Ed Sheeran Hints He Secretly Married Fiancee Cherry Seaborn. This has Us thinking out loud! Ed Sheeran insinuated in a new interview that he secretly married his fiancee, Cherry Seaborn. The "Perfect" singer, 27, sat down with Access Opens a New Window. on Monday, August 27, to promote his new Apple Music documentary, Songwriter. "The other day she was like, 'I got you a facial,' and like that's so cool." While Sara is three years older than the songstress, it doesn't seem to matter. "She's great. She's a great addition," she told E! News. As for future siblings, Sara is ready for anything. "You know I've learned to not rule anything out," she answered candidly. "I think anything is possible at this point. Who knows?" If there's anyone who understands that sentiment, it's McPhee, who first met her soon-to-be husband more than a decade ago when she was a contestant and he was a guest coach on American Idol. "He and Andrea Bocelli were guest mentors and I remember...[I] grew up listening to Celine [Dion], and I loved Andrea Bocelli and I knew 'The Prayer' because I had sung it for something. My mom made me learn the Italian," McPhee, who ended up singing that song for the two men on the show, recalled in an interview on Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino. "I remember calling her and I was like, 'Oh my God you're never going to believe guest mentors this week! It's Andrea Bocelli, and then there's this producer that I don't know, but he's supposed to be really like amazing and his name's David Foster.' My mom said, 'Katharine, you know who David Foster is. You've listened to like every artist that he has ever created.' And I was like, 'Oh, ok!'" As McPhee continued, "We met on that show and then I did a lot of charity events with him. We've been friends for a long time." The actress went from a friend to fiancee ahead of the Fourth of July when Foster popped the question during their Italian vacation. All that's left to do now is say "I do!" As for the specifics on the couple's upcoming nuptials, Sara hasn't been looped in. "Maybe I'm not invited because I haven't heard about it," she joked to E! News. "I can't imagine something big. I would think something intimate at this point makes the most sense." (Eonline)

Ben Affleck Remains in Rehab and Is "Serious" About His Sobriety. Ben Affleck remains in rehab after being driven to treatment last week by his ex, Jennifer Garner. "Ben is still in rehab and has not left. He's doing OK," a source tells E! News. "He seems serious about living in for at least 30 days." Over the weekend, E! News learned that Affleck and Garner, who share three kids together, have reached a divorce settlement but will wait until he completes his current rehab stint to file it in court. "The divorce is wrapped up but has not been signed off on. They are waiting for Ben to get out to do that," the insider says. "They both want to move on and end the financial negotiations and the custody discussions." Last Wednesday, Aug. 22, Garner was seen at Affleck's home in the Pacific Palisades with her bodyguard, where she staged an intervention. An insider told E! News that the Oscar winner had been drinking since Monday and knew he needed help. "He told Jen and was not resistant. He asked her to take him and she wanted to be there for him," the source said. Affleck's third trip to rehab comes shortly after his breakup with Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus was revealed. As news was breaking about their split, Affleck was spotting spending time with model Shauna Sexton. "Ben was doing well for the last few months and very committed to his sobriety. But recently he started to slip up and began drinking again. He wrapped his movie and had some downtime," another insider told E! News after Affleck entered rehab. "This week, he was heavily drinking alone at home and with the Playboy model. Jen had family in town and a lot going on but she was well aware of what was going on. She saw the photo of the alcohol being delivered to his house and knew he was home all day and that was the breaking point." "She arranged for him to go to rehab and staged an intervention with someone from the facility," the source continued. "Ben was not resistant and knew he needed help. He was grateful that Jen was there for him again and did not fight it." As for how Garner is doing amid her ex's rehab stay, a source shares that she is "supportive, but firm" with Affleck. "She wants him to be clean and healthy and will help him get there if he's committed," the insider tells E! News. "She is glad he is in a safe place and getting the help he needs." (Eonline)

