THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Prince Harry Heads Back to Work Three Weeks After Royal Wedding. The honeymoon is over and Prince Harry is back to work. Just three weeks after the royal wedding, Prince Harry has continued fulfilling his royal duties, attending a charity gala for OnSide Youth Zones at Kensington Palace. The event was hosted by comedian David Walliams, who called Harry "the newlywed," and poked fun at his friend throughout the night. The prince, who was sadly not joined by his new wife Meghan Markle, welcomed over 300 supporters to the event and even gave a heartwarming speech expressing his support of the organization. Harry, 33, wore a suit and bowtie, and of course, his platinum wedding band. The royal has been a longtime supporter of the charity, which supports the establishment of safe places for youth with difficult home situations to socialize and relax in. Harry's attendance comes just three weeks after his wedding, followed by a honeymoon which was at first postponed due to Prince Charles' 70th birthday celebrations on May 22. The couple reportedly chose to travel to Africa, a continent that is important to both of them. Although they didn't attend the event as a pair, Meghan and Harry plan to make their first official appearance as a married couple this Saturday at the annual Trooping the Colour parade, where they will greet the public from the Buckingham Palace balcony. Kelly Clarkson Reveals the Secret to Her 37-Pound Weight Loss. For years, Kelly Clarkson has been mocked about her weight. Over the past few months, she has dropped 37 pounds. So what's her secret? The 36-year-old singer credits her weight loss to Steven Gundry's 2017 book The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in "Healthy" Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain and also says a new diet has alleviated a thyroid condition. "I had an autoimmune disease and a thyroid problem that started in like 2006," Clarkson said on NBC's Today show on Friday. "I read this book...it might not work for you but it worked wonderfully. Here's the best part, ya'll, it's not even the weight- I mean, I know the industry loves the weight gone, but I mean, for me, it wasn't really the weight. For me it was like, I'm not on my medicine anymore. My bloodwork came back and I haven't been on my medicine since like February." The singer says she does not work out, joking, "I do wine instead." She also said she still eats food such as cake and fried chicken but makes sure to cook with ingredients such as tapioca or almond flour. "And honestly, I'm gonna be real with you, it's really expensive to do," Clarkson said. "I wish the government would really back humanity on this, 'cause it's really hard to find. I was poor growing up and there's no way my family could have afforded this. It helped out so much with health. My autoimmune disease is like, gone and I'm like 37 pounds lighter in my pleather." In the book, Gundry, a California-based chest and heart surgeon and contributor to Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop site, writes about how gluten and plant-based proteins called lectins, found in typically healthy foods such as grains, beans, nuts, fruits and vegetables, cause inflammatory reactions in the body that can lead to weight gain and other health ailments. Some doctors and other critics have dismissed his claims as nothing more than a fad diet with no scientific evidence to back it up and there are mixed opinions in the medical community about whether eliminating certain foods from one's diet has any effect on autoimmune diseases. "It's like understanding food and understanding what we do to our food, like spraying and pesticides and genetically-modified and like hormones we pump in and it's also about how pharmaceuticals have kind of like ruined our body, our flora, like everything and so, I don't really take medicine unless I absolutely need it," Clarkson said. Every sports dynasty deserves a wild turn up, and Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and the rest of the Golden State Warriors didn't disappoint after winning the NBA Championship ... mostly. Moments after the Warriors secured the bag -- back-to-back titles, and 3 out of the last 4 -- they doused themselves in super expensive champagne. Steph definitely came prepared for the burn ... with ski goggles protecting his eyes. Here's the lowdown on the high-priced locker room bash: 300 bottles of Mot & Chandon -- 150 Imperial Golden Luminous magnums, $1,250 a pop in nightclubs ... and 150 Nectar Imperial Rose magnums, $1,500 each!! Sweet celebration, but we gotta say ... WHERE you win says a lot about how crazy your championship celebration gets. Sure, GSW turned up in the locker room, but where's the awesome nightclub bash with world famous DJs?? See the Washington Capitals for that. The lesson? Whenever possible, win the title in Vegas!! Or at least fly the team jet directly there. Just sayin' ... (TMZ)

Floyd Mayweather isn't ALL smiles over his top rank on Forbes' highest paid athletes list this year ... telling TMZ Sports he shoulda been technically No. 1 AND No. 4!! Conor's at No. 4 because of me," Floyd said of the UFC superstar he boxed back in August. "I'm No. 1, and the guy that's No. 4 is because of me." The shade over the Irish fighter didn't stop there -- especially when we asked if he thinks Conor can ever get to his No. 1 spot. "Absolutely not. Conor McGregor can never get to No. 1 without Floyd Mayweather." For the record ... Forbes credited Floyd with making $285 mil the last 12 months, and Conor with $99 mil. Their respective purses from their monster summer fight were estimated to be around $200 mil and $70 mil ... so Floyd might have a point. As for what he did to celebrate being top dog ... Floyd wouldn't say -- though he WAS eager to show our camera guy some of his insanely expensive whips. (TMZ)
