Angelina Jolie Files for Divorce From Brad Pitt. It's over for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The couple, who has been together since 2004, called it quits, according to CNN. Jolie filed for divorce Monday citing irreconcilable differences. She is seeking physical custody of their six kids, suggesting Pitt get visitation rights. Jolie did not seek spousal support. Jolie and Pitt, who got together in 2004 after starring in Mr. and Mrs. Smith, secretly married in 2014 at their Chateau Miraval in France. The actors wed in a small chapel in a private ceremony attended by family and friends. Prior to the nondenominational civil ceremony, the movie stars obtained a marriage license from a local California judge, who also conducted the wedding ceremony in France. The Jolie-Pitt kids -- Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Viviennne -- participated in their parents' wedding. Pitt, 52, proposed to Jolie, 41, in 2012 and designed an engagement ring with Robert Procop. Although they had been together for years without worrying about marriage, Pitt revealed that it was increased pressure from their children that sparked the proposal. "We're getting a lot of pressure from the kids," he told E! News months after popping the question. "We didn't realize how much it meant to them and then, in getting engaged, how much it also means to us." This is the second marriage for Pitt, who was previously married to Jennifer Aniston. It was the third marriage for Jolie, who also tied the knot with Billy Bob Thornton and Jonny Lee Miller. TMZ was the first to report the divorce. (Eonline)

Angelina Jolie Puts Her Children First in Brad Pitt Divorce, Manager Says. Angelina Jolie is a mother first and foremost. On Monday, the Maleficent actress filed for divorce from Brad Pitt after two years of marriage. The couple share six children: Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 15, Pax Jolie-Pitt, 12, Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 11, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 10, and twins Knox Jolie-Pitt and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, 8. "Angelina will always do what's in the best interest of taking care of her family," Geyer Kosinski, Jolie's longtime manager, told E! News in an exclusive statement Tuesday. "She appreciates everyone's understanding of their need for privacy at this time." The Academy Award winner's attorney, Robert Offer, confirmed Tuesday that Jolie had filed paperwork to end the marriage. Offer told Reuters the decision was made "for the health of the family," adding that Jolie "will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time." In court documents obtained by E! News, Jolie listed date of separation as Sept. 15, 2016 and cited "irreconcilable differences." The actress-turned-director is not seeking spousal support. Jolie, 41, is also requesting physical custody of the children; she is asking the judge to give Pitt, 52, visitation rights. The actors, who played a tortured couple in 2015's By the Sea, were last seen in public together in mid-July. This was the third marriage for Jolie, who was previously wed to Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton, and the second for Pitt, who was previously wed to Jennifer Aniston. The actors met on the set of the 2005 movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith and began dating after Pitt's split from Aniston. (Eonline)

Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt and the trigger was a conflict over the kids, substance abuse and anger ... TMZ has learned. Jolie filed legal docs Monday citing irreconcilable differences. She's asking for physical custody of the couple's 6 children. She is asking the judge to give Pitt visitation. It's significant ... she does not want Brad to have joint physical custody ... only joint legal custody. Sources connected with the couple tell us ... Angelina's decision to file has to do with the way Brad was parenting the children ... she was extremely upset with his methods. Our sources say, Angelina became "fed up" with Brad's consumption of weed and possibly alcohol, and mixed with what she believes is "an anger problem" ... felt it became dangerous for the children. Indeed, Angelina's entertainment attorney Robert Offer says she made the decision "for the health of the family." We're told there was no alleged "third person" ... her decision to file was solely over Brad's interaction with their children. Jolie, who's being repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, is not asking for spousal support. Jolie lists the date of separation as Sept. 15. They married in August 2014. They've been together since 2004. The last time we saw them together was in July when they took the twins, Knox and Vivienne, out for a birthday breakfast in West Hollywood. (TMZ)

Angelina Jolie did NOT file for divorce because of rumors Brad Pitt was reportedly involved with Marion Cotillard ... it's ALL about Brad and their 6 kids ... sources with intimate knowledge of the situation tell TMZ. There are reports swirling that Brad hooked up with Marion on the set of their movie, "Allied," and that's why Angelina filed for divorce. Untrue. We now have even more sources telling us ... Angelina reached her breaking point last week over Brad's consumption of weed and alcohol, and combined with what she says are Brad's anger issues ... his interactions with the kids created a deal breaking problem for her. We're told squarely ... no third person is involved. TMZ broke the story ... Angelina filed for divorce Monday and is asking for sole physical custody of their kids. She wants him to only have visitation. We're also told as far as anyone involved knows ... there's no plan for Brad to go to rehab, at least as of now. (TMZ)

Molly Sims admits she struggled with weight gain during her pregnancy, as well as thyroid issues that went undiagnosed. "No one tells you what's going to happen," Sims says to a group of celebrity moms, including Haylie Duff, Garcelle Beauvais and Soleil Moon Frye, who got together for PEOPLE's Mom Talk video series, which is now live on PEOPLE/Entertainment Weekly Network. "With my first pregnancy, I ended up gaining 85 lbs. and had a bad thyroid problem that no one diagnosed throughout the whole pregnancy until four months later," Sims, who is pregnant with her third child, adds. Sims, 43, who is already mom to Scarlett May, 17 months, and Brooks Alan, 4, says that during her pregnancy she had false hopes that the weight would just fall off after she gave birth. "Sometimes, deep down, when you're eating that Sweet Lady Jane on the 405, you think, 'It'll come off when I have the baby,' " she says. "There's also a lot of pressure to bounce back," Beauvais, 48, adds. "You know who I love is Drew Barrymore! She says, 'It took me nine months to have 'em, I don't care how long it takes me to get it off.' " (People)

Kelly McCreary keeps getting mistaken for her Grey's Anatomy co-star Jerrika Hinton, and she isn't happy about it. The TV beauty, 35, attended a pre-Emmys party on Friday, September, 16, but when she tried to look up photos of herself the next day, she couldn't find them. That's because the photo agency covering the event had got her mixed up with Hinton, 34, who is also a beautiful, black actress. McCreary took to Instagram to write a lengthy and scathing message about the case of mistaken identity. After gushing about what a great time she had at the EW party she wrote: "Saturday morning, I searched the internet for my carpet photos so I could post them here and give credit to my glam team who straight KILLT it, but I could find none. Finally, with a sinking feeling, I searched for the name of my castmate, Jerrika Hinton, who did not even attend the event. Lo and behold, there I was!! How did I know I would find them there? Well, because this isn't the first time this has happened." She continued: "Now Jerrika is a beautiful lady, inside and out, with talent for days. I would be flattered to be mistaken for her, if it didn't seem like the all-too-frequent occurrence of this "mistake" indicated the careless conflation of two black actresses with curly hair on the same tv show." McCreary then poised the question: "I wonder, does this happen when there are two blonde women in the same cast? When there are two dark-haired white dudes with blue eyes? Maybe it does. But I'll tell you what -- to constantly wonder whether I'm facing a micro-aggression I should call someone out on, or a harmless mistake I should let slide, is a real energy drain. The noise of the internal debate with myself is, as Maggie Pierce said last season, "like a low buzz." Such is life for people in marginalized groups -- including those of us with many privileges -- noisy and draining.?This morning, I discovered that Getty Images and some other outlets have corrected the error, and I am appreciative. "So I'll just take this as an opportunity to do a quick PSA -- Check your unconscious biases today. We all have them. Managing them takes discipline, vigilance, and self-awareness, and you can practice it anytime. Why not do it today??"And in the words of my castmate, I simply ask the folks who are in the business of identifying distinct and unique human beings to Do Better. That is all. Thanks." McCreary wasn't the only black star to be confused with someone else on Sunday night. The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences posted a tweet confusing Empire's Terrence Howard and The People v. O.J. Simpson star Cuba Gooding Jr. (US Weekly)

