Bella, 16, the daughter of Willie and Korie Robertson, commented on the post with three heart eye emojis. Bella appeared alongside her family, including her sister Sadie Robertson, on Duck Dynasty for 11 seasons from 2012 to 2017. The popular A&E series followed the Robertson family's business, Duck Commander, which makes products for duck hunters. Lev frequently shares photos of Bella on Instagram. Back in February, he gushed about his girlfriend, writing, "I know you've seen her before, but allow me to introduce to you the most amazing girl on the planet: beautiful, kindhearted, intelligent, graceful... just to get an idea. She lights up a room with her radiant smile... and I love her with all of my heart." The mother of six (Korie and Willie are also parents of four other children: Rebecca, John, Willie Jr. and Rowdy) appears to approve of her daughter's relationship. She shared multiple photos of Bella and Lev before they went to prom last month. "@bellarobb you are stunning in every way!! I love watching you shine! You and @levvbure make us mama's proud," Korie gushed on Instagram. "Y'all are too cute! #prom Thank you @candacecbure and #Val for hosting a fun night!" Candace, for her part, also appears to have given the relationship her blessing. "These two are too cute!! @levvbure @bellarobb #Prom2018," the 42-year-old actress wrote alongside a prom pic of the pair. The Fuller House star and her husband, Valeri Bure, are also parents of 19-year-old Natasha and 16-year-old Maksim. Candace, who often posts photos of her family on social media, appears to have a close relationship with her son. She even shared a letter on Instagram that Lev wrote her on his birthday back in February. "Mom! I first just need to say thank you," the letter reads. "You have literally put your life down for me. You helped, encouraged, cared for, loved, worked, and really done everything for me. I would be nowhere near close to where I am today if it wasn't for you. This day is about you! Not me!" He continued: We should be celebrating you and papa! My life is so blessed and like no other because of you. No one in the universe could possibly replace you. I love you with all my hear!." The actress revealed the letter from her eldest son made her cry, writing, "This boy... I mean... @levvbure I was buried in that shoulder for a few minutes. At least." (US Weekly)

Ariana Grande Suffered PTSD After Manchester Bombing: "Time Is the Biggest Thing." As British Vogue has described it, the last year was the year that "changed everything" for Ariana Grande. A little over 365 days ago, the songstress had finished her first of two shows in Manchester for her Dangerous Woman third concert tour when a suicide bomber detonated an explosive as people were exiting, killing 22 people and himself and injuring hundreds. After a few canceled shows, Grande co-organized the One Love Manchester benefit concert a week later and returned to her tour in tribute to her late fans. Now, more than a year since that tragic day, the Grammy nominee is gearing up for the release of her fourth studio album, Sweetener, and has ditched her signature brunette ponytail for a blonde 'do -- albeit temporarily for the cover of British Vogue. While life carries on, Grande has also relied on time to help cope with her post-traumatic stress disorder in the wake of the devastating event, though she is reluctant to talk about herself at all considering how much others have also suffered. "I hate...yeah...admitting it but it very much is," she told British Vogue after the interviewer asked if the dizziness and anxiety Grande faced when she got home were signs of PTSD. "That's what everyone was telling me. It's hard to talk about because so many people have suffered such severe, tremendous loss. But, yeah, it's a real thing. I know those families and my fans, and everyone there experienced a tremendous amount of it as well." "Time is the biggest thing," the star continued. "I feel like I shouldn't even be talking about my own experience -- like I shouldn't even say anything. I don't think I'll ever know how to talk about it and not cry." While she finds it difficult to reflect on the bombing and aftermath publicly, Grande said she does often "check in" with Millie Robson, who was left with shrapnel in her legs, on Twitter, a medium she has often used to communicate with her fans in the wake of the horrific event. A year later, Grande also returned to the airwaves with "No Tears Left to Cry," her first single off the upcoming album. As she recalled to the magazine, Grande kicked off the process for the record as soon as she wrapped up her concert commitments abroad in the fall of 2017. "I think a lot of people have anxiety, especially right now, My anxiety has anxiety," Grande told the magazine. "No. I've always had anxiety. I've never really spoken about it because I thought everyone had it, but when I got home from tour it was the most severe I think it's ever been." It was then that she stepped back into the recording studio. "Everybody thought I was crazy when I got home and wanted to hit the ground running. I was in the studio the next day," she described. "I am a workaholic." (Eonline)

