HOLIDAY HEALTH ( Woman's Day ) The chaos of the holiday season can make you prone to some common seasonal health blunders. Count on these quick fixes to pull you through: You stayed up all night wrapping presents and now you're exhausted. Take a quick nap if you can. Even 20 to 30 minutes can go a long way to rejuvenate you. No time to snooze? Grab a strong cup of coffee, then get a full night's sleep tonight.
