Free lecture, 'Saving Great American West'

Free lecture, 'Saving Great American West' Cochise College is hosting a free coffee and lecture Saturday, 1 – 2 p.m., at the Benson Center. Tucson event features John Dillinger The Historic Hotel Congress commemorates the 80th anniversary of the Tucson capture, in January 1934, of "America's Most Wanted" gangster, John Dillinger this weekend, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily. Activities include an adults-only whiskey tasting as well as all-ages activities such as historical reenactments, live music and more staged on the grounds of the Hotel Congress and Maynards Market. 

Tucson holds jazz festival

Tucson holds jazz festival The inaugural Tucson Jazz Festival is underway through Wednesday with jazz, food, master classes and more. Artists will perform at downtown Tucson hotspots like Club Congress, The Rialto Theatre and The Fox Tucson Theatre, with live music throughout the city daily.
