Queer Eye Season 2 Sweethearts William and Shannan Are Married. After getting engaged on season two of Queer Eye, William Mahnken and Shannan Eller have tied the knot. Mahnken shared pictures from the couple's beach wedding on Instagram. According to his post, the two exchanged vows in a "small, private ceremony" on June 16. The event took place at sunrise on Amelia Island in Florida. Naturally, the Netflix show was happy to share the good news. "Thank you for letting us be a part of your love story and we hope that the next phase of your life is filled with love, movies, and a lot of avocado goddess! We Shannan you both." After getting some help from the Fab 5 -- Tan France, Karamo Brown, Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk and Jonathan Van Ness -- Mahnken popped the question with a movie-themed proposal. Knowing his bride enjoys films, he created his own short flick in which he struggled to find the perfect word that summed up his love for her. In the end, he picked her name -- Shannan. Of course, the show alluded to this memory in the congratulatory post. France and Berk also sent along their best wishes. "I couldn't be happier for them," the style guru wrote in the comments section. "Some of the best people I've had the pleasure of meeting." "Awwww. Beautiful!!!" the home design expert added. Katharine McPhee Defends Her Engagement to David Foster With Sassy Clapback. Haters to the left! Three days after the news broke that Katharine McPhee and David Foster were engaged, the American Idol alum took to Twitter on Friday with a PSA for her critics. "Y'all should be worrying more about registering to vote and midterm elections than who's marrying me," McPhee wrote. "Thank you for coming to my TED talk." As the sassy celeb previously revealed, Foster popped the question while on vacation with McPhee and their friends in Europe. "He did it at the top of this mountain in Anacapri," Katharine joked in a text message to a friend she shared on Instagram. "Totally dark, only stars. Thankfully he didn't push me off the cliff. He said it was one or the other. And in the end, he spared me. But before the epic clapback, Katharine made light of her surprise engagement with a tweet announcing her return to the states. "Guys HELLO!" she joked. "I'm back in America and back on stage tonight. Were you saying anything? What did i miss?" Katharine, 34, has previously dismissed those who judge her for dating the 68-year-old record producer. In a Nov. 2017 interview with Health, the Waitress star fired off, "We're very close friends, and we've been friends for a long time. I'm really, really fond of him, and I think he's an incredible person. I've known him since I was 21-years-old, you know? He produced my first single. So he's been really good to me. People can say whatever they want." Foster's adult daughters, television personalities Erin Foster and Sara Foster, also weighed in on the future wedding with their typical humor. After David confirmed the news on Instagram, Erin commented, "Mommmyyy ???." Wrote Sara, "Out of the country. What did I miss?" Keep doing you, Katharine! And congratulations to the happy couple. Now, the women's division -- filled with stars like Amanda Nunes, Cris Cyborg, Holly Holm and others -- is thriving ... and they credit Ronda for opening the door. Congrats! (TMZ)

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver may get in the Guinness Book of World Records, because they just crossed the 7-year mark in their divorce case with no end in sight. Maria filed for divorce July 1, 2011 ... this after she learned Arnold fathered a child -- Joseph Baena -- with their housekeeper. There was never any real custody beef ... of their 4 kids, two were minors at the time -- 17-year-old Patrick and 13-year-old Christopher -- and they both quickly agreed on joint custody. Well, Christopher's now 20, so there hasn't even been a theoretical custody issue for years. As for a property settlement ... we reported at the time there was a pot of around $400 million to split. The couple, that reportedly started dating in 1982 and married in 1986, did not have a prenup. Sources connected to Arnold and Maria say there were bumps along the way in hammering out a settlement but, since the split is 50/50, there are no serious roadblocks. Our sources say Arnold has not shown interest in making the divorce final. As for Maria, she's waffled ... sometimes pushing for a divorce but other times just letting it ride. Everyone we've spoken with says Arnold and Maria are not getting back together ... yet, when push comes to shove, they both seem unwilling to pull the trigger. After 7 years, there's a real possibility the divorce isn't going to happen ... ever. (TMZ)

