  • Amazon plans to open two cashier-less stores next year. One in Washington, DC, the other in Sherman Oaks, California. You just walk in, fill your basket and walk out. Everything is automatically charged to your account.
  • New research says that you should be moving around for about 3 minutes every half hour during the day to undo the bad effects of sitting so long.
  • In Long Beach, California, a couple was shot to death in a grocery store parking lot when an argument broke out over a parking spot.

  • Season 41 of "Survivor" is only going to be over the course of 26 days, not the 39 days it has been in all of the previous seasons. Host Jeff Probst says they had to do that because of COVID, but it may end up being the way it's played from here on out.
  • Joyce Reeves Milsap, the wife of country star Ronnie Milsap, died Tuesday at age 81.
  • On Saturday while at the Alabama/Miami game, ESPN's Todd McShay seemed disoriented at times. Tuesday, he announced he's stepping away from the network for a period of time to "focus on his health."
  • After 53 years in prison for the assassination of Robert Kennedy, Sirhan Sirhan is up for parole. Kennedy's widow, Ethel, says there is no way he should be released, but some of her kids are saying he should be freed. They'll decide over the next four months.
  • The Washington Football Team say they've narrowed it down to 8 possible new names: Armada, Presidents, Brigade, Redhawks, Commanders, Redwolves, Defenders and WFT.
  • Former U.S. Senator Adlai Stevenson III of Illinois died at his Chicago home on Monday. He was 90.
  • Former Blink-182 member Tom DeLonge shared some uplifting news about his former bandmate Mark Hoppus, saying that he's finished with chemotherapy.
  • After suffering a heart attack on the set earlier this summer, Bob Odenkirk is back shooting more episodes of "Better Call Saul."
