Maintenance work on I-10 in Tucson

Eastbound Interstate 10 will be reduced to one lane between Alvernon Way and Valencia Road in Tucson (mileposts 265-267) on Thursday (Aug. 6) from 7:30 p.m. to midnight to allow Arizona Department of Transportation crews to conduct maintenance repair work.

    • The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph.
    • All ramps will remain open.

ADOT advises drivers to plan ahead to avoid the closure or allow extra travel time if traveling during the scheduled closure period.