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner appeared to be in a "tense" conversation, sources said, at a neighborhood block party in Los Angeles over the weekend. The separated stars were back in town together, sources said, after Affleck had been working on superhero epic "Justice League." A spy said that the co-parents were having an intense conversation at a "carnival-themed" block party in their neighborhood, and that Garner looked particularly upset after glancing at something on her phone. Reports recently said that Affleck could be rekindling his romance with former flame Jennifer Lopez. But a source told Page Six of Affleck and Garner, who've also been rumored to be reuniting after their split last June: "They are both working really hard" at their relationship. (Page Six)

Kate Moss is putting her 28-years of industry wisdom to good use by launching her own modelling agency, but it won't just be for "pretty people", the model says... The renowned supermodel told Business of Fashion that she'll be launching the agency later this month, but it won't be solely focused on good looks. She said: "I don't really want pretty people... I want to create stars." Explaining how it would be different from normal agencies, she told the website: "I want to focus more on managing people's careers than just [running] a model agency... Kate, who isn't present on social media publicly, started up her an Instagram account specifically for the upcoming launch, making her first post on Monday. The account, @katemossagency, already has 265k followers. The launch follows Kate leaving her modelling agency of 28 years, Storm Management, in April of this year. Tommy Lee's big ass motorcycle saved a man's life. A friend and the Motley Crue drummer were hanging in Malibu over the weekend when the friend asked if he could switch motorcycles and ride Tommy's ... which was much bigger. It was a lifesaving stroke of luck, because minutes later a car rear-ended the chopper, partially crunching it, and the cycle the guy should have been riding would have been utterly destroyed. Still ... Tommy's friend was rushed to the hospital and sustained multiple vertebrae fractures. He's expected to recover. (TMZ)

Jim Carrey Releases Powerful Statement After Late Girlfriend Cathriona White's Husband Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit. Jim Carrey is not going to fight this wrongful death lawsuit quietly. A new lawsuit filed by the husband of Carrey's late girlfriend, Mark Burton, claims the comedian illegally obtained prescription drugs for Cathriona White, and instead of tackling this legal battle behind closed doors, Carrey has decided to release a statement to highlight what he calls "the evil in this world." "What a terrible shame. It would be easy for me to get in a back room with this man's lawyer and make this go away, but there are some moments in life when you have to stand up and defend your honor against the evil in this world," Carrey's statement, which was obtained by E! News, began. "I will not tolerate this heartless attempt to exploit me or the woman I loved. Cat's troubles were born long before I met her and sadly her tragic end was beyond anyone's control. I really hope that someday soon people will stop trying to profit from this and let her rest in peace." According to the suit, White, who committed suicide last September, was allegedly receiving prescription drugs from Carrey, who used the "bogus name" Arthur King to obtain the illicit drugs. Burton, who was separated from White during the time of her death, is suing for wrongful death and violation of the drug dealer liability act. Burton claims Carrey gave her the drugs "despite the fact that he knew full well that Ms. White was ill equipped to ingest and manage highly addictive prescription drugs outside the care of a licensed physician; was prone to depression; and had previously attempted to take her own life," according to court documents obtained by E! News. So what does this mean for Carrey? Legal expert Troy Slaten tells E! News that the big issue for the actor here is "one of money. Even if Jim Carrey loses this lawsuit, he does not face any jail time arising out of this civil litigation. Because the courts are so backlogged in the county of Los Angeles, it takes at least three years for a civil lawsuit to proceed to a jury trial." Slaten continues, "To prevail in this civil wrongful death lawsuit, the plaintiff must prove that Jim Carrey was the 'proximate cause' of this woman's death...In order for the police to investigate Jim Carrey on this matter, they have to believe that, one, a crime occurred and, two, Carrey likely committed the crime. "After the police fully investigate a case, they present it to the district attorney with a recommendation. It's up to the district attorney to decide whether and what kind of criminal charges are to be filed." (Eonline)

A judge has ordered Sharon Stone's alleged stalker to stay away from her and her kids for the next 5 years, and possibly longer. Phillip Barnes can't harass, intimidate or have any contact with Stone and her 3 sons. He also must stay 100 yards from Stone, her children, their home, workplace, school and vehicles, according to the judge. As we previously reported, Barnes had been sending Stone letters for years ... some from his prison psych ward, and he could potentially be released soon. The judge said there was enough evidence to impose the maximum 5 years for the restraining order, which can also be extended 5 more years at the end of 2021. Stone previously got a restraining order against Barnes in 2011. (TMZ)

Emma Watson got justice by siccing her legal team on a site that posted racy pics of her in a see-through top without a bra. Emma's lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to the website, Celeb Jihad -- which somehow acquired private photos of Emma in a sheer top. The outfit exposed her breasts and nipples. Her legal team put it in pretty simple terms -- Emma owns the pics and the copyright on them, so Celeb Jihad was breaking the law by posting them. According to the letter, the photos were taken by Emma's stylist, who then gave Emma all rights. Message received loud and clear -- shortly after the site got the letter, Emma's pics were removed. Hailey Baldwin has been plagiarizing her soulful wisdom, claims an author who is threatening the model with legal action. After Baldwin's pal Selena Gomez got into a much-publicized Instagram spat with their mutual ex Justin Bieber, Baldwin seemed to show her support for Gomez by posting a poetic Zen meditation on human error: "We've all had our fair share of things we've done, both good and bad. What makes the present so powerful is when we take complete responsibility for our actions, we allow ourselves self-growth. Misplacing the blame onto someone else isn't going to get you to the next stage in life, so try not to manipulate a situation to make yourself look better." When the remarks -- which have since been taken down -- were taken as a dig at Bieber, they were quoted in articles everywhere from Teen Vogue's Web site to Us Weekly. Now Long Island author Melissa Molomo, who actually wrote the uncredited quote, has fired off a cease and desist letter -- exclusively obtained by Page Six -- demanding that Baldwin apologize and stop lifting her work. In the letter, Molomo's attorney, Z Zoltan Stein, writes, "In copying and using Ms. Molomo's work without permission, you have taken credit and caused confusion as to whom the original author of this work is," adding that the IMG model -- who is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin -- could be liable for damages up to $150,000. The letter also demands that Baldwin "make a social media post apologizing for stealing Ms. Molomo's content and fraudulently passing it off as your own." The text is from Molomo's book, "Say What's Real," but was excerpted on Molomo's social-media accounts and signed #MelissaMolomo and @MissSayWhatsReal. But Baldwin -- who is currently walking the runways at London fashion week -- seems to have removed the mention of the book or its author before posting the missive to her own 7.5 million Instagram followers. Reps for Baldwin didn't get back to us. (Page Six)

The Game and Meek Mill are going to war over snitching that never happened, as far as cops are concerned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... detectives investigating Sean Kingston's chain robbery never heard a peep about Game or Meek after the $300k heist went down in an L.A. club. Game insists cops knocked on his door and spoke to him about the robbery, but our sources are certain no such visit ever happened. We're told the case stalled, and was ultimately closed when Sean refused to return cops' calls. As for how Game got dragged into this -- our Kingston sources tell us Sean's mom assumed Game was behind the heist simply because he was in the VIP section along with Sean. She called out Game on social media the day after the alleged incident -- "All witness[es] saw your people sucker punch a n**** and robbed him." As we've reported, Game is convinced Meek lied to Sean's people, telling them Game was behind the chain job. (TMZ)

