The most important thing you can do to get your resume noticed is to write a description of your job experience that actually illustrates what you did. Instead of saying you're a results-oriented professional, give examples of specific projects you led and the results you achieved, such as increasing sales 25 percent. List projects and work tasks that demonstrate how you solved problems and give specific examples of things you did that show how you work well as a team player. That will get you noticed.
