THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Kate Middleton Dazzles in Lover's Knot Tiara at Buckingham Palace Diplomatic Reception. Queen Elizabeth II and Duchess Kate Middleton were truly the belles of the ball at Buckingham Palace. The two royals made their grand entrance with their husbands in tow, but all eyes were on the leading ladies of the family. For the annual reception, Kate sported a glittering custom Jenny Packham dress that perfectly complimented the festive holiday season. The modest white gown featured a draping neckline and was accented by delicate sequins. As for jewelry, the Duchess donned a diamond bracelet, the gorgeous Lover's Knot tiara, which was a wedding gift to Princess Diana, and matching pearl earrings. She also wore the yellow Royal Family Order, which was awarded to her by the Queen herself. The Queen looked regal as ever in a similar gown, but the long-sleeve dress by Angela Kelly had gold accents. As always, the queen wore her blue sash with the gorgeous Queen Mary Girls of Great Britain and Ireland crown she so often wears, and the signature small handbag. Camilla matched her fellow royals in a white, silk Bruce Oldfield dress that was embellished with sequins. Her accessories included a Boucheron tiara, pearl choker and pearl earrings. Kate truly went out with a bang on the Tuesday night after hosting a party for military families earlier in the day. While it didn't call for the black-tie ensembles, Kate dazzled in a black button-up sweater and a stylish plaid skirt by Emilia Wickstead. The midi length skirt covered a daring pair of black, high-heeled boots. Fashion aside, Kate dazzled the crowds in more ways than one. The Duchess had the crowd's full attention when she shared her own experiences as a military wife. "As someone whose husband served, I know how hard it feels when a loved one leaves home to do the job they trained for," the mother-of-two shared. "But I can't imagine how it feels when your loved ones are away on active service over Christmas or at those special family moments." And this holiday season will be full of many special moments as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrate the holidays with a new family of three. (Eonline)

Kim Kardashian Reveals the ''Dramatic'' Reason Their Family Christmas Card Tradition Is Over. Kim Kardashian is speaking out about the controversial demise of the Kardashian family Christmas card. E! News caught up with the makeup guru at the KKW Beauty pop-up shop in the South Coast Plaza mall, where she dished on the family holiday card and whether little sis Khloe Kardashian will be with the rest of the Kards on Christmas. First and foremost, the reality star got down to the reasons why the Kardashian-Jenner clan decided to forego the highly-anticipated photo shoot. It appears that after last year's drama, the family felt they no longer had it in them to coordinate a card that would top the masterpiece from last year. "I have to say, in thanks to last year's Christmas card, that really did just f--k us over," Kim explains. "That was so dramatic." Fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will recall that it was the holiday photo-shoot that lead to the fight where Kim called Kourtney Kardashian the "least interesting to look at." So, it's safe to say that cancelling this year's holiday greeting was probably for the best. Then, there is also the matter of bringing together every member of the Kardashian family, which is no easy feat considering their demanding schedules. Kim put it this way: "Kris Jenner has given up. She just is like, 'I don't have the energy to wrangle all my kids anymore, and their kids'." Fortunately, it will be easier to gather everyone at the annual Christmas Eve party that is expected to be hosted by Kim and hubby Kanye West. Typically, they celebrate the holiday at Kris' Calabasas mansion, but Kimye has volunteered to take the reigns for this year's fte. And after seeing the West family go all out for daughter North West's birthday party, it is sure to be a treat. More importantly, it seems that Khloe and baby True Thompson have already RSVP'd for the A-list party, although there is no word yet as to where Santa will be leaving their many presents. According to Kim, Khloe's beau Tristan Thompson normally plays a game on Christmas day, so the plan is for Khloe to spend Christmas Eve with the fam. But Kim admits she doesn't know his schedule, so it is unclear where True will be spending her first Christmas this year. Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner and Stormi Webster have already gotten a head start on decorating their glimmering trees. This year, Kylie is going for a gold theme, but she also included some pink elves in the fun decor. (Eonline)

