Astronomy Club meets
The Huachuca Astronomy Club will hold its next meeting at 7 p.m. May 1 in the community room, Student Union Building, on the Sierra Vista campus of Cochise College, 901 North Colombo Ave., Sierra Vista.This month’s speaker is Dr. David O’Brien of the Planetary Science Institute who will relate the latest from the NASA Dawn mission recently arrived at the dwarf planet Ceres. The meeting is free and open to the public.

Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
