‘Choose Wisely’— a healthful foods presentation

Sierra Vista Regional Health Center presents “Choose Wisely,” Wednesday, 10 a.m. – noon, at the Ethel H. Berger Center, 2950 E. Tacoma St., Sierra Vista.

“Choose Wisely” is a presentation about how the foods people choose to eat can make them sick. Become more aware of how making good choices can improve your health almost immediately.
