Denise Richards is putting the wife back in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The actress is engaged to Aaron Phypers, PEOPLE can exclusively reveal. "Aaron and Denise just got engaged and would love to be married sooner than later now that his divorce is finally in his past," a source tells PEOPLE. "The engagement has been a long time coming. He moved on from his past relationship a long time ago, and marrying Denise is a welcome new chapter for both of them in different but equally significant ways. The two of them are very happy and have settled into life with one another, so now they're pretty focused on getting this very intimate ceremony off the ground. They're just ready to start their married life together." The couple has been dating since at least December 2017. Phypers finalized his divorce from Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan last month -- two years after they separated following just six months of marriage. Richards, 47, was married to Charlie Sheen from 2002-06, and they share two daughters: Sam, 14, and Lola, 13. (She is also mom to daughter Eloise, 7.) As for their big day, "Denise and Aaron just want a small group of people to be at the wedding, really just their inner circle," the source says. "They've both done this before and this time just want to exchange vows in front of the people who are most important." The Wild Things star recently joined the cast of RHOBH and has been photographed filming the Bravo reality show, which is expected to premiere before the end of the year. "She and Aaron are extremely happy, and he's definitely game with her on-camera persona," the source says. "He's on board with the drama that the show might bring, and Denise is a total pro with this. She's done it before and knows how to navigate life on and off camera even when the show gets blurred with reality. He seems to care for her in a real way and is up for whatever she throws at him and vice versa. They're a good team." (People)

Alexander Skarsgard Doesn't Deny Charlize Theron Romance Rumors. Alexander Skarsgard is addressing those Charlize Theron relationship rumors. The 42-year-old Big Little Lies star and the 43-year-old Oscar winner, who were first linked back in 2012, reportedly rekindled their romance on the set of their new movie Flarsky. But is there any truth to the speculation? Skarsgard addresses romance rumors in the cover story for the WSJ. Magazine September Men's Style Issue. "It doesn't affect me. People can think whatever they want," he says of the speculation. "It's impossible to live in a vacuum -- you hear, 'Oh, I heard you're dating so-and-so.' Sometimes you're like, 'Yeah, I did.' Sometimes it's, 'Never met the person but give her my number.'" Skarsgard, who was recently linked to Harry Styles' model ex Camille Rowe, also shares, "Hopefully one day I'll settle down." The actor had been in a relationship with British model Alexa Chung, but the duo called it quits in July 2017 after about two years together. "No one cheated on anyone," a source told E! News exclusively at the time. "It was a clean breakup that was caused by busy schedules and distance. They really did love each other and were pretty serious. They still have respect for each other." But, months later, cameras spotted Skarsgard and Chung together again as they arrived in London on the Eurostar together. Until the actor does decide to settle down, he's focusing on his career. His role in Big Little Lies -- as Nicole Kidman's character's abusive husband -- earned him both Emmy and Golden Globe wins. Though his character (SPOILER ALERT!) dies at the end of the first season, viewers might see him in season two in flashbacks or as "a secret twin or evil zombie," he jokes to the magazine. "We're taking it a slightly different direction this season," he says. "I think the world is his oyster in terms of an actor. He's only scratched the surface as to what he can actually do," Kidman tells the outlet. "I thought going into it I'd feel really safe with him, and I did." Meryl Streep has joined the cast for the upcoming season, playing the role of his character's mother. "I haven't worked with her yet, but I'm excited," Skarsgard says. Skarsgard can next be seen in the movie Hold the Dark, opening this month in select theaters and Netflix. WSJ Magazine's Men's Style Issue hits newsstands Sept. 15. (Eonline)