Balancing it all! Cash Warren spoke to Us Weekly on Tuesday, December 4, about how he and wife Jessica Alba take turns being the disciplinarian with their three kids. "I think I'm the good cop, but it depends," the 39-year old told Us as he celebrated National Sock Day by handing out Pair of Thieves socks, hygiene kits and more to the homeless at Midnight Mission in L.A. "I think that we both have pretty high standards and we expect a lot out of our kids and we're both pretty disciplined in that approach to making sure that they are good kids that are gonna grow up to be good people." "She's so loving too," he said of Alba. "I think we trade off good cop, bad cop." And it helps that they have each other as a support system when it comes to parenting Honor, 10, Haven, 7, and Hayes, 11 months. "We call each other in for reinforcement," he added. Warren told Us that it is important to him and his wife that their children know they are growing up in a life of privilege, so they are teaching them to give back. "Every year we take the kids down to volunteer," he explained. "When we give them presents, they have to donate some of their old ones to children in need. We try to include the kids just so they can learn about just the cycle of life and that it's very much about receiving and giving." "It shows them how fortunate we all are and there are a lot of kids that don't have what they have and so it's just important to keep them grounded as best as we can. We don't want to raise a holes," he joked. When Warren isn't busy working and they're just hanging out as a family, he says they love to either chill at home or be outside and explore. "There isn't a limit to the number of hours I could spend on a couch watching sports on a weekend, so I love to unwind that way and now it just so happens that we have kids crawling around us while we're doing that, but we like to just unplug," he said. And when they're out, going on hikes is their activity of choice. "L.A. has so many low-key nature spots and so we really try to seek those out and appreciate quiet time." As for when he and his wife of 10 years sneak a moment in for themselves? "We're pretty disciplined about that as well," the Pair of Thieves founder admitted. "We try to do our best without it feeling overly scheduled or kind of regimented. We try to just always protect the 'us' time and make time for that. Sometimes when we do find ourselves being pulled in a lot of different directions we just say, 'OK, it's date night.' We've gone on a couple in the last week. It's been fun." (US Weekly)

Shanna Moakler is showing off her new body! The former Playboy model, 43, first revealed she was undergoing a tummy tuck and liposuction back in October. Since then, Moakler has kept her followers in the loop on her recovery process and on Tuesday, she shared the latest update from her "Mommy Makeover." "Alright guys I am 5 weeks post op!" she announced in an Instagram post, alongside a photo of herself posing in the mirror wearing a pink sports bra and black underwear. "I am starting to see a difference, still really swollen and some discoloration from bruising but all the lumps and weird pockets by my scar are gone and that makes me really happy, as that was what really bothered me, even though I hid it really well ??," Moakler continued. Although the former Meet the Barkers star admitted that she still needs to wear a compression garment for three more weeks, she said she's feeling better than ever. "It's been a long recovery but I feel a ton better, I have more energy and I can't wait till I get the ok to get back to the gym... I can also stand up straighter!" she finished, before thanking her plastic surgeon Leif Rogers and his team. Moakler -- who was previously married to Blink-182 frontman Travis Barker -- first revealed her plans to go under the knife on Oct. 24 in a bootylicious Instagram post. "See that bootie? It will be in the hands of the talented @leifrogersmd tomorrow! hopefully to make it smaller!! I like my bootie little," she wrote alongside the balcony shot from behind. "I am also getting a #mommymakeover I have had three c-sections which they cut your stomach muscles to do!" Moakler and Barker share two children two children together: Landon Asher, 15, and Alabama Luella, 12. Moakler also has a 19-year-old daughter, Atiana, from a previous relationship with boxer Oscar De La Hoya. "So I will be having my muscles and scar revised!" she continued in the post. "I have wanted this since my last little human, so I am very excited and nervous but I know I will be in the best hands with Dr. Leif." Three weeks after the procedure, Moakler shared her first progress shot with her followers on Instagram. "Alright it's week 3 of recovery from my #mommymakeover with @leifrogersmd I'm still really swollen and sore but I'm getting stronger everyday and feeling a lot better!" she captioned the mirror selfie. "Rockin these @spanx like a boss ??" "I will be doing a video on my journey through this experience but the main thing I did, which I wanted to do forever was have my tummy muscles fixed from pregnancies!" she continued. "Hence my long recovery, thanks to everyone who has sent sweet messages and checked up on me!" She finished the post by making one final request to her mommy followers: "If there's any moms who had this done I'd love to hear about your results!" Undergoing plastic surgery after delivering three babies via c-section wasn't always on Moakler's radar. Back in 2007, the Dancing with the Stars alum shared a motivational message to her MySpace page, explaining that the post-natal body should be embraced, not despised. the same after having them," the mother of three said. "They were worth it!" Moakler went on to tell readers that she'd "rather be called Shanna porker and be a healthy average WOMAN, th[a]n do what most do, to get that thin." "Most 'starlets' have plastic surgery, they use pills, drugs, or they live in the gym for 4 to 6 hours a day," she continued. "It took 9 months[;] it might take a year getting back!" "Stop beating yourself up!! It will all go back!!" she proudly finished. (People)

