Kelly Clarkson and More Stars Discuss Simon Cowell's Life-Changing Impact at Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony. Hollywood came out in droves to support Simon Cowell when he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Singers like Adam Lambert and Louis Tomlinson cheered on the America's Got Talent judge at the honorary event on Wednesday. Even Katharine McPhee and David Foster, who recently got engaged, showed up to congratulate the star on his accomplishments. It is no surprise countless performers attended the event since the music producer has helped countless careers take off. Whether it was from his time as a judge on American Idol to his current posting on America's Got Talent, Cowell has helped many of Hollywood's stars achieve their dreams of becoming a singer. Kelly Clarkson is one of those artists who benefited from Cowell's eye for talent, which was what motivated her to deliver the speech at the ceremony. "I said yes right away because I was so excited to be here for this, because literally we were right here 16-years ago when this man helped change my life," the Grammy award winner shared. In her speech, the pop star applauded his ability to find "authentic people that have a raw talent and are really themselves and that's all they really know how to be and I think that is something that should be applauded and praised, in this industry especially." After The Voice judge thanked the Brit for his work, it was his turn to step up to the podium. Starting off with a joke, the TV personality asked, "Why has this taken so long?" He assured the Hollywood Walk of Fame council he was only joking before he told crowd about how when he was a little boy he dreamed of having his own star on the iconic boulevard. "It is so surreal I cannot tell you," he said. In addition to thanking his "rock" and wife Lauren, the producer thanked the celebs for giving him a reason to work. And in a sincere moment, the judge said, "What I am most proud about is that we have become friends as well as business partners." The 58-year-old later got a bit choked up when he thought about his parents, who have both passed, saying, "I have a feeling they are looking down and now I can look over to my son, Eric, and say, 'Maybe one day you will get one of these as well.'" And in a surprising announcement, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced August 22 would be Simon Cowell Day every year from now on. Congratulations Simon! (Eonline)

Miss America Cara Mund allegedly getting bullied by her own org is NOT okay with Miss Denver's Kayla Kline ... so Kayla is showing her solidarity by giving up her crown. Kayla -- who not that long ago earned the Mile High City's honor -- tells TMZ she can't embrace a title from an organization whose national leadership is in blatant violation of her own personal code of ethics. So, she's dunzo. As we reported ... Cara claims she's been told she's "not important enough to do big interviews" and silenced because the majority of press time has "obviously" been reserved for Gretchen Carlson, the new Miss America Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Kayla -- who has already submitted her letter of resignation -- says she hopes stepping down triggers change at the top. As she put it ... her resignation could lead to a bad domino effect for Miss America. (TMZ)

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Send Daughter Lincoln Off to Kindergarten. Letting go is never easy on the first day of school. As millions of Americans say goodbye to summer vacation and hello to school season this week, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard quickly reminded parents that they aren't alone in the struggle of saying goodbye to their kids. In a new Instagram posted Wednesday morning, The Good Place star shared two photos of daughter Lincoln's first day of kindergarten. What came next was a whole lot of feelings so many moms and dads can relate to this week. "Nerd alert!!!" Kristen captioned the post as mom and dad held their daughter's hand on the sidewalk. "The team Shepard loves school!!" The second photo included Dax embracing Lincoln with a huge hug before she entered class for the day. "My goodness this is adorable!" Jenna Dewan shared in the comments section after Vanessa Lachey, Anna Faris, Jeremy Renner and more famous friends "liked" the post. While Dax has yet to post any photos, he couldn't help but look back on a special summer with his family including a memory from their vacation to Austin. "5 years-old. Driving the boat last week," Dax wrote on Instagram while keeping his daughter's face private. "First day of kindergarten today. Life is damn sweet." Earlier this month, Kristen documented Lincoln's preschool graduation ceremony. The Frozen star posted on her Instagram Story videos of herself tearing up as she watched her eldest daughter sing "I've Got Peace Like a River" with her classmates. "Don't worry guys, I'm having a GREAT time at preschool graduation," she wrote. "I'm not a mess or anything. Ok I was lying before. Please send help." But during the summer, Kristen revealed how she was preparing for her daughter's new chapter as a kindergarten student. "I feel great. I mean, it has nothing to do with me, I'm just sort of here for her and I've shown her the school," she explained to E! News. "They have like play dates during the summer where the kids can actually meet each other, so the environment is slightly more familiar, and I have just told her, 'It's gonna be a new school and it's your school,' to give her a sense of ownership, and just be there for whatever she needs." Well done, mom and dad! (Eonline)