Proving that Jim Carrey is responsible for his late girlfriend's death is not going to be easy for her estranged husband-but that doesn't mean he'll come out his wrongful death suit lawsuit empty handed. Mark Burton, who was legally married to Carrey's late girlfriend Cathriona White at the time of her death, filed a complaint against the actor on Monday. In a statement to PEOPLE, Burton's lawyer Michael Avenatti said he and Burton are asking for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office to launch an investigation into White's death. "We look forward to the facts and evidence relating to Mr. Carrey's conduct and role in the death of Ms. White coming to light," Avenatti said. Carrey, 54, has responded in a statement obtained by PEOPLE saying: "What a terrible shame. It would be easy for me to get in a back room with this man's lawyer and make this go away, but there are some moments in life when you have to stand up and defend your honor against the evil in this world." In the complaint, obtained by PEOPLE, Burton claims the actor provided White with illegally obtained drugs that she used to commit suicide last year. The complaint alleges that Carrey gave White the pills "despite the fact that he knew full well that Ms. White was ill equipped to ingest and manage highly addictive prescription drugs outside the care of a licensed physician, was prone to depression and had previously attempted to take her own life." In order to prove Carrey is responsible, attorney Irwin Feinberg, an expert on wrongful death lawsuits, tells PEOPLE, "Burton must show not only that Carrey supplied her with these pharmaceutical drugs, but also that he knew-or should have known-that she would do herself harm with them." Proving this, Feinberg says, "is particularly difficult because we're talking about an adult woman, who volitionally and outside of Carrey's presence, took these drugs and harmed herself." One piece of evidence that could prove important to both sides of the case are text messages Carrey sent White around the time of her death. White's toxicology report states that when police checked her phone, they found texts from Carrey asking if she "knew where his painkillers went from under his sink." He also mentioned that a bottle of prescription anti-inflammatories was missing. In his complaint, Burton claims Carrey sent these "bogus" texts to "cover-up his conduct and complicity in her death." "The text messages are very important," Feinberg says. "It seems to me that by claiming these texts are bogus, Burton's team is trying to inoculate themselves from the defense that Carrey would likely assert, which is that he did not know she took the pills and that he never gave them to her in the first place." But the texts could work against Carrey as well. Feinberg explains, "If it turns out Burton can show Carrey did send these texts after giving her the pills, then that fact-if it can be proved – will go a long way to showing a realization on his part that he had no business giving her the pills. In lay parlance, it could point to a guilty conscience." Ultimately, the legal expert believes that while "the existence of the texts are important, the question is who benefits from them; and that's going to depend upon more information being derived as to the surrounding details of the text messages themselves." While proving Burton's allegations won't be easy, Feinberg says, "It may be that the difficulty of proving this case is offset by the amount of money that Carrey has and the celebrity value and embarrassment that results from this kind of lawsuit." In other words, the discovery process, which would include Carrey's deposition being taken, is "the very type of intrusion that celebrities many times will pay quickly to settle out of incurring." Filing a complaint, therefore, "positions Burton to try and extract a significant amount from the celebrity, who otherwise could be dragged through this lengthy, intrusive, embarrassing and expensive exercise." Carrey's team, Feinberg says, is likely to point this out one way or another. "Whether it is done frontally or in a more indirect fashion, I think that Carrey's team is going to try to show that this is simply a form of otherwise legal extortion-that this is a shakedown." At the time of White's death, sources told PEOPLE she was separated from Burton and was planning "to start divorce proceedings." News of that she was married came as a surprise to many, and sources in her hometown of Cappawhite, Ireland, told PEOPLE that few people, including some relatives, were even aware she had a husband. Burton, on the other hand, "will try to show is that this is the abuse of a very fragile woman by someone who had a lot of power and influence over her. He's going to argue that she would not have committed suicide if not for Carrey's power or influence over her, which is going to be a really tough showing to make." In terms of what Burton could expect from of a settlement, or what he could expect to be awarded in court, Feinberg says there's no way to guess. "It runs the gambit," he explains. "In terms of a settlement, it depends on what's likely to be awarded in court, which would be a function of what White's earning capacity was and the nature of her relationship to Burton. If punitive damages are sought, that would be a function of Carrey's net worth." Outside of what the court might award, a settlement would also factor in "how much it is worth to Carrey to put this to bed." As for Burton's lawyer's request that the LAPD reopen their investigation into White's suicide, Feinberg says that any criminal investigation would have an even higher standard of proof than a civil wrongful death suit. "But if the criminal investigation goes to his acquisition of the pills under a fake name, then that would certainly assist the plaintiff in building his case and putting pressure on Carrey." Meanwhile, with the one-year anniversary of White's death approaching, a source told PEOPLE that Carrey is slowly moving on with his life. "He's doing good now but he's still very much affected by her death," the source said of the star, adding that White's suicide "was extremely difficult for Jim." "There was a lot of sadness and many 'what if' questions," the source said. "It hit him very hard. He went through a long grieving period." After her death, Carrey issued an emotional note saying he's "deeply saddened by the passing of my sweet Cathriona." He added, "She was a truly kind and delicate Irish flower, too sensitive for this soil, to whom loving and being loved was all that sparkled." (People)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Eiza Gonzalez Shares the Not-So-Glamorous Side of Acting. All in a day's work, right? Eiza Gonzalez shared what she had to do Monday, and it doesn't really seem like much fun. "At @gnicotero headquarters getting a face cast made for a new project, the movie magic is impressive. Remember, always keep a good head on your shoulders lol," the actress wrote along with a photo of herself covered in plaster. Imagine having to stay still for all that to dry? Please, count us out. The actress made headlines in August, but it was her personal life that got everyone talking. Calvin Harris and the Mexican beauty sparked romance rumors after being spotted out and about together, and their PDA only fueled that fire. A source tells E! News that the duo wasn't hiding their feelings for each other on that night after arriving together to a house party. "Calvin and Eiza were together the entire time. They were socializing with everyone at the party. They were holding hands and were very touchy-feely." The insider added, "Calvin and Eiza were canoodling all night. It was obvious they were totally into each other." However, despite their outward affection towards each other, E! News learned that this isn't a new couple alert -- Calvin is just having fun and enjoying the single life following his public breakup with Taylor Swift. (Eonline)

Here's What Padma Lakshmi's Date Snuck Into the 2016 Emmy Awards. When it comes to the red carpet, you'd be surprised at what you might learn about Hollywood's biggest stars if you just ask. Take the 2016 Emmy Awards, for example, where E! caught up with two of television's most acclaimed judges, Top Chef's Padma Lakshmi and supermodel-turned-America's Got Talent judge Heidi Klum. The former revealed to E!'s Jason Kennedy that her date for the evening was hiding a serious snack stash in his suit to cope with the show's lack of food. "If you kind of frisk my date, which I don't suggest, he has all these snacks strategically placed," she revealed on camera. So, in addition to Jimmy Kimmel's surprise PB&J sandwiches, what did the television foodie nibble on inside the Microsoft Theater? Energy bars, almonds and cashews. As Kennedy quipped, "The essentials!" As for Klum, America has come to know the multi hyphenate star for a handful of roles and projects, but when it comes to filling out those cumbersome questionnaires at a doctor's office, what exactly does she list as her occupation? "I write model," she told E!'s Giuliana Rancic. "If I explain all the different things that I do, it's too difficult." It seems even more difficult to actually do everything the German beauty does daily. However, much like every person with multiple roles, Klum sometimes drops the ball. "It's very hard to balance. I kind of feel like I'm like a juggler and a lot of times, I drop a ball," she admitted. "I try to not drop them all at the same time, but it's impossible. You can't be good at everything all the time, so you just have to do you best and not beat yourself up when sometimes things don't work the way you wanted them to work." Still, the 43-year-old had a tip to share with everyone watching. "I definitely go to bed early [and] get up early, so I get stuff done before I wake up my family," she explained. "It's long hours half of the time. It's tricky, but I love it all... I don't know it any other way. I'm always a little busy. It's good." (Eonline)

Watching two men storm the stage in protest after his performance on last week's Dancing with the Stars left Ryan Lochte in a dark place. "Last week I wanted to quit the show," Lochte revealed to PEOPLE backstage after Monday night's episode of DWTS. "I was like, 'The Dancing with the Stars show doesn't deserve this.' I was really down on myself. But DWTS came together as a family and they really supported me and gave me that positive influence that kept me going back to rehearsal and staying on the show. I really owe it all to them." Lochte was well aware of his critics following his Rio robbery scandal in August, but experiencing the tension in person was a new experience for the Olympian. "That was really shocking for me," he told reporters. "But they aren't going to keep me down. No one will. The only one who is going to keep me down is myself." And so Lochte stepped out on the DWTS ballroom floor Monday night with a smile and performed a quickstep to the theme from The Muppet Show. "If I stay positive and I keep moving forward, hopefully they'll keep seeing that and seeing how I want to become better and I want to change and how they aren't going to break me down. They won't," he said. "I'm just going to stay positive and keep going." In addition to relying on his pro dancer partner, Cheryl Burke, Lochte says he's been grateful for the support he's received from his mother and girlfriend. "Especially my girlfriend, because I'm living with her now," Lochte said of Playmate Kayla Reid. "She's definitely just been so supportive. And my mom is calling me non-stop. I'm like, 'Mom, stop calling me! I'm okay. I'm okay.' She's like, 'I'm just making sure you're okay!'" "The love that they're showing has definitely really helped," he continued. "I'm not the one to quit so I'm not going to quit. I'm going to keep my head up and keep going." The first DWTS elimination of season 23 will take place Tuesday night on ABC. (People)

Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski still refuse to confirm they're a couple. While historical musical "Hamilton" has reigned on Broadway, a different show's just made history at the box office -- the upcoming "Hello, Dolly!" starring Bette Midler. The revival rang up $9 million worth of tickets on its first day of sales, breaking a record. The show begins previews on March 15 for an April 20 opening night. Page Six previously reported that Midler could be Broadway's highest-paid actor when the show begins, getting $150,000 per week -- even more when the show rakes in $1 million per week at the box office -- plus a percentage of the box office and merchandising. Julia Roberts reportedly commanded $150,000 per week while starring in "Three Days of Rain" back in 2006. (Page Six)

With the Cleveland Browns in serious quarterback trouble, Johnny Manziel says one thing's for sure -- they're definitely not calling him. A sober Manziel was leaving Mr Chow in Bev Hills Monday night when he kept it 100 about his chances of going back to the Browns ... "I doubt that'll happen." Still, Johnny says with a smile ... "I wish them the best." JM doesn't seem too concerned -- telling TMZ Sports he's focused on going back to school anyway. By the way, Manziel's wearing an L.A. Rams hat -- they could use some QB help! They headed to a Rolling Stones exhibition and grabbed dinner at the Ivy Kensington Brassiere before entering celebrity hot spot Chiltern Firehouse. That same day, PEOPLE confirmed that Heard donated her full $7 million divorce settlement from Depp to charity. (US Weekly)

Adele Brings 4-Year-Old New Jersey Girl on Stage at Madison Square Garden. Well, that's certainly a night the whole family is going to remember. For the first New York City show and 80th concert of Adele's current world tour, the Grammy winner welcomed a young fan up onto Madison Square Garden's iconic stage. Wearing noise-canceling headphones, New Jersey girl Quinn introduced herself to the British songstress. "Hi Quinn, how old are you," she asked, though the youngster shyly only held up four fingers. "I have a little boy that's about to turn four," Adele replied, referencing her only son, Angelo James Konecki. While Quinn was face to face with one of the biggest stars in music, the headphones got in the way of being able to hear her, particularly when Adele complimented her on her concert t-shirt. The boundary made for a hilarious interaction, which was captured by Entertainment Weekly. The girl looked more at ease once Adele called her mom up to the stage to join Quinn and her aunt, who was standing by. "Mommy, quick, come down!" Adele requested. "Mama, come down!" Holding nothing back, Quinn's mom hopped up on stage and greeted the musician with a huge hug. "My father just turned 65 today," she told Adele, who proceeded to warmly wish him a Happy Birthday. Still, what would the memorable meeting be without a photo op? The four ladies grouped together and smile for a nearby photographer. "I'll put that on my Instagram tomorrow," Adele promised. Just like that, we all wish we were Quinn. In between making new friends, Adele used her time on stage to offer some equally interesting observations about her trip to New York City, scoring a ticket to Hamilton and remembering how SNL put her on the map. Before singing "Chasing Pavements," the singer revealed she often gets emotional when performing it in the United States and remembered how one performance of the track changed her life. "For a very long time it wouldn't connect on a level some people thought it would. Then I got Saturday Night Live," she told the crowd of her 2008 performance, as reported by Entertainment Weekly. "I flew home and the next day I had a career in America!" She also added this very personal tidbit. "I got diarrhea! (Eonline)

And then there was one -- AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams is quitting the band ... leaving Angus Young in his knickers as the last man standing. 66-year-old Williams, who's been playing bass since 1977, announced he's tapping out from recording and touring with AC/DC once they wrap up their current world tour ... so he can chill and have some family time. The band's fallen apart in recent years -- guitarist Malcolm Young quit when he got dementia, drummer Phil Rudd ditched after a drug conviction, and lead singer Brian Johnson lost his hearing. Axl Rose has been filling in for Brian during the tour ... which is now looking like the last rodeo for the legendary rockers. (TMZ)

Danny Brown Drops Kendrick Lamar, Earl Sweatshirt & Ab Soul Collab 'Really Doe'. Ahead of Danny Brown's fourth album Atrocity Exhibition that drops next week, the Detroit emcee has dropped a massive collaboration with Kendrick Lamar, Earl Sweatshirt and Ab-Soul called "Really Doe." The track revolves around an eerie melody played on what sounds like a child's xylophone, while Brown and his posse attack the beat, taking turns on the verses while Lamar lays down the hook: "They say I got the city on fire/ I ain't boomin', that's a goodamn lie/ Woah, really doe like really doe/ Really doe like really doe." Brown recently told NPR (via MTV) how the track came together: "Me and Kendrick always talked about doing stuff, and I had the idea to get K Dot and Earl together... but first I got me and Ab Soul. And then one day when I was mixing the album with Ali, K Dot snuck in and just laced it. I had to be patient and wait on Earl, but it was all worth it you know because hip-hop needs that posse cut. We just wanna make the best possible song 'cause we know the hype on paper. I know it's gonna satisfy, my feet is up." Atrocity Exhibition is out Sept. 30. (Billboard)

Jason Aldean Scores Fifth No. 1 Album; Dierks Bentley & Elle King Crown Country Airplay. Jason Aldean's seventh full-length album, They Don't Know, marks his third straight to bow atop both the all-genre Billboard 200 and Top Country Albums charts. On the Oct. 1-dated lists, the set launches with 138,000 equivalent album units on the former and 131,000 in pure sales on the latter in the week ending Sept. 15, -according to Nielsen Music. Aldean's previous album, Old Boots, New Dirt, arrived atop the Oct. 25, 2014, charts with 278,000 copies sold, while 2012's Night Train began with 409,000. (The Billboard 200 was based solely on pure sales at the time of both debuts.) On Top Country Albums, They Don't Know is Aldean's fifth total No. 1. Prior to his streak of three chart-topping starts, 2010's My Kinda Party opened at No. 2 (with 193,000 sold) and rose to No. 1 in its 14th week (Feb. 19, 2011). Relentless arrived at No. 1 on June 16, 2007 (98,000). Notably, They Don't Know is the first country album to top the Billboard 200 since late 2015, when Chris Stapleton's Traveller re-entered the Nov. 21 chart at No. 1 and followed with a second consecutive week in charge. Aldean's new 15-song set is the first country album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 since Luke Bryan's Kill the Lights (Aug. 29, 2015). Michael Knox produced They Don't Know, and its lead single, "Lights Come On," topped Country Airplay and hit No. 3 on Hot Country Songs. Follow-up "A Little More Summertime" flies 22-10 on Hot Country Songs, where it's Aldean's 25th top 10. It lifts 15-12 on Country Airplay, up by 14 percent to 25.7 million in audience. On Country Streaming Songs, it bows at No. 21, surging by 133 percent to 1.7 million U.S. streams, following the Sept. 9 premiere of its official video. Kelsea Ballerini, whose "Peter Pan" leads Hot Country Songs for a second frame, joins Aldean on his new album, as she's featured on the track "First Time Again." The collab debuts at No. 20 on Country Digital Songs (9,000 sold). CHART KING: Dierks Bentley's "Different for Girls," featuring Elle King, ascends 2-1 on Country Airplay, where it's Bentley's 15th leader (46.8 million, up 13 percent). King, likely best known for her breakout blues-pop hit "Ex's & Oh's," which reached No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 dated Nov. 28, 2015, reigns in her first appearance on Hot Country Songs. Says Bentley of releasing his new leader as the follow-up to his prior Country Airplay No. 1, "Somewhere on a Beach," from his album Black, "My whole team lost a lot of sleep over the decision to make 'Different for Girls' our second single. They all know how important this album is to me, and you only get to release so many singles to radio. We really went back and forth and, ultimately, took a risk choosing it. I can't tell you how shocked I've been to hear the response from the crowd grow every night and see the song shoot up the charts. "Most importantly, I've made a new best friend through this with Elle King. Being able to introduce her to country fans and the Nashville community has been an extra-sweet highlight on the journey of this song." THE PLACE THEY BELONG: Meanwhile, Dierks Bentley and Jason Aldean are two of the 30 stars that can be heard on "Forever Country," the Country Music Association's new song and video in honor of the 50th Annual CMA Awards, which will take place Nov. 2 in Nashville. Three country classics from three CMA entertainer of the year winners -- John Denver's "Take Me Home, Country Roads," Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You" and Willie Nelson's "On the Road Again" -- weave through the medley, which was produced by Shane McAnally. "Forever Country," released on MCA Nashville and distributed by Universal Music Group Nashville, arrived for country radio airplay on Sept. 16 at 8:30 a.m. ET. The single, billed as by Artists of Then, Now & Forever, debuts on the Country Airplay chart at No. 39, with 3.7 million in audience from its premiere through Sept. 18. (Billboard)

