Cheryl's Mom Was Just Spotted Buying Pregnancy Goods Amidst The Rumors... Are Liam Payne & The Songstress Really Expecting?! Woah, baby! The rumors that Liam Payne and Cheryl Gernadez-Versini are together are continuing to circulate... and a new pic of the songstress' mom is only adding fuel to the fire! ICYMI: One Direction fans went wild recently after seeing the 23-year-old band member changed his Twitter bio to dub himself "the luckiest man in the world," seemingly out of the blue. But in case that wasn't proof enough, Cheryl's momma Joan Callaghan was just seen at Mothercare -- a UK chain store specifically selling pregnancy and parenting goods -- buying pillows used to support the back and bump of expectant mothers! We're sure Directioners are gonna go crazy over this, especially as an eyewitness even told The Sun: "She had a massive pregnancy pillow which helps make your bump more comfortable when you're trying to sleep. She was asking the assistant for advice about another kind that she wanted." Unfortunately, a second source insists the pillow wasn't actually for the former X Factor UK judge, saying: "Joan was buying for one of her family in Newcastle. Her other children have lots of kids." Savannah Guthrie Announces Baby No. 2's Sex on Today. Savannah Guthrie is painting her nursery blue. The Today anchor revealed Monday that her second child will be a boy. In June, Guthrie announced she is expecting a second child with her husband, media consultant Michael Feldman. The couple wed in March 2014, and their daughter Vale arrived five months later. During the show's 8:00 hour Monday, Today tested whether a person can tell if a woman is expecting a boy or a girl simply by looking at her, using Guthrie as its test subject. Prior to filming the segment, Guthrie had disclosed the sex to co-anchor Matt Lauer. Colleagues Carson Daly, Willie Geist, Hoda Kotb and Al Roker all predicted she was expecting a boy. "I desperately want to teach him to play golf," Daly said, "and her husband doesn't play golf." Roker bragged that he had a "100 percent track record" in guessing the sex of Today's babies, and Kotb assumed it would be a boy simply because Guthrie is carrying her pregnancy weight "differently." Plus, her co-host joked, "She's been watching football and head-butting people." Kathie Lee Gifford and Tamron Hall, meanwhile, predicted she would have another girl. When the time for the reveal came, Lauer held a blue milkshake and a pink milkshake in each hand. He asked Guthrie to choose one as her co-workers gathered around her. Rather than answer him outright, viewers saw a banner fly through the air that announced, "It's a boy!" Unlike her first pregnancy, Guthrie chose to learn the sex of her second child -- mainly out of concern for Vale. "I thought, it's already enough upheaval for a little girl to have a new baby. We gotta tell you what kind of baby," she explained. "So, baby brother is on his way in December!" "Most people guessed boy," she added. "And I have to say to Matt: Excellent secret keeping." Several of her colleagues asked for her son's name, but Guthrie stayed mum. "I'm not telling! That I'm definitely not telling," she said. "You've got to keep it to yourself, but we're so excited." Feldman is "so excited" to have a mini-me, Guthrie added. "He talks to the baby, like, 'Let me talk to my son. Attention, son!' We're beyond blessed to get to have a baby and to get to have a boy and a girl." Two is the perfect number of kids, too. "Hotel Uterus is closed!" Guthrie joked. In July, when E! News' Sibley Scoles traveled to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Guthrie opened up about her second pregnancy and her busy work schedule. "I feel really good. I'm doing a lot of running around and staying up late and not getting a lot of sleep, but the baby is cooperating," she admitted. Guthrie even felt more "energized," much to her surprise. "I'll rest when I'm on maternity leave," she joked. "Who am I kidding? No, I won't!" (Eonline)

This girlfriend is upgrading to wife status! Nicole Williams and Larry English are set to tie the knot after the 30-year-old NFL player popped the question to his longtime girlfriend on the season finale of WAGS. PEOPLE has the exclusive clip from the moment English took a knee to ask Williams for her hand in marriage. When English traveled to Thailand to surprise Williams, his romantic gesture nearly backfired after she freaked out that she didn't know his whereabouts. But the couple smoothed things over, and English told Williams right before proposing: "Hopefully from this point moving forward, we can get better, and I really felt like I had to come over here because you didn't have nothin' to wear on your left hand. So I felt I needed to come over here to bring you something to weigh your left hand down a little bit more." As Williams doubled over with tears of joy, English got down on his knee and asked, "Will you marry me?" Of course she said yes, telling her new fiance: "I feel like I'm going to faint. Oh my God, I love you so much. I'm shaking!" The model added in a confessional interview: "This is my fairy tale right now. I'm engaged to the man of my dreams." The lovebirds, who have been together for about four years, have overcome their fair share of jealousy issues-in fact, ahead of the show's debut, Williams promised that viewers would "see some emotions flying" between her and the NFL free agent. "There's a million haters out there. The moment they see Larry alone, they're all on top of him," she previously told PEOPLE, adding, "Larry tells me I just need to work on letting him handle it." In Sunday's finale, she said she was "so beyond relieved. Through thick and thin, he has proved to me that no matter what we go through, no matter how crazy and how much of a lunatic I can be, he loves me and he wants to marry me, and that's all I could ever dream." John Travolta Reveals the "Glue" That Held His Family Together After Son Jett's Death. John Travolta endured a parent's worst nightmare, but was able to come out the other side thanks in part to someone he calls a "beautiful kind of glue." Nearly eight years after the untimely passing of Jett Travolta, the actor's oldest child who died in the Bahamas after suffering a seizure at 16, the Life and Death of John Gotti star reflected candidly on the tragedy after nearly a decade. "We certainly have bonded together," the actor said during an interview for Good Morning America. "Certainly having little Ben has been a beautiful kind of glue for us to rebond after a tremendous loss." Travolta and his longtime wife, actress Kelly Preston, welcomed Benjamin Hunter in 2010, a year after Jett's death. The couple's second child, Ella Bleu, is now 16 years old. A sign of such bonding will come next year when Travolta and Preston reunite on the silver screen. On the heels of his first Emmy nomination for his performance in The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story, the Grease icon is slated to star as John Gotti alongside his real-life wife in an upcoming feature film about the mobster and his son in the 1980s. While losing his own son is far from a happy memory, Travolta did recall a moment he thinks is the best of the '80s -- dancing with Princess Diana. "I danced with Princess Diana in 1986," he said. "That was one of the highlights of my life." (Eonline)