Louis C.K. Returns to the Stage for the First Time Since Admitting to Sexual Misconduct. Louis C.K. returned to the stage for the first time on Sunday since admitting to sexual misconduct in November. According to The New York Times, Louis C.K. made an unannounced appearance at the Comedy Cellar in New York this weekend. The establishment's owner, Noam Dworman, told the newspaper Louis C.K. went on stage around 11:00 p.m. and did a 15-minute set of "typical Louis C.K." stuff that included jokes about racism, waitresses tips and parades. "It sounded just like he was trying to work out some new material," Dworman told The New York Times, "almost like any time of the last 10 years he would come in at the beginning of a new act." Dworman told the news outlet Louis C.K. seemed "very relaxed" and even received a standing-ovation from the approximate 115 show attendees before his performance. However, not everyone greeted Louis C.K. warmly. According to the newspaper, one audience member called the Comedy Cellar on Monday and expressed disappointment over not receiving advanced notice of Louis C.K.'s performance, allowing him to decide whether or not to attend. However, Dworman said he also received several follow-up emails from attendees expressing their delight that Louis C.K. took the stage. Still, Dworman told The New York Times "there can't be a permanent life sentence on someone who does something wrong." Nevertheless, he didn't expect Louis C.K. to perform again so soon. "I didn't think it was going to happen as soon as it did," he told the newspaper. "I had thought that the first time he'd go on would be in a more controlled environment. But he decided to just rip the Band-Aid off." Back in November, The New York Times published a report in which five women accused the comedian of sexual misconduct, including masturbating in front of them. After the report was published, Louis C.K. admitted their "stories were true" and that he was "remorseful of [his] actions." After the expose, FX cut ties with Louis C.K.. The release of his film, I Love You, Daddy, was also canceled. As for Louis C.K.'s return to comedy, Sarah Silverman seemed to have compassion for the disgraced star. "I think that there are people who were caught and there were people who were not caught, but the important thing is that they are forever changed," the comedienne told the GQ when asked if she hoped Louis C.K. would return to the spotlight. "And if that's the case, I don't see any reason why they can't continue being artists. Now, whether they're popular artists or not is up to the audience. I have compassion. There are people that just deny everything they're accused of and they continue to be the politicians or the filmmakers that they are. And there are people that come and say, I'm guilty of these things, and I'm wrong, and I want to be changed from this. And yet those are the ones that kind of are excommunicated forever. He's my brother, so it's hard. I may not have a very clear perspective on it, but I'm trying to." (Eonline)

Actress Maura Tierney had a real-life ER experience Monday after being struck by a car as she rode her bike near the ocean. The former "ER" star and current star of "The Affair" was biking in Marina del Rey at around noon when a car clipped her back tire, sending her tumbling to the ground. She was obviously hurt and laid on the ground until paramedics arrived. She complained to the EMTs she was experiencing back pain. Paramedics placed a neck brace on her and then put her on a stretcher. She was taken to a nearby hospital. The driver who hit her stayed on scene. Cops believe the driver was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol ... it was simply an accident. Tierney won a Golden Globe in 2016 for her performance as Helen Solloway on "The Affair." Season 4 just ended ... and if we can editorialize just a bit -- it's fantastic. We know she received treatment at the hospital. We do not know if she's been released. UPDATE: A rep for Maura tells TMZ ... she has been released from the hospital with no major injuries. (TMZ)

'MacGyver' stunt coordinator out of coma after sustaining head injury on set. Injured "MacGyver" stunt coordinator Justin Sundquist has come out of a medically induced coma and was removed from intensive care. The news comes a week after he suffered a serious head injury in Atlanta in a stunt fall from the back of a tractor trailer on the set of the CBS drama series. "He's not out of the woods yet," said veteran stuntman Spiro Razatos, a longtime friend of the family, "but he's out of ICU and knows what's going on. He's responding and communicating with his friends and family. He has a long road ahead of him, but he's on a better road now. We're all praying for the positivity to continue." The accident is being investigated by OSHA. CBS TV Studios told Deadline last week that "The production team is cooperating with the authorities investigating the accident, and our primary concern at this time is Justin's health and well-being." This was Sundquist's second major accident in two years. He was seriously injured on the set of "Hawaii Five-0" in 2016, and sued CBS last year, claiming that accident left him so badly injured it "will likely put an end to his stellar career." CBS has acknowledged that he got the job coordinating stunts on "MacGyver" as part of a settlement of that lawsuit, but noted he was well qualified for the job. Sundquist's nearly two decade-long career includes stunts on more than 100 films and TV shows including blockbuster action films like "The Fate of the Furious," "Furious 7," "Captain America: Civil War," "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," "Kong: Skull Island" and "Monster Trucks." His many TV credits include "True Blood," "Heroes" and "24." (PageSix)

UFC star Junior Dos Santos -- a former heavyweight champ -- claims he's been FALSELY identified as the violent maniac who knocked out several people in a nightclub rampage ... and he's pissed. The video is insane -- showing a muscular dude dancing in a club on August 19 before another patron accidentally bumps into him. That's when it all goes to hell. The man in the video explodes -- throwing haymakers at EVERYONE and sleeping dudes left and right. One of the men was knocked out cold and looked to be seriously injured. The maniac continues brutalizing everyone in his path while onlookers try -- in vain -- to control him. The security footage was posted online and identifies Junior by his nickname, "Cigano." But, we spoke with Junior's attorney who is adamant the assailant is NOT her client -- claiming he was in Turks and Cacos with his family at the time and didn't set foot in a nightclub that evening. We're told Junior's team has already reported the video to YouTube in the hopes of removing Junior's name from the title and description, claiming it's already hurting his reputation. As for the real assailant -- what a jerk. (TMZ)

"Your constant love, respect and companionship gives me the confidence to live my truth every single day and I am so blessed that even as baby divas we recognized the greatness in each other," he continued. "I love you," Johnson added. McHenry also frequently posted photos of herself with Johnson on Instagram. Last year, she wished Johnson a happy birthday with a heartfelt post. Paul Haggis Issues New Response in Sexual Assault Case. UPDATE: In new court documents obtained by E! News, Paul Haggis claims that any and all sexual interactions between him and Haleigh Breest were consensual. In Haggis' response to Breest's lawsuit, he denies forcing her to give him oral without her consent. In addition to Haggis' claims, dozens of women are quoted in the documents offering "statements of support" that paint the director in a positive and professional light.

