Seth Meyers Is a Dad! Late Night Host and Wife Alexi Ashe Welcome a Baby Boy. Late nights are going to get a bit busier for Seth Meyers! The Saturday Night Live alum and his wife Alexi Ashe welcomed a baby boy on Easter Sunday, his rep confirmed to People. While the couple hasn't revealed the name of their newborn just yet, viewers can expect all the details when Late Night with Seth Meyers returns from Easter break this Tuesday. In the weeks leading up to the special delivery, Seth chronicled his journey to fatherhood with some clever and hilarious Instagram posts. In fact, the comedian recently learned just how tricky it is to build a bed for a young child. "This box contains a crib. I am now going to attempt to build it," he wrote on social media. "My wife has already scheduled for her brother to come build it tomorrow. This is my one chance to salvage my dignity!" Spoiler alert: The crib was built and the family dog totally approved. Throughout Alexi's pregnancy, Seth has been able to pull off some impressive dates with his leading lady. Whether enjoying a night out at Hamilton on Broadway or traveling to Patagonia, this pair stayed close together as they eagerly waited for their first child's arrival. "I'm most looking forward to seeing who it looks like, that's the first thing out of the gate," he recently admitted to People. "Although ... a lot of people have said my wife and I look alike, so I think that's the one thing we know, is that the child will look like us. If not, there's a real problem." As Seth and his wife -- who just so happens to be a human rights lawyer -- get used to life with a newborn, one thing is certain: There's still going to be some laughs all around the house. "My wife is sillier than I am so that makes me laugh a great deal. I make her laugh, too. But I also make her not laugh and that's when I know it's time to retire something," Seth said during an interview with Your Tango. "I had a sense that she was the closest I'd ever met to someone who I could see myself with. Pretty much right away." Congratulations to the happy couple! (Eonline)

Ivanka Trump Gives Birth! Donald Trump's Daughter Welcomes Third Child With Jared Kushner. And baby makes five for Ivanka Trump and her family! The 34-year-old fashion designer and entrepreneur gave birth to her third child with husband Jared Kushner, adding to their growing brood. Married for seven years, Trump wed the real estate developer in 2009 after two years of dating. "Jared and I feel incredibly blessed to announce the arrival of Theodore James Kushner," the businesswoman announced on Twitter. "Xx Ivanka." Their baby boy arrived at 5:43 p.m. EST on Easter Sunday. In fact, Ivanka and her husband were spotted enjoying brunch in the Big Apple earlier in the day. The cherub joins older sister Arabella Rose, 4, and older brother Joseph Frederick, 2, who were there to help their mom announce her pregnancy in a Facebook video posted in late September. "I couldn't be more thrilled to share the news with you that I am expecting," she wrote on her website at the time. "At the end of the day, it's my family that is at the center of my life -- and to be adding another baby to our family is a tremendous blessing...Jared and I are so thankful, and so excited!" A seasoned pregnancy pro, the businesswoman has remained hard at work on her self-titled clothing, shoes and accessories label. Despite her growing baby bump, she has also devoted a great deal of time as political surrogate for her famous father Donald Trump's presidential campaign. As a direct descendant of the Republican candidate, she has publicly endorsed him and traveled around the country to rally in support of him at major voting states since the day he officially announced his run. Ivanka can't deny that she performs "all sorts of gymnastics" with her work schedule to makes sure she is the first person her kids see in the morning and is also the person who puts them to bed, she told Town & Country magazine in December. "But I don't do everything," Ivanka told the magazine. "I wouldn't be able to do what I do professionally if I did. I don't go to the afternoon classes. I don't take my son to the sports playgroup in the middle of the day. For some people that's a compromise they aren't willing to make, and I respect that." Amid the political mayhem, Ivanka managed to steal away a few days for a babymoon to Belize with her husband in late December. "Jared and I snuck away together to enjoy a few days of R&R," the blond beauty wrote on her Instagram. Congratulations to the happy couple on their newest bundle of joy! (Eonline)

