 percent on Daniels' backend profits. According to the docs, Daniels bailed on the project ... and didn't deliver on his promises to Dame. Dash is suing for $5 million. It's interesting, Dash was seen confronting Daniels at a Diana Ross show at the Hollywood Bowl last week, informing him he's about to hit him with another lawsuit if he doesn't get paid soon. Daniels seemed to agree he was in the wrong. As we reported, Dash sued Daniels in 2014 over an alleged loan that he never got back ... and this new suit stems from a settlement agreement the 2 struck in 2015. (TMZ)

Supreme Court Declines to Hear Appeal of Making a Murderer's Brendan Dassey. The United States Supreme Court will not hear Brendan Dassey's appeal. The federal government denied his petition for a writ of certiorari -- a plea for the Supreme Court to take up his case -- on Monday. Dassey's attorney, Laura Nirider, told E! News her team will "continue to fight to free Dassey." In 2005, Dassey's uncle Steven Avery was arrested for the murder of Wisconsin-based photographer Teresa Halbach. After multiple interrogations, a 16-year-old Dassey told investigators he assisted in the murder. The case played out on the Netflix show Making a Murderer. According to Dassey's attorneys, the sophomore in high school had a verbal IQ score of 65 and a general intellectual ability score in the seventh percentile compared to other students his age. Nirider told E! News Dassey had "intellectual and social disabilities" when he confessed to the crime. "The video of Brendan's interrogation shows a confused boy who was manipulated by experienced police officers into accepting their story of how the murder of Teresa Halbach happened," she said. "These officers repeatedly assured him that everything would be 'okay' if he just told them what they wanted to hear and then fed him facts so that Brendan's 'confession' fit their theory of the crime. By the end of the interrogation, Brendan was so confused that he actually thought he was going to return to school after confessing to murder. Nonetheless, he was convicted and sentenced to life in prison on the basis of this 'confession.'" Dassey was convicted of rape, murder and mutilation of a corpse and sentenced to life in prison in 2007. In August 2016, Dassey's conviction was overturned. According to The New York Times, a three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit upheld the ruling in June 2017. But after a full panel heard an appeal, the court ruled his confession had not been coerced in December 2017. His legal team filed the petition for a writ of certiorari in February 2018. Dassey is now 28 years old. (Eonline)

Neal E. Boyd, the "America's Got Talent" champ, who died earlier this month, was discovered by his own mother after she walked into his bedroom to check on him.