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale in Mediation Over 'Ongoing Parenting Issues'. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale attended mediation on Wednesday, September 5, to discuss "ongoing parenting issues they have over their three children," a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. "Gwen and Gavin have been in mediation all day since 10:30 a.m. at their respective lawyer's office building in Los Angeles. Their lawyers occupy the same building so logistically it was easy to facilitate," the source explains, noting that Anne Kiley is representing the No Doubt singer and Laura Wasser is continuing to represent Rossdale. The pair, who split in 2015 after nearly 13 years of marriage, are parents of sons Kingston, 12, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 4. Stefani and Rossdale were both granted joint legal custody when their divorce was finalized in 2016. "The hope is at the end of this, both Gwen and Gavin will agree to take co-parenting classes as that will only benefit the children," the source adds. Rossdale, who is currently on tour, spent time in England with his father earlier this year before he died, according to a second source. The kids, however, did join Rossdale at one point on the road. The "Make Me Like You" singer is currently dating Blake Shelton. The first source confirms, however, that the country crooner was not in attendance on Wednesday. Shelton, who started dating Stefani in November 2015 following his split from ex-wife Miranda Lambert, has spent a lot of time with his girlfriend's sons in the past three years. Over the summer, Stefani and the "I Lived It" singer took the three boys on a lake vacation in Oklahoma and on a trip to Antigua. "Blake is very good with the boys and takes very good care of them," a source told Us in July. Rossdale, for his part, started dating model Sophia Thomalla in 2017. The Bush frontman spoke exclusively to Us about his split from Stefani in March 2017. "There's been a lot of pain and sadness. It really teaches you perspective on life. It's really health, happiness and safety," he said at the time. "We're all products of nuclear families. My parents have been married three times each. I'm just a junior. I never thought I would get divorced. But it just happens. All these life things." (UsWeekly)

Paris Jackson Calls Out Paparazzi After They Compare Her to Dad Michael Jackson. Paris Jackson is firing back at the paparazzi who yelled at her in New York City. The 20-year-old model and daughter of the late Michael Jackson attended the Tom Ford New York Fashion Week show on Wednesday night, where she happily posed for pictures inside the venue. But outside of the show, Paris says, paparazzi yelled at her because they didn't get a shot of her face. Jackson took to Twitter after the incident to tell her followers, "i just got yelled at in a really mean way outside the tom ford show because paparazzi didn't get a chance to shoot my face. (for those of you that don't know, paps don't get paid unless my face is in the shot.)." The photographers then told Paris that Michael "would have never done that," but she counters, "he did... a lot lol." "does no one remember the hundreds of unique disguises he came up with all the time?" Paris tweeted. "the f--k." The legendary singer, who passed away in June 2009, was known for putting on disguises when he went out in public, even having his kids wear disguises so their faces wouldn't be photographed. Paris retweeted a post on Wednesday evening that reads, "He even disguised YOUR face, and your brothers, with veils. Greedy Paps will yell literally anything to provoke you and get paid. I hope this doesn't ruin your night." Paris also retweeted a fan that wrote that Michael "literally wore masks? What's up with these people?" (Eonline)

Neil Simon left fifth wife $12M in cash and two luxe apartments. Prodigious playwright Neil Simon left his fifth spouse a wealthy widow -- gifting her $12 million cash, two apartments at the Ritz Tower on Park Avenue, and his original manuscripts. The "Odd Couple" scribe, who died last month at 91, dictated the generous bequests to his wife of 19 years, actress Elaine Joyce, 74, in a 45-page will filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court late Wednesday. The court papers peg Simon's fortune at "greater than $1 million" but his will details additional cash gifts of $1 million to his adopted daughter Bryn Lander Simon, $50,000 to both the American Cancer Society and The American Kidney Fund, and $10,000 to his nephew Michael Simon, who is a federal judge in Oregon. Simon's two biological daughters from his first marriage, Ellen Simon and Nancy Simon, will receive whatever's left in his estate after the specified gifts are made -- unless they challenge his final wishes. But Simon's will also include a clause that disinherits anyone who objects to the document. Joyce is also set to receive her late husband's watch collection, Amedeo Modigliania painting titled "Portrait of a Woman," and all his household furnishings. The Broadway great -- whose hits included "Barefoot in the Park" and "The Odd Couple" -- asked his wife to donate his manuscripts, notebooks and original papers. "It is my hope and desire, without imposing any legal obligation, that my said spouse shall give the manuscripts to such one or more charitable organizations as my spouse shall determine in her sole and absolute direction," Simon writes in the 2012 will. Had his spouse predeceased him he planned to leave the papers to the New York Public Library. Joyce and her attorney have asked a judge to approve the will at an October hearing. (PageSix)