Jada Pinkett Smith Says She Was 'Devastated' When Her Son Jaden Asked to Be Emancipated at 15. Jada Pinkett Smith says she was "devastated" when her son Jaden asked to be legally emancipated at the age of 15. The actress opened up about the experience alongside Jaden, her daughter Willow and her mom Adrienne Banfield-Jones on the latest episode of Red Table Talk on Monday. "At 15 years old, Jaden, and I remember this day specifically, it's probably one of the most heartbreaking moments of my life," she began. "You got to a point where you told me straight up, you were like, 'Mom, I have to leave here to live my life.'" She added, "I remember thinking to myself, as devastated as I was, I was like, 'He's right.' The time is now. He's 15. It's time for him to leave the house." Jaden ended up not going through with emancipation. He explained his thought process alongside his dad on The Ellen DeGeneres show in 2013. "See, here's the thing. I'm not going anywhere. The thing that people don't get is everything at this house is free," Jade, 14 at the time, explained. "I can get anything and everything at his house, so I'm going to be there for 20, 30 years," he joked. "[Will] says as soon as I have a movie that's bigger than one of his movies, I can get my own house." While Jaden didn't end up legally splitting from his parents, Pinkett Smith said on Red Table Talk that she understands why her son wanted to separate himself. "Every child needs something different," she said to Banfield-Jones. "Being in this lifestyle, in this world is a bubble and he wanted out. I understood that because I didn't have the bubble. I knew what having my freedom outside the bubble, what I gained from that. I knew the sooner I let him go, the faster he was going to come back." She added, "When you become a parent, you have these huge ideals even for yourself. We're all coming into parenting with our childhood traumas. You're hoping you can fix all that through your own rearing of your children and you can't. Your kids are going to have their burdens." (People)

