Seeking services for a veteran?

The Department of Veteran Affairs Coaching Into Care program is a free, national call center whose mission is to educate, support and empower Family members and friends who are seeking care or services for a veteran. Callers will receive resources, referrals, advice, problem-solving assistance as well as a confidential coaching service designed to help callers motivate the veteran into seeking care. Call 1.888.823.7458, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST, to confidentially speak with licensed clinical social workers and psychologists.

Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