Since opening up about her own sexual assault at 18 years old a couple years ago, AnnaLynne McCord has connected with thousands victims about their own experiences-but she's not done yet. While attending The Rape Foundation Annual Brunch in Beverly Hills on Sunday, the actress told PEOPLE about how one action can change a person's life forever. "Someone makes one decision one night, and it changes the rest of your life. You don't forget," she says. McCord, 29, admits that she dealt with lack self-worth and self-esteem issues in the wake of her assault. "I often say, 'I didn't sell my body for money but I did sell it to feel some feeling of love,'" McCord reveals. "Because that's what we need. We're all the same, we want to be loved." What she really needed was support-and that's what she's passionate about doing for others. Since sharing her story in Cosmopolitan in 2014, she's received "thousands" of emails and messages on social media-and she has responded to each and every one of them. "Eighty percent of them have told me for the very first time-a complete stranger, someone they don't even know, a random actress in Los Angeles-because I said 'Hey, I was raped too and it's okay,' " McCord shares. "And the 'it's okay' part is the most crucial part." The Night Shift actress is on a mission on stop slut-shaming and promote consensual sex. To do so, she wrote and directed a short film called I Choose about a man and woman having a sexual relationship juxtaposed with a young girl being sold into slavery. "My point is, if someone is having amazing, beautiful Fifty Shades of Grey sex, shut up! They have that right when it's consensual," McCord explains. "When you don't have a choice, I have a problem." After years of coming to terms with her rape, McCord is at a place where she is happy with herself and hopes others who were victims of sexual assault also get on the long road to recovery. "I'm thankful to report that I love myself now, I think she's wonderful. But it's taken me a long time," she says. "I'm just very thankful that The Rape Foundation creates an opportunity for survivors like myself to experience love-experience what I didn't have in silence for nine years before finally coming out about it." Corey Feldman was down an "angel" for his bizarre "Today" performance when one of his girls backed out at the last minute -- prompting him to leave her an enraged voice mail saying she'd "never get another [bleeping] gig in LA." Guitarist Krystal Khali, who plays with blues musician Guitar Shorty, was asked by Feldman to perform on the show with his backup angels, but she quit four days before the appearance, saying, "I kind of knew it was gonna be a [bleep] show and an embarrassment," and that Feldman's dancing during rehearsals "was distracting .?.?. I couldn't look at him." Khali, who lives in Las Vegas, says Feldman did not offer to pay her and that she used a roommate's air miles to pay for a plane to LA to rehearse. Once there, Feldman offered to pay for meals, but he "only eats once a day." He did, however, pay for her airline ticket to New York. Khali met Feldman in 2015 and played a show with him. She says the organizer offered her a room, but Feldman insisted she stay with him and his "maingel" DJ Courtney Anne Mitchell, in case they "needed to rehearse." Khali said, "I got the impression that Corey was wanting to lead it into a sexual direction," but "he didn't say anything outright. No one was disrobing." When Feldman heard Khali, who goes by the stage name Tragic Star, quit, he blew up. "No human being on this earth would be selfish enough and egotistical enough and [bleeped] up in the head enough to [bleep] friends over like this at the last minute," he says in the voice mail. "You know I spent real money, and you know that I am struggling, and you know how hard it's been to get to this point, and no person would do this .?.?. unless you are a soulless, careless, inhumane [bleeping] piece of [bleep]. So I really hope for all [beeping] practical purposes that this is an elaborate [bleeping] joke." He concludes, "If I don't [bleeping] hear from you, your name is [bleeping] mud. Let me tell you, don't even think about coming back to LA because you'll never get another [bleeping] gig in that town. Ever. I will [bleeping] make sure everybody knows what a piece of [bleep] you are." (Page Six)