Parenthood's Erika Christensen Opens Up About Her Relationship With Scientology. Erika Christensen is opening up to her TV brother about her faith. While appearing on the new podcast episode of Armchair Expert With Dax Shepard, the Parenthood star spoke candidly about her personal relationship with the Church of Scientology that began when she was a child. "It's hard to raise someone as a Scientologist because it's something that you do, it's not something that you believe. My parents definitely are Scientologists, approached parenting from a Scientology viewpoint," she explained to Dax Shepard. "I can see that in the way that they approached me as a kid and really tried to do what I'm doing now, which is trying to temper absolutely necessary discipline and rules and structure with fostering independent thought and freedom of personality. It has to be true for you." Erika continued, "I want to consider that I'm always driving towards my best self." During the conversation, the actress says her parents never acted like "you need to go" to church. Instead, they wanted to share what they believed in and ask that she checks it out. "I was a kid, I was like sounds cool to me, fine," Erika recalled. "When I was 12, I started doing a bunch of the little introductory courses that they still have now that are maybe a few hours each." As pop culture fans know, the Church of Scientology has been put under the spotlight thanks to programs such as Leah Remini's Scientology and the Aftermath and Going Clear. When asked why she doesn't watch the documentary or other programs critical of the church, Erika shared her point of view. "It honestly doesn't have anything to do with... anything that I've ever learned about the group or organization. To be specific about [Going Clear], if somebody has read a book, read Dianetics or some Scientology book and wants to philosophically tell me what they disagree with, cool. That is a totally different thing. But specifically with that documentary, the documentary was based on a book. The book was not even published in some English-speaking countries because the libel laws are stricter than they are here," she shared. "There's so much that is actually... talking about sources. They have proved themselves to be irrelevant... There's no relevance in what they're saying." The Church of Scientology has also been critical of Leah and her Emmy-winning series that is expected to return for a third season to A&E. "She needs to move on with her life instead of pathetically exploiting her former religion, her former friends and other celebrities for money and attention to appear relevant again," the church previously shared. Demi Lovato alluded she was sexually abused growing up after she was criticized and accused of harassment for pulling what she called the "funniest prank ever." During a Q&A with her fans and followers on Twitter Sunday, the singer, 25, said in a now-deleted tweet that she pranked her bodyguard Max by calling "a lady of the night" as a surprise. "She walked into his room without permission and grabbed him in his 'area' and he freaked the fk out hahahahaha," Lovato added. Many took offense to Lovato's prank, suggesting she had harassed her bodyguard as he did not consent to the prostitute touching him. "Let me say it louder: ASSAULT IS ASSAULT!!!!! Statistics show you're most likely to be assaulted by someone you know. I can't even imagine hiring someone to do the worst thing you can do to another human being and claim it's a prank? MEN CAN BE ASSAULTED TOO!!," one Twitter user wrote. A rep for Lovato did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. Hours later, the star apologized on Twitter, hinting she had experienced sexual abuse during her childhood. "For all of those coming at me rn, listen to the lyrics of 'Warrior' and maybe you'll have more compassion for someone who made a simple mistake. Of all people I know about sexual abuse. You don't have to educate me," Lovato wrote. "So sorry if anyone was offended," she added. In response to a fan tweet that read, "We know you and your story," Lovato tweeted, "That's just the thing... people DON'T know my full story." In "Warrior," the track off her 2013 album Demi, Lovato sings: "There's a part of me I can't get back/ A little girl grew up too fast/ All it took was once/ I'll never be the same/ Now I'm taking back my life today." That same year, Lovato told Cosmopolitan that "Warrior" has a meaning only those close to her understand. "My family knows what it's about. When I'm ready to open up that subject with the outside world, then I'll be free to talk about it. But right now, it's kind of one of those things where the lyrics speak for me. It's all in the song," she said. Lovato previously spoke out supporting victims of sexual assault in February 2016. "Our focus should be on the topic of victims of sexual and physical abuse being afraid to come forward with their stories," she said at the time when she publicly supported Kesha's legal battle against Sony and Dr. Luke, who she accused of drugging and raping her and verbally and emotionally abusing her for a decade. Luke has vehemently denied the allegations and countersued Kesha for breach of contract and defamation. (People)