"Martin" star Tisha Campbell-Martin is adamant her estranged hubby has the money to pay her spousal support ... and she says the proof is in his closet. Tisha filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, and puts Duane Martin on blast for his wardrobe. In particular, she says he has more than 500 shirts that cost $1,500 a piece ... totaling a whopping $750k! Tisha says she knows this because Duane made a video bragging about it. In docs, Tisha says she has $1.5 million in assets but right now doesn't have a steady source of income, and that's why she's asking for spousal support. She says her monthly expenses total at least $33k per month, and estimates Duane makes around $62k per month. TMZ broke the story ... Tisha claims Duane was hiding money during their marriage. Tisha filed for divorce back in February after 20 years of marriage. (TMZ)

Matt Barnes has just obtained a temporary restraining order against his baby mama, Gloria Govan, in the wake of her arrest at their kids' school, TMZ Sports has learned. As part of the court order, Govan must stay at least 100 yards away from the kids. She can see the kids once per week for 4 hours, but a professional monitor has to be present -- and Gloria must foot the bill for the monitor. Gloria is allowed to be near Matt to get the kids, but she must be peaceful. Gloria is also not allowed to take the kids outside of L.A. County during her visitation unless she gets written permission from Matt. Matt's attorney, Samantha Spector, tells TMZ Sports, "Today wasn't about Matt or Gloria. It was about the children and their safety. This was a good day for those kids, and that's all that matters." The next hearing is scheduled for the end of Sept. -- where Gloria can argue to change the arrangement. As we previously reported, cops arrested Govan on August 31 after she allegedly blocked Matt from picking up their 9-year-old twin boys on Matt's scheduled custodial day. Matt claims Govan used her car as a weapon against him -- and claims he feared for his life (and the lives of his kids) and Gloria punched the gas in her Escalade and "[barreled] toward me." "I am ever thankful that no child or parent was hit by Gloria and her 17-foot-long Escalade as she endangered every child's and adult's safety when she plowed through the parking lot." In court docs, Matt claims Gloria put their children and other kids at the school in physical danger -- and Matt claims the twins have been traumatized by Gloria's actions and subsequent arrest. Matt and Gloria got married back in 2012 but split almost 2 years later. Their divorce wasn't finalized until 2016. Gloria is now engaged to Matt's former Lakers teammate, Derek Fisher. (TMZ)