"Couldn't even wait until we properly announced it but ?#?Lucky7? is here!" The child arrived several weeks early. The couple was expecting a daughter. Last week, Tiny posted on Instagram an ultrasound photo of their baby. "So anxious to meet my new boo #Lucky7," she wrote. "She so active we can barely get a good pic. She won't move the cord out her face. I'm in love with her fat cheeks already! #33wks #&Counting #AprilBaby." Also last week, Tiny celebrated with her family at a baby shower. T.I. and Tiny are also parents to Clifford "King" Joseph Harris III, 11, and Major Philant Harris, 7. Tiny also has a 20-year-old daughter, Zonnique Jailee Pullins, from a previous relationship. Tiny had in 2007 given birth to her and T.I.'s daughter Leyah Amore Harris, who was born stillborn. On Saturday, Tiny posted on her Instagram page a selfie with her friend and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss, 39, who gave birth to her first child, a baby boy, with husband Todd Tucker in January. "My sis @kandiburruss came to visit me on this special day! I love her 4life!! #Lucky7," Tiny wrote. She had revealed her latest pregnancy last Christmas with an Instagram video showing her with a baby bump, complete with a red bow. "Merry Christmas!" she said. "Thank you to my family for my wonderful gifts... But most of all thank you for our new heir to the throne. This is the best Christmas gift you could've ever gave me." "This was not planned at all," Tiny told Essence in January. "It kind of snuck up on me. I was a little shocked but I was okay with it because I was in between, 'Do I want a baby? No I don't want a baby. Do I want a baby?' I guess I did want a baby." She also said she was "so excited" for Burruss because she had always wanted a son. "We're always talking about how our kids are going to get to grow up and play with each other as best friends because they're going to be so close in age," she said. UPDATE: Tameka "Tiny" Harris has confirmed the arrival of her newest child. "Yesterday, March 26th, at 2:58PM we welcomed a beautiful baby girl that weighed in at 5lbs. In true Harris fashion, our baby girl made us all HUSTLE, making a surprise early entrance," she shared in a statement to E! News. "While we expected her to arrive around April 20th, our PERFECT baby girl decided March 26th was the right time for her DEBUT. My husband, Tip Harris, went from the stage right to the plane from his show in Las Vegas and luckily, made it to Atlanta with time to spare. Our whole clan was together to see our beautiful healthy baby girl make her way into the world. Just the way I like it!!" She continued, "We are looking forward to more exciting times with our #Lucky7." (Eonline)

Sarah Ferguson Says She Is "Just Friends" With Rumored Boyfriend Manuel Fernandez. This is no royal affair. Sarah Ferguson is setting the record straight about a rumored budding romance between her and director, producer and entrepreneur Manuel Fernandez. "Manuel is a wonderful person, but we are just friends -- friends and business partners,' she told the Daily Mail. "I'm the ambassador for his new lifestyle app, vVoosh, which is launching this year." Together, they share two daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie of York. Since the split, Ferguson has remained publicly single until she stepped out with Fernandez at amfAR's 22nd Cinema Against AIDS Gala in May 2015, fueling gossip that she had launched a new relationship. Ferguson started 2015 and her 55th year with a major physical reveal -- a 55 pound weight loss. Despite her happiness with her slimmer physique, she said her food addiction partly saved her life throughout her trying personal times. "I've been a comfort eater since I was about 12 years old and I used food as my friend," she said during an interview on Today. "In fact, the size of my ass probably saved my life. Sorry, to speak like that, but let's be honest. Had I not just chosen food as my friend, I would have chosen something else. "A lot of people turn to shopping, alcohol, smoking, any other addiction," she continued. "My addiction was food. I used it to suppress my feelings and therefore every time I went through something -- a salacious lie the media might tell about me -- I ate to compensate." (Eonline)

Janice Dickinson Is Diagnosed With Breast Cancer. Janice Dickinson has revealed she has breast cancer. The 61-year-old former supermodel announced the news of her diagnosis in an interview with the Daily Mail. Dickinson learned she had breast cancer after a "pea-sized lump" was discovered in her right breast during a routine breast exam. Following a mammogram and biopsy, the brunette beauty was diagnosed with a typical form of breast cancer which originates in the milk ducts called early stage ductal carcinoma in situ. Despite her fear, the former America's Next Top Model judge is staying strong and optimistic. "I am not gonna let that define me, the fear," she told the website. "I'm going to get through this, I'll be just fine kiddo." However, she is no stranger to cancer. She lost her mother, Jennie Marie Pietrzykoski, to the disease in 1995. While she is already facing "almost daily" appointments at UCLA, her doctors have ruled out the need for a mastectomy. "I know that my fiance is a doctor of the highest caliber, I have four specialists, I've been prodded and poked on the inside and out," she said. "I can tell you I'm very, very lucky." The often outspoken reality star is keeping her head held high and doesn't want your tears. "Don't feel sorry for me, this is not a pity party," she concluded to the website. "I'm Janice Dickinson and I'm gonna stick around for a long, long time, you ain't getting rid of me yet." (Eonline)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .
Rooney and Kate Mara Come Together to Help Save Chimpanzees: "Choose Compassion Over Indignity." Sisters Rooney Mara and Kate Mara are using their Hollywood star power for good! The talented actresses have written an open letter to the New York Blood Center in response to their "abandonment" of more than 60 chimpanzees in Liberia. After the organization withdrew their support of the animals after more than 30 years, the Mara sisters believe they have left the creatures to survive on their own without food or water. "As you are aware, when you withdrew all support for these chimpanzees one year ago, you left them in a life-threatening situation," Rooney and Kate wrote in their open letter to the President and CEO of the New York Blood Center. "If it had not been for the dedicated caretakers and emergency care from nonprofit organizations like The Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International, these chimpanzees would surely have died horrible, slow and painful deaths from dehydration and starvation." Recently, the Mara sisters were able to travel to Liberia where they visited the chimpanzees and their dedicated caretakers. With the help of The Human Society, the animals have been able to defy expectations. Unfortunately, it's costing the organizations upwards of $20,000 per month. "Despite the physical and emotional trauma these animals have endured... they are doing amazingly well," the open letter stated. "The resilience of these animals is astonishing and humbling to say the least." So what is the end goal to this public letter? The Mara sisters hope that the New York Blood Center can "correct the wrongdoings of the past" and help the chimpanzees and the people of Liberia. "It's never too late to choose compassion over indignity," Kate and Rooney wrote. "We urge you to work with The Humane Society of the United States to determine a solution that would be beneficial for the chimpanzees and for the people of Liberia who depended on you." Learn how you can get involved and help the cause by visiting The Humane Society of the United States' website. (Eonline)