Prince William and Kate Middleton Receive Special Gifts for Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Prince William and Kate Middleton enjoyed an extra special visit during the second day of their Royal tour of Canada on Sunday, spending time with children around the same age as Prince George and Princess Charlotte. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to Sheway in Vancouver, a program dedicated to pregnant women as well as women with infants under 18 months who are battling drug and alcohol addiction. They met a 5-year-old named Hailey at one point during the visit. The toddler had been taken away from her mother as a baby due to drug issues but was reunited with her at 3-years-old with the help of Sheway. Hailey presented the couple with incredibly thoughtful gifts for George and Charlotte: two teddy bears, customized in red and black vests. "I love your dress, it's so pretty," Kate told Hailey while accepting the teddies. "Thank you so much! Charlotte will love this. She loves her teddies." William added, "George too, he's a big fan, thank you so much. You're all such well-behaved children," he told the group of toddlers and babies taking part in the session. The couple was also invited to listen to a read-along, during which a Sheway staff member read to children from the picture book Sharing our World: Animals of the Native Northwest Coast. One of the mothers arrived a bit late to the reading session, apologizing to Will and Kate as she held her baby. "Sorry, we just had a little accident to clear up before meeting you," she said. Being the father of two little ones himself, William laughed, "No worries at all, we know all about that!" Will and Kate brought Prince George and Princess Charlotte along for their tour of Canada, which began on Saturday. "Catherine and I are delighted to be back in Canada," Prince William said in a statement at their official welcome. "When we were here last time, we had been married only three months. The warm welcome that you gave us at that important moment in our lives meant a lot to us -- and we have never forgotten it. That is why we are so pleased that George and Charlotte can be with us in Canada this time round, beginning their own lifetime of friendship with this wonderful country." (Eonline)

Watch out Hollywood! Lea Michele is single and ready to mingle. The Scream Queens beauty played a very honest game of 'Who'd You Rather?' in an interview that will air on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, September, 26 and she's got her eye on some A-list hotties. Ellen DeGeneres introduced the 30-year-old in a rather embarrassing way, shouting: "She is single and alone, and lonely, and desperate," to which Michele insisted: "Hey hey, I'm doing good." But she had no problem diving head first into the game, quickly kicking it off by deciding which of her costars, John Stamos or Taylor Lautner, she'd rather date. "I love them both, obviously, and they're so handsome," she said. "Stamos probably a little on the older side for me... so I'm gonna go with Taylor. He gave me a lap dance the other day and it was great!" She then had to decide between the likes of Nick Jonas and Prince Harry and Tom Hiddleston and Michael B. Jordan. Michele controversially kicked Taylor Swift's ex to the curb declaring he has got "too much going on." The Creed star, 29, was the front-runner for most of the game as she picked him above Prince Harry, The Bachelor's Jared Haibon, Bruno Mars, Hiddleston, Scott Eastwood, Blake Griffin and Justin Bieber. But he was dethroned by Calvin Harris, who lost out to Michele's ultimate crush. "Give me Zac Efron any day!" she swooned, when a picture of the 28-year-old was placed next to one of the Scottish DJ. The crowd laughed before Michele quickly added: "But if Michael B. Jordan wants to call me, he totally can." The Glee alum broke up from her Dimension 404 costar Robert Buckley in July after three months of dating. Before that she was in a nearly two-year romance with model Matthew Paetz. (US Weekly)

Viola Davis describes becoming Rape Foundation advocate. Viola Davis said Sunday that her own experiences with sexual assault led her to become an advocate for the Rape Foundation and encouraged others to visit treatment centers so they'll become supporters. "You must," she said. "And then let your heart do the rest." "Myself, my mother, my sisters, my friend Rebecca, my friend from childhood, we all have one thing in common: We are all survivors of sexual assault in some way, shape or form," Davis said Sunday at a benefit for the foundation. It provides free medical treatment, counseling and legal aid to sexual assault victims at its Rape Treatment Center and Stuart House, which specializes in caring for sexually abused children. An advocate for the group since playing its founder in a 2010 film, Davis was among the guests of honor at the organization's annual fundraising brunch held at billionaire Ron Burkle's Greenacres estate in Beverly Hills, California Davis said half of the survivors helped by the Rape Foundation are children, adding that one in four girls and one in six boys are sexually abused before age 18. Her own sister is among the casualties: She was sexually assaulted at age 8 and still struggles today. "I continue to pray for my sister," said Davis, who has previously spoken publicly about her sister's attack. The brunch was held in a tented space in Burkle's backyard, where "Black Panther" star Chadwick Boseman, "Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev and the supporting cast on Davis' "How to Get Away With Murder" were among the guests in 95-degree heat. David Schwimmer was the master of ceremonies. The actor-director started working with the Rape Foundation during his "Friends" days and has served on its board of directors for the last 12 years. He said the brunch supports a year's worth of services at the Rape Treatment Center and Stuart House. The Rape Foundation also provides educational programs for first responders and middle- and high-school students. (Page Six)

Gigi was clearly thankful to have walked with the modelling icon, posting to Instagram afterwards saying: "What an incredible honor it was to walk the LEGENDARY icon Lauren Hutton down the runway at @bottegaveneta today. & what a beautiful spirit she is!" She continued: "Thank you so much @kegrand, @bitton, Tomas, and of course LH for a moment I will never ever forget!!!!" (British Glamour)

Kiefer Sutherland is a HUGE hockey fan ... and although he doesn't hit the ice as much as he used to ... he still remembers which celebrity opponent delivered the hardest check. TMZ Sports ran into the "Designated Survivor" star ... who tells us Tim Robbins is no joke on skates. Since Robbins, who's 6'5'', has a clear height advantage over Sutherland (5'9'') ... we had to ask his strategy against the 'Shawshank Redemption' star. (TMZ)