Passengers Trailer: Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt Find Love -- and Danger! -- in Outer Space. Passengers looks, well, out of this world. Sony Pictures Entertainment premiered the trailer for Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt's space epic Tuesday. According to the film studio's official synopsis, Lawrence, 26, and Pratt, 37, star as "two passengers onboard a spaceship transporting them to a new life on another planet." Unfortunately, their voyage "takes a deadly turn when their hibernation pods mysteriously wake them 90 years before they reach their destination." Aurora (Lawrence) and Jim (Pratt) are just two of 5,000 people traveling aboard the luxury vessel bound for a colony 120 years away. According to the movie studio, "As Jim and Aurora try to unravel the mystery behind the malfunction, they begin to fall for each other, unable to deny their intense attraction...only to be threatened by the imminent collapse of the ship and the discovery of the truth behind why they woke up." "This can't be happening," Aurora says. "We have to go back to sleep." The action-packed trailer ends with a startling revelation from Jim. "There's something I have to tell you," he says with dread in his voice. "There is a reason we woke up early." Gasp! The blockbuster had been in development for several years before Lawrence and Pratt were cast and director Morten Tyldum was hired. Previous actors attached to star in the film include Emily Blunt, Rachel McAdams, Keanu Reeves and Reese Witherspoon. "It was a popular script. It's one of those stories that really grabs you and you fall in love with it. It's very smart and funny and clever and such a page-turner I couldn't put it down. Every 10 pages, something new happens!" Tyldum told Entertainment Weekly for the magazine's Fall Movie Preview issue. "At the same time it's a very intimate movie while taking place on this epic scale." "For me," he said, "it's a story about what's important to live a full life. What are the things we need as humans? It's not afraid to entertain but at the same time it asks big questions about what does it mean to really feel happy. Every generation has its love story. I feel like this is it. I had to do it." Passengers is in theaters Dec. 21. (Eonline)

Kevin Hart Shares First Look of Jumanji Cast in Character. "You think that mosquitos, monkeys, and lions are bad? That is just the beginning." Not too long ago Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson shared concept art of his Jumanji character in costume, giving fans a tease of what's to come from the forthcoming movie. But now Kevin Hart is giving viewers the first photo of the cast in character. Filming kicked off Monday in Hawaii, and by the looks of it Johnson, Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan already seem to be encountering some suspicious creatures, at least based on the faces they're making. "Day 1 of shooting Jumanji is officially in the can. We had a amazing first day. The chemistry & energy of our cast & crew was beyond amazing!!!! This movie is going to be dope as hell....Can't wait to get back to work tomorrow @therock @karengillanofficial & jack black!!! #Jumanji," he captioned the picture on Instagram. As expected from the concept art, The Rock looks ready to take on the jungle in his cargo pants and button down, while Hart looks like he over packed for their trip LOL. Gillan looks fierce in her red top and shorts and tall leather boots, ready to wield any weapon necessary to protect her friends. Hart looks like he over packed for the occasion, while Black looks ready to work with his glasses and bowtie. Solely based on appearances, we can only imagine how differently each character is going to face whatever comes their way. Also joining the cast, though not pictured, is Nick Jonas. As The Rock has made clear before, this movie will not be a remake of Robin Williams' classic. Instead, it will be a continuation of his work. "As a producer on this movie and someone who loves the original, you have my word we'll honor the legend of' 'Alan Parrish' and properly introduce a whole new generation to the fun and crazy Jumanji universe that so many of us loved and grew up on," he said. Chris Pratt had a little too much fun fishing when he wasn't filming "Magnificent Seven" in Baton Rouge. "This set that they built was on a huge chunk of private land and there were a couple ponds on there stocked with bass," Pratt, 37, explained Monday during a Town Hall taping for SiriusXM's Entertainment Weekly Radio. "So I was loving it when the rain would come and they had to shut down production. Everyone was like, 'God damn it,' and I was like, 'I'm going fishing!' I must have fished 100 to 200 hours." The actor added while he usually released the fish he caught, if they swallowed a hook, he would bring his catch to catering to cook for him. "I would just smoke a cigar, be in my wardrobe and they're like, 'Chris, you can change,' and I was like, 'I'm fine!'" His fun came to an end, though, when he posted an Instagram of one of the fish he caught. "A little bass fishing in my downtime on set of #TheMagnificentSeven. I LOVE LOUISIANA!!," he captioned the photo. His co-star Ethan Hawke revealed, "The owner of the place saw it and was like, 'Is he fishing in my pond!?' All of a sudden we got the red alert, we had to stop fishing." Pratt explained, with a laugh, "She was pretty furious and she should be, they were really nice fish and I caught all of them." The Town Hall special will air Friday at 2 p.m. (Page Six)