Fans know that the Bachelor in Paradise alumna has been dating Big Brother and Ex on the Beach star Paul Calafiore for several months now. But over the weekend, speculation surfaced that Paul hooked up with The Challenge star Cara Maria Sorbello. The pair was spotted at a Challenge Throwdown for the Cause event, which honored the late Diem Brown. Soon after, romance rumors sparked between the two. "UGH @CaraMariaMTV... DO YOU KNOW HE IS A SERIAL CHEATER!? Not only did he cheat on his current girl with you, but he also cheated on his Ex-Fiance WITH 5 DIFFERENT GIRLS!!!," one fan shared on Twitter. "I thought you were all about women empowerment!?" Cara Maria would simply reply with, "Im single yo." E! News can also confirm the MTV reality star also took to Instagram Stories and posted a video where she was heard saying, "Nobody has to know." Cara Maria also appeared to be holding hands with a male who is wearing the same pinky ring that Paul wears. "Danielle was completely blindsided by this," her rep Lori Krebs told E! News. "She is hurting tremendously and would appreciate privacy at this time." We're also told Danielle is "too devastated to speak out right now." The hookup rumors have surprised fans for many reasons. Kim Kardashian Addresses Her Critics While Accepting 2018 CFDA Influencer Award. Whether her former publicist likes it or not, Kim Kardashian just made history at the 2018 CFDA Fashion Awards! The E! reality star and cosmetics mogul received the inaugural Influencer Award at Monday night's star-studded gathering in New York City. Though it needs no explanation, Kardashian helped coin the term "influencer" thanks to her 200 million+ social media followers and wildly successful ventures in cosmetics, fragrance, apparel and technology. Need further proof? Kim can earn an estimated $500,000 for a single sponsored Instagram post, and her KKW Beauty line is projected to turn over $100 million in revenue within the year. Following a video message put together by Kim's peers in the industry (as well as a super cute shout-out from Kanye West and son Saint West), Busy Philipps introduced the star. During her acceptance speech, Kardashian reflected on a former publicist who told her she'd never make an impact in the fashion world. "I'm kind of shocked that I'm winning a fashion award when I'm naked most of the time," she teased on stage. "This is seriously such an honor." The celeb recalled a time "maybe seven years ago" when a former publicist asked Kim what her goals were. When she said she wanted to be on the cover of a fashion magazine, Kim said the publicist told her, "'Let's get some realistic goals because that will never happen." In a full circle moment, Kim told the audience she sent that person an autographed copy of her Vogue cover. "It's a really trip," she concluded, "getting an award for fashion when it's something I've always really loved." Two of Kardashian's sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, stepped out in support of their famous family member. Kim, who attended her first CFDA Awards in 2015 alongside her husband, was an easy choice for the Council of Fashion Designers of America. CFDA president and CEO Steven Kolb told WWD it was Tommy Hilfiger's idea to bestow the honor onto Kardashian. He recalled the designer saying, "'If you think about influencers and how they've changed our industry, I think we should acknowledge that.' [The board] all agreed that Kim was someone who has really impacted the industry and has changed the way brands are presented. She's a friend of a lot of the designers and has had great influence on fashion globally." Fellow honorees at Monday night's ceremony, which was hosted by Issa Rae, include Ralph Lauren, Donatella Versace, Carolina Herrera and Dian von Furstenburg. Great company, to say the least. Congratulations, Kim! (Eonline)

Rose McGowan Shreds Bill Clinton for Refusing to Apologize to Monica Lewinsky. 11 Stars Accused of Sexual Misconduct Before Hollywood's Harvey Weinstein Scandal. "You not only wiped your semen on a young girl's dress, you left a stain on society," McGowan tweets. Former President Bill Clinton was shredded online after he said on Monday's "Today" show that he does not owe Monica Lewinsky a personal apology -- and no one was more offended than #MeToo advocate Rose McGowan. "I apologized to everybody in the world," Clinton said of the 1998 scandal that eventually led to the second-ever presidential impeachment in United States history. When asked if he had plans to directly ask the former White House intern -- who was 22 at the time -- for forgiveness, Clinton said, "I do not. I've never talked to her. But I did say, publicly, on more than one occasion, that I was sorry. That's very different. The apology was public." McGowan -- one of the first women to share her story of an unwanted sexual encounter with disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein -- took to Twitter to share her thoughts. "Bill Clinton. Here is the truth of it: a human life was altered and destroyed due to your selfishness. Because. You. Could. You not only wiped your semen on a young girl's dress, you left a stain on society," McGowan wrote. "You actually owe EVERYONE an apology, especially her. #MeToo." In a later tweet, she added, "Today, I wanted to tweet about my experience at Hay Literary Festival. How it was an honor to discuss my book 'Brave,' consciousness and freeing our minds. Instead, it was time to stand up to Bill Clinton. Being brave doesn't mean you're not scared, it just means you do it anyway." Clinton -- who first denied the charges but later admitted to having an affair with Lewinsky while married to Hillary Clinton -- said that he wouldn't have changed his approach to the situation if it had happened in today's #MeToo era. "I don't think it would be an issue because people would be using the facts instead of the imagined facts," he explained. "If the facts were the same today, I wouldn't." "A lot of the facts have been conveniently omitted to make the story work," Clinton said, suggesting that his critics are simply "frustrated" with President Donald Trump and the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct against him. "I think I did the right thing. I defended the Constitution," Clinton said, adding that Trump's alleged sexual misconduct "hasn't gotten anything like the coverage that you would expect." In an essay for Vanity Fair published earlier this year, Lewinsky admitted she had just begun to question the narrative surrounding the 20-year-old affair. "Now, at 44, I'm beginning (just beginning) to consider the implications of power differentials that were so vast between a president and a White House intern," she wrote. "I'm beginning to entertain the notion that in such a circumstance the idea of consent might well be rendered moot." (Too Fab)