With a demanding career, Lisa Ling planned to have her second daughter, Ray, by Cesarean delivery in June 2016. But as the journalist, 43, explains in her new This Is Birth series, it was a convenient decision she soon regretted. "Unlike my first C-section incision, this one didn't seem to be healing as quickly," Ling writes. "In fact, I was experiencing a lot more pain than I did with my first and at one point, fluid began leaking from the incision." "I had a developed an extremely painful infection and it was awful," she says. "I was prescribed antibiotics, which fortunately seemed to kill the infection, but it took a whole month for the wound to completely close." Ling admits she wasn't aware of the how rampant hospital infections are and believed complications wouldn't happen to her. In her research, Ling discovered that her first C-section, and certainly her desire for a second, were part of a larger trend among mothers. The rate of C-sections rose over 50% in the United States in a 10-year period. It reached a high in 2009 with 32.9% of all births and has remained around the 32% range. She explains, the World Health Organization believes that figure should be closer to 10-15%. "In all honesty, I regret it," she says. "I am grateful that my baby's OK, and that I'm OK now, but it was not easy. I hope that when women consider having an elective C-section, they really, really take the time to understand the potential consequences." (Page Six)

Amy Schumer had quite the Sunday fun day! The star was spotted at a New York Mets game with her father and boyfriend Ben Hanisch. During the game, Schumer, 35, landed on the kiss cam. At first, she turned to give her dad a sweet kiss on the cheek. And then, the comedian started making out with Hanisch. She waved to the camera and her name was displayed on the jumbotron. But her dad and beau weren't the only leading men at the baseball game on Sunday afternoon. Schumer took to Instagram to share a photo of herself sitting with Jonah Hill, Matthew Broderick and Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld. "Let's go @mets thank you jerry and @jessseinfeld #dreamday," she wrote in an Instagram post. The Seinfelds, who are big Mets fans, own a private box at Citi Field. Dressed in a sweater and baseball cap, Schumer looked relaxed and casual with her family and friends. This was a much different look than her previous public appearance, when she glammed up in a Vivienne Westwood gown for the Emmys last week. Schumer and Hanisch have had a pretty sporty weekend thus far. On Sunday, the couple shared their mini golf date with their Instagram followers. The couple have been together since November. In an interview with Marie Claire last month, Schumer opened up about their relationship. "Being in love is the scariest thing in the world," she said. "You want to f------ cry and scream. I can't handle it. Every time we say goodbye, I think, 'This will have been a nice last week together.' Or I tell myself nothing is real and he's going to leave me and tell me he never loved me ... I feel so bad for him. How exhausting it must be dating me." (People)

While various dignitaries have been fixtures at Nello during lunch breaks at the UN General Assembly, international action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger turned the most heads at the pricey eatery the other day. The former Governator was overheard saying he was about to catch a flight to Barcelona, Spain, for the annual Arnold Classic Europe bodybuilding event, where 60,000 were expected. On Friday, he also visited training FC Barcelona players, including Neymar, Rafinha and Jordi Alba. (Page Six)

Jose Fernandez was at a popular Miami waterfront party spot at least 90 minutes before his fatal boat crash ... TMZ Sports has learned. Multiple sources have told us ... Fernandez and at least one other person who was killed in the crash was at American Social Bar & Kitchen around 2 AM on Sunday morning. When asked for specifics about what happened inside -- including whether alcohol was served to Jose or his friends -- a rep for the restaurant would only say, "Jose Fernandez was a guest at American Social." The restaurant, which has a dock for boaters to pull up, is located a short distance from where the crash occurred. The boat was discovered by the coast guard at 3:30 AM. Investigators believe the boat was traveling at full speed when it crashed into a jetty. Officials have said at this point it does not appear alcohol was a factor in the crash -- but it appears that statement was based on a lack of visual evidence such as liquor bottles or beer cans. Toxicology results are pending. (TMZ)

Sex, Guns, Cash and Blood: Drake Drops Please Forgive Me Short Film. Drake started from the bottom -- now, he's in his own short film. The rapper debuted the latest component of his fourth studio album, Views, a highly anticipated 23-minute-film called Please Forgive Me. Inspired by the album, the visual features a bloodied Drake, Fanny Neguesha, Soni Chidiebere, Kyla Reid and Popcaan as they are engulfed in a gritty world filled with sex, guns and money. According to Billboard, the project was filmed in Johannesburg, South Africa in just one July week. While little can be seen in Apple Music's swift teaser, the Apple Music exclusive video was scored by Noah 40 Shebib and directed by Anthony Mandler, a renowned music video director with prominent ties to Drake's leading lady, Rihanna. Mandler previously spearheaded many of the songstress' most famous music videos, including the ones for her early hits like "Unfaithful" and "Don't Stop the Music" up to her most recent chart toppers, including "Diamonds." He has also directed the brand's most recent commercials, among them Taylor Swift 's treadmill tumble and DJ Khaled and Naomi Campbell's romantic drive. In addition to Drake and RiRi, Mandler's resume also features the likes of Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" and Beyonce's "Irreplaceable" among many others. The video is available to stream solely on Apple Music, where Drake's latest album has become the first to reach over one billion streams -- or as Drake called it, "B's." (Eonline)

Young Thug Apologizes to Future Over Their 'Internet Arguments,' Posts All-Smiles Pic. It seemed like Young Thug and Future had already patched things up when they hugged it out on stage at the opening night of Drake's Summer Sixteen tour Madison Square Garden stint last month. But over the weekend they made it official. After the rappers subtweeted each other in November and then took shots again in February, Thugger posted a pic on Sunday with the pair smiling and flipping off the camera. The caption reads "My brada... I'm sorry for the internet arguments!!" Thug dedicated a song ("Future Swag") from his Jeffery album to Future and the duo got together on DJ Esco's Project E.T. track "Who" this summer. (Billboard)

