Upon attempting to log into our account, a chilling message awaited us: "We suspended your account because your linked Instagram account tranvuhong988 doesn't follow our rules." Who is tranvuhong988? The answer remains a mystery, but we suspect it to be the hacker responsible for our predicament.

While our Instagram account remains active, seeking assistance there has proven futile. It seems that Facebook's lack of customer service extends across all its platforms, creating a frustrating and isolating experience for users in need.

As we navigate this challenging situation, we urge others to remain vigilant and cautious when relying on platforms like Facebook. The absence of reliable customer service can leave users vulnerable to various threats and issues, with no clear path to resolution.