San Sebastian: HBO Takes U.S. Rights, Sony Buys Latin America for LGBT Drama 'Rara'. Chilean director Pepa San Martin also reveals her next project, an episode of a TV series about Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca. In a first big sale at Spain's San Sebastian film festival, HBO and Sony have picked up U.S. and Latin American rights, respectively, to Chilean drama Rara, Pepa San Martin's feature debut and winner of this year's LGBT Sebastiane-Latino Award at the festival. Sony took theatrical rights for Mexico, Colombia and Brazil and television rights for all of Latin America, according to Rara producer Macarena Lopez at Santiago-based Manufactura de Peliculas. Lopez also said that HBO has taken the U.S. rights to the film sold by Madrid-based Latido Films, which would not comment on the deals. Based on a true story in Chile, LGBT drama Rara focuses on a family that includes a couple, their two daughters and the mother's partner, a woman. Through the eyes of the adolescent eldest daughter, the film shows the father's battle to win custody based on the fact that the mother is a lesbian. Screening in San Sebastian's Latin Horizons sidebar, Rara has been dubbed the "real jewel" of the festival by Spanish cinema. "What is truly strange is that this gem wasn't placed in the Official competition or that it would leave San Sebastian without any more awards," wrote Carlos Loureda for Fotogramas. San Martin, whose La Ducha won top short film prizes at the New York International Latino Festival and Berlin, wrote the drama with Alicia Scherson and reaped accolades at last year's Films in Progress section, where it screened unfinished and generated huge buzz with buyers. San Martin, who is scheduled to pick up the Sebastiane-Latino award Tuesday in San Sebastian, is on a roll and announced her next project, one of the eight 45-minute episodes of a TV series from Roberto Caston, Lorcas, about historic Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca. "This would actually usher in a new concept in television, art house TV. Each episode is a different Latin director with a different voice and vision," Lopez, who will produce San Martin's episode, explained. "Lorca is an important figure in all of Latin America." The project sports a list of Latin America's hottest directors: Golden Shell winner Mariana Rondon, Locarno's recent best director winner Joao Pedro Rodrigues, The L-Word's Rose Troche, and Caston, who has already finished what will be the series' second episode. The series presents a kaleidoscope of eight different visions about the poet from Granada who was murdered 80 years ago during Spain's Civil War and who still stands as a literary, artistic, political and cultural symbol. In addition to Manufactura, Caston's Bitart New Media and Ilusion Optica (both from Spain), Fantasma Filmes (Portugal), Misti Prod. (Brazil) and Sudaca Films (Venezuela-Peru) will produce the series. Clive Owen to Reprise Role as "The Driver" in BMW Films' 'The Escape'. Directed by Neill Blomkamp ('District 9,' 'Elysium'), the 11-minute short will co-star Dakota Fanning, Jon Bernthal and Vera Farmiga. After 15 years off the road, BMW Films is bringing back its series of short films with Clive Owen reprising his role as "The Driver." The new short, titled The Escape, is being directed by Neill Blomkamp (District 9, Elysium) and co-stars Dakota Fanning, Jon Bernthal and Vera Farmiga. Presented as an homage to the original series -- which featured Owen and such A-list directors as Alejandro G. Inarritu, Ang Lee and the late John Frankenheimer -- The Escape will premiere on Oct. 23 at 6:00 p.m. EST on BMWFilms.com. Blomkamp got a call from his agent at WME saying that BMW was looking for a director to relaunch the series with Owen. "I was like, 'Man, count me in,'" Blomkamp told The Hollywood Reporter. "When I was in film school, these films were really groundbreaking. They seemed like the perfect halfway point between commercials and features. I actually emailed the production company as a 20 year old and was like, 'I'd really like to make one of these,' They wrote back, 'Never contact us again.' And here I am [laughs]." The critically acclaimed original series, dubbed The Hire, included eight short films that were released over two seasons from 2001-02. Each film featured then-rising star Owen as the mysterious driver hired to complete various missions. Directors also included Joe Carnahan, Wong Kar-wai, Guy Ritchie, John Woo and the late Tony Scott. The series, which was released without the benefit of high-speed Internet or YouTube, received more than 100 million views online. BMW not only brought back Owen for The Escape but also creative director Bruce Bildsten, executive producer Brian DiLorenzo and David Carter, who in addition to serving as a creative consultant, co-wrote the film alongside Blomkamp. The trio then brought together a group of producers and designers to bring the film to life. In addition to Owen, original talent included Gary Oldman, Forest Whitaker, Mickey Rourke, Don Cheadle and Madonna. Season 1 of The Hire was executive produced by David Fincher, while Season 2 was executive produced by Tony and Ridley Scott. Blomkamp shot the The Escape this past summer and just wrapped visual effects this week. He used drones and disposable cameras to film the signature car maneuverings. Though he wouldn't disclose the budget on the 11-minute film, he said it was substantial. "On a cost-per-minute basis, it was pretty close to major feature film territory," Blomkamp added. Meet Outlander Season 3's 2 New Characters and Find Out Who's Playing Them. We've got a light drizzle during the Droughtlander for you, y'all! While season three of Outlander is still all the way in 2017 (Boo!), we do have some good news for fans of the Starz's hit: two characters for the upcoming third season, which is based on Voyager, the third book of Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series, have just been cast. John Bell is set to take on the role of Young Ian Murray, while Wil Johnson will play Joe Abernathy, Starz announced on Tuesday. And while they are joining the series together, they likely won't be sharing any screen time as they are appearing in different centuries. Bell's Young Ian is set to join Jamie's (Sam Heughan) world in the 18th century, and Johnson's Joe Abernathy will meet Claire (Caitriona Balfe) in Boston in the 20th century, acting as her new friend and medical colleague. Described as a tall, gangly Scottish lad with a heart of gold, a stubborn streak and a penchant for getting in trouble, Young Ian Murray is more like his adventurous and fierce uncle Jamie than his farmer father, Ian. While fans will meet him as a very gawky boy, we'll see him grow into quite a formidable man as the series evolves. As for Joe Abernathy, he's a fellow doctor-in-training whom Claire befriends in medical school, and is described as intelligent and charismatic. Fans can expect to see Joe become a loyal confidant for Claire, as they both feel out of place in the mostly all-white, all-male medical field, a struggle that will bond them together in a life-long friendship. Bell and Johnson are the latest new additions for season three, as Australian actor David Berry was recently cast in the pivotal role of Lord John Grey. Season three will pick up right after Claire traveled through the stones to return to her life in 1948, where she will struggle with the fallout of her reappearance its effects on her marriage to her first husband, Frank. Oh, and of course, she's also pregnant, with Jamie suffering the aftermath of the battle of Culloden in the 18th century. Will they be able to make a life apart from one another or will they find a way to reunite? Season three of Outlander will premiere in 2017 and a fourth season has already been ordered. (Eonline)

Dancing With the Stars Beefed Up Security...But Did They Really Need to With Game of Thrones-Style Maksim Chmerkovskiy? After last week's Dancing With the Stars season 23 premiere was interrupted by anti-Ryan Lochte protesters, the ABC series beefed up security. But the stars weren't worried. "We had good security already. I mean yeah, they beefed it up, they brought some more people in," Calvin Johnson Jr. told E! News' Sibley Scoles after the second week of performances. "We felt secure." IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe revealed the stars and higher ups actually had a meeting before the show started and he was assured everybody just wants safety to be a top priority. "The environment is awesome," he gushed. The protester ambush didn't faze Amber Rose. "I ain't scared of nobody," she said while dressed as Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones with her pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. "Because we got this guy," Chmerkovskiy said, dressed as Khal Drogo. "Who's going to run up on that guy?" Former Texas governor Rick Perry described the events of last week "tragic." "This isn't a political show, this is about dancing, having fun," he said. As for Lochte, he said he wasn't nervous about security at all. "I was just nervous about dancing and not missing my steps... and I still didn't do it," he said. Find out who goes home on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. on ABC. (Eonline)

The Good Place's Kristen Bell and Ted Danson Reveal Their Forkin' Favorite Alternative Curse Words. We forking love The Good Place. No, that wasn't a typo, it's just how NBC's new sitcom The Good Place, which stars Kristen Bell and Ted Danson, rolls. As viewers learned in Monday night's premiere following The Voice (it moves to its regular timeslot, Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 22) there's no swearing in the Good Place, which is where Bell's sort-of-bad-person Eleanor accidentally ends up after she dies. So f--k? It's now fork. And you can thanks Michael (Danson) for that, as he's the architect of the Good Place. The fake-out curse words was one of our favorite things about the pilot (which ranked in our top five new shows of the season!), with Bell recently telling E! News, "There are filters because everything in the Good Place is good and joyful and perfect, and some people are offended, and swears make them uncomfortable. So there's a filter in the neighborhood that you actually cannot curse." And Bell and Danson offered up their favorite censored curse words that have been used on the show so far. "Well, 'fork' is excellent, 'bullshirt' is excellent as well," Bell answered, while Danson said he was particularly fond of "son of a bench." Bell added, "They're all good...dare I say just as good as the originals?!" We forking agree. The Good Place airs Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. on NBC. (Eonline)

The Big Bang Theory Stages a Sweet 8 Simple Rules Reunion in Season 10's Premiere. Thinking about your parents doing it: the most awkward thing in the world, or THE MOST AWKWARD THING IN THE WORLD OH GOD MAKE IT STOP? That's what Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) were faced with in the season 10 premiere of The Big Bang Theory, following that -- let's call it EVENTFUL -- season finale that saw Leonard's dad, Alfred (Judd Hirsch) and Sheldon's mom, Mary (Laurie Metcalf) bang. Maybe. Possibly. We found out, thankfully for possible stepbrothers Leonard and Sheldon that nothing actually happened. Sheldon's good Christian mother would never go to bed with someone she just met. But there's a catch: Alfred and Mary plan on seeing each other again, so one of them could potentially still utter the phrase "your genitals are a joy to behold." Aside from that ickiness, we saw Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard stage a second wedding so their families could share in their special day. Obviously that backfired, considering the potential parental hookup. We also met Penny's full family for the first time, including her mom, Susan (Katey Sagal) and drug-dealing brother, Randall (Jack McBrayer). Randall was a lot like Kenneth the Page, just a drug dealer. And let's all pause here to respect the 8 Simple Rules reunion that happened this fine evening. Susan and Penny seemed stressed that everyone would think they were trashy, but it was Leonard's family drama that actually stole the show. (Leonard's mom, Beverly, was not too happy about her ex's potential fling with Mary. And Sheldon was none too pleased about the idea, either -- though he and Leonard eventually made up.) Oh, and Wolowitz might be in trouble, since the government is on the hunt to speak with him about the quantum vortex apparatus. What did you think of the Big Bang Theory season 10 premiere? Was the actual Penny-Leonard wedding ceremony a bit abrupt for you? (Eonline)