Tears For Fears Talk 'Incredible' New Album at iHeartRadio Music Festival 2016. Influential English rockers Tears for Fears tore through five of their massive '80s hits Saturday night at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. Sandwiched between Britney Spears and Usher -- and alongside Sting, Backstreet Boys, Pitbull, Ariana Grande and more at the Las Vegas fest -- the band chatted with Billboard about working on their seventh album, the first since 2004'sEverybody Loves a Happy Ending. "It's incredible," shared Roland Orzabal. "We've been at it four years, and we had to take a pause this year because of family illness, but now the herpes has cleared up, and we're good to go," he joked. They recalled getting their first No. 1 hit in America, insisting it was "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." "'Shout' was the first single everywhere but America," Curt Smith remembered. And, how excited were they to hit No. 1 in the States? "I had a terrible headache," Orzabal said. "Our manager from England rang up and said, 'Oh, by the way, you're No. 1 in America,' and I said, 'I don't care. I've got a headache.'" (Billboard)

Drake's Views jumps back to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, rising 2-1, and notches its 13th nonconsecutive week in the penthouse. Views' return to No. 1-after a seven-week break from the top slot-is the longest gap between weeks at No. 1 for an album in over three years. Mumford & Sons' Babel was the last set to take a longer break from No. 1, when it was absent from the top slot for 17 weeks. Babel debuted atop the list dated Oct. 13, 2012, and then spent the next two weeks at No. 1 (Oct. 20 and 27-dated lists). It moved out of the No. 1 slot for the next 17 weeks, and then hopped back to No. 1 on the March 2, 2013 chart, following its Grammy Award win for album of the year. It then spent another frame at No. 1 on March 9. Views has the longest run at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 since the Frozen soundtrack also spent 13 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 in 2014 (Jan. 18-May 17). Views maintains the most weeks at No. 1 for an album by an artist since Adele's 21notched 24 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 (March 12, 2011-June 23, 2012), and the most weeks atop the list for a man since Billy Ray Cyrus' Some Gave All ruled for 17 straight frames in 1992 (June 13-Oct. 3). Mac Miller scores the week's highest new entry on the new Billboard 200, as The Divine Feminine starts at No. 2 with 48,000 units (32,000 in traditional album sales). It's the hip-hop artist's fourth consecutive top five-charting album-the totality of his full-length releases. His last set, GO:OD AM debuted and peaked at No. 4 a year ago with 87,000 units (73,000 in album sales). Before that, he clocked a No. 3-peaking set with Watching Movies With the Sound Off (in 2013) and a No. 1 with Blue Slide Park (2011). His only other charting album on the Billboard 200 was the 2011 EP On and On and Beyond, which peaked at No. 55. The Suicide Squad soundtrack holds steady at No. 3 with 46,000 units (down 11 percent) in its seventh week on the list. Aaron Lewis claims his highest charting album yet-and largest sales week- as Sinner bows at No. 4 with 42,000 units (39,000 in traditional album sales). The Staind frontman's third country music effort follows The Road (No. 30 in 2012) and the EP Town Line (No. 7 in 2011). His previous sales high came when Town Line launched with 38,000 copies sold. Usher Reunites With Ludacris & Lil Jon, Plus 26 More Things You Need to See From iHeartRadio Festival Day 2 After more than four years since his last release, Usher returns to the Billboard 200 with his new album, Hard II Love. The effort debuts at No. 5 with 38,000 units (28,000 in traditional album sales). It's his eighth top 10 album, and first set since Looking 4 Myself debuted at No. 1 on the June 30, 2012-dated list. Usher recently scored his 32nd top 40-charting single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with the new album's "No Limit," featuring Young Thug. 19 years ago this month, Usher's first top 40 hit, "You Make Me Wanna... ," peaked at No. 2 on the Oct. 25, 1997-dated list. Jason Aldean's They Don't Know falls from No. 1 to No. 6 in its second week, with 38,000 units (down 73 percent), while Travis Scott's Birds In the Trap Sing McKnight dips 6-7 with 32,000 units (down 16 percent). Twenty One Pilots' Blurryface hops 12-8 with a little more than 28,000 units (down 2 percent). The fourth and final new entry in the latest top 10 is from Casting Crowns, as the band's The Very Next Thing launches at No. 9 with 28,000 units (and 26,000 in traditional album sales). It's the sixth top 10 effort for the act. Florida Georgia Line rounds out the top 10 with its Dig Your Roots, which maintains at No. 10 for another week with 25,000 units (down 15 percent). Oscars: Italy Selects 'Fire at Sea' for Foreign-Language Category. The country has chosen the Berlin Golden Bear winner as its entry. Italy has selected Gianfranco Rosi's Fire at Seaas its submission for the 2017 best foreign-language Oscar race. The documentary explores the migrant crisis from the island of Lampedusa, the first point of land for vessels arriving from Libya. The films is seen mainly through the eyes of a young boy from a fishing family and a local doctor who treats new arrivals. The film picked up the Berlin Golden Bear earlier this year. Rosi said that his goal upon making the film was to draw attention to the crisis. "It's not acceptable that people die crossing the sea to escape from tragedies," he said when accepting his prize in Berlin. Meryl Streep as president of the Berlin jury said the film is "deliberate storytelling that allows us to consider what documentary can do. It is urgent, imaginative and necessary filmmaking." Italy's Prime Minister Matteo Renzi even brought 27 DVDs of the film to a European Council migration summit in Brussels, with one dedicated to each of the European Union's heads of states. Kino Lorber is releasing the documentary in the U.S. It recently played in Telluride and will play in New York Film Festival before opening in late October. Rosi previously won the Venice Golden Lion for his documentary Sacro GRA, making him the only documentary filmmaker to win the top prizes at two major European festivals. Over the course of Oscar history, 28 Italian films have been nominated for the best foreign-language award. With 14 wins, Italy holds more foreign-language Oscars than any other country. Federico Fellini won four, more than any other director. Paolo Sorrentino last won the honor for Italy in 2014 with The Great Beauty. (Hollywood Reporter)