Kate Middleton Might Be Royal, but That Doesn't Mean She's Not Getting Teased. Even Kate Middleton has her quirks! In a special documentary about Queen Elizabeth II that aired Sunday night in the U.K., the Duchess of Cambridge revealed what the royal family teases her about ever since she's become an official royal herself. "She has been very generous and not, sort of, been forceful at all in any of her views," said Kate in the documentary titled Our Queen at 90. "I feel she's been there as a gentle guidance really for me. Everyone teases me in the family that I spend far too long chatting so I think I have still got to learn a little bit more and pick up a few more tips." Kate and Prince William tied the knot in April 2011, so their fifth wedding anniversary is rapidly approaching. Having spent nearly half a decade with the royals, we're sure she's gotten then hang of it by now! Kate also gave some insight into the Queen as a great grandmother to Prince George and Princess Charlotte. "George, who's only two and a half, calls her 'Gan-Gan,'" she explained. "She always leaves a little gift or something in their room when we go and stay. That just shows, I think, her love for her family." When Kate and Williams welcomed Charlotte last spring, the Queen was one of the first people to meet the couple's little girl. "It's very special having a little girl," Kate said. "I feel very, very lucky that George got a little sister. The queen was really thrilled that [Charlotte] was a little girl, and I think as soon as we came back here to Kensington she was one of our first visitors." This was Kate's first televised interview since her engagement to William, and even though she admitted that her family teases her about her loquacious manner, it appeared that the Queen's tips have gone a long way because she was flawless -- as usual. Kelly Clarkson's Daughter River Rose May Dislike the Easter Bunny Even More Than Santa Claus. Sorry Kelly Clarkson, but your daughter just doesn't like a few holiday creatures! While celebrating Easter weekend, the American Idol winner made it a priority to capture a few traditions with River Rose Blackstock. One of their stops took them to the Easter Bunny's house where somebody was not impressed, seriously. "Happy Easter!!" Kelly wrote on Twitter as her daughter wore the perfect dress for spring with a pink headband. "River loved the Easter Bunny about as much as she loved Santa ha! #happycamper." Oh, you guys don't remember what happened when she met Santa Claus? Let us rewind to December 2015 when the one-year-old ended up on St. Nick's lap. Let's just say it was a challenge to say cheese. "So this happened," Kelly wrote on social media as River was photographed shedding a few innocent tears. "#RiverLovesSanta ....is it wrong I slightly enjoyed this ha!" Luckily, this holiday weekend wasn't all filled with hurdles and challenges. River and her Finding Nemo basket headed outside for a wild adventure that ended with a great fine. Heck, we may even see a smile after this activity. "River found a golden egg & was very excited about it!" the "Piece by Piece" singer shared on Twitter. "She insisted on hunting w/her purse & her Dori basket. #easter." Putting candy and eggs aside, we can't help but remind fans that Kelly is due to welcome baby No. 2 sooner rather than later. And after she welcomes that baby boy, the singer can't wait to enjoy a tasty treat. "Red wine...Oh my God I miss it so badly!" she recently told iHeartRadio host Elvis Duran. "I know people always say you can have a glass, but I just have such complicated pregnancies that I don't want to risk it." Don't worry, girl. The wait will be worth it. (Eonline)

Kim Kardashian and her momager Kris Jenner deliberately leaked her now-infamous sex tape to make her famous, a new book allegedly confirms. Kim signed a contract with Vivid Entertainment in 2007 to leak the sex tape she made with Ray J in 2003, a new book, "Kardashian Dynasty" by Ian Halperin, claims. He quotes a source in the "adult film industry" who said, "A mutual friend of Kim and Paris had advised her that if she wanted to achieve fame, a sex tape would be the way to go .?.?. Kim had discussed the idea of producing a tape with her family beforehand." Halperin also says a former friend of Kim had told him, "It was Kris who engineered the deal behind the scenes and was responsible for the tape seeing the light of day," although he added this had been long rumored in the showbiz world. Halperin then posed as a porn peddler selling another celeb sex tape to speak to a Vivid spokesperson, who he says told him, "When it comes to .?.?. selling a sex tape, both parties need to sign off." When asked how Kim's sex tape got out, the rep replied, according to the book: "A third party brought it to Vivid .?.?. [We] got in touch with the Kardashian family." She said they usually explain that it is likely a tape would leak anyway, and the celebrity wouldn't get paid, "So why not work for us, and we'll make sure that it will not only get out, but that it will be distributed the way you want." The rep supposedly continued, "You'll get a nice payment for it," adding, "I can tell you right now. Kim Kardashian's movie came out in '07, and she's made millions." Kim threatened to sue Vivid and was paid a reported $5 million settlement, but the tape was still released. Halperin concludes, in the Gallery Books title to be released on April 19, "It is clear that Vivid would not have announced plans to distribute Kim's tape without a clear indication from the family that they would give the go-ahead once they had come to terms on a price. Meanwhile, a rep for Kim said, "All the assertions are false." (Page Six)

