golf tournament on Sept. 12

The local U.S. Army Warrant Officer Association will hold a golf tournament on Sept. 12 at Turquoise Valley Golf Course with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. The event raises money for their scholarship fund. The cost is $75 per person or $54 per Turquoise Valley golf member. It is an 18-hole scramble and registration and payment is due no later than Sept. 8. Cost also covers golf cart and lunch.