My Big Fat Greek Wedding Star Nia Vardalos' Estranged Husband Responds to Her Divorce Filing. Two days after Nia Vardalos filed for divorce, her estranged husband has responded. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Ian Gomez filed his response to her divorce filing on Thursday in Los Angeles. Like Vardalos, the actor, 53, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. Vardalos, 55, and Gomez, best known for starring in Cougar Town and The Drew Carey Show, wed in September 1995. Her hit film My Big Fat Greek Wedding was inspired by her romance with Gomez, who played the role of best man to John Corbett's character Ian Miller. The pair shares an 11-year-old daughter, Ilaria Vardalos Gomez, whom they adopted in 2008. Like his estranged wife, Gomez is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their child. He has also asked that spousal support "be determined in mediation," according to the documents. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, Vardalos was spotted in Greece with Ilaria, as seen in a photo obtained by Extra. "We've been respectfully separated for a lengthy period of time. Our relationship became a friendship so the decision to end the marriage is completely mutual and amicable," Vardalos and Gomez said in a joint statement obtained by PEOPLE. "It is our hope that decency will prevail on the reporting of this story which will soon be yesterday's news. Thank you for respecting our privacy," the statement read. Both Vardalos and Gomez listed the date of separation as June 29, 2017. (People)

He did not return calls. (PageSix)

Ariel Winter Is Taking a Social Media Break Due to Negativity: 'She Needs a Moment to Breathe'. Taking a step back. Ariel Winter left Twitter, and now her rep is explaining the reason behind her decision. "Ariel has taken a break from Twitter and engaging with commenters on her other platforms because of the constant negativity she experiences," Winter's representative told Us Weekly in a statement on Friday, July 6. "She needs a moment to breathe and enjoy herself without judgement." Meanwhile, her Instagram account remains intact. Winter frequently confronts trolls on her social media platforms. Earlier this week, the 20-year-old shut down haters who blasted her for wearing a "Keep Calm and Eat a Bag of D -- ks" T-shirt to the gym and suggested she was on her period. "A new way to get followers: shock everyone by letting them know that you get visited by a rare disease every month called a period," she clapped back. "But also... if I was on my period my ass would be home AF on the couch with a cheese plate on the coffee table, not in the gym." Winter's onscreen sister, Sarah Hyland, even stepped in to defend her when commenters focused on the former's braless look in a June 24 Instagram post. "To all the pervs commenting on this post?" the 27-year-old actress replied. "GET OFFLINE AND GET BACK TO YOUR BLOWUP DOLL YA CREEPS!" The former child star confided in Us about how she deals with negativity in November 2017. "It's difficult to not write something sassy, but I feel better when I write something positive," she said at the time. "Maybe they'll not write something hurtful next time." (USMagazine)

Jodie Foster Reflects on the Next Phase of #MeToo: "We Can't Put Every Man Over 30 in Jail." The #MeToo movement took Hollywood by storm this year -- bringing the magnitude of sexual assault and harassment to light. Now, Jodi Foster wants to know what's next. "This is a transitional period, and it's just so painful," she told PorterEdit. "You really have to have a plan for truth and reconciliation. We can't put every man over 30 in jail. We have to love our brothers and fathers and come to an understanding about how we got here and who we are going to be together." Despite her support of the movement, fans won't see her making any speeches about it anytime soon. "I don't feel that I am a spokesperson for anything," she told the digital magazine. "It's just not my personality. I do serve -- I just serve in a different way. I do reach out sometimes to women in the industry. And men, too, who I can see would benefit from the experience I have had about surviving intact." Then, with her voice cracking, she added, "If there's anything that I have to be a role model about, it is prioritizing my own self-worth and psychological health above all. And if not, I don't know where I would be today. I mean, there is a carpet of ex-child actors who did not make it." Foster's road to fame is different than other actors' and actresses'. She started working at the age of 3 and had many of her early roles selected by her mother. She also became her family's breadwinner by the age of 7. When PorterEdit asked if she thought being an established child star and having a mother with industry know-how helped her avoid sexual abuse on set, she replied, "The weird cauldron that made me -- working from the time I was 3 years old, supporting my family by the time that I was 7, super-strong mom, over-confident personality, celebrity young enough that I learned to be stand-offish... I think there's a whole bunch of reasons why I didn't have the same path as someone who came to Hollywood at 22 with two cents in her pocket and just wanted more than anything else to be an actor. It's just a different life." This isn't the first time Foster has opened up about thinking beyond the #MeToo movement. She also discussed this notion during a December interview with CBS This Morning. "It's an amazing moment in time and, you know, in order to do it justice, I think we need a bigger dialogue and we need a much more complicated dialogue," she said at the time. "But this time is necessary, and I'm really looking forward to what happens next, like all social justice movements. I think we're all looking forward to how we can heal, and we want to hear other voices. We want to hear the other side, as well, in order to really change things. Justice via Twitter is not the right way to go." To read Foster's full interview, check out NET-A-PORTER's weekly digital magazine, PorterEdit. (Eonline)