Later, it seems that Batali had a change of heart after meeting the troubled football player. The toque then posted a pic of himself posing with Manziel saying, "Turns out Johnny Manziel is pretty pretty cool! and his mgmt!!" (Page Six)

A Utah woman who is part of a polygamous group alleges that makers of a reality TV show barged into her house without permission and pressured her daughter into being in a series about people leaving polygamy. Susan Nelson alleges in the federal lawsuit that her daughter was offered $5,000 per episode to appear in "Escaping Polygamy," which was being filmed in Utah. The lawsuit states that a cameraman trespassing at Nelson's house in a Salt Lake City suburb in December 2014 filmed two women trying to persuade her daughter to leave. After initially agreeing to participate, her daughter had second thoughts and didn't want to leave that day, the lawsuit states. Nelson's daughter was a young adult at the time. The events of that day appeared in an episode that aired in July 2015 on the A&E network's LMN channel. The two companies being sued -- A&E Network and RIVR Media -- declined comment on the allegations through company spokespeople. RIVR Media produces the show. The series follows three sisters who left a northern Utah-based polygamous group, the Kingstons, over a decade ago. They now try to help others leave what they consider an abusive lifestyle. It is one of several polygamy-related reality TV shows produced in recent years. The most well-known is TLC's long-running "Sister Wives," which follows the life of Kody Brown and his four wives. The Browns belong to a different polygamy group. The Kingstons, who have made headlines because of teens who fled arranged marriages, are also known as the Davis County Cooperative Society. The group is not affiliated with Warren Jeffs' polygamous sect on the Utah-Arizona border. The lawsuit claims that even after the cast members and cameraman left the house, they stayed on the property and tried filming her and her daughter through the window. Eventually, police took her daughter and the others into the house so she could get her belongings and leave, according to the lawsuit, filed this past week in a federal court in Utah. In addition to the trespassing allegation, Nelson contends that the show defamed her by implying that she refused to let her daughter leave and by suggesting her house smelled of rotten tomatoes. She said she has suffered from heart issues since the incident happened and the episode aired. The lawsuit doesn't specify the amount of damages Nelson is seeking. (Page Six)

No one on the planet is about to rock as hard as Axl Rose, and we have the first photos of him rehearsing with his new band ... AC/DC! The Guns N' Roses frontman announced last week he was going to fill in as lead singer for AC/DC, which is opening for GNR on its upcoming tour. Axl was at a rehearsal studio in Atlanta with Angus Young and co. on Friday ... no doubt, running through the classics. Axl's said he's been working hard to get in shape for the double duty tour -- and this is our first look at him in a long time. If the voice works ... do ya really care what he looks like? (TMZ)

A Tory Lanez concert turned into a WWE battle royal ... with chairs, bottles and tables getting thrown after the singer provoked the crowd to go berserk ... according to witnesses. The "Say It" singer performed with K Camp in Midland, TX on Saturday night and while onstage, fans say Lanez told everyone ... "Let's f*** this place up!" You can tell from this video he's pissed about something. Lanez says, "Bitch ass security." Things got out of hand quickly ... cops were called in, and security pulled the plug on the show. Multiple arrests were made and the venue was trashed. The promoter and venue owners are both considering going after Lanez legally ... for inciting the riot. (TMZ)

The 'gamified' ticket company, which recruits influencers to move stubs, counts Bonnaroo, Bestival and Electric Daisy Carnival among its clients. The Physical Network, a U.K-based peer-to-peer ticketing software company, has acquired and incorporated direct competitor We Represent to form StreetTeam in a deal valued at nearly $3.5 million dollars (£2.5 million), according to its principles. The new company now works with more than a hundred festivals and events in 14 countries, including Bestival, Electric Daisy Carnival and Reading, and counts major promoters such as ID+T and Live Nation among its clients. Earlier this year, a deal was inked with the stalwart Bonarroo Music & Arts Festival. "We only started working with Bonnaroo about eight weeks ago," StreetTeam CEO Callum Negus-Fancey says. "It's very early but they had more than a 1,000 ambassadors sign up when it launched." Ambassadors? StreetTeam's pitch is to piggyback, enlisting social influencers, or "ambassadors," who receive rewards in exchange for selling tickets to the events they attend. "The number-one reason someone attends a festival is because their friends are going," Negus-Fancey, 25, tells Billboard. "So it's all about trying to find those ring leaders and have them bring their mates." Rewards these ambassadors receive can include a free ticket (for selling eight tickets), backstage passes or VIP access (for sales of 16 tickets), and the opportunity to meet with a headliner (a lot of tickets). "It's gamified," Negus-Fancey explains. "It's all experiential or rewards [that] money can't buy that are tied to the event." At Bestival, he says, one attendee traveled by yacht as a reward. The CEO says his company has sold over 100,000 tickets since forming in 2012 and its current run rate of $2.5 million is generated in several ways: through licensing its peer-to-peer ticketing software, commissions on tickets sales, and consultancy services. Additional festivals employing StreetTeam's services include Electric Zoo, Life Is Beautiful, Lights All Night, Freaky Deaky, Leeds, Digital Dreams, Country Stampede, Forecastle, Spring Awakening and SW4. "We've had mega success with our fans telling their friends how much they love Bestival," said Rob da Bank, Bestival founder. in a statement, "[we're] growing our advocates year -- on -- year." StreetTeam's Negus-Fancey says sales numbers for the U.K. fest sold through his company are more than 15,000. With offices in London, Poland and Los Angeles, the start-up is now in the process of raising Series A funding in Europe after receiving $3.5 million in seed money, according to Negus-Fancey. StreetTeam intends to seek its Series B, in the U.S. where some 50 percent of the company's revenue is generated. (Billboard)