Tyrese is making plans to move his daughter to Atlanta -- away from her mother -- because he says she'll have a much better life there in his new mansion ... according to docs. Tyrese filed docs requesting primary custody of 10-year-old Shayla. He and his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, have had shared custody up to this point, but he says Norma is marginalizing his custodial time with their daughter. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese will provide a "stable and loving" environment for Shayla in his 23,000 sq. ft home in Atlanta ... which he points out is in an "affluent and safe neighborhood." He adds, Shayla already has her own room decorated in her favorite colors, and she made plenty of friends while she was there last year. He also says she'll attend a top-notch private school there. In the docs, he says another selling point is fewer paparazzi, and the 9th installment of the 'Fast and Furious' movies will be shot in the ATL. Overall, Tyrese says he's fed up with being cut out of Shayla's life. He says there have been at least 2 incidents in the last year when Shayla was ill, once with flu -- and in the docs he rips Norma for only contacting him to get insurance info. He claims she refused to fill him in on any other info, such as a diagnosis. (TMZ)

Lil Scrappy was hospitalized this weekend after being found nearly unconscious and seriously jacked up following a horrific car accident he was involved in ... TMZ has learned. Sources close to the 'Love & Hip Hop' star tell us Scrappy was cruising along early Sunday morning with a friend as they were leaving the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami. We're told Scrappy believes his buddy fell asleep at the wheel, however cops list Scrappy as the driver in the crash. Either way ... they slammed into a pole, totaling the car. According to the traffic crash report -- obtained by TMZ -- Scrappy and his pal, Ca$ino Roulette, were found outside of the car and on the ground when authorities arrived. Neither could coherently explain what had happened. The report also notes there were no witnesses ... and no citations issued. Cops say the car was probably driving too fast for the conditions. Scrappy eventually came to at a hospital, but sources say he doesn't remember who found him or how he got there. We're told he is seriously injured, with a broken foot that needs to be operated on. We're told his friend, Ca$ino, is in ICU ... Scrappy is not. Scrappy's famous mother, Momma Dee, and his wife, Bambi, are currently at his bedside as he recovers. After the accident, Scrappy took to social media, saying, "@casinoroulette in here hurt too we f***ed up but God saved our lives #Godisgreat #Mercy #Grace." (TMZ)

Janet Jackson's call to police over the weekend and the stories that followed are connected to her custody trial with Wissam Al Mana, but she's not the one stirring the pot ... according to our sources. Janet's London custody case is contentious ... not because either parent thinks the other is unfit. Our sources say Janet's having trouble because she wants 1-year-old Eissa in the U.S. with her. Problem is ... Janet chose to move to London to be with Wissam and that's where Eissa was born. It was her decision to move back to the U.S. after they broke up, and that may be giving Wissam the edge. Janet was indeed upset with Wissam over the weekend and we've learned she called the cops twice -- once on Friday and again Saturday. Thing is ... it was all about Wissam not making Wi-Fi available to Janet's nanny because cell service was spotty in Malibu and Janet wanted communication. Stories initially surfaced that the nanny became frightened by Wissam's "aggressive behavior." The way the initial story went ... she was "terrified by his behavior and locked herself in a bathroom so she could contact Janet." That story did not come from Janet ... it came directly from her brother, Randy. Sources connected to the former couple say Randy is fanning the flames of conflict to help Janet gain an edge in her custody case. They say her call had nothing to do with a terrified nanny. It was all about cell phone service, although she did drop a reference to drug use. We're told cops went out and were literally there only a few minutes before they realized nothing was wrong and told them to deal with the cell phone service issue themselves. One source told us Janet and Wissam each respect the other as parents and Randy has inserted himself to no good end. (TMZ)

