Faith Evans and Stevie J are THIS close to becoming Mr. and Mrs. Jordan ... TMZ's learned they've applied for a marriage license in Las Vegas. According to docs, the singer and producer filed for the license in Clark County on Tuesday. The clock's now running, they have one year to tie the knot. But it seems like they won't need that long -- Stevie tweeted Tuesday, "I love you Faith Renee Jordan," and Faith replied, "I love you back Steven Aaron Jordan." The couple had broken up last year -- but, you know what they say, break up to make up. The news comes on the heels of a steamy clip Stevie J posted last week from a music video he and Faith shot for their track, "A Minute." They had also been flirting on Stevie's show, "Leave It to Stevie" ... but this is a big turnaround for him. TMZ broke the story ... Stevie avoided going to prison for failing to pay child support. He's on the hook for over a million bucks. He also battled a nasty child custody case with his ex, Joseline Hernandez. This would be Stevie's first marriage and Faith's third -- she was previously married to the Notorious B.I.G. and Todd Russaw, whom she divorced in 2011. UPDATE: It's a wrap ... Faith and Stevie have already done the deed. Multiple sources at the ceremony confirm they tied the knot in their hotel room Tuesday night ... around 10:30 PM. Pass the champagne! (TMZ)

Beyonce Has Fans Buzzing Over Speculation She's Pregnant With Baby No. 4. Is Beyonce on the run from pregnancy rumors? For the record, the music superstar has yet to confirm or deny whether she's expecting baby No. 4, but that hasn't kept her loyal Beyhive from presenting what they claim is convincing evidence. Throughout the conclusion to the European leg of Bey and Jay-Z's On the Run Tour II, some fans have pointed out that another bundle of joy could be on the way for the Carter family. In footage captured by concert attendees and shared on various fan sites and blogs over the past few days, Beyonce showcases her figure in a number of skintight ensembles. And during a recent pitstop in Paris, the 36-year-old opted for a baggy fringe jacket styled over a pair of denim hot pants. But here's where the Beyhive really starts buzzing: In a video, Beyonce wraps up her rendition of "'03 Bonnie & Clyde" by gently placing her hand on her stomach before strutting off the stage. The moment is totally reminiscent of the time she announced her first pregnancy at the 2011 VMAs by closing "Love on Top" with an unforgettable mic drop and baby bump rub. Just a coincidence? It's possible! And days ago, fans think Queen Bey dropped another clue about growing her brood by posing in front of a No. 4. Of course, Jay-Z and Beyonce are already the proud parents to 6-year-old Blue Ivy Carter and twins Rumi and Sir Carter, who were born last year. (And then again, we all know how sacred the number 4 is to Bey and Jay.) As one Twitter user mused, "Beyonce is really pregnant again, and she's about to be a mother of 4 WOW." Another fan also added, "SHE'S CREATING THE NEXT DESTINY'S CHILD BEFORE OUR EYES." For now, the rumors are just that -- rumors! Beyonce's following knows that if and when she's got news to share, she'll do it on her own terms. Check out even more On the Run II concert footage above, and we'll be counting down the days until Bey and Jay's North American kickoff on July 25 in Cleveland. (Eonline)