Paul Haggis, the Oscar-winning director of Crash and screenwriter of Million Dollar Baby, is the latest Hollywood figure to be accused of sexual misconduct, including alleged rape of two women. The married, 64-year-old filmmaker, who years ago gained more fame speaking out against Scientology after leaving the religion, denies the allegations. In mid-December, publicist Haleigh Breest filed a civil lawsuit against Haggis, claiming he raped her in 2013 in a New York City apartment after a film premiere. He counter-sued, denying the allegations and accusing her of extortion, saying she had demanded a $9 million settlement. Breest's lawyer has called his claims "ludicrous." Breest's filing recently inspired three more women to go public, anonymously, with their own claims of sexual assault and harassment by Haggis, saying their encounters with him took place between 1996 and 2015, according to multiple outlets, including Fox News. They have not filed any legal action against the filmmaker, who has also not been charged with a crime. The outlets said that one of the new accusers, also a publicist, claimed that in 1996, while working on a television show that Haggis produced, he allegedly tried to kiss her and when she resisted, he said, 'Do you really want to continue working?'" He then allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him and raped her. Breest had made similar claims. A third accuser said she met with Haggis at his Los Angeles office in the late '00s to pitch him a TV show idea and that during the meeting, he allegedly told her he had an arrangement with his wife to have extramarital relationships and then tried to kiss her. She said she ran out and he followed her but she managed to drive away. A fourth woman claims that in 2015 in Canada, Haggis forcibly kissed her, then followed her into her taxi, rode with her to her apartment, paid the driver, chased her and kissed her again before she was able to get into her residence and shut the door. She said that over the next 24 hours, he sent her harassing text messages and that she soon blocked him. Fox News said Haggis' lawyer said the filmmaker "denies these anonymous claims in whole." "In a society where one of a person's fundamental rights is the ability to confront an accuser, that right has now been eviscerated when it comes to anyone being charged in the press with any sort of sexual misconduct," the attorney said. "Notably, no one has reached out to anyone on Mr. Haggis' team other than the press to report this. He views the fact that these reports appear to be spearheaded from the law-firm representing Ms. Breest, as a further tactic to try to harm him and continue their effort to obtain money. Mr. Haggis also questions whether Scientology has any role here, which he notes has been attacking him for years with false accusations. We reiterate our claim against Ms. Breest, and note again that we initiated the legal proceedings, not Ms. Breest." E! News has also reached out to the Church of Scientology for comment. The accusations made against Haggis come in wake of multiple similar allegations made against producer Harvey Weinstein in October, which spurred widespread conversation about sexual misconduct and claims against a slew of powerful men in and outside of Hollywood. He has denied taking part in non-consensual sex. Haggis had commented about the Weinstein allegations, telling The Guardian in October, "Although everyone thinks it is vile behavior, you have got to focus on those who may have colluded and protected him. For me, they are as guilty as he is and in some cases more so, if I can say that. I mean, he was a predator and a predator is a predator. But what about those who would rather look the other way?" He also said that while he does not think sexual harassment and abuse are endemic in Hollywood, it is a "fairly sexist" town, adding, "It is not an innocent place and never has been." (Eonline) Rose McGowan is clearly disappointed in Asia Argento for allegedly sexually assaulting Jimmy Bennett but adds, Asia's case makes her realize even the accused deserved due process. Rose issued a lengthy statement Monday about Asia, Jimmy and her paying him $380k. Rose appears to side with Bennett, saying, "There absolutely should be no leeway or tolerance for sexual assault. Hard stop. NONE," ... adding that victims shouldn't be told how to talk about their abusers. Rose also says Asia sent text messages to a mutual friend of theirs in which Asia admits to having sex with Jimmy ... even though she'd flat-out denied any sexual relationships with him. Rose admits she needs to evolve when it comes to her reaction to cases like Asia's -- and perhaps even Weinstein -- saying, "However as allies to the victim and voyeurs of an event we should find a better way to balance support of the victim with due process for the accused." She also calls on Asia to be better, honest, fair and "the person you wish Harvey could have been." Like we told you ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department wants to talk to Bennett to see if a criminal investigation is warranted. (TMZ)

Trey Songz is not in the clear yet for an alleged attack on a woman back in February ... she's now suing the singer. As we reported, Andrea Buera insists the incident went down at a Hollywood party during NBA All-Star Weekend. Songz was even arrested for the alleged attack, and although the D.A. rejected the charges -- for lack of evidence -- Andrea is still out for justice. According to docs, Trey ran after her -- because she was talking to another guy -- and choked her and punched her several times in the face. Andrea claims the beating only stopped because one of the singer's bodyguards intervened. Andrea says Songz further humiliated her when he demanded she take off her shorts because they belonged to his friend. She says her left eye was swollen shut, and she suffered bruises around her jaw and shoulders. Her legs were also bruised and scratched. Buera is suing for her medical expenses and other damages.