Gilbert Arenas has been hit with a restraining order after a woman told authorities the ex-NBA star has been threatening to send naked videos of her to her son ... this according to docs obtained by TMZ Sports. The woman claims she's been in an on-and-off relationship with Gilbert since 2016 -- but recently tried to end things for good. Gilbert allegedly took the breakup badly and began harassing and threatening the woman and her 10-year-old son. "Gilbert told me he was watching me at [my] son's school and that he had just saw him go into class," the woman wrote in docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court. "He said he was waiting to get my son's cell phone number from his son so that he could send my child naked photos of me and video of Gilbert and I having sex and video of me naked." The woman also claims on May 23, Arenas banged on her door and when he came in ... pushed her against the wall and demanded sex. She claims she obliged out of fear. The woman included text messages she claims are from Arenas ... in which he says: "Wait til u son see ur naked pictures. Imma start f*cking with your life. He has a phone right?" She added, "When I break things off with him he becomes very vindictive so I try to oblige however he's feeling and try to soothe him. But I am very concerned that Gilbert would harm my child and or send photos and videos to my son's phone under the guise of someone else." The woman asked the judge to order Arenas to stop contacting her and her son and NOT to send her son any photos or videos. Her request was granted by the judge ... at least temporarily. There's a hearing at the end of the month. Gilbert has been ordered to stay 100 yards from them until the next court date. (TMZ)

Richard Simmons Sues PI Over Tracking Device. Simmons and his driver say the device was planted and in place for over a year. Most celebrities like followers, but only online -- and now fitness guru Richard Simmons, reclusive for the last four years, says he has at least one follower too many. On Monday, Simmons and his live-in caretaker/driver Theresa Reveles filed suit alleging that a Los Angeles private detective, Scott Brian Matthews, placed a tracking device on Reveles' car, which is Simmons' sole means of transportation. According to the suit, Matthews planted the device in order to determine whether Simmons had visited hospitals in connection with a purported gender transition reported subsequently by the National Enquirer and Radar Online. Simmons calls the gender transition stories "false and fabricated." He sued the publications, but the suit was dismissed on free speech grounds, a ruling that Simmons says he is appealing. Simmons and Reveles say they discovered the device in December. They allege that it had been on the car for over a year, though they don't say how they know this. However, they say that Matthews leased the trackers from a company called Live View GPS, which they say terminated its involvement with Matthews after learning of the unauthorized device. The suit points out that California law criminalizes using trackers without consent except by law enforcement and seeks damages, including punitive and treble damages, for invasion of privacy and trespass. Woody Allen Explains Why He Should Be the "Poster Boy" for #MeToo Movement. Woody Allen is making headlines after speaking out about the #MeToo movement. The Hollywood director appeared on an Argentinian news program titled Periodismo Para Todos where he claimed to be a "big advocate" of the cause. "I feel when they find people who harass innocent women and men, it's a good thing that they're exposing them," he explained according to Quartz . "But you know I, I should be the poster boy for the Me Too movement. Because I have worked in movies for 50 years. I've worked with hundreds of actresses and not a single one -- big ones, famous ones, ones starting out -- have ever, ever suggested any kind of impropriety at all. I've always had a wonderful record with them." Woody continued, "What bothers me is that I get linked with them. People who have been accused by 20 women, 50 women, 100 women of abuse and abuse and abuse -- and I, who was only accused by one woman in a child custody case which was looked at and proven to be untrue, I get lumped in with these people." Back in 1992, Dylan Farrow accused the Hollywood star of sexually assaulting her when she was seven-years-old. In 2014, she would write an open letter to the New York Times detailing the alleged incidents. Earlier this year, she maintained to Gayle King on CBS This Morning that she was "telling the truth" and "credible." Authorities investigated Dylan's claims and Woody was never charged. He has also consistently denied the allegations. "Of course, I did not molest Dylan," he wrote in his open letter to the New York Times. " I loved her and hope one day she will grasp how she has been cheated out of having a loving father and exploited by a mother more interested in her own festering anger than her daughter's well-being. Being taught to hate your father and made to believe he molested you has already taken a psychological toll on this lovely young woman." And when speaking out on Periodismo Para Todos, Woody further denied the claims made. "This is something that has been thoroughly looked at 25 years ago by all the authorities and everybody came to the conclusion that it was untrue. And that was the end and I've gone on with my life," he shared. "For it to come back now, it's a terrible thing to accuse a person of. I'm a man with a family and my own children. So of course it's upsetting." (Eonline)