Bode Miller's wife, Morgan Beck Miller, does not want another parent to know the pain she and her husband are going through after their 19-month-old daughter drowned in a backyard pool accident. The mother of two, 31, shared a photo of hers and Miller's late daughter Emeline Grier in the snow on Tuesday. Beck Miller shared a heartfelt message to other parents urging them to speak more about preventing drowning than topics like organic foods or how long children stare at a screen. "It's been 37 days since I've held my baby girl. I pray to God no other parent feels this pain. My heart is with you @nicolehughes8 as we walk this journey together," she wrote in the caption, naming another mother whose child drowned. "And thank you @scarymommy for helping us spread awareness." "PLEASE READ! Link in bio! Drowning is the NUMBER ONE cause of death in children ages 1-4. We talk about vaccinations, car seats, organic foods, screen time, etc at length... but not the number one risk your children's' lives face... a silent killer," she added. "It takes SECONDS. Please share and help us spread awareness. It's the first step to preventing these types of tragedies. #drowning#drowningprevention#truthaboutdrowning." A rep for Miller did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. In early June, Emeline drowned in a pool in the neighborhood of Coto de Caza, California. The Orange County Fire Department said at the time that paramedics were rushed to the scene and performed CPR before transporting her to a nearby hospital where she was unable to be resuscitated. Miller and Beck Miller married in 2012 and share two children together, including Emeline. Before her death, however, the couple announced they were expecting their third child together on Instagram. Bode, 40, and Morgan are parents to 3-year-old son Nash Skan, and Miller is also a father to two children from previous relationships: son Samuel, 5, and daughter Neesyn, 10. Beck Miller implored parents to read a story written by another parent who lost son when he drowned on a recent family vacation. Nicole Hughes' 3-year-old son, Levi, drowned in a pool in Fort Morgan, AL, on June 10. In a first-person piece for blog Scary Mommy, Hughes warned that her son silently drowned within seconds. "It happened so quickly. I don't know how Levi got away from us as we were cleaning up from dinner, or what lured him to go outside alone," Hughes wrote. "I was the one who found him, face down, in the deep end. Just moments before this horrific discovery, I split a brownie with him. I still had the other half of the brownie in my mouth when I jumped into the pool to grab my son. Mere moments, seconds." While still struggling to come to terms with what happened, Hughes is doing what she can so it does not happen to another child and created a non-profit called Levi's Legacy. "Lying in bed and sobbing will not bring him back (oh, but if it would). I don't want this role of water-safety advocate. I want 30 seconds back on June 10. But I am determined to share these facts I so desperately wish I had known." (People)

Sherri Shepherd can't afford another husband. Sherri Shepherd has been through two divorces and doesn't want to marry again. "Girl, I can't afford another marriage. I'm fine. I'm content," Shepherd told Wendy Williams on Tuesday. Shepherd, 51, was married to Jeff Tarpley from 2001 to 2010. They share a 13-year-old son, Jeffrey Charles Tarpley. She was also married to Lamar Sally from 2011 to 2014. Over the last several years, Shepherd and Sally have been engaged in a nasty battle over child support for their surrogate son, Lamar Sally Jr., who was born following their split. Shepherd has no involvement in the child's life but continues to pay child support. As for her relationship with her ex-husbands, it seems non-existent. Shepherd says she doesn't see or speak to them unless they're all in court together. "It's rough. I had to go to court the other day and both the husbands were there," the former "View" co-host said. "I was just like, 'Lord, I am really getting tested today!' ... They go to court together. Dumber and dumb-ass." Despite the drama, Shepherd tries to keep things positive around her son. "For me, I always make sure Jeffrey's father is a hero in Jeffrey's eyes," she explained. "Because all of the craziness has nothing to do with Jeffrey." (PageSix)

Taylor Swift and Meghan McCain just made one fan's wildest dreams come. Lexi Caviston, 21, is fighting the brain cancer glioblastoma and has always dreamed of meeting Swift, 28. Lexi's best friend, Alexandra, kick-started a social media campaign earlier this month to help Lexi meet the "End Game" songstress at her Reputation tour stop on Saturday, July 14, in Philadelphia. The campaign caught 33-year-old McCain's attention, as her father, Senator John McCain, is battling the same disease. The political commentator retweeted Alexandra's initial post and urged Swift to meet Lexi. "Hey @taylorswift -- we have never met, but anyway you can meet Lexi at your concert in Philly?" The View host wrote on July 5. "She is fighting the same #glioblastoma cancer my father has and this would make both of our days! xo -- Meghan McCain." Meghan revealed on the Monday, July 16, episode of her talk show that Swift organized a private meet-and-greet for Caviston during her show at Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday. Caviston took to social media to share a photo from her meeting with Swift and videos of herself rocking out during the show. "I am so happy that we were able to help Lexi forget about her cancer for one day," the former Fox News contributor gushed. "She spoke to our producer and said it was by far the best day of her life. Meghan also praised Swift as a "class act" and an "incredible artist" for meeting Lexi. "I and my family are deeply grateful," she said. "I woke my husband up and started crying and said, 'She met Taylor! Yes!'" Caviston was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma in December after doctors found a large tumor, the size of three golf balls, on her eye's optic nerve. (US Weekly)