'The 13th' Trailer Previews Ava Duvernay's Prison Doc. After opening the New York Film Festival, the doc will debut on Netflix and open in a limited theatrical run Oct. 7. Netflix has released the first trailer for Ava DuVernay's film The 13th. The new documentary, set to open the New York Film Festival on Friday, examines the horrors of mass incarceration and the prison industry in the U.S., as well as how the U.S. has produced the highest rate of incarceration in the world, with the majority of those imprisoned being African American. It traces a pattern of fear and division behind mass criminalization, from D. W. Griffith's The Birth of a Nation (1915) and the rebirth of the KKK to the Civil Rights Movement, the 1994 Crime Bill, the rise of ALEC and the Black Lives Matter movement. Its title refers to the Constitution's 13th Amendment: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States...." After its world premiere at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, the title will then debut on Netflix and open in a limited theatrical run Oct. 7. (Hollywood Reporter)

Oscars: France Selects 'Elle' for Foreign-Language Category. The country is the latest to unveil its submission. France has selected Paul Verhoven's Elle, starring Isabelle Huppert, as its submission for the best foreign-language film category at the Oscars. The film was selected from a shortlist of four films, including Daniele Thompson's Cezanne and I, starring Guillaume Canet and Guillaume Gaillene, Francois Ozon's black and white post-World War I drama Frantz and Anne Fontaine's Sundance entry The Innocents. Elle, the first French-language film from Showgirls and Basic Instinct director Paul Verhoven, stars Huppert as a rape victim out for revenge. The film drew stellar-if controversial-reviews in Cannes. The selection committee was chaired by National Cinema Center head Frederique Bredin, Cannes Film Festival head Thierry Fremaux, French Academy president Alain Terzain, film promotion body Unifrance president Jean-Paul Salome, film financing aid body president Teresa Cremisi, Intouchables director Eric Toledano and actresses Sandrine Bonnaire and Bond star Lea Seydoux. For films to be eligible for French selection, they had to have a theatrical release in France between Oct. 1, 2015 and Sept. 30. In addition, artistic control of the film had to be mostly held by French citizens or residents. That added specification followed a controversy last year when creative control became a debate within the Academy. France selected Mustang, a Turkish-language drama shot in Turkey with a local crew but directed by dual citizen Deniz Gamze Erguven, last year. But Wolf Totem, a Chinese-language film shot in China by French director Jean Jacques Annaud with a local crew, was disqualified by the Academy. Mustang, which won five Cesar awards in France, was nominated in the foreign-language category last year, but Laszlo Nemes' Holocaust drama Son of Saul took home the prize. 2011'sThe Artist, which won five Oscars including for best picture, was not France's foreign-language submission that year. The last French film to win the foreign-language Oscar was 1993's Indochine, starring Catherine Deneuve. Overall, the country has won the foreign-language Oscar nine times, excluding honorary awards. Lionsgate to Release Chinese CGI Fantasy Film 'L.O.R.D.' in North America. Directed by Chinese hitmaker Guo Jingming, the Le Vision Pictures film stars Fan Bingbing and Kris Wu and is presented entirely in motion capture CG. Lionsgate is importing some cutting-edge Chinese young adult fantasy to North America. The studio will release 31-year-old Chinese filmmaker Guo Jingming's fantasy feature L.O.R.D., starring Fan Bingbing, in cinemas across the U.S. and Canada on Sept. 30. The movie will open in China on the same day. "Lionsgate appreciated the film's potential for YA audiences around the world," said a representative from Le Vision Pictures, the movie's producer, which is handling distribution in Greater China. "They felt it fit in well with their track record of success with films in this genre, such as the Hunger Games and Twilight franchises." Lionsgate is understood to be a minority investor in the film and will also bring it out in the U.K., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand on the last day of September. Le Vision declined to share the number of screens the movie would open on in the various territories. An acronym for "Legend of the Ravaging Dynasties," L.O.R.D. is based on a best-selling series of YA novels written by Guo and released in 2010. A writer-turned-director-turned-media mogul and celebrity, Guo is the creative force behind China's Tiny Times film franchise, which chronicles the life of aspiring, high fashion-obsessed young women in Shanghai. Produced on small budgets and released in a rapid clip between 2013 and 2015, the four films in the Tiny Times franchise collectively earned $291 million in China alone. The commercial feat was all the more impressive given that Guo had no directing experience prior to working on the first movie in the series. Along with Fan, the new film features a slew of China's new young stars, such as Kris Wu, Yang Mi, Chen Xuedong and Wang Yuan. The film also presents a technical first for the Chinese industry: although it features many of China's most famous faces, the film was shot and produced entirely in CG using motion-capture technology pioneered by James Cameron's Avatar. The story is set in a world of mysterious sorcery that is split between four nations -- Water, Wind, Earth and Fire. The story follows the adventures of young disciples of the seven top sorcerers who preside and fight evils forces within this imaginary realm. (Hollywood Reporter)

