Katharine McPhee and David Foster Are Engaged. Katharine McPhee and David Foster are engaged! The 34-year-old actress and the 68-year-old music producer are set to tie the knot, McPhee's rep confirmed to TMZ on Tuesday. McPhee then confirmed the news herself on Twitter, posting a ring emoji along with a GIF of Ariana Grande which says, "And what about it?" According to McPhee and Foster's Instagram accounts, the couple is currently on vacation in Italy together, where the proposal reportedly took place. The couple has been linked since last year, but have played coy on the relationship speculation. In December, McPhee and Foster were spotted packing on the PDA in Paris. Then in March, the duo enjoyed a date night at Elton John's Oscar party. McPhee and Foster were photographed inside the viewing party after he first walked the carpet solo. He then met up with McPhee inside where they enjoyed dinner side by side at the same table. Then in May, the duo walked the rep carpet together at the 2018 Met Gala. This will be the second marriage for McPhee, who was previously wed to Nick Cokas from 2008 to 2016. And this will be the fifth marriage for Foster, who was previously married to B.J. Cook, Rebecca Dyer, Linda Thompson and most recently, Yolanda Hadid. After four years of marriage, Hadid -- who is the mother of Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Anward Hadid -- filed for divorce from Foster in Jan. 2016. The former couple's divorce was finalized in Oct. 2017. A month later, Foster's daughters, Erin Foster and Sara Foster, dished to E! News about their dad possibly dating McPhee. "We are really happy if our dad is happy," Sara told us, while Erin added, "I love her on Scorpion." "We love Katharine McPhee. We love our dad. We want our dad to be happy. We don't care who he dates...don't really care how old they are," Sara said, adding, "We don't know if it's her." Erin said their father is a "very young-at-heart kind of guy." "Honestly, our friends in their twenties are trying to date him, so we're just proud of him for not doing that," she said. "He's like, 'I draw the line there.' I think thirties, forties is like a respectable age for a man in his sixties." Congratulations to the couple on the engagement news! (Eonline)

Just days ago, the former Miss Universe and Miami Dolphins quarterback reignited romance rumors after popping up in Ibiza together. "They really care about each other and want to make the distance work," the source explains, referencing the Model Squad star's Southern California living sitch and Amendola's Miami training base. "Danny flew back to L.A. with Olivia and he is going to be staying with her for a bit. They are trying to be a normal couple as long as possible until Olivia flies off to her next work commitment, but she is hoping he will tag along until his season starts." The on-again lovebirds first went public with their relationship in February 2016, and have been by each other's side through major milestones like Danny's 2018 Super Bowl win. "They are working on things and are definitely talking and seeing each other often," a source previously told E! News of their relationship status. Jennifer Aniston wasn't about to let a little rain get her down. While filming the new Netflix movie Murder Mystery in Montreal on June 27, not even a constant downpour could dampen her mood. "She was very upbeat when they started shooting," says a set source in the new issue of Us Weekly. "In fact, Jen seems happy every time she's on the set." Her merry attitude has been infectious, notes the source, keeping her costars, including Adam Sandler, and the crew in high spirits: "The vibe here is great." These days, the Friends alum, 49, has every reason to smile. Nearly five months after she and Justin Theroux announced their plans to call it quitson their two-and-a half-year marriage, Aniston is dating again -- and, insiders reveal, she's being wooed by two men! "It's very hush-hush," says a confidant, adding that neither is an actor. The first contender, says another source, is a tech titan introduced to Aniston by a close friend. "He recently split from his wife and is trying to win over Jen," confides the source. The second, says another confidant, "is an industry creative she met when they started working on a project together several months ago." The fact that neither is Aniston's usual type only adds to the allure for the actress -- and her tight-knit circle of girlfriends. "Jen's group is excited that she's dating again," says an Aniston insider. "They can hardly keep it a secret when they're so happy to see Jen moving on." The remarkable resilience Aniston has shown this time around is a far cry from the devastation she went through after Brad Pitt blindsided her with their 2005 divorce. In fact, her healthy attitude has allowed both her and her friends to have fun with the tabloid rumor (which Us previously debunked) that Aniston is dating Pitt again. As Portia de Rossi told Us at a West Hollywood event June 27, "I was at a newsstand... and there was a cover of Brad and Jen!" She jokingly alerted her wife, Ellen DeGeneres. Continues de Rossi, "I actually took a picture of it and sent it to Ellen and said, 'Can you believe this!'" Though Aniston is in a positive headspace, she's still stepping into the dating pool with caution. "As strong as Jen is, she tends to be very wary of new people," says the friend. "It normally takes a while for her to open up and trust someone." (US Weekly)

Kelly Slater -- the most decorated pro surfer of all time -- says he's finally ready to retire from the pro surfing championship tour ... but not until he competes one last time!!! "My basic plan is to get myself really healthy again, get ready for April, and next year be my last year on tour and just be done with it," Slater said during the 2018 Corona J-Bay Open. In other words, the 46-year-old surf god will compete during the 2019 season -- and give it one last shot to win his 12th World Surf League Championship. Slater's been nursing a broken foot -- which he calls "pretty minor on the scope of life" -- and says, as soon as he heals up, he'll be ready for his farewell tour. Don't worry about Kelly's post-competition life ... the guy created his own artificial wave machine which some say will revolutionize the sport -- especially the way competitions are televised. By the way, no one's even close to catching Slater when it comes to world titles -- the next guy on the list only has 5. Salute to the G.O.A.T. (TMZ)

