Cheryl Burke Meets Long-Lost Sister She Never Knew Existed. It took three decades, but Cheryl Burke is finally reunited with her little sister. The Dancing With the Stars alum revealed Monday that she recently came in contact with a woman who also counts Cheryl's father as her own. "With my father's passing came a lot of darkness but there was also a lot of light," Burke captioned an Instagram photo of the pair. "I found my sister who I had never known. We recently met for the first time and it was such a surreal experience to walk into a room to meet and walk out feeling like we had known each other forever." In March, Cheryl announced her father's death. The 34-year-old, who recently got engaged to Matthew Lawrence, reflected in her post, "In her I see the same drive and passion that our dad had and there's clearly a major family resemblance. It may have taken 30 years to find each other, but I am so excited to have another sister for life." Burke also shared a photo of herself as a child next to her sister, as well as a video of the duo interacting. "Oh my God, I'm meeting my sister for the first time!" she squealed with excitement. "Same dad, different mom." Ina, who she tagged in the photo, gushed in her own post, "Sister, Sister. We only met yesterday, but it felt like we have known each other for a long time. Can't believe it's taken 30 years to finally meet my other half." Burke mourned the loss of her beloved father in an emotional Instagram tribute, sharing with followers at the time, "Dad, if I had one more chance to have you here with me today, I would do things differently. Every day I would tell you how much I love you. I miss you so much already." Congratulations to Cheryl and Ina on their newfound silver lining! (Eonline)

Justin Bieber's a sucker for old school traditions -- he made sure to ask Hailey Baldwin's father for her hand in marriage before he popped the question ... TMZ has learned. Sources close to the couple tell us Justin and Stephen Baldwin met face-to-face several weeks ago. We're told the conversation was very important to the Biebs, who absolutely wanted the green light from Hailey's pop. Stephen is a minister in NY, and we're told he believes Justin has the same Christian values as he and Hailey do -- and, of course, JB and HB both attend Hillsong Church. Point is ... Stephen happily gave his blessing. The mano a mano also proves Justin's proposal wasn't an impulsive decision in the middle of a vacation. We broke the story ... Justin proposed to Hailey Saturday at a resort in the Bahamas. Hailey, obviously, said yes ... and was flashing her engagement ring all day Sunday. Justin referenced those Christian values that so impressed his father-in-law-to-be when he posted an open love letter to Hailey. The super romantic message was really his first public declaration about Hailey since they reunited. It's interesting, Justin got the go-ahead from Stephen sometime in June, and, as we've seen, the couple's been inseparable since their PDA-filled Miami weekend on June 10. Safe to say, Justin's been in proposal mode this whole time they've been attached at the hip. (TMZ)

Jada Pinkett Smith Reveals Past Battle With Sex Addiction. There's not a topic Jada Pinkett Smith won't tackle on her "Red Table Talk" series. In the latest episode of the star's Facebook Watch show, Pinkett Smith discusses once battling a self-described sex addiction, as well as other struggles with alcohol and an obsession with working out. As Jada recalled in conversation with mom Adrienne Banfield-Jones, "My sort of addictions jump. They jump around. When I was younger, I definitely think I had a sex addiction of some kind, yes, that everything could be fixed by sex. You know what I'm saying?" She previously broached the subject on a previous "Red Table Talk" episode with daughter Willow Smith, where she admitted to using sex toys to give herself "five orgasms a day" at the age of 21. At another point in her life, Jada realized she had developed a dependency on alcohol after consuming three bottles of wine by herself in one sitting. "I remember reaching a rock bottom that time I was in the house by myself and I had those two bottles of wine and was going for the third bottle," she shared. "And I was like, 'Now hold up. You're in this house by yourself going onto your third bottle of wine? You might have a problem.'" To address the issue, the 46-year-old said she went "cold turkey," explaining, "I am a binger, and I always have to watch myself and I can just get obsessed with things. It's not what you're doing but how you're with it. Why you're doing it. It's the behavior that's attached to it because if you want to have a lot of sex, that's great, but why are you having all that sex? That's what you've got to look at." Sources with direct knowledge of the crash tell TMZ ... Clooney was doing 60 MPH when a car suddenly pulled in front of him. Clooney was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, treated and released. He's at home recovering. We're told none of the injuries were life-threatening. As we reported, the accident occurred on the Italian island of Sardinia. (TMZ)