Relive Last Man on Earth's Mad Men Reunion With a Delightful Jon Hamm Photo From Behind the Scenes. Last Man on Earth has gifted us with the brilliance of a well-timed completely random celebrity cameo before. Remember Will Ferrell? But the season three premiere was so totally unexpected and out of left field that we're still laughing at the absurdity of it all. Remember at the end of the season 2 finale, when three intruders stormed off a boat and headed toward the house? Well, turns out two of those faces are very familiar. The first one was Mark Boone's Pat Brown, a.k.a. the paranoid dude Mike (Jason Sudeikis) first encountered when he landed back on Earth. The second one? Because he was played by none other than Jon Hamm. But the Mad Men reunion didn't last long, considering January Jones' Melissa shot him in the chest as he entered the house and he promptly died. RIP, Jon Hamm's character, we hardly knew ye! (Really. Who was he?) In addition to a photo of the tragic short life of Jon Hamm on LMOE, we've also managed to score an exclusive behind-the-scenes photo of the Hammster's high spirits (despite the fact that his TV ex-wife is about to straight-up murder him). Upcoming episodes of LMOE will see Tandy trying to lift BFF Todd's spirits after some recent actions via a few white lies, and Tandy setting up a unique alarm system in the house despite the fact that Melissa has already put her own safety precautions in place, while the group decides that a change of scenery is necessary. Hm, that sounds like a relocation from Malibu is imminent. Wonder where they'll go? Last Man on Earth airs Sundays at 9:30 p.m. on Fox. (Eonline)

Will & Grace fans will be flipping out over the cast's recent Twitter posts that seem to suggest the show could be making a comeback! After the gang reunited on Saturday, September 24, at Megan Mullally and husband Nick Offerman's comedy show, they all hit up social media with some cryptic comments and photos. Debra Messing wrote: "I feel like something BIG is going to happen tomorrow," as Eric McCormack posted a picture of himself holding a "Hot Food" script, and captioned it: "I used to be able to do this without glasses." Mullally, 57, looked like she was standing at the entrance of apartment 9C in a photo she shared: "I remember this place" she wrote. Sean Hayes made reference to Leslie Jordan's vertically challenged character on the show, writing "Beverly Leslie comes up to here on me" with a snap of himself on a set too. The popular NBC sitcom came to an end after eight seasons in May 2006. Fans went wild when the four main characters took a group selfie on Saturday. "Only smiling because of where Eric's hand is! #ericmccormack @seanhayes @themeganomullally," Messing captioned the photo of the four friends and former costars wedged together and smiling for the camera. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Season 2 Declares "I Can Fix This" Broken Heart. The return of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is nigh -- and it's OK to get excited about it because Rebecca Bunch (Rachel Bloom) is not your crazy ex-girlfriend. The second season of The CW's breakout hit premieres Friday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m. and E! News has your first look at season two's new poster. There's Rebecca front and center with a broken heart. "I can fix this," the tagline reads. But can she? Season one of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend ended with Rebecca finally getting what she came to West Covina for: Josh (Vincent Rodriquez III). The two had sex after his sister's wedding (and after he broke up with his fiance and Rebecca and Greg had their issues) and Rebecca came clean to Josh about her move to West Covina. Yes, she came to California from New York just for him. "Rebecca is still not a virgin and it's an interesting sexual season," Bloom told E! News over the summer. "In some ways the season is everything we've wanted to do with the show because now Rebecca is more open about why she's in West Covina and what she wants out of life. She's a little closer on the road to finding happiness, which may or may not include Josh Chan." Crazy Ex-Girlfriend took home two Emmys, one for Outstanding Choreography and one for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Comedy Series. Bloom also took home a Golden Globe for her role on The CW series. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend season two premieres Friday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m. on The CW. (Eonline)

'The Simpsons' Mentions Arnold Palmer in a Season-Premiere Coincidence. Showrunner Al Jean says it was too late to cut the joke, involving the golfer who died Sunday, from air. In a bizarre coincidence, Arnold Palmer was discussed on the 28th-season premiere of The Simpsons on Sunday night. The golf legend died earlier in the day. He was 87. Episodes of the iconic cartoon are produced months in advance, so the mention of the late golfer was not a last-minute addition. In the bit, Homer tells Marge he plans on filling up a Super Soaker with an Arnold Palmer mixture to shoot at a friend. He then talks about the golfer and explains the Arnold Palmer drink. Showrunner Al Jean tweeted Sunday he was saddened to learn of Palmer's death. He also responded to a fan asking if the mention would be removed for the West Coast airing out of respect. "Of course I wish I could, but it's too late. One [of] the all-time greats in any sport." Jean tweeted. (Hollywood Reporter)