Mario Lopez undergoes surgery after Fourth of July injury. Mario Lopez's surgery was a success. "I came through," the "Extra" host captioned an Instagram photo on Friday night of himself sitting in a hospital bed giving a thumbs up. In the series of photos posted, he showed his wife Courtney giving him a kiss and a cute "Get Well Soon" card from his son Dominic. Courtney also gave her husband a shoutout on Friday sharing the same image of her giving Lopez a smooch writing "You got this babe. I love you more than you could ever imagine." Lopez, 44, landed himself in the hospital on the Fourth of July after tearing his Achilles tendon while sparring. "So frustrated," he wrote on social media alongside a photo of himself at Burbank, California's Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. "No boxing or jiujitsu for a while. Maybe God's telling me to slow down... " A rep for Lopez did not immediately respond to request for comment following his procedure. (PageSix)

James Woods says agent dropped him over politics. James Woods, one of Hollywood's most outspoken conservatives, says his agent dropped him as a client on the Fourth of July, citing patriotism. Woods on Thursday shared on Twitter an email from his agent, Ken Kaplan. In the excerpted email, dated Wednesday, Kaplan said he was "feeling patriotic" and no longer wanted to represent Woods. "It's the 4th of July and I'm feeling patriotic," wrote Kaplan in the posted email. "I don't want to represent you anymore. I mean I could go on a rant but you know what I'd say." Woods is a passionate supporter of President Donald Trump on social media. On Wednesday, his tweets included the allegation that immigration protesters were only Democrats seeking "illegal votes" and a reference to former President Barack Obama as a "stain" on America. Kaplan, who represents a number of high-profile Hollywood actors at the Gersh Agency, didn't immediately respond to emails Thursday. Woods, who called his agent a "political liberal," said he replied to Kaplan that "if you're feeling patriotic, you would appreciate free speech and one's right to think as an individual." The most recent credit for the 71-year-old Woods is a voiceover for the animated series "Justice League Action." In September, actress Amber Tamblyn wrote an open letter to Woods accusing him of hitting on her when she was 16. Woods called Tamblyn's story "a lie." (PageSix)

Jesse Williams is going to request a new trial in his child support case ... less than a month after he was ordered to start paying $50k per month. The "Grey's Anatomy" star filed docs Friday telling the court he intends to seek a modification of his child support. In the docs, he says he thinks the judge got it wrong when arriving at the $50k figure. Jesse believes there's insufficient evidence to support that amount. TMZ broke the story ... Jesse's currently paying his ex, Aryn Drake-Lee, a total of $100k per month. The other $50k is for spousal support. According to the docs, Jesse firmly believes he's the victim of an "error in law" ... and he's hoping a second bite of the apple will correct it. (TMZ)

Charlie Sheen may have just scored a small victory in his HIV suit but didn't win any points with the judge ... who flat-out calls his lawyer a misogynistic jerk. According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the woman suing Sheen for exposing her to HIV has been ordered to take her dispute with him to arbitration. The judge ruled the NDA she admitted to signing holds up, so Sheen's "hopes of 'Winning!'" this battle were justified. However, the judge scolds Sheen's legal team for needlessly "slut-shaming" the woman -- who's suing as Jane Doe -- saying his behavior "wins no favor with this Court." We broke the story ... Sheen called the plaintiff a "professional hooker party girl," and claimed she knew about his HIV status the moment they met. She claims she was intimidated into signing the NDA ... but, Sheen called BS and said she was happy to hang out with him. In the end, the judge sided with Sheen -- at least on moving the case to arbitration. (TMZ)