"NCIS: Los Angeles" star Linda Hunt was hospitalized after a serious car wreck in Hollywood. Hunt was driving a black BMW SUV Monday and tried making a left turn. An eyewitness tells us Hunt struck a sedan and then collided with a Honda SUV. Hunt was visibly shaken, and witnesses escorted her to a lawn chair on the sidewalk. We're told paramedics evaluated Linda on the chair and then determined she needed to be taken to the hospital. The witness tells us the other drivers only suffered minor injuries. Hunt has been a fixture on 'NCIS,' appearing in over 200 episodes. She's also done voice work on video games and voiced Grandmother Willow in Disney's "Pocahontas." Law enforcement sources confirmed only one person from the accident was hospitalized. At this time, the cause of the accident is under investigation. We reached out to Linda's rep to check on her condition but have not yet heard back. (TMZ)

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin's relationship is speeding along, but everything came to a sudden, grinding halt Monday when his fancy sports car broke down. Biebs and Hailey were cruising in the Hamptons in a Mercedes-Benz SLS -- with gullwing doors, no less -- when they ran into car trouble. The supercar's got a starting price of about $200k and goes from 0-60 mph in less than 4 seconds. It, apparently, goes from 60 to 0 pretty quickly too. The car's been discontinued, which might explain the trouble. Justin and Hailey had to get help from a cop who directed traffic around the intersection where the Benz crapped out. A mechanic eventually showed up to repair the whip. Luckily, Justin's well beyond the "impress your date" stage with Hailey -- since they've barely come up for air since getting back together. (TMZ)

Guy Pearce Accuses Kevin Spacey of Being "Handsy" on L.A. Confidential Set. Guy Pearce has accused Kevin Spacey of being "handsy." The actor made the comment about his former L.A. Confidential co-star during a chat with Andrew Denton for the show "Interview." Denton had been asking Pearce about stars he had worked with and questioned him about Spacey. "Yeah... Yeah... Tough one to talk about at the moment," Pearce said in a trailer for the interview. "Amazing actor, incredible actor. Slightly difficult time with Kevin. Yeah." When Denton asked if he was referring to the time they worked together, Pearce replied, "Yeah. Yeah. He's a -- he's a handsy guy." He then added, "Yeah. Thankfully I was 29 and not 14." The House of Cards star has faced several allegations of sexual misconduct since the fall of 2017. For instance, Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making a sexual advance at him when the Star Trek: Discovery actor was 14. Spacey issued an apology to Rapp on Twitter but said he did not remember the encounter. He also came out as gay in the same statement. Justin Dawes also accused Spacey of inviting him over when he was 16 to watch Chinatown. However, Dawes claimed Spacey "gave him a cocktail and played pornography" instead. In addition, Harry Dreyfuss accused Spacey of groping him when he was an 18-year-old high school senior. Furthermore, CNN published a report in which eight past or current House of Cards staffers accused Spacey of sexual misconduct. Netflix has since cut ties with the actor. Then, in January, TMZ reported that Scotland Yard was investigating allegations of sexual assault involving Spacey. The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department Special Victims Bureau also revealed it was conducting an investigation regarding allegations of sexual assault involving Spacey in April. In November, a rep for Spacey said the actor was "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment." E! News has reached out to Spacey's attorney regarding Pearce's claims. (TMZ)

"Juju On That Beat" rapper Zay Hilfigerrr has been ordered to stay away from his ex-girlfriend, who claims he physically abused her multiple times ... TMZ has learned. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Andrea Inzunza says Zay most recently attacked her in May. She says she'd just suffered a miscarriage, and on the way home they got into an argument. She claims Zay grabbed her by the arm, pushed her to the ground and ripped her shirt. Andrea says police responded, but doesn't say what, if anything, happened to Zay. In the docs, she says the rapper also assaulted her in February when they were at home. Andrea says Zay tied her up with a Gucci belt, and started to choke her with his hands -- all because she wanted to go to sleep, instead of watching him edit a music video. Andrea filed for a restraining order ... which the judge granted. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her, at least until a hearing later this month. TMZ broke the story ... Zay was also accused of beating up his roommate and spraying him with a fire extinguisher. (TMZ)

A judge has ordered Sony to disclose the names of people it interviewed as part of an internal investigation into its former Kemosabe Records CEO Dr. Luke -- following claims by singer Kesha that he raped her. The record label has previously argued that information is protected by attorney-client privilege, but Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Jennifer Schecter disagreed in her Monday order demanding they name names within 20 days. In a three-page decision, Schecter says that Sony failed to show that the list of names "would actually divulge legal thought processes or strategy." Dr. Luke -- real name Lukasz Gottwald -- sued Kesha in 2014 after she went public with allegations that he'd raped her. The singer has been attempting unsuccessfully to sever her contract with the recording company in the years since. (Page Six)

A law enforcement source tells us they believe the cause of death was natural, and no foul play is suspected. Brandon was 36. (TMZ)