Pump up the party! Lala Kent and Randall Emmett will celebrate their engagement with a lavish celebration in Los Angeles, Us Weekly confirms. The pair have sent out invitations adorned with white and gold lettering to guests, asking friends and loved ones to join them at Avenue nightclub in Hollywood on Saturday, December 15. Kent, 28, and Emmett, 47, got engaged in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in September, but they aren't in a rush to walk down the aisle. "We haven't thought about one little detail," the Vanderpump Rules star exclusively told Us in November, noting that she thinks "by next summer, we'll have a date on the books. But as of right now, we're just enjoying being engaged, because fiance is such a pretty word, so I'm all about it! I'll keep it as long as I can." But the Bravo personality has started thinking about her dream dress. "Which way will Lala go? Will she be classic or will she be gangster? You never know," she teased to Us later in November. "Maybe both. Gangster-chic. I'm, like, the worst bride-to-be ever. The only thing I've done is, like, scroll through Instagram and save dresses that I kind of like, that could be potential styles. But as far as the wedding goes, we have no date, we have no venue in mind. All we've said is, like, let's shoot for 2020." Kent gushed over her engagement to Us in September after Emmett's romantic proposal. "I can't stop calling him my fiance. My face hurts from smiling!" she raved. "I just can't believe I get to have this man forever. I'm the luckiest girl in the world." The Avenue event will mark the couple's second engagement soiree. They previously flew to Las Vegas with Kent's Vanderpump Rules costars to celebrate after Emmett popped the question. (US Weekly)

Shaun White and a fellow plane passenger recently got off on the wrong foot. On Friday, the Olympic snowboarder experienced one of many types of airline nightmares. As White sat in his first-class seat, the person behind him took their shoes off and proceeded to place their bare feet on the back of his seat. In the short clip, the three-time gold medalist blankly stares at the screen and shakes his head as he pans the screen upward to reveal the feet. To make matters worse, the passenger then begins to wiggle their toes while White zooms in on the public setting atrocity. "Tag someone who probably does this... ??" White, 32, captioned the disgusting video. White was on his way back to the U.S. after spending a few weeks in China for the 2018 FIS Snowboard World Cup and in Japan for the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) Awards. The snowboarder was given the Best Male Athlete of 2018 Winter Olympic Games at the awards ceremony after he turned in an impressive performance in Pyeongchang, South Korea, and nabbed a record-breaking third Olympic gold medal in the men's halfpipe. "It's 9 months later and I'm still winning awards for my performance in Korea!" he wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of him holding up his award at the Japan ceremony. "Couldn't be more happy and proud of that moment! Thank you @anocolympic for bringing me back to that day" White is not the only airline passenger to experience the horror of bare feet. Last year, on a JetBlue flight from Long Beach to San Francisco in July, 30-year-old passenger Jessie Char also encountered a barefoot bandit. She later shared a disgusting photo of the passenger's bare feet to Twitter, which went viral. "I noticed one of the armrests collapse and so I looked over only to see a foot emerge from the row behind me," Char told PEOPLE of the incident. "It was writhing around on one armrest and there was a significant amount of toe wiggling." "And then, from the other side of the chair, another foot emerged," she continued. "Then she opened the window [shade] with her foot and that was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen." The squirming digits with cracked red nail polish remained on the armrests for a full 10 minutes before their owner removed them when a flight attendant walked by. "I was going to tell a flight attendant, but then I was like let this one fly and post it on the Internet," Char said. "I just hope this dissuades people from doing it in the future. (People)

Michael Vick says the only way Kareem Hunt can get back to the NFL is if he gets serious help ... and the ex-QB tells TMZ Sports he's willing to be a part of that whole process. "He can always reach out to me, I'm going to give him positive advice," Vick says ... "I didn't condone what he did, I'm against that -- but he's gotta learn from the situation." Of course ... Vick knows all about what it takes to go from exiled to NFL superstardom -- he came back to the league after serving 19 months in prison for illegal dogfighting. Vick says it was help from others that paved that whole road for him ... and now he's urging Hunt to find the same thing. "You gotta get help. That's what I did. I got help. People helped me in my situation. He gotta get help, and that's what's most important." Vick's advice for Hunt on where to start that journey? "Anger management. Learn to control it." Mike says the NFL is a second-chance league ... and says Kareem can latch back on if he does all the right things -- but admits he'd still pause at the idea of bringing the RB aboard his team. "If I'm a CEO, I'll bring my daughters in and let them ask the questions. I mean, for real," Vick tells us. "As a man, you've got to take everything into account. And hopefully, he lands on his feet. As long as he works on it." (TMZ)

George H.W. Bush's will has been filed in probate court and it lists two of his sons -- former President George W. Bush and former Governor Jeb Bush -- as executors. The will, filed in Texas Tuesday -- obtained by TMZ -- used to list Barbara as the executor, but when she died on April 17, it was turned over to George and Jeb. The two brothers are also in charge of Barbara's estate. As for H.W.'s financial situation, the docs don't get specific -- everything was put into a trust -- but the amount is listed as more than $50,000 ... a number that surely downplays 41's actual worth. H.W. died in Texas Friday ... his health was declining in recent years and was in and out of the hospital several times. He was admitted to ICU at the Houston Methodist Hospital back in January 2017 due to pneumonia. Barbara was also admitted with her own health issues. As we reported ... his former service dog, Sully, has been by his casket at several places leading up to George Sr.'s funeral Wednesday. (TMZ)
