Drivers should plan for road work on US 60 near Show Low

Expect traffic delays and allow extra time
Crews from the Arizona Department of Transportation are scheduled to complete road work on the US 60 near Show Low that will require lane restrictions over five days during the week of Feb. 5. Drivers should allow for extra travel time while the traffic restrictions are in place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, through Friday, Feb. 9.

US 60 will be narrowed to one lane while the work is done along a 9-mile stretch of the roadway beginning east of State Route 77 (milepost 343) and ending just before the SR 61 turn off (milepost 352). Drivers should plan for delays of at least 30 minutes. ADOT crews will alternate traffic in the work zone between the east- and westbound lanes while work is completed in 2-mile increments.

Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors. For more information, please call the ADOT Project Information Line at 855.712.8530 or email Projects@azdot.gov.