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko have joined forces to rolling out a conceptual and collaborative project dubbed Twenty88. The Slauson Hills songstress and the Detroit rapper have previously teamed on tracks like "Beware" (the hit from Sean's Hall of Fame LP also co-starring Lil Wayne) as well as "I Know" (from the MC's Dark Sky Paradise effort). The project will tell "the story of the highs and lows of a relationship, with insights into conflict, memories, love, sex, and more" with producers Key Wane, Detail and Tommy Brown on tap, according to a press release. A @Twenty88 Twitter account also launched serving up video teasers of Aiko in an orange bob wig alongside a spectacled Sean. The two will make their TV debut as Twenty88 on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! on March 31. Sean also recently celebrated his 28th birthday on March 25 and released a new deep cut called "Get My Shit Together" while Aiko delivered her "B's + H's" visual last week. Twenty88 will be available for a 72-hour stream on Tidal come April 1. (Billboard)

The great Kanye West The Life of Pablo shell game continued on Monday morning (March 28) when the hip-hip tinkerer reversed course and offered up the Rihanna-featuring track "Famous" on both Apple Music and Spotify. After claiming at one point that he would only offer Pablo tracks on the Tidal pay service, the Taylor Swift-baiting "Famous" popped up on both services unannounced early Monday morning with no commentary from the rapper. The move came after West posted what appeared to be an alternate take of the song "Ultralight on SoundCloud on Sunday. The two-minute regrind features an alternate version of the Kirk Franklin sermon from the Pablo opening track "Ultralight Beam." (Billboard)

