Plan for overnight lane restrictions on the Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) in Chandler

Crews from the Arizona Department of Transportation will be working late Friday night on the Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) in Chandler. Drivers should allow extra travel time and use caution in the work zone while the following restrictions are in place:

Westbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane between Power and Higley roads from 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 to 5 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 for work zone installation. DETOUR: Use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely in the work zone. The westbound Loop 202 right lane will remain closed in this area from Saturday, Jan. 27, through Sunday, Feb. 4, for guardrail construction.
Northbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane between Elliot Road and US 60 (Superstition Freeway) from 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 to 5 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 for pole foundation work. The eastbound US 60 ramp to northbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane (left lane closed). DETOUR: Use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely in the work zone.