Harvey Weinstein cracked a smile as he walked into court before pleading not guilty to rape and criminal sex act charges. The disgraced movie mogul -- flanked by his attorneys -- entered his plea in a low, gravely voice Tuesday morning in an NYC court. He struck a serious tone throughout the hearing ... looking straight the entire time. He's free on $1 million bail. As we reported ... Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. announced last week the grand jury handed up charges of rape in the first and third degrees, as well as committing a criminal sexual act in the first degree. Vance said the indictment brings Weinstein "another step closer to accountability for the crimes of violence with which he is now charged." Weinstein's lawyer, Ben Brafman, had previously said he thinks prosecutors have "unfairly denied access to critical information about this case." Weinstein's adamant he had a 10-year consensual relationship with the woman accusing him of rape ... both before and after the alleged sexual assault. (TMZ)

The guy who claims Dr. Phil badly injured him when his car allegedly plowed into him has some explaining to do ... because we got the surveillance video and he didn't seem hurt at all. TMZ has obtained video of the October incident, which shows Dr. Phil trying to pass a van in front of him on the way out of the Universal Studios parking structure. You see him pull around the van ... coming in contact with the skateboarder. The impact seems pretty mild -- and the skateboarder was able to get up and shake Dr. Phil's hand. As we previously reported, the skateboarder told Phil he was fine, but after a passerby called paramedics, he told the EMT's he was injured. As we reported ... the skateboarder was gearing up to sue Dr. Phil, claiming he experienced pain and injuries after the fact. We've reached out to the alleged victim's attorney, John H. Mardoyan, who tells us ... "After viewing the video footage, we have decided to no longer represent Terrence Bembury in the matter." Case closed. (TMZ)

Courtney Love and Sam Lutfi's campaign of terrorizing Frances Bean Cobain's ex-husband extended to an innocent woman caught in the crossfire ... according to the lawsuit the woman just filed. Jessica Sullivan has a kid with Isaiah Silva, Frances' ex-husband ... and, in fact, lived in the same house with Frances and Isaiah in December 2014. Once things went south between Frances and Isaiah ... Jessica claims Courtney and her manager, Lutfi, started harassing and stalking her, too. In the docs, Jessica says they initially tried to bribe her to take Frances' side in the nasty divorce battle ... and when that didn't work they resorted to threats. Jessica says in June 2016, Lutfi called her and said, "I'll put you in the street you f**king c**t. You d**e, f**king bitch, whore." She also claims Lutfi told her, "Your kid will be in an orphanage." According to the docs, Courtney and Sam tried to drive a wedge between her and Isaiah, and even dragged her dog into the feud. Jessica claims they put her phone number in the free section of Craigslist to advertise her daughter's puppy. As you'd imagine, Jessica says she got flooded with calls about a free puppy. We broke the story ... Isaiah just filed a very similar suit, accusing Sam, Courtney and others of plotting to murder him in order to regain possession of Kurt Cobain's famous guitar. Jessica is suing Love and Lutfi for stalking and emotional distress. (TMZ)