Chrissy Teigen's Daughter Luna Admits She "Pushed a Boy" at School. Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are officially experiencing the interesting new world of preschool through their famous daughter. The couple's 2-year-old firstborn, Luna Simone Stephens, officially headed off to her first week of school and, as it sounds, it was certainly one for the books. Things kicked off sweetly as Teigen shared a snap of her 2-year-old youngster, backpack on, looking intently at a photo album. "First week of school," the new mom of two wrote to fans. "They had us make a little family photo album she can look at when she's sad or upset. she loves it. my heart ksosksodododosksidojsjskodmskzh." Once the tot was back at home, she offered up a progress report. "Luna, what happened today?" Teigen asked. "I fall down my forehead," Luna responded. Except, that wasn't this week. "No, that was in Bali. What'd you do today?" her mama continued. "I pushed," the tot answered simply. "Who did you push?" the Lip Sync Battle co-host further inquired. "I pushed a boy," Luna added, matter of factly. "You did..." Teigen confirmed. Naturally, the answer sparked a flurry of amused responses from fans and famous friends alike. Ever the good sport, Teigen didn't hesitate to make fun of herself when one fan made a sarcastic observation. "I hate when my kids only remember what they did in Bali," the person commented. "I know I felt like such a douche saying it," the star responded. "She also left her letter L block in Beijing and I have to tell her that too. i want to punch myself." Teigen also offered some more insight about Luna when one fan asked if the tot had reached her biting stage yet. "Biting was so 8 months ago," she candidly replied. "Now it's all about licking." As for the mom herself, the star wasn't shy about sharing her own mishap at the school's orientation. "Im sorry I projectile puked caffeine upon arrival, couldn't open my eyes and had the noisiest newborn in the room. (not a joke, very sorry, see you tomorrow)," she tweeted on Monday. "Oh no it was not first day of school jitters. It was last night's wine and Korean bbq and jet lag combo." Thanks for always keeping it real, Chrissy. (Eonline)

Justin Bieber is one step closer to being a pro jockey ... dude just bought a crazy huge $5 MILLION mansion in Ontario, Canada with its own private horse racing track. The property is 101 ACRES -- a skosh smaller than the size of Vatican City (for real, look it up) -- and this place has it all!!! Private lake access? Check. Two story temperature-controlled wine room? Check. Private gym? Check. Heated floors? YOU KNOW BIEB'S GOT HEATED FLOORS!! Oh, and did we mention ... the place has its own private equestrian facility with stables and a 5/8-mile race track!!!! The living space is 9,000 square feet -- with 4 bedrooms, 6 baths, 3 fireplaces, game room and movie theater (obvi). It's also got a 3-car garage and a boathouse. We're told Bieber closed on the place on Monday -- no word on when he plans on moving in ... but the sooner, the better. Unclear if Bieber plans to make the home his main residence with fiancee Hailey Baldwin -- or just a place to get away and hang by the lake. Either way, it's another baller piece of real estate Bieber can add to his portfolio. (TMZ)