Phife Dawg Fans Launch Petition To Rename Queens Street In Tribe Called Quest's Honor. A Change.org petition seeking to rename a stretch of Linden Boulevard in Queens in honor of late A Tribe Called Quest rapper Phife Dawg has almost reached its 5,000 signature limit. As of press time, it had gained 3,125 signatures. "Sadly, this week it was reported that Malik 'Phife Dawg' Isaac Taylor of the Iconic Hip Hop group A Tribe Called Quest has died," reads the petition. "We are requesting the cooperation of Council Member I. Deneek Miller and Speaker Mark-Viverito to support our new proposed co-naming of Linden Boulevard between 192 Street and 193 Street to: A Tribe Called Quest Boulevard." Since Taylor's death on Tuesday due to complications from diabetes at age 45 a number of fellow rappers and hip-hop writers have paid tribute to the "Five Foot Assassin." One of the rapper's longtime friends and collaborator on the classic 1991 song "Scenario," Busta Rhymes, wrote an extended Instagram post about his friend of nearly 28 years. "I had to spend the last 2 days going thru a lot of honest thoughts and emotions b 4 I spoke because this one hurts soooo f***ing much," Busta wrote. "I can't begin to explain what @iamthephifer and @qtiptheabstract and @jarobiwhite and @alishaheedmeans to me and how much they have done for my life. These guys are my big brothers, my friends, and the dudes that always protected me frm the bullshit that came with life both personally and professionally in a way that only big brothers can do it." He pointed to the accompanying picture from Dec. 5, 2015, which he called one of his "most magical moments" in a 25-year music career. The scene is from the first-ever performance of "What's the Scenario" original version and a remix with all the original members of the Leaders of the New School and A Tribe Called Quest. "That night was so magical with all of the love that was under one roof that it's too much to get into the details of but again please take another look at this picture, if u notice @iamthephifer had his hand on my back consoling me as I kneeled down to give thanks crying tears of joy because of how proud of a moment that was for me being able to end a 4 hour set with brothers who put me in a position where I was able to tell my mother she will not have to work for anyone over 20 yrs ago," Rhymes said. The Extended Me Before You Trailer Was Just Released and We're Crying Again. Just a few hours into this Monday morning, and we're already in tears. No, it's not because we're sad the weekend is over (well, maybe that's adding to it a little bit). Rather, an extended trailer for Me Before You -- what will likely be the biggest tearjerker of 2016 -- has been released, and it has our hearts throbbing even more than the first. Starring Game of Thrones' Emilia Clarke and The Hunger Games' Sam Claflin, the new trailer proves the on-screen pair definitely do Jojo Moyes' best-selling book justice, bringing the touching romance to life in the best way possible. Lou is given six months to take care of Will, and though they get off to a bit of a rocky start, she eventually becomes the woman who shows him what life is worth living for. Together they learn that you cannot change someone, only love them. Their adventures together surpass anything they ever envisioned, resulting in a sweet romance we can't wait to watch unfold! After a $170.1 million U.S. debut, investors eye a DC superhero universe sparking a 2016 turnaround for Warner Bros. after 2015 flops. Time Warner's stock rose Monday morning after Warner Bros. got a welcome win at the weekend box office with a critic-proof Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Zack Snyder's superhero team-up film, in which the caped crusader battles the man of steel, bowed from 4,242 theaters and also made history globally with a $424.1 million opening. It's a step in the right direction for the studio that endured a string of 2015 flops. Time Warner shares opened on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday up $1.13, or 1.5 percent, to $71.14. On Friday, they closed at $69.94. Over the past year, the stock has traded as low as $55.53 and as high as $91.34 after fears of continuing cord-cutting have weighed down the media conglomerate's stock. Batman v Superman's mega-opening reverses in the minds of analysts box office duds last year for Warner Bros. like Pan, Jupiter Ascending, In the Heart of the Sea and Man From U.N.C.L.E. And a strong launch for the Justice League origin story could right the studio's ship with a lucrative DC superhero universe unfolding with Suicide Squad, the second major DC crossover in 2016; Wonder Woman and The Justice League in 2017; and The Flash and Aquaman in 2018. "Batman v Superman is the most premier DC Comics IP and, despite weak reviews, the strong box office and relatively good CinemaScores in the core demo bode well for the expansion of the IP," Stifel analyst Ben Mogil wrote in a report. Macquarie Capital analyst Tim Nollen agreed DC Comics' future hinges on the Batman v. Superman film launching a successful franchise. "...Batman v. Superman is the kick-off for 10 total DC Comics films to come in the next 6 years, as well as up to 12 new TV series and at least 3 new video games -- so getting this one right is essential to the success of this entire franchise," Nollen wrote. After a disappointing 2015, Matthew Harrigan, an analyst at Wunderlich Securities, predicted a 2016 turnaround for Warner Bros., especially with DC Entertainment superhero movies as a draw for HBO subscribers. "Warner Bros. and HBO should emerge as major winners into the next decade, even as Turner admittedly has more execution risk -- especially for original and syndicated scripted programming," Harrigan wrote in his note. Batman v Superman dominating the weekend box office also promises to help supersize Hollywood's 2016 business at the multiplex, MKM Partners analyst Eric Handler said Monday in his own investors note. "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice propels 1Q16 box office projections," Handler said, noting the Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill-starrer set a March box office record, marked a new domestic opening weekend high for Warner Bros. and recorded the sixth best all-time opening in North America. The epic blockbuster won the best film honor, while Toronto and Cannes titles 'Margarita With A Straw' and 'Masaan' also got awards. Epic blockbuster Baahubali won the best film honor at India's 63rd National Film Awards. The winners of the government-backed awards were announced at a press conference ahead of an official ceremony on May 3. Baahubali (The One With Strong Arms) also won for best special effects. The title, which was released in the South Indian Telugu and Tamil languages, was simultaneously dubbed in Hindi and became one of last year's biggest hits in the country, bringing in an estimated $89 million. Its success was a rarity for a regional film given the dominance of Hindi language Bollywood cinema in India. The epic is now set for release in China via local distributor E-Stars Films. Its release date is still to be confirmed. Historical Bollywood drama Bajirao Mastani was the big winner of the National Film awards, earning five honors, including for best director for Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Along with actor Ranveer Singh, the hit title from Eros International was toplined by actresses Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra (Quantico). Both stars are currently shooting their Hollywood feature debuts: Chopra is part of the cast of Baywatch, while Padukone features with Vin Diesel in the third installment of the XXX action franchise. Bajirao Mastani also won awards for best supporting actress (Tanvi Azmi), best cinematography (Sudeep Chatterjee), best choreography (Remo D'Souza) and best production design (Saloni Dhatrak, Sriram Iyengar, Sujeet Sawant). Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan was named best actor for his turn as a grumpy old father in Piku. The comedy hit was produced by Sony Television Entertainment's film unit MSM Motion Pictures. Bachchan, whose five decade career includes some of Indian cinema's most iconic titles such as Sholay and Deewar, made his Hollywood debut in The Great Gatsby. Kangana Ranaut was named best actress for Tanu Weds Manu Returns, the hit comedy sequel also from Eros International. Ranaut featured in a double role, portraying an athlete in addition to reprising the female lead character from the 2011 original Tanu Weds Manu. This is Ranaut's second win in a row after she won in the same category last year for her turn in breakout hit Queen, which was released by Viacom18 Motion Pictures. The special jury award was given to Kalki Koechlin for her turn as a bisexual young woman with cerebral palsy in Margarita With A Straw. Directed by Shonali Bose, the title played at the Toronto film festival. In its review, THR said: "Although decidedly specialist and Westernized in some way, Margarita is still very much an Indian film as well." The Indira Gandhi Award for best debut director went to Neeraj Ghaywan for Masaan, which at the Cannes film festival last year won a special jury prize in the Un Certain Regard section as well as a Fipresci mention. In its review, THR praised Masaan as "part of the new generation of indie films whose clear intent is to set ablaze a hidebound society's constrictions on personal liberty." The NFAs will be handed out at an official ceremony in New Delhi in the presence of India's president Pranab Mukherjee. (Hollywood Reporter)