Stan Lee's legal battle with business partner Keya Morgan has intensified ... with ANOTHER restraining order. Stan's legal team was in court Friday and requested the restraining order granted last month against Morgan to be dismissed. Stan's lawyers argued the first order -- submitted by attorney Tom Lallas on Stan's behalf -- should be voided as Lallas hadn't repped Stan for months. The judge agreed -- tossed the order -- and Lee's legal team filed a new restraining order against Morgan. In the new docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Stan's attorneys claim Morgan's mishandled more than $5 million of Stan's money and he's suffered severe physical and emotional injuries because of Morgan. The docs also claim Keya's tried to isolate Stan from his family and moved him to an undisclosed location last month. Kirk Schenck, a legal rep for Lee tells us, "The Lee Family is conducting its own investigation, and working with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and the LAPD, in various investigations into Keya Morgan's and others' who may have taken advantage of the Lee Family. We will not comment further on the ongoing investigations for witness and evidentiary protection." We reached out to Morgan for comment ... so far, no word back. UPDATE: Morgan tells us, "For over 10 years I have shown nothing but love, respect & kindness to Stan Lee, & his wife, a fact he has repeated countless times." He continues, "This is a witchhunt by his daughter and her lawyer against me because she cannot stand the fact Stan likes me so much. I will 100% prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the allegations against me are false. The truth will come out." (TMZ)

Jamie Foxx won't face any charges for allegedly striking a woman in the face with his penis back in 2002, because the case has been closed ... TMZ has learned. Las Vegas PD tells us ... Foxx is in the clear -- at least criminally -- because the statute of limitations of 3 years has long since run. The case was previously listed as an open investigation. As for a civil suit ... nope -- the statute of limitations has also run. We broke the story ... the woman accused Foxx of assaulting her 16 years ago at a party at his place, when he tried to get her to perform oral sex on him. She claims she refused ... so he slapped her in the face with his penis. Foxx emphatically denied the allegations and called them an "absurd" lie ... while also threatening legal action of his own. Guy Pearce Clarifies Comments About "Handsy" Kevin Spacey. Guy Pearce wants to clarify his remarks about Kevin Spacey acting "handsy" around him. On an episode of Andrew Denton's show Interview earlier this week, Pearce said Spacey, his co-star L.A. Confidential, was an "amazing" and "incredible" actor but that he had a "slightly difficult time" with him, saying, "he's a handsy guy...Thankfully I was 29 and not 14." His remarks come months after more than a dozen men accused Spacey of sexual misconduct. Pearce told Australia's Fairfax Media he wished to clarify his comments regarding Spacey, saying that while he was not sexually assaulted, he was made to feel uncomfortable. "I very much understand that it's too sensitive a topic to be brushed off," he said in a statement on Saturday, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. "I addressed and handled the situation when it took place, hence my regret at making it public now." Spacey has not commented on Pearce's initial interview comments or recent statement. Meanwhile, London and Los Angeles police are investigating several sexual misconduct claims against Spacey. The 58-year-old Oscar winner has not commented on the inquiries. No charges have been filed. Star Trek: Discovery star Anthony Rapp was the first person to publicly accuse Spacey of sexual misconduct, saying the actor made an unwanted sexual advance toward him when he was 14. Spacey apologized, saying he did not remember the encounter, and also came out publicly as gay. He then checked into a treatment center. Spacey's publicist and talent agency dropped Spacey amid the scandal, which also prompted Netflix to fire Spacey from House of Cards. Christopher Plummer later replaced the actor in the film All the Money in the World. (Eonline)