"It feels like we've been here for a long time already," Valderrama told E! News at the CBS TCA party last month. "I love these people. They're so incredible, they're so empowering and crazy-talented. So it's been fun to go out there and swing with the big boys!" NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CBS. (Eonline)

Sara and Becky! Miley Cyrus joined Jimmy Fallon for a hilarious new segment of "Ew!" on The Tonight Show on Monday, September 19. The new Voice mentor, 23, threw back to her Hannah Montana days in a long brunette wing. She wore a jean dress with heart-shaped prints, knee-length socks and colorful plastic jewelry. The BFFs had a dance party, sipped on pumpkin spice lattes and caught up with one another. "I didn't see you, like, all summer," Fallon's blonde-haired Sara said. "I know!" Becky said. "First, I was at theater camp. Then I had to go on a family vacation to the Grand Canyon. Ew! It was so lame. It's just a big dumb hole in the ground and it doesn't even have Wi-Fi. I'm actually glad to get back to school." The gal pals' basement reunion didn't last long. Becky's nosy dad interrupted and tried to fit in. "Ew!" Sara screamed. "Shut up! Get lost!" Cyrus Ew! "on during the NBC late-night show. Other stars who've rubbed shoulders with Sara include Channing Tatum, Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Ariana Grande, Lindsay Lohan, Taylor Swift and Emma Stone. Jenna Dewan-Tatum Is Guest-Starring on The CW's No Tomorrow in a Very Unexpected Role. There are still several weeks to go before you'll be able to see the first episode of The CW's adorable new rom-com No Tomorrow, but we've got another reason for you to want the show in your eyeballs immediately: E! News has learned exclusively that Jenna Dewan Tatum is guest-starring in an upcoming episode in a very unexpected role. No Tomorrow follows the blossoming relationship between Evie (Tori Anderson), a buttoned-up quality control assessor, and Xavier (Joshua Sasse), a charming (and hot) hipster who encourages her to seize the day -- because he believes the world is ending in a little more than eight months. Sure, sounds like a red flag -- but have you seen his face? Because we totally get it. Dewan-Tatum will play Tuesday, a bohemian free spirit whose polyamorous lifestyle leads Xavier and Evie to examine the boundaries of their own relationship. Something tells us that Tuesday and Xavier might share a past -- and that it might get complicated with Evie in the picture. If the fact that Xavier sounds like he could be crazy and not just quirky worries you, don't fret -- the producers understand that fear and plan to address it directly. "One of the central questions of the show that Evie has to grapple with is 'Is this guy crazy? Is he right? Is he both crazy and right?' And we're going to have a lot of fun sort of teasing the audience and keeping them guessing as to his level of sanity," producer Maggie Friedman assured reporters on the show's 2016 TCA panel. Shannon's Mother-in-Law Arrives to Stir Up Affair Drama on The Real Housewives of Orange County. How do you follow up the scary ATV accident? With Grandma Donna. Shannon Beador's mother-in-law, Donna, came to The Real Housewives of Orange County and you bit she had her stirring spoon for that drama pot. Donna showed up at the Beador girls' rock concert -- the three girls play together as LOCK: Ladies of Rock -- and introduced herself to anybody wearing a mic pack. That included Kelly Dodd and Tamra Judge. But she wasn't just there to make nice. "Shannon hates my guts," she told Kelly. But Shannon had already laid the groundwork by saying Donna is not a fan of her marriage. Donna took things a step further when she told Tamra that Shannon drove David to his affair. Naturally, Shannon was not pleased with this declaration and she broke down in tears. "That's my issue," David Beador told the ladies in defense of his wife. "Shannon has been amazing to my family." The drama spilled over into the car ride home with the girls. It wasn't awkward at all, the recapper typed sarcastically. But one of Shannon's twins had sage advice for Shannon and Real Housewives stars everywhere: "Some people get angry, but you have to forgive them." Speaking of kids being wise, Briana, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter, had this to say about her convalescing mother: "My mom can tend to be a little dramatic. She likes the attention of it and when she does get hurt, maybe she exaggerates a little bit because then she gets more attention and people love her more, so... " Meanwhile, Meghan King Edmonds and Tamra made up after the accident drama and Kelly and Shannon made up again after the see you next Tuesday dinner outburst. As for Vicki and Shannon? Well... Vicki's still not pleased that Shannon didn't come see her in the hospital. But Shannon did call and text when she heard just how bad it was and Briana assured Vicki that was something good. Will they make amends? Time will tell. The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Mondays, 9 p.m. on Bravo. (Eonline)

Harry Connick Jr. and television go together like peas and carrots, peanut butter and jelly, or-yes-a wink and a smile. But amazingly, the multi-talented star wasn't sure he wanted to fill a slot on the small screen. While speaking with PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly editorial director Jess Cagle for The Jess Cagle Interview, Connick admitted that he'd previously "steered away" from TV hosting gigs. "I didn't feel like I had lived long enough to have any particular point of view or perspective," he says from the set of his new show daytime program Harry. "I was 25, 30 years old and I didn't feel like I had anything to offer. So the conversation has been out there for a while." What changed? For a start, he got a little older and wiser (Connick turned 49 last Sunday). And he also crossed paths with Justin and Eric Stangel-former executive producers for The Late Show with David Letterman. Together, they hatched a scheme to bring the late night party to daytime. "We started talking about what it would be like to have a show that featured me, [and] was built around my skill set and the things I like to do ... I love having conversations with people; celebrities and every day folks. I love playing music, I love spontaneity. How are we gonna do that?" For Connick, spontaneity was the most crucial ingredient. "I don't want to have big production meetings about what I'm doing on the show that day. I want to walk out on set and not have any idea what I'm doing until the camera's rolling. I like that feeling of being out of control." The final result is emphatically not a "talk show," but show tailor made to showcase Connick's versatility and humor. Even the elaborate set was made to fulfill his very specific vision. "I wanted to have a place that felt like a real destination – a place where people could turn on their TVs and feel like they were getting something that was not like their house. They could fantasize about being in some really cool club in New York City. That's what I was trying to do." For more on Harry, check your local listings or visit HarryTV.com for details. (People)