Before David Arquette squared off against RJ City in California ... he went to Tijuana, Mexico to train with luchadores -- and the high-flying moves he pulls off are insane!!! TMZ Sports got footage of Arquette -- in the purple mask with matching tights -- going HAM on a bunch of local wrestlers during a match earlier this month. The 46-year-old flies off the top rope and then busts out the HURRACARRANA ... a crazy acrobatic move where Arquette jumps and uses his legs to FLIP his opponent! Arquette never revealed his true identity during the match -- which essentially served as a warm-up bout for RJ City -- but the crowd loved it! Of course, Arquette went on to lose against City on Sunday ... but, judging by the video, we ain't seen the last of Dave in the squared circle. (TMZ)

Paris Hilton Calls Lindsay Lohan a "Pathological Liar" on Instagram. Paris Hilton just threw a flame in her decade-long feud with Lindsay Lohan. Things seemed to have mellowed out for these famous frenemies until the heiress-turned-DJ brought their tumultuous history back to the surface with a single Instagram comment. A Paris fan account on Instagram shared a montage of paparazzi videos of Lohan in the 2000s. The first clip is a famous one from November 2006, in which she alleged her foe had hit her in the arm with a drink at a friend's house the night before. Then, in the second section of footage, she backtracked on the claim and denied that the fellow star had hurt her after Paris urged her to tell the photographers the truth. This was taken, of course, on the infamous night the two were photographed in a car with Britney Spears. "Paris is my friend. Everyone lies about everything. She's a nice person...she never did that. She's a good girl," Lindsay told photographers as she ducked into the car with Hilton behind the wheel. A third video shows Lohan calling her "a c--t" and shortly after saying she never said that. It seems the engaged mogul came across the video on her feed because she left a comment. "#PathologicalLiar," she wrote. While the comment has conjured up old memories of their ceaseless drama, it doesn't seem to have reached Lohan just yet as she's been busy promoting her new beach club in Mykonos. If she has seen it, well, she hasn't said anything back just yet. If you're a bit hazy on their history, check out E!'s recap here. (Eonline)

Leslie Jones slams Jessica Alba's Honest Company. Leslie Jones is one very unsatisfied customer of Jessica Alba's Honest Company. "Ok @Honest you just lost a good customer," she wrote on Twitter Tuesday afternoon. "@jessicaalba please address your company that is not doing good business. I have use your company for more than three years now and these last three orders have been a nightmare!! I have spent too much money here for that to happen!!" The 50-year-old "Saturday Night Live" star had ordered diaper cakes and paid extra for "next day air." "We're so sorry your order was delayed," the company wrote back to Jones. "Our diaper cakes are handmade and can take 1-3 days to process. We value your feedback and we're always looking for ways to improve. We appreciate your love for Honest thank you for giving us the chance to make this right." Jones then angrily shot back, "next day air should not be an option. it should be made clear that the order is sent after processing which you don't do. It's not overnight if it gets there in a week. you charging me damn near 50 dollars for. The last three orders were late. It wasn't like that before." The Honest Co. diaper cakes page has a disclaimer that says they will ship within one to three days after the order has been placed. It's unclear if the site had the disclaimer before the exchange with Jones. Alba also took to Twitter to send her apologies. "Omg! I'm so so sorry you haven't had a great experience," Alba wrote. "We are all over this issue and will make it right. I am so appreciative and grateful to you for being a loyal Honest fan over the years, especially as we go through these growing pains. I'm a huge fan of yours????. JA." Despite the apology, Jones stood by her comments, ending the back-and-forth by stating she would find diaper cakes somewhere else. "So disappointed cause I've spent a lot of money with y'all!" she wrote. It's not the first time Alba's company has come under fire. In 2016, the company was sued by the Organic Consumers Association, which claimed Honest's organic infant formula includes no fewer than "11 synthetic ingredients. (PageSix)