Johnny Depp is throwing out all the rules on exes and tattoos, 'cause he's changed his Amber Heard-inspired knuckle ink yet again ... and added a dash of chaos. Fellow Hollywood Vampires bandmember Tommy Henriksen posted a photo of Depp's infamous tat last week, showing the actor's changed his previously reworked SLIM-to-SCUM message to now read SCAM. He used the anarchy symbol for the 'A.' What's kinda creepy about it is, the tat is still fresh and the scarring makes the red ink seem like a scab. You'll recall ... Johnny already changed the OG tat -- which initially read SLIM (his old nickname for Amber) -- to SCUM in the wake of their divorce. Anyway, it's clear Johnny's still willing to bleed over Amber -- and over his art too. Ya gotta be committed to something to treat your body like a live, ever-changing Etch A Sketch. (TMZ)

2014 Video of Louis Walsh Grabbing Mel B's Butt on Live TV Sparks Outrage on Social Medial. A 2014 clip showing former X Factor judge Louis Walsh grabbing Mel B's butt has sparked outrage after resurfacing on social media. The clip, posted to YouTube in Dec. 2014, resurfaced on Twitter and online over the weekend, showing Louis, Mel B, Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole being interviewed by Sarah-Jane Crawford on The Xtra Factor. During the interview, Louis placed his hand on Mel B's backside and went on to grab her butt as they sat next to each other. Mel B, clearly uncomfortable, then stopped the interview, telling Sarah-Jane to "hold on a second." Mel B then asked Louis, "Why are you grabbing my butt?" Louis replied that he was looking after Mel B and host Sarah-Jane then told him, "Louis! Hands where we can see them please!" Simon also said to Mel, "Honestly you're safe." Louis then attempted to laugh off the situation, but Mel B shifted away from him, visibly upset. "sexual harassment on live TV folks," social media user @dys_nania tweeted Sunday along with the video clip, which has since been retweeted over 100,000 times. "Man Louis Walsh touching Mel b like that is so not ok. If he has the balls to do something like that in public. God knows what hes up to in private," one Twitter user wrote in response to the footage. "Good stuff for mel not havin it tho. Everyone keep ur hands to urself smh." While another social media user tweeted, "What a creep......Louis Walsh gropes Mel B on TV Can you imagine how much of this goes on when the camera is off??? It's an old clip but still NOT OK." Mel B and Louis have not commented publicly on the resurfaced video. (Eonline)

Gene Simmons Settles Sexual Misconduct Lawsuit. Kiss singer and bassist Gene Simmons says he intends to defend himself in court after a woman sued him for sexual battery and other alleged misconduct. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Friday and posted on the Orange County Register's website, an anonymous woman, who describes herself as a "long-time on-air personality for a local rock station," says that she interviewed Simmons in November and that he made "unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances" towards her. "Friends, I intend to defend myself against any alleged charges you may have been reading about in the media," Simmons, 68, wrote on Facebook on Sunday morning. "For the record, I did not assault the person making these accusations in the manner alleged in the complaint or harm her in any way. I am conferring with my lawyers with the aim of vigorously countering these allegations. And I look forward to my day in court where the evidence will prove my innocence." In her lawsuit, the woman says the interview with Simmons took place in the green room of the San Manuel Casino branch of the Rock & Brews restaurant chain, which the rocker co-founded. She claims that during the sit-down, he allegedly reached over and grabbed her hand and "forcefully, pleased it on his knee and held it on his knee." She said that she removed her hand, "feeling that this was an unwanted sexual advance" and continued the interview "despite feeling extremely uncomfortable." She said Simmons "continued his unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances" by reaching for her hand again and that she pushed his hand away with her elbow before he touched her hand. She said that through the interview, Simmons "turned standard interview questions into sexual innuendos," which also made her uncomfortable, and then grabbed her hand again, allegedly commenting with a "cooing sound" that she "must use lotion" and then allegedly made another sexual innuendo. She said she was "visibly powerless, as demonstrated by moving her hands in a nervous fashion." She said that shortly after, Simmons reached over and "forcibly flicked / struck" her in the "middle of her throat," then "provided an incoherent explanation" after he observed the impact of the hit and the shocked reaction by the co-host. The woman says she did her best to "promptly terminate the interview" but that Simmons wanted to continue. The woman said that after it was over, they took "customary promotional photos" together as a group and that as they were beginning to pose, Simmons reached over and touched her butt. She said she kept her composure and discreetly moved away. The plaintiff is suing Simmons for sexual battery, gender violence, assault, gender discrimination and negligent infliction of emotional distress and demands a jury trial. She seeks a "money judgment for mental pain and anguish and severe emotional distress, humiliation and embarrassment" as well as punitive damages. "My client is embarrassed and humiliated by the incident with Mr. Simmons," her lawyer told the Orange County Register. "She filed suit because she wanted to make a strong statement that this behavior is unacceptable and she wants to see an end to this type of behavior." The lawsuit comes a month after The Daily Beast reported that Simmons was banned for life from Fox News after he allegedly "burst uninvited" into a website staff meeting, shouted "Hey chicks, sue me," bared his chest, told pedophilia jokes and bopped two employees on the head with his book. Fox News has not commented, while the rocker later said in a statement, "I have appeared frequently over the years on various Fox News and Fox Business programs and have a tremendous amount of respect for the talented women and men who work there. While I believe that what is being reported is highly exaggerated and misleading, I am sincerely sorry that I unintentionally offended members of the Fox team during my visit." News of the lawsuit also comes amid sexual harassment and assault allegations made against a growing list of male celebs and other powerful men, namely producer Harvey Weinstein, who has denied taking part in non-consensual sex. The woman's allegations that Simmons allegedly touched her butt during a photo call bring to mind Taylor Swift's recent legal victory against a former DJ, who she accused of groping her while they posed for a photo. The jury determined he did assault the singer. UPDATE: Gene Simmons has settled a lawsuit alleging sexual battery, gender violence and assault against an anonymous woman, according to documents obtained by E! News. On July 2, Simmons and the plaintiff, referred to as "Jane Doe," filed court papers stating a settlement had been reached. E! News has reached out to Simmons' attorney for comment. The terms of the settlement were not made public. (Eonline)

Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy says allegations he beat up his ex-GF are "totally baseless and offensive" -- saying he has not spoken to the alleged victim in months. And TMZ Sports has learned McCoy recently SUED the woman in an effort to kick her out of the home that he owns. Photos surfaced early Monday morning showing a bloody Delicia Cordon in what appears to be a hospital bed. De's friend posted on Instagram pointing the finger squarely at McCoy saying, "THE DEVIL!!! YOU ARE AN ANIMAL!!" She also claimed he's been using illegal drugs, steroids and viciously beat up his son and their dog. Now, McCoy has responded on social media -- saying, "For the record, the totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on social media are completely false." "Further more, I have not had any direct contact with any of the people involved in months." Officials tell TMZ Sports ... EMTs responded to a home near Delicia's address early Monday morning. There are only 3 houses on her block. They would not reveal details about the situation. We've learned LeSean and Delicia have had a contentious relationship for a while -- according to docs obtained by TMZ Sports, McCoy went to court in June seeking to get a judge's order forcing to her to move out of a home he owns in Alpharetta, Georgia. USC had every right to fire Steve Sarkisian after a drunken meltdown in 2015 ... so says an arbitrator who ruled the University owes ZERO dollars to the ex-football coach who had sued for $30 MILLION. TMZ Sports broke the story ... Sark filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the school claiming SC "kicked him to the curb" instead of getting him help for his alcoholism, which he argued was a "recognized disability under California law." The case went to an arbitrator who denied every single one of Sark's claims -- explaining the coach was "not terminated on the basis of any disability," but rather for misconduct in breach of his contract. USC argued that it tried to get help for Sark after an embarrassing booze-fueled rant at a Salute to Troy event in August 2015, but at the time Steve claimed he was NOT an alcoholic and attributed the behavior to a bad reaction from mixing Rx pills with beers. USC had Sark sign a "last-chance agreement" requiring him to apologize for his behavior and attend weekly counseling sessions with substance abuse specialists. USC also warned Sark that any further incident that embarrassed the school would "constitute immediate termination for cause." Sark signed the document, but USC says at the time he adamantly denied having a drinking problem. Two months later, Sark had a drunken meltdown in the days after a loss to the University of Washington and was put on an indefinite leave on Oct 11. USC fired him on Oct. 12. After the firing, Sark finally publicly acknowledged his drinking problem and got help -- but, the arbitrator says California disability laws "[do] not insulate the failure to control a controllable disability nor afford an employee a second chance to control a disability in the future." In docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the arbitrator explains, "Sarkisian must bear sole responsibility for having actively concealed from USC his claimed disabilities." In his suit, Sark claimed USC at the very least owed him the remainder of his huge contract -- $12.6 mil -- plus damages. The arbitrator shot him down in every way. The good news ... Sark has said he's clean and sober now and seems to be doing well in his new job as the offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons. UPDATE: Steve has issued a statement to TMZ Sports ... saying, "I am disappointed in the decision, but we will respect it and move on." "Much gratitude to everyone who has shown their support and stood by me." "The last two years have been trying, but I am in now a great place, healthy, happy and loving my job with the Falcons and have the support of my family and friends and that's where my focus is and will remain."
