Your Parrot's Talking is Against the Law!

In Avalon, New Jersey, Elaine Scattergood used to place her parrots, Edmund and Arthur, on the front porch where neighbors walking by would often stop and say hello and the parrots would reply with a greeting. But not anymore. It seems other grumpy neighbors complained and called police. The case actually ended up in court where a judge told Scattergood the noise complaint will be dismissed if there are no violations reported in the next 90 days. (The Press of Atlantic City)