Vanderpump Rules' Season 5 Teaser Is Here and Has So Many Tears -- and Major Wedding Drama. Just raise your glasses high, this one's for you. Rejoice, Vanderpump Rules fans, as Lisa Vanderpump's crew of current and former SURvers will finally be back for a fifth season of wedding struggles, a lot of tears and, yes, even fried goat cheese balls. E! News can exclusively reveal that Vanderpump Rules will return on Monday, Nov. 7, at 9 p.m., and we also have the first trailer for season five, which teases that a war is brewing at SUR. And while it won't be pretty, it definitely will be fun to watch. In the epic teaser, we get to see the gang head to New Orleans for Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney's joint bachelor and bachelorette party, which may end up being more of a disaster than a celebration judging from what we see of it in the footage. Katie claims Tom's "d--k doesn't work," and Tom later saying, "I'm not marrying her." Say whaaa?! (Thankfully, we all know they make it to the altar and swap vows, despite the very ominous music and words from officiant Lisa Vanderpump.) Stirring up trouble in the promo are troublemakers James Kennedy, who calls the entire group "f--king losers," and Lala Kent, who is seen defending herself after Kristen Doute accuses her of sleeping with a married man. Complicating matters even more is the fact that Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix will find themselves torn between their two friend groups, as they try to maintain their friendships with James and Lala, while Katie is busy calling the latter "a whore." Ouch. And while the original group came together at the end of season four, with the champagne queen finally Stassi Schroeder being welcomed back into the fold, it looks like Scheana Shay might find herself on the outs this season, with Katie accusing her of being "fake" and Stassi yelling that Scheana doesn't "give a f--k about anyone other" than herself. Other quick teases we delightfully took note of? Sandoval rocking a dress and wig, a Tom-on-Tom kiss (our favorite kind of Pump Rules kiss), and the best line from Lisa to James, "You're turning into an a--hole before my very eyes." His response? "I don't appreciate that." Oh, and guess who's joining the staff at SUR in this season? Jax's sweet Southern sweetheart Brittany Cartwright (Can you believe Lisa poached her from Hooters?!), but her official debut at the restaurant won't be without its drama, as Jax does what any normal boyfriend would do and decides to spread a scandalous rumor about her that threatens their relationship. We also get to see a glimpse into their troubles at home, with Jax telling Brittany, "I don't think things are going well for us anymore." Vanderpump Rules season five premieres Monday, Nov. 7 at 9 p.m. on Bravo. (Eonline)

Matt LeBlanc Signs New Deal to Host BBC's 'Top Gear'. Co-host Chris Evans left the rebooted show after just one season. Matt LeBlanc may have lost his driving companion, but he's still going for (at least) two more laps around the Top Gear track. The actor on Monday was confirmed by the BBC as the host of the 24th and 25th seasons of its flagship motoring show, set to air next year under a two-season deal. "Matt was hugely popular with Top Gear viewers last series with his humor, warmth and obvious passion for cars and for the show, so I couldn't be more delighted that he's agreed to come back and do more for us." said Mark Linsey, director of BBC Studios. LeBlanc will be joined by Chris Harris and Rory Reid, with regular appearances from Eddie Jordan, Sabine Schmitz and The Stig. British media personality Chris Evans was named as LeBlanc's co-host for the 23rd season of Top Gear, which was a reboot of the show following the departure of controversial long-term presenter Jeremy Clarkson, who was sacked for punching a producer. However, Evans announced he would be stepping down before the season ended following poor ratings and intense media scrutiny, saying he "gave it my best shot but sometimes that's not enough." Meanwhile, Clarkson's new show on Amazon, The Grand Tour, is set to land on Nov. 18. (Hollywood Reporter)

Debate Ratings Primer: A Brief History of Presidential Showdowns (And Other Relevant Numbers). The Super Bowl in September? Probably not. Perhaps not since the Thrilla in Manila has a televised clash between two human beings (not wearing football helmets) been so feverishly anticipated. Monday night's presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, the first of three scheduled before the Nov. 8 election, is already being lauded as the TV event of the year. Some politicos and pundits, whose unchecked enthusiasm has the subtlety of a red-white-and-blue lobster bib, have speculated that north of 100 million viewers might tune into the showdown. Such a number would surge past all previous presidential debates and put the event on par with the Super Bowl -- but that's a not terribly realistic prospect. February's Super Bowl 50, the third most-watched telecast in U.S. history, averaged 111.9 million viewers. That's 85 percent of the number of Americans who even bothered to vote in the 2012 election. Over the course of last three presidential elections, the first debates averaged 60.7 million viewers. And those were in years when considerably fewer Americans were consuming their media on other platforms. "We have to take into account how many people are going to watch online," says Sam Armando, lead investment director at media firm Mediavest-Spark. "The ways people consume have changed drastically over the last four years -- but with everything that's going on and the headlines that these candidates are creating, I wouldn't be surprised if we get something that is up 25 or 30 percent over what it did four years ago." Four years ago, the first debate between President Barack Obama and GOP hopeful Mitt Romney set a 30-plus year high for debate audiences. More than 67 million viewers watched across the ten or so networks carrying the feed, the most since the initial 1980 showdown between incumbent Jimmy Carter and Republican rival Ronald Reagan netted 80 million. Working in Monday's favor is the unprecedented interest in this election. Ever since the first Republican primary debate back in August 2015 surprised everyone with a record-shattering 24 million viewers for Fox News Channel, the TV media has gone out of its way program events for the candidates, particularly Trump, to varying degrees of ratings success. (Not counting the multi-network totals for a handful of convention speeches, nothing has come close to that auspicious kickoff.) Playing devil's advocate for a moment, there is some evidence that points towards a slightly less juggernaut-ish performance for the debate. Summer's Republican and Democratic National Conventions, while huge, weren't much bigger from recent presidential election years. In fact, both fell shy of 2015's most-watched night with Clinton's DNC speech peaking at 33.7 million viewers and Trump's RNC address getting total 34.9 million. However high (or super-high) the debate gets, nobody will be making a mint off of it. The debate itself is commercial free. And while all of the many participating networks (at least those that are ad-supported) have successfully charged a premium during the respective post-shows, not all brands are eager to be associated with the event. "Some advertisers want to take advantage of those impressions that are available but others want to steer clear of the whole thing," adds Armando. "Some just don't want their brand associated with some of the views and the things that are said. There's a little bit of both going on right now." (Hollywood Reporter)