Chris Brown Arrested in Florida. Chris Brown was arrested Thursday night in Florida, E! News has confirmed. The 29-year-old "All the Lights" singer was in West Palm Beach to perform at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre as part of his nationwide Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour. He was apprehended by police, who were waiting in the wings of the venue. E! News has reached out to his attorney. Brown was booked at 11 p.m. and released 52 minutes later, after he posted $2,000 bail. The singer was arrested on an outstanding out-of-county warrant from last year, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. WPTV reported Brown was booked on felony battery warrant from the Hilllsborough County Sheriff's Office, stemming from an incident last spring; at the time, police alleged Brown had punched a photographer during a paid club appearance. After his arrest, Brown shared a photo from the stage on Instagram and wrote, "What's NEW????? Show tomorrow!!!!" He included the eye roll and red heart emojis in his caption. The R&B singer's next tour date is scheduled for July 15 at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Over the years, Brown has had several run-ins with the law, beginning with physical assault charges from an incident with Rihanna in 2009; he was later charged with felony assault and making criminal threats, and was sentenced to five years of probation and community service. In 2013, Brown's probation was revoked after he was involved in an alleged hit-and-run in L.A. The charges were later dropped, but he was given 1,000 additional hours of community service. Later that fall, Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault after an alleged altercation outside a hotel in Washington, D.C. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor, and he was released from jail without bail. Soon afterward, Brown voluntarily entered rehab, but he was kicked out after smashing his mother's car window during a family session; days later, he was order to serve three months at an anger management facility. However, Brown violated the treatment facility's rules and was kicked out. As a result, a judge sentenced the singer to spend 131 days in jail for violating the terms of his probation. Brown was given early release from jail, but remained on probation and was ordered to finish his remaining community service hours and see a psychiatrist twice a week. But, in early 2015, Brown's probation was revoked after a judge learned he'd traveled outside Los Angeles County without prior consent. In 2016, Brown was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon following a nine-hour standoff of sorts at his L.A. mansion. Police had responded to a call from former beauty queen Baylee Curran, who claimed the musician had threatened her with a gun during a party at his home. At the time, Brown addressed the incident on Instagram, calling the police "idiots" and "the worst gang in the world." (He later deleted the posts.) At the time, Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, denied there was a standoff; regarding the search warrant, he said, "Nothing was found to corroborate her statement." In 2017, a judge granted Karrueche Tran a restraining order against the singer for the next five years. She alleged in court that he'd texted her violent threats and assaulted her. Initially, after Tran was granted a temporary restraining order against Brown, the singer told his fans, "Make sure ya'll don't be listening to all this bulls--t, man. What all them other people on the outside doing, let them do what they doing. I don't know what the f--k they talking about." Brown has not commented further on his latest arrest. (Eonline)

Anthony Bourdain's will surprised lots of people when it was revealed he died with around $1.2 mil in assets, because everyone thought he was way richer ... turns out, he was. We obtained a copy of Bourdain's will, and it appears he created a trust outside the will which contained an undisclosed amount of assets. It's very common for rich folk to create trusts outside of their will ... partly for tax purposes and partly for privacy. As we reported, the will discloses Bourdain left behind $425k in cash, $250k in personal property, $35k in brokerage accounts and around $500k in royalties and residuals. The will lists Ottavia Busia-Bourdain, his estranged wife, as trustee. The will was signed in 2016, after they had separated. Bourdain committed suicide last month in France. (TMZ)

'Chicago' cast member's suicide probed after backstage bullying allegations. Broadway musical "Chicago" has launched an investigation after friends of a cast member claimed he killed himself because he was "bullied" by the show's directors. Pals of Jeff Loeffelholz -- who had been a member of the cast for 22 years -- started a campaign called Justice for Jeff after Loeffelholz committed suicide, claiming that the production's director Walter Bobbie and musical director Leslie Stifelman wanted Loeffelholz out of the long-running production but that his contract wouldn't allow them to fire him. The group claims that the pair put Loeffelholz, a standby member of the cast, through a tortuous rehearsal on June 22 in an attempt to get him to quit the show, forcing him to sing the same song over and over and telling him, "You always do it wrong." The campaign's blog, Justice For Jeffrey, claims that the account was based on notes that Loeffelholz made after the incident. Loeffelholz died a week later, on June 29. Now Page Six has learned that the producers of the show have hired attorney Judd Burstein to look into Loeffelholz's situation. In a statement, Burstein told us, "The producers of 'Chicago' are devastated by Jeff Loeffelholz's death. The producers are taking this matter very seriously and are fully committed to finding out exactly what transpired. To that end, I have been retained to conduct an exhaustive investigation on an expedited basis." Bobbie added: "I am saddened by Jeff's tragic passing, for him and for his family." Stifelman didn't get back to us. A Broadway insider told us it's behavior that is known too well on the Great White Way. "No one can directly blame anyone for something like suicide, but this treatment is kind of like an old-school Broadway scenario where there seems to be a disposable amount of talent that allows people to treat people like this," said a source. "When you're loyal to a show like that, it's not celebrated. It can actually make you unhireable. It's a strange thing." (PageSix)