Movie theater chains in China that ensure Hollywood films take no more than one-third of total box office will be granted a sizable tax rebate. China is introducing another layer of protectionism to give its domestically produced movies an edge over Hollywood imports. Last week, state regulators announced that Chinese theater chains that generate at least two-thirds of their box office receipts from local Chinese films will be able to keep half of a five percent tax they usually pay on ticket sales. The China Film Bureau normally collects a five percent tax on all box office revenue. The funds are channeled towards various government grants and initiatives designed to aid the development of the Chinese film sector. Under the new rules, to qualify for the rebate Chinese theater groups must ensure that imported movies take no more than one-third of the box office for the full year, and the exhibitor must have a clean regulatory record, with no history of box office under-reporting or fraud. Throughout its recent, historic expansion, the Chinese film industry has been dogged by cases of box office embezzlement and manipulation, and Chinese regulators have repeatedly vowed to crack down on offenders. China employs various measures to protect its fast-growing domestic film industry. The country's notorious quota system restricts foreign film imports to just 34 titles per year on revenue-sharing terms. The quota was raised from 20 titles to 34 in 2012, in a landmark deal that temporarily resolved a bitter dispute that had led the United States to file an official complaint with the World Trade Organization alleging that China was unfairly restricting access to its market. In addition to the quota, Chinese regulators have employed subtler protectionist tactics, such as blackout periods on foreign film releases during popular summertime and holiday movie going periods, as well as strategic scheduling of release dates, whereby top local titles are given the best weekend opening windows. It's not clear how much of an immediate effect the new tax break will have on exhibition patterns, given how successful the existing methods have already been. Over the past two years, Chinese blockbusters have made impressive gains. Stephen Chow's Hong Kong-China co-production The Mermaid, for example, grossed a record $520 million since its debut in mid-February. In 2015, Chinese films claimed 61.6 percent of the $6.78 billion box office total. So far this year, their share has climbed to about 70 percent, while Hollywood has dipped to a record low. As recently as 2014, Hollywood claimed some 45.5 percent of the Chinese theatrical market. Nonetheless, China remains a rapidly growing market for the U.S. studios, due to the explosive growth of the Chinese box office overall, which expanded by 48 percent last year. The country is on course to surpass North America as the world's largest theatrical territory in 2017. (Hollywood Reporter)

Judge Judy is welcoming Sarah Palin with open arms to the battlefield of TV judge shows ... or is she? Judy was out in Bev Hills when we asked her about Palin's new deal to star in a judge show produced by the same exec who gave Judy her big break. Her reaction is congenial at first -- she's even got a little advice for Sarah ... who does not have a law degree or any courtroom experience, by the way. But you gotta see which Palin question made Judy give our guy the finger. Her famous index, not the middle one. What are ya, stupid? (TMZ)

Blac Chyna will make a cameo on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... if the price is right. Sources close to Chyna tell us she's looking to meet with 'KUWTK' showrunners and negotiate a minor role on the show. Chyna thinks she knows the value of footage showing the relationship between her and Rob's sisters, but she may be overestimating its worth ... she wants $1 MILLION. Rob's GF wants even more ... a non-exclusive contract, because she wants her own reality show ... possibly with Rob. Based on what we know, the chances this will happen are way slimmer than Rob. The Walking Dead Finale Promo Introduces Negan and Lucille -- Be Afraid. "Hi. I'm Negan." And then millions of The Walking Dead fans lost their collective chill after hearing that line in the European promo for The Walking Dead season six finale. The promo, which AMC just posted to YouTube, features your favorite zombie apocalypse survivors equipped with guns (in their natural, sweaty and dirty state) facing off with some of Negan's saviors. Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) is ready to make a deal -- somebody tell Wayne Brady! OK, that's a poor excuse of a TV joke. Moving on... We get flashes of zombies, duh, and guns, Carol's (Melissa McBride) rosary beads, the gang carrying somebody and then, Negan. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is Negan and he's here with Lucille (his bat covered in barbed wire). Be afraid. "He's a game changer and it's a complete 180 from what I'm doing on The Good Wife, which as an actor it's a dream come true. I get to be the biggest ass in the world. It's awesome," Morgan told host Seth Meyers during a recent appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. Morgan previously said he's ready for the hate mail that will come with playing a villain like Negan. "I think the challenge for me in this role is going to be, is there any heart in Negan? For me I look at that as a challenge as an actor, and that's the kind of thing that I embrace and really look forward to," he said during a convention appearance. "I am super excited about it; it's going to be cool." Are you prepared for Negan? The Walking Dead airs Sundays, 9 p.m. on AMC. (Eonline)

