POWWOW brings SV fresh produce
Produce on Wheels — Without Waste, POWWOW, disperses fresh produce to communities at churches, schools, and other entities throughout Southern Arizona and the metro Tucson and Phoenix areas. Anyone can donate $10 to shop for up to 60 pounds of fresh, nutritional rescued produce. POWWOW will be at Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Service, 4755 Campus Dr., Sierra Vista, on Saturday, 8 – 11 a.m.

Book discussion group to meet The next book up for discussion by the Cochise College Literary Guild is “Spirit Walk,” written by Cochise College instructor Jay Treiber. The discussion is Nov. 21, 11 a.m. – noon, in the Horace Steele Room in the Sierra Vista Campus Library Building.