The man who helped Stan Lee create 2 legendary Marvel superheroes -- Spider-Man and Doctor Strange -- has died at his home in New York ... TMZ has learned. Steve Ditko was found unresponsive in his NYC apartment on June 29 when a social worker who hadn't heard from him in a while went to Steve's home to check on him ... according to law enforcement. The chief medical examiner listed the cause of death as arteriosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease -- basically, a heart attack brought on by clogged arteries. Ditko was one of the most acclaimed comic book artists of all time, best known for creating Spider-Man with Lee in 1962, and Doctor Strange a year later. The stories they crafted together inspired the 2016 "Doctor Strange" film starring Benedict Cumberbatch. While Stan became the face of Marvel and "The Godfather of Comic Books" to the public, Steve remained enigmatic over the years -- refusing to do interviews or make public appearances. He continued to work at a Manhattan studio, though, until at least 2012. Steve was 90. RIP. (TMZ)

According to LAPD ... it doesn't appear as if Honeycutt was struck by any gunfire in the shootout, but "appears to have sustained injuries consistent with a self-inflicted gunshot wound." We're told cops fired back, but no officers were injured. After an hours-long standoff -- SWAT entered his home and found Honeycutt unresponsive. He was declared dead at the scene by the fire department. Honeycutt's mother was reportedly the one who called police Friday, saying her son was acting erratically. Honeycutt was a UCLA basketball star, earning All-Pac-10 first team honors in 2011 as a sophomore, before being drafted by the Kings in the second round. He played in parts of 2 seasons with them, before heading to Europe to play pro ball. He was 27. (TMZ)

3 YouTube Vloggers Die in Tragic Accident After Falling Over Waterfall in British Columbia. Popular Canadian YouTubers Ryker Gamble, Alexey Lyakh and Megan Scraper died on Tuesday in a tragic accident that occurred at Shannon Falls in British Columbia. In a statement released on Wednesday, the Squamish RCMP wrote that, "On July 3rd, 2018, at 11:55 am Squamish RCMP received a call from BC Ambulance regarding three people who were swimming in one of the pools at the top of Shannon Falls." "The individuals were with a group of friends when they slipped and fell into a pool 30 meters below," the police continued, adding that all three bodies had since been recovered, and the case was being referred to the British Columbia Coroners Service. They did not release the names of the deceased. Shannon Falls is the third highest waterfall in British Columbia, reaching a height of 1,009 ft. The accident occurred after Scraper slipped and fell off the waterfall, according to the Vancouver Sun. Gamble and Lyakh reportedly then got swept away by the water while trying to save her. The British Columbia Coroners Service -- who investigate all sudden and unexpected deaths in the province -- told PEOPLE on Friday that they are in the early stages of investigating their deaths, although they could not confirm or release the identities of "the three decedents in their late 20s -- one female and two males." In a YouTube video published on July 6, members of the group High on Life -- a group that posts travel videos online -- shared a tearful memorial for the three deceased vloggers. "On July 3rd, 2018, we lost three very dear friends of ours: Ryker Gamble, Alexey Lyakh and Megan Scraper," a member of the group said. "There are truly no words that can be said to ease the pain and the devastation we are all going through right now. They were three of the warmest, kindest, most driven and outgoing people that you could ever meet and the world has lost a good deal of light with their passing." According to the group's Facebook page, High on Life was started in 2012, after Gamble, Lyakh and another friend named Parker Heuser gave up the lease on their apartment and decided to start traveling the world together. Scraper was dating Lyakh at the time of their deaths. A GoFundMe page has also been created by the group to help pay for a memorial "to commemorate the beautiful lives and legacies that these 3 friends left behind." Any additional funds will go towards travel arrangements and expenses for the families of the deceased. (People)