Asia Argento has just poked the bear, because we've learned Jimmy Bennett -- who was 17 when he had sex with her -- is going to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. to file a sexual assault claim against her and cooperate with the investigation. Bennett, who is now 22, has been on the fence as to whether he'd cooperate with authorities, but he's now decided to go full steam ahead. We're told Bennett's tipping point was the statement Argento's lawyer released Tuesday, attacking his character. Her lawyer, Mark Heller, talked about Bennett's "unfortunate past, stalled acting career ... his desperation to seek money." Heller also referenced that Bennett had been a drug user. Bennett's lawyer, Gordon Sattro, tells TMZ, "the attack on my client's character has no bearing on the events that took place on May 9, 2013. These are statements that are meant to intimidate, shame and insult my client." Argento, who has accused Harvey Weinstein of rape, has been vocal in the #MeToo movement about shaming alleged victims of sexual assault ... something her lawyer did in a big way with Bennett. Argento's lawyer claims Bennett was "a horny kid" who jumped her in the hotel room. She says she did have sex with him but implies it was not consensual because she was "frozen." This photo was taken after the sexual encounter in the hotel room. Bennett's people say it flies in the face of Argento's claim she was not a willing participant. And, they point out this photo which Argento, who was 37 when they had sex, posted in the hotel room before Bennett arrived. The caption reads, "Waiting for my long-lost son My love @Jimmy Bennett in trepidation." The maximum penalty for statutory rape in California in a case involving a 17-year-old is 3 years in prison. Attorney Heller tells TMZ, "Asia encourages anybody, including Bennett, to come forward with any allegation concerning a sexual assault, and she is prepared to take any and all steps necessary to continues to protect her reputation and defend against any false allegations." Cranberries Singer Drowned After Drinking, Coroner Says. Dolores O'Riordan accidentally drowned in a bathtub after drinking, an inquest concluded Thursday. The Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan accidentally drowned in a bathtub after drinking, a coroner's inquest concluded Thursday. A police officer told the inquest at Westminster Coroner's Court that O'Riordan was found submerged in her bathtub at a London hotel on Jan. 15. The 46-year-old singer didn't leave a note, and there was no evidence of self-harm. Five miniature alcohol bottles and a bottle of champagne were found in the room, and toxicology tests revealed a blood alcohol level four times the legal limit for driving. Coroner Shirley Radcliffe said O'Riordan died from drowning due to alcohol intoxication. "There's no evidence that this was anything other than an accident," she said. Inquests are held in Britain to determine the facts in sudden, violent or unexplained deaths. O'Riordan's inquest was held on what would have been her 47th birthday. The Cranberries formed in the Irish city of Limerick at the end of the 1980s and had international hits in the '90s with songs including "Dream," ''Linger" and "Zombie." O'Riordan had suffered physical and mental health problems over the years. The Cranberries cut short a world tour in 2017 because of the singer's back problems. She had also spoken in interviews about being sexually abused as a child, her battles with depression and a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. At the time of her death she was in London for a recording session and was planning a tour. After her death, O'Riordan's bandmates mourned her as "an extraordinary talent." Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar said that "for anyone who grew up in Ireland in the 1990s, Dolores O'Riordan was the voice of a generation." (Hollywood Reporter)

Just two days after revealing she had a week to live, BBC podcast host Rachael Bland has died of breast cancer. She was 40. "Our beautiful, courageous Rachael died peacefully this morning surrounded by her close family," Bland's family wrote from her Twitter account Wednesday. "We are crushed but she would want me to thank everyone who took an interest in her story or sent messages of support. You'll never know how much they meant to her," the family added. On Monday, Bland tweeted: "In the words of the legendary Frank S- I'm afraid the time has come my friends. And suddenly. I'm told I've only got days. It's very surreal." "Thank you so much for all the support I've received. Debs and lozz will continue with the #youmebigc podcast. Au revoir my friends." Much like her farewell message, Bland's spirits remained high throughout her illness. She along with her co-hosts, and fellow cancer sufferers, Deborah James and Lauren Mahon created the podcast You, Me and the Big C: Putting the Can in Cancer, a show that talks candidly about cancer and how to live with it. She also had a cancer blog titled Big C Little Me. Bland was diagnosed with primary triple-negative breast cancer in November 2016. "I'd had some pain under my arm, then found a lump. I was stunned when they told me it was breast cancer," Bland wrote in an article published to The Telegraph last month. Bland also admitted in the article that she was afraid to leave her two-year-old son Freddie without a mother. "I'm not scared of dying. I only fear for those I leave behind. For my darling Freddie... for Steve and our families," Bland said in reference to her husband a BBC journalist she married in 2013. "He's quite an emotional man, so I know he'll do a lot of crying. But he is also the most amazing father and will keep going and stay strong for our son's sake," Bland added. Predicting her biggest fear would come true, Bland wrote a book dedicated to her son, she explained in a different article she wrote for The Huffington Post. The memoir, which Bland said was nearly done includes "personal effects like notepads -- so he can see what my writing was like. Or the perfume he helped pick out for me earlier this year, so he'll remember my smell." Before her diagnosis, Bland was a BBC news presenter for over 15 years. (People)
