Backstreet Boys' AJ McLean Reveals He's Relapsed Over the Past Year. AJ McLean is opening up about his struggles with addiction. In a new interview with People, the Backstreet Boys star revealed he's relapsed over the past year. "You know, it's interesting about sobriety with family and with kids -- you still have to put yourself first, and that's been a real big struggle for me," the 40-year-old singer said in an interview published Wednesday. "Look, I have no shame in saying, I've relapsed over the past year. It's no secret that this is a disease, and that it's a daily struggle." While the artist said his children and wife are a "huge support," he admitted it can be difficult to not put their wellbeing before his own. "Because in my mind, that's what you should do, you should put family first," he told the magazine. "You should put your kids first. But because I'm still very codependent, I'm Mr. People Pleaser -- and I think a lot of that comes from being a performer, and wanting to see the crowd happy, and seeing everybody around you, and loving the attention -- I want to make sure everyone's cool." Still, he knows not tending to his own health can cause him to "get lost in the sauce," which he admitted has "happened to me numerous times." According to the publication, the boyband member entered rehab in 2001, 2002 and 2011 for depression and excessive alcohol consumption. While he doesn't expect his battle with addiction to ever be completely over, he's willing to put in the work. "One of the best things I was told, from my sponsor, from my friends, is the only way around is through," he said. "And sometimes, you're just going to have the worst days possible. But if you surround yourself with a good support group, if you go to meetings, if you talk to other addicts ... you have to make it a lifestyle, you truly do." The Weeknd accused of ripping off 'Starboy' from comic book creator. The Weeknd has been accused of stealing a comic book creator's idea for "Starboy" and making it his own. Eymun Talasazan, who has been in the comic book industry for more than 10 years, states in court documents that he came up with an idea to create a new type of comic book superhero characters centered on the rap/R&B music industry, The Blast reported. Four years ago, Talasazan created the concept for his comic book and worked on it for years and claims he discussed it with the late Stan Lee. He reportedly planned to fill his comic book series with real-life musicians, as well as fictional characters inspired by the music industry. One such musician would be The Weeknd, with whom Talasazan claims he discussed the idea of a character named "Starboy" based on the crooner's song. After pitching the idea to The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, and his people, Talasazan claims all conversations ceased. He planned to proceed without the musician and file a trademark the name. In 2018, however, Talasazan claimed The Weeknd published his comic book series named "Starboy" that had a "near-identical premise" to his original pitch. Talasazan is seeking an injunction against The Weeknd to prevent him from selling his comics. He also wants The Weeknd's profits to be turned over and to receive damages. Earlier this year, The Weeknd, through his company XO Trademarks LLC, filed docs to oppose Talasazan's trademark application for "Starboy." The singer demanded the trademark application be denied. The case is still pending. The Weeknd's attorney didn't immediately return Page Six's request for comment. (PageSix)

Doe claims she rebuffed him several times but Nelly would not back off, and told her he wanted to ejaculate on her. She says she told him something to effect of ... "You may have more quid in your bank than I do. But this doesn't make you any more special. Pull your trousers back up and f*** off." The woman claims Nelly got aggressive and clenched his fist -- and when she asked if he was going to hit her, he allegedly said ... "No I'm just frustrated. I'm not used to not getting my way, just do it." She claims he forced his penis into her mouth, and that's when she jumped back and was able to flee the room.
