Charlie is an adult Pointer mix. He and his friend Happy were brought in together due to financial problems in the family. Charlie is house trained and good with children. He is very gentle and good with other dogs. Please visit him today.

Happy is a Corgi and Border Collie mix. She is about 5 years old and completely house trained and just wonderful with children. She came in with Charlie, the Pointer mix, and they would make an awesome pair for your home! 


Frankie is a Boxer whose Dad had to go overseas and couldn’t take him with him. He’s a beautiful boy with lots of fine qualities. Come take him for a walk today and see what a good dog he is.

The series concludes with Nora Ephron’s modern tale Heartburn, the semi-autobiographical novel based on her tempestuous marriage to Washington Post’s Pulitzer Prize winning reporter Carl Bernstein, best known for breaking the Watergate scandal. Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
