The University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center presents “Going with the Flow: Catheter-based Therapy for Your Heart,” Thursday, 10 a.m., Canoa Hills Social Center, 3660 S. Camino del Sol, Green Valley.
Karl B. Kern, MD, explains how heart procedures are done now more frequently with catheters, enabling cardiologists to open arterial blood flow and repair heart valves without open-heart surgery.
This free event is open to the public. 
No reservation required. Refreshments provided.
