Posted by Patriot Perspective | October 18, 2025 Folks, if you thought the 2020 election riots were the peak of progressive petulance, think again. Today, October 18, 2025, marks the second coming of the so-called "No Kings" protests—a nationwide spasm of sanctimonious screeching against a duly elected president who's barely had time to unpack his bags in the Oval Office. Organizers claim millions turned out in over 2,500 locations, from the streets of Portland to the parks of Brattleboro, Vermont, all chanting the tired mantra: "America has no kings, and the power belongs to the people." How noble. Except this isn't about kings or power—it's about sore losers who can't stomach the will of the American people. Let's cut through the fog of feel-good slogans. These rallies, billed as a "non-violent movement" against "authoritarian power grabs," are nothing more than a coordinated assault on the democratic process. President Tr...

Trey Gowdy , South Carolina Congressman, recently responded to a reporter about the military in response to a question from a CNN reporter about the DoD ban of transgenders from joining the U.S. armed forces. As Trey typically does so very well, he nailed it rather succinctly. Question: How can President Trump claim to represent all U.S citizens, regardless of sexual orientation, when he banned transgenders from joining the military? Isn't that discrimination? Trey Gowdy's Response: " Nobody has a right to serve in the Military. Nobody! What makes you people think the Military is an equal opportunity employer? It is very far from it - and for good reasons - let me cite a few." "The Military uses prejudice regularly and consistently to deny citizens from joining for being too old or too young, too fat or too skinny, too tall or too short. Citizens are denied for having flat feet, or for missing or additional fingers." he went on to explain: "By the way...

The Army’s evolution of uniforms goes beyond just the colors and material. Just as weapons and vehicles modernized to meet a Soldier’s needs in battle, so too did the uniforms. For the 250th anniversary, Command and General Staff College Department of Military History professors, along with the Frontier Army Museum on Fort Leavenworth, curated several display cases within the Lewis and Clark Center. Dr. Richard Faulkner, CGSC DMH professor, discusses how Army uniforms are key storytelling pieces of the Army’s history. Read the accompanying article: https://www.army.mil/article/286788.