CBS' The Case Of: JonBenet Ramsey Solves the Murder: Here's Who Investigators Say Did It. If CBS's docuseries The Case Of: JonBenet Ramsey only managed to dole out three bombshells during its first night, it saved all the rest of them -- the evidence that very clearly pointed toward one single explanation for young JonBenet's death -- for night two. In the final 20 minutes of the special, the investigators who took on the 20-year-old cold case put forth their theory as to who killed the young Colorado beauty queen -- but it isn't as cut and dry as "this person did it." The team, which included retired FBI supervisory special agent and profiler Jim Clemente; world-renowned forensic scientist Dr. Henry Lee; former chief investigator for the District Attorney in Boulder, Colo., James Kolar; leading forensic pathologist Dr. Werner Spitz; retired FBI supervisory special agent and forensic linguistic profiler James Fitzgerald; former New Scotland Yard criminal behavioral analyst Laura Richards and retired FBI supervisory special agent and statement analyst Stan Burke posited that one person is responsible for the death. That person is Burke Ramsey, JonBenet's older brother. But it wasn't an intentional incident at all -- they think it was an accident, a retaliation for something that had happened earlier, that lead to the horrible outcome, and he didn't intend to kill her. However, there were people involved whom the investigators believe did have intent: John Ramsey and Patsy Ramsey, JonBenet's parents, who acted in tandem in an attempt to obfuscate the police investigation into the crime. Part two of the special was essentially spent disproving the theory that an intruder had committed the murder. The evidence the team used included the fact that there were undisturbed cobwebs by the window that someone would've used to enter and exit the home, the fact that the foreign DNA on JonBenet's underwear could've very easily gotten there in the manufacturing process, and the fact that Burke seemed to be undisturbed and dodging questions when he was interrogated in the weeks following the murder. Here's what they believe happened: the Ramseys came home from Christmas dinner, and John carried a sleepy JonBenet upstairs. Patsy served Burke tea and pineapple downstairs, but JonBenet woke up, went downstairs and snatched a piece from Burke's bowl for herself. Burke was likely angry about some things that had happened and this was his last straw, so he grabbed the nearest object -- the flashlight -- and hit her on the head. It was a horrible accident, but not intentional. Clemente believes that the Ramseys tried their best to make it so that the cops couldn't solve the crime. So, after all that, what was the point of the show? Fitzgerald said the team wanted to publicize the case once again so that people who might know anything more about what happened that 1996 night will step forward. "In the 20 years since this horrendous death I have no doubt someone involved in this homicide talked to someone about what happened and I would only hope at some point the persons who might have heard something from John Ramsey, from Burke Ramsey, from perhaps the late Patsy Ramsey, would still come forth," he said. "I would love to hear from them." (Eonline)

Comcast CEO Touts "Closer" Netflix Relationship, Talks Integrating More Streaming Services. Brian Roberts says he spent time with Reed Hastings after the companies "occasionally didn't see eye-to-eye," with the cable giant making a conscious decision "to aggregate other people's content." Comcast chairman and CEO Brian Roberts at an investor conference on Tuesday lauded NBCUniversal for exceeding all his performance expectations and touted the cable giant's integration of Netflix via an app on its set-top boxes. Appearing at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia Conference in New York in a session that was webcast, he demoed the Netflix service on a Comcast TV screen to show how the integration, which Comcast is rolling out in a beta testing phase to users of its X1 interactive TV platform this week, works. He highlighted easy searching of content options available on Comcast and Netflix, quick logins for Netflix subscribers and the ability to sign up for the streaming service for people who aren't subscribers yet. "Netflix, as we know, is wildly successful, and it has pretty much got content that you don't get with your [Comcast] X1 existing subscription," he said. Asked how the integration deal, announced this summer, had come together, Roberts said: "[Netflix CEO] Reed Hastings and myself spent some time together," which allowed them to put together a service that would serve consumers. "I give him a lot of credit for helping make it happen." Acknowledged the Comcast boss: "We always had tremendous respect, I think, for both organizations. We occasionally didn't see eye-to-eye on everything." But he said the companies have gotten "a lot closer," adding "I'm really pleased with the relationship." Roberts also said he didn't realize how much kids content Netflix offered until Comcast acquired Dreamworks Animation. Roberts also signaled that Netflix could just be the first streaming video service to be offered via Comcast's platform. "Our organization has made a conscious decision that we are going to aggregate other people's content, some of which we sell directly, some of which we don't," he said, adding that the cable giant was talking with other streaming providers about offering them as well now that it has developed a "template" for such integrations. Roberts said the Netflix service should roll out by Thanksgiving across the Comcast footprint, but didn't discuss financial or other details. How does he feel about "skinny" pay TV bundles? "I don't know that that's really what people want," Roberts said, echoing similar comments from NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke last week. Some consumers want to pay less, but "I don't know too many programmers who want to go a la carte" and feel that works for their business, Roberts added. Burke had also discussed his take on OTT services and NBCUniversal's interest in having its channels on them. "OTT sounds like a better business than in reality it is," he said. He added that the company wants to make at least the same amount in OTT deals as in traditional pay TV deals. "I think OTT is happening.... But I think it's a pretty challenged business model, and I'd be surprised if it flies out of the gate with a big number," he asserted. He argued that only few people who have a pay TV package with 200 channels would want to pay about $45 or more for just 25 channels. Comcast and some other big cable operators have had strong pay TV subscriber trends. Comcast recently reported the loss of 4,000 video subscribers in the quarter ended in June, marking its best second-quarter result in more than 10 years. It had added 53,000 pay TV subscribers in the first quarter, marking the first time in two years that the cable giant had grown its video customers for two quarters in a row. Asked about the reason for Comcast's strength, Roberts said Thursday: "We are very pleased to tell you our momentum is continuing" in video and beyond, because of service, value offered to consumers and other reasons. "The team is doing a great job making our product better." While he said he couldn't comment on competitors, he added: "I don't think anyone has the scale or the focus." He said the company now has about 10 million voice remotes in Comcast homes and will by year-end have its X1 interactive TV platform in 50 percent of households. Roberts also said his team was "thrilled" to say it has more than doubled the cash flow at NBCUniversal since buying it a few years ago. He said NBCUniversal's performance across businesses has been "beyond even my own highest expectations." NBC just won the third season in a row in the 18-49 demographic, Roberts pointed out, and Telemundo has boosted its ratings and has beaten Univision in the young demo for several weeks in a row. Meanwhile, the film business will have the three most profitable years in its history, with "sustainable" franchises boosting its performance, the latest being The Secret Life of Pets. The CEO also lauded Sing, which just screened at the Toronto film festival, as possibly the best movie Illumination Entertainment CEO Chris Meledandri has ever made. "Film is in great shape. Jeff Shell is doing a super job," Roberts concluded. The Comcast boss reiterated that the cable networks business has become more challenged but lauded a low teen percentage increase in advertising rates in this year's upfront for NBCU's cable channels. Scale matters in the business, he added. Roberts also again lauded the Summer Olympics in Rio as the most profitable for the company ever by a wide margin despite lower ratings. Roberts acknowledged that he has been in a senior position at Comcast since the conference started 25 years ago, when he was president. Investing for the long term has been a continued focus for the firm, he said. He also lauded the acquisitions of AT&T Broadband and NBCUniversal, saying that they "gave us scale" and "allowed us to pivot to a different kind of trajectory." And he said the company increasingly sees itself as an innovation company at the intersection of technology and media that "brings you to the moments in life that matter the most," from the Olympics to attending theme parks, seeing movies or other things. Why Netflix Is Now Dubbing, Subtitling Content in Poland. The streaming giant is moving away from English-only programming in a bid to gain international market share. Netflix i wyluzuj! Netflix and chill! In a move to broaden its international audience, Netflix has begun dubbing and subtitling its English-heavy programming catalog into Polish. The streaming giant on Tuesday announced that 80 percent of content on its new localized Polish service will be dubbed or subtitled. The shift, which Netflix had previously announced, is a bid to expand beyond a niche English-speaking audience in foreign-language territories. In Poland, one of Europe's biggest TV markets, viewers are accustomed to watching dubbed series, and the market for English-language originals is tiny. "We always knew the Polish people had a big appetite for great entertainment," said Netflix CEO Reed Hastings in a statement. "Now we know it and we're delighted to offer a more localized Netflix experience in Poland that will continue to grow with great TV shows and movies from here as well as around the world." The foreign-language move is part of a broader strategic shift by Netflix, which has seen subscriber growth slow internationally, in part because its mainly English-language series have limited appeal in many countries. Netflix is available in virtually every nation on earth (with the major exception of China), but in most places its programming is heavily tilted to U.S. series, typically with a 80/20 model of U.S. versus local content. High-profile investments in marquee foreign-language productions -- Columbian crime drama Narcos, French political series Marseille, the upcoming German-language thriller Dark -- haven't changed that basic mix. But Netflix has clearly recognized that to expand its international operation it needs to learn the local lingo. In Poland, Netflix series such as House of Cards, Orange Is the New Black, Narcos and Daredevil will be available with Polish subtitles and/or Polish-dubbed dialogue. Children's programming will also be dubbed into Polish. Netflix has increased its local content in the region, initially focusing, as it has in other territories, on comedy, with entertainment specials featuring local stand-up stars Katarzyna Piasecka, Rafal Paczes, Mariusz Kalamaga, Karol Kopiec and others.