Meryl Streep wants nearly $25M for NYC penthouse. Meryl Streep, who holds the record for the most Academy Award nominations of any actor, is making some changes to her real estate portfolio. On Thursday, she put her Manhattan penthouse on the market for $24.6 million. The four-bedroom spread on the far west side of Tribeca, next to the Hudson River, has been home to Streep, 69, and her husband, sculptor Don Gummer, 71, since 2006, when they paid $10.13 million for the apartment. They used their go-to LLC for the purchase -- which they've used in the past for transactions in Manhattan's Greenwich Village and California -- according to property records that also showed Gummer's name. The almost-4,000-square-foot condominium is surrounded on three sides with a terrace and has floor-to-ceiling windows, direct elevator entry, a skylit entrance gallery and Brazilian walnut plank floors. "The public areas have been carefully designed to emphasize flexibility, and pocket doors easily create private intimate rooms, or luxurious and gracious entertaining spaces," reads the listing with Douglas Elliman's Jan Hashey and Steve Halprin. The brokers declined to comment. In December, Streep spent $3.6 million on a midcentury modern residence in Pasadena, California. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, high ceilings, walls of glass, and retains many original features and architectural details, including its windows, doors and terrazzo floors, the listing said. Streep has been nominated for an Academy Award 21 times, starting in 1979, and has won three. She most recently starred in "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again" alongside Cher. A representative for the actress did not immediately respond to request for comment. Curbed first reported the listing. (PageSix)

Following Jill Kargman's furious claim that her son's classmate made anti-Jewish slurs, the exclusive St. Bernard's School has promised parents that it will crack down on anti-Semitism and racism. Earlier this month, "Odd Mom Out" star Kargman wrote that her 10-year-old son Fletch was left distraught earlier this year when a boy said, "I'm a fan of Hitler! God sent Hitler down to kill the Jews because they nailed Jesus to the cross!" The mom of three has since pulled her son out of the school in favor of a new one in Greenwich Village. Now Page Six is told that the $46,225-a-year Upper East Side school has sent a letter to parents ahead of the new school year, saying: "Last spring a disturbing incident involving an anti-Semitic remark made in the middle school shocked boys, parents and teachers alike," adding, "As the world around us presents ever-increasing challenges, we must work to instill our shared values, to prevent these incidents from happening, and to help the boys respond appropriately and empathetically when they witness such an incident." Anthony Scaramucci couldn't sell a TV talk show, "The Mooch's Table," even though he revealed on its "sizzle reel" that he was a bed-wetter until he was 11. I obtained a copy of the 3-plus-minute promotional video that was sent out to networks and cable channels. The video shows Trump's former communications director at a table at his Hunt & Fish Club with Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti, rapper Saigon and radio host and journalist Karen Hunter. "One of the cool things about my fall from grace at the White House," Scaramucci says, "was that these sons of bitches made me quite famous." Maybe not famous enough. "The show didn't go anywhere," a Scaramucci spokesman admitted. "It just didn't sell." Too bad, because the Mooch seemed like he was able to get his guests to relax and open up. Avenatti reveals he tried everything to hide his baldness, including "kinda the comb-forward." Saigon talks about his tattoos, including one he got in prison using a guitar string and ink from carbon paper. Scaramucci -- perhaps showing some lingering bitterness over his disastrous 10-day stint in the White House -- at one point tells his guests, "You can buy a bar of Trump soap. If you want to wash your ass with his face -- no problem." A rep said he was "lauding" Trump's "consumer-branding acumen." (Page Six)

Drake and Odell Beckham Jr. watched as Kourtney's ex, Younes Bendjima, viciously beat a man outside a West Hollywood nightclub ... and TMZ has the video. It went down March 24 at Delilah nightclub at 2:15 AM. Drake, Odell and at least a dozen other guys are leaving through the back door of the club when an employee throws open the door leading to the parking lot. The employee mouths something to the group, which clearly pisses them off, and Younes delivers a flurry of punches to the employee's head. Another member of the crew jumps in and delivers his own series of punches as the victim appears to go down. Younes grabs the guy's hair and continues the assault. A source who was there tells TMZ the victim "talked smack" as he opened the door for the group. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the employee filed a police report, but changed his mind and decided not to pursue the matter. TMZ shot video of Drake, Odell and the other guys entering and leaving the nightclub. (TMZ)
