The scheduled dates and times for inspection are:

Tuesday and Wednesday - May 16 and 17 - 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm

All persons must provide their names and the names of any others accompanying them as well as present a government issued ID. Building documents will be available for viewing after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement. No photos of the documents will be allowed.

The seven story building was built in 1985, contains parking on the first two floors and the top four floors are office space. In addition, there is a basement that provides another level of parking. The building consists of 81,247 rentable square feet for offices and 22,423 square feet of parking containing 176 spaces. Utilities are in the area and available.