New Details Revealed in Luann de Lesseps' Relapse: She ''Spiraled Out of Control.'' Luann de Lesseps is taking back control of her life. The Real Housewives of New York City star finds herself back in rehab, exactly six months after she completed a 21-day treatment program for issues related to alcohol abuse. As a result, de Lesseps missed Tuesday's taping of the RHONY reunion. So what caused the Bravolebrity (who publicly celebrated her sobriety on social media only weeks ago) to relapse? A source tells E! News that Luann was struggling to come to terms with a lawsuit filed against her by her own children and ex-husband, who claim in court documents she broke a stipulation in her 2009 divorce settlement by failing to create a trust for Noel de Lesseps and Victoria de Lesseps. Our insider shares, "She was having a very hard time with the drama of lawsuit surrounding her and has been reflecting on all of her bad mistakes recently and completely hit a wall. She definitely thought she could handle incorporating alcohol back into her life casually, but eventually spiraled out of control." The insider reveals that de Lesseps is expected to remain in rehab for at least 30 days, and "nobody has seen or heard from her" since she checked herself in. Luann can focus on her road to recovery with the full support of her loved ones and Real Housewives family, who the source says are "very supportive" and have "encouraged her to stay as long as possible to get the help she needs." "All of her RHONY castmates missed her today during the taping but knew that this was for the best," explains the source. "All of the ladies are very concerned and hopes that she will take this serious and get her health back on track. Everyone is rooting for her." In May, Luann reached a plea deal in her drunk and disorderly conduct case. She touched on the Christmas Eve arrest on this season of RHONY, telling co-stars that the incident was triggered by her divorce from Tom D'Agostino. Bravo released the following statement after news of Luann's return to rehab broke: "Bravo supports Luann's decision to focus on her health. She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation. At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy." (Eonline)

Harvey Weinstein wants Ashley Judd lawsuit tossed. Disgraced mogul Harvey Weinstein wants a judge to toss a lawsuit accusing him of destroying Ashley Judd's career because she rebuffed his sexual advances, claiming he never defamed the star -- but simply offered his opinion that she was very difficult to work with. The actress claimed that Weinstein dissuaded director Peter Jackson from casting her in "The Lord of the Rings" in 1998 as retaliation for rebuffing him during a meeting at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. "I lost career opportunity. I lost money. I lost status and prestige and power in my career as a direct result of having been sexually harassed and rebuffing the sexual harassment," Judd said when she filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court in April. "My career opportunities, after having been defamed by Harvey Weinstein, were significantly diminished. My career was damaged because I rebuffed Mr. Weinstein's sexual advances. I know it for a fact." Last year, Jackson publicly admitted that Weinstein stopped him from hiring female actors, including Judd and Mira Sorvino, by saying they were a "nightmare to work with." But on Tuesday, lawyers for the pervy producer said that statement isn't defamatory, since it's just an opinion, Variety reported. Attorneys also argued that Weinstein's conduct didn't amount to sexual harassment -- because he just asked for a massage and for Judd to watch him shower. "These allegations fall far short of meeting the 'pervasive or severe' required element," attorneys Phyllis Kupferstein and Cynthia L. Zedalis wrote. To deflect the creep's advances, Judd told Weinstein she would only let him touch her if he got her an Academy Award, she said. His attorneys argue that his subsequent efforts to "live up to the bargain" by trying to cast her in Oscar-worthy roles prove he wasn't trying to ruin her career. (PageSix)