Where's Danny? The Mindy Project's New Season 4 Promo Finds Our Heroine on Her Own. Mindy's on her own. When The Mindy Project returns for the second half of its fourth season on April 12, fans can expect to see Mindy (Mindy Kaling) and baby Leo living in the Hulu heroine's old apartment, which will be getting a baby-proofing makeover. In E! News' exclusive promo, fans can see Mindy and Leo checking out her newly refurbished digs, complete with a bubble-wrapped staircase and ridiculously cute nursery that we'd love to live in, if we're being totally honest. It looks like Mindy's apartment has it all...except for Danny (Chris Messina). The first half of the season ended with Mindy returning to her old apartment and measuring the wall to see if Leo's crib would fit, clearly about to make a decision about her future with Danny. And judging from the promo, she's definitely made a choice, one that will likely upset some of the fan-favorite couple's supporters. But rest assured, fans worrying over the lack of Danny in the promo, as Kaling told us everyone will still be around when the show returns. "Everyone's back. So it's like, I don't want to give away too much of what you can expect," Kaling assured. "But if anyone is worried about not seeing anybody, that's not something anyone needs to worry about." Also returning? The tension between Mindy and Danny over their differing opinions on parenthood. "People can change, but they can't change that much. And I think that especially when you're in a relationship and especially when there's a kid involved," Kaling explained. "Relationships get hard when there's a kid when beforehand there would not have been any issues because of the different ways on how to raise a kid and what that kid's life should be, so it's like the character is showing his true self a little bit and it's so in opposition to our lead. It's challenging and it's really real." The Mindy Project's fourth season returns April 12 on Hulu. (Eonline)

Are You Afraid? This New Game of Thrones Trailer Promises Death Is Coming. "One way or another, a face will be added to the hall." Game of Thrones' season six premiere is fast approaching (OK, fast-ish), and with each new trailer, our anxiety grows. The latest promo, which features no basketball despite being labeled "March Madness," is here to promise just one thing, and that one thing is death. No matter what happens, somebody's gonna bite it this season, and we have a feeling it's going to be more than one somebody. "We deserve death," the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) says, "We all do." While part of us wants to argue that instead of death, we all deserve life and cookies, we also know that death comes with the territory of Game of Thrones. The only question here is which character we're going to have to bid farewell. Jamie (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), Cersei (Lena Headey), Daenerys (Emilia Clarke), Tyrion (Peter Dinklage), Theon (Alfie Allen), Arya (Maisie Williams), Sansa (Sophie Turner), and Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) all appear to be in danger, if that ending montage was any indication. Bran's future seems especially questionable, given the fact that he finds himself face to face with the white walker king. The trailer also features a guy jumping off a building and a dragon who seems to be a lot bigger than he was the last time we saw him. As for our constant Jon Snow watch, this trailer was no help. Not a single Kit Harington in sight. Game of Thrones returns Sunday, April 24 at 9 p.m. on HBO. (Eonline)

Girls Just Surprised Us All With a Major Return & Relationship Bombshell. Talk about a blast from the past! Girls just surprised us by suddenly bringing back Marnie's (Allison Williams) ex-boyfriend Charlie, but we wouldn't have known it just by looking at him. Pretty much everything has changed since Charlie disappeared between seasons two and three when Christopher Abbott decided to leave the show due to what a source told E! News were "creative differences" with Lena Dunham. Marnie's married now, of course, but she and Desi aren't exactly living in marital bliss. Sunday night's episode opened with a spat that had something to do with "aggressive guitar" and a general lack of interest in each other, and Marnie went out for a walk. That's when she ran into Charlie, who looked and sounded like a completely different person. We almost didn't recognize him, and Marnie almost didn't either. His voice was different, his face was different, and he'd put on a few pounds, but it was clear Marnie had missed him just as much as we had. After they spent a minute catching up -- his app company fell apart due to "weird legal s--t" and his dad committed suicide -- Charlie took Marnie on a strange and mostly unexplained adventure. He bought her a low-cut, high-slit fancy dress with no shoes to go with it (while he went to the bathroom) and took her to a party full of rich people and apparently their hookers. While Charlie went to the bathroom (again), a guy mistook Marnie for a prostitute. She pretended her name was "Meguita" and scammed him out of $300. They spent her newfound riches on a fancy spaghetti and pizza dinner, they danced a bit, took a boat ride, kissed in the boat, fell in the water, floated in the water for a second, and then they were mugged by the last kid you'd expect to be robbing people at gunpoint. Even with the mugging, it was all sweet, easy, and just another sad reminder of what Marnie's current relationship is not. They then ended back up at Charlie's place, where they formulated a hypothetical plan: get rid of their stuff, run away together, and open a general store "somewhere where they need a general store." This talk was followed by sex, after which Marnie showered and made friends with Charlie's lesbian roommate (?), and then Marnie found a needle on the floor. "I'm diabetic," Charlie told her sleepily, but Marnie took off, shoeless, moneyless, and ringless, thanks to that silly mugger. Desi was waiting for her on the stairs of the apartment building, and Marnie dropped a bomb: "I don't want to be married to you." She wants to find herself, which is all well and good according to Desi, except she's going to get murdered in the real world, apparently. What a guy! Marnie packed up a few of her things before heading to Hannah's and climbing into bed with her. Will we see Charlie again? We hope so, but it's also clearly time for Marnie to take some time for herself. This may not have ended with the closure we've been dying for since the end of season two, but it was enough for now. Girls airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on HBO. (Eonline)
