Brad Garrett Is Engaged to IsaBeall Quella. Everybody loves Raymond, but Brad Garrett is only in love with one lucky lady and decided to make his feelings official. The 56-year-old comedian is engaged to his girlfriend IsaBeall Quella, the actor's rep confirmed to Entertainment Tonight. The two were recently sighted together on the red carpet of this year's Emmy Awards, where the actor's show Fargo was nominated for Outstanding Limited Series. "So grateful to have had this amazing, kind, handsome man as my date last night," 32-year-old Quella gushed on Twitter with a selfie of herself next to the star. "#TookHomeThePrize #WasntEvenNominated." Since they've been dating, the private pair have stayed relatively out of the limelight, though Quella has publicly gushed over Garrett as the "love of her life." "Wishing the happiest of birthdays to the love of my life, @RealBradGarrett! #56 #JustKeepsGettingBetter" she wrote on Twitter in April. The engagement marks the second for Garrett, who was previously married to Jill Diven for six years before they divorced in 2006. He and his ex-wife share two children. Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk "Have Discussed Marriage" as They Continue Enjoying Private Romance. Out of sight, but certainly not out of love. While pop culture fans may not be seeing Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk on social media and red carpets week after week, E! News has learned that this private couple is doing just fine. "They are in an extremely happy place between the two of them," a source shared with E! News exclusively. "They have discussed marriage and kids." "Bradley has been very supportive with Irina's career," our source added. "Bradley and Irina have been discussing the future more seriously lately." (Eonline)

Ashley Olsen Spotted With Financier Richard Sachs, So Is Hayden Slater Out of the Picture? Mary-Kate Olsen is a married lady, but Ashley Olsen might still be on the market. The 30-year-old fashion mogul and designer seems to be exploring her options. On Friday, a source tells E! News Ashley took an early-morning spinning class at Flywheel in New York with Richard Sachs, a businessman who is said to be "a very big deal in the New York art scene." The twosome biked side-by-side in the front row of the class and were spotted holding hands in the street as they left. "It looked romantic," says one eyewitness. If things are, indeed, romantic between Ashley and her gentleman friend, this would be a fairly recently development. Earlier this month she was photographed taking a hike with Pressed Juicery co-founder Hayden Slater. The entrepreneurial businessman even Instagrammed a photo of himself and Ashley holding hands in a group photo taken at a pal's engagement celebration. So will there be wedding bells in Ashley's future? Who knows! For starters, we haven't pegged down a groom yet, and there's also a good chance the potential bride-to-be would keep things on the DL. Much like her twin sister Mary-Kate, Ashley remains intensely private when it comes to her personal life. (Eonline)

Amber Rose and rumored boyfriend Val Chmerkovskiy had a spook-tacular Halloween together this year. The pair partied in Hollywood together on Sunday along with a group of their friends. Rose, 33, and Chmerkovskiy, 30, both dressed up as dead characters as the mother of one donned a sexy mermaid look with a bejeweled purple bra and sequined high-waisted green skirt. Meanwhile, the Dancing with the Stars pro was a member of the zombie-esque Three Musketeers with his friends, complete with elaborate black and white face makeup and fake blood. "We take Halloween seriously," Rose captioned a group photo on Instagram and Twitter Monday. In her PDA picture, Chmerkovskiy rested his head on Muva's chest and placed his hand on her derriere. The budding couple first fueled romance rumors a couple of weeks ago after they were spotted getting friendly at her 33rd birthday party. "They were giggly and seemed very comfortable together," an onlooker shared to PEOPLE. Although Rose was eliminated from DWTS on week 6, the dancing competition introduced her to her former pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy's younger brother. "They met through Maks and really like each other," a source previously told PEOPLE. "It's very new, but it's going well." While Rose has yet to comment on the dating rumors, the Ukrainian dancer joked to ET: "I'd make a cute couple with a lot of people, you know what I'm sayin'?" (People)

Gwen Stefani Felt "Embarrassed" About Being Divorced, Didn't Want Fans to Think She's "a Failure." Gwen Stefani is still reflecting on her divorce more than a year later. The No Doubt singer is the cover girl on Glamour's 2016 "Women of the Year" issue, and inside the magazine she's opening up about her tumultuous past year. "Sometimes to be woken up again in life, you need to go through some really bad, hard times," she says. "I feel like I got woken up this year." Gwen divorced Gavin Rossdale, released an album, started dating Blake Shelton and even went on tour. Even she is shocked by how much she was able to accomplish, but she credits her difficulties with giving her the motivation to change. "Mind-blowing," Gwen says when asked about the past year. "I don't understand my journey. It's so crazy. But one thing I learned is, that's what life is. We all have to go through hard times. Tragedies. Those are given to us to see what we're going to do with them. How can we give back? How can we improve when we have these challenges?" That doesn't mean she was able to escape her "hard times" smoothly. After announcing her divorce, the "Hollaback Girl" would go on to admit several times that she was embarrassed by the fact that her marriage failed. "I don't think you'll talk to one person who didn't make it in a marriage who's not gonna feel that way. The intention of being married is the vow, right? You want to put everything into it to make it a success," she tells Glamour. But looking at her parents' seemingly perfect marriage made her realize hers wasn't working. "[My parents] just had their 50th anniversary. I had to work really hard at marriage, all the time, like everybody, but ours was extra hard," she adds. "When you add that we're from different countries, both of us being in music, and celebrity. [Marriage] was the one thing I didn't want to fail at. People can say whatever they want to about me... and I don't get too affected. But I didn't want them to think I was a failure. There's nothing weird about how I felt." Fortunately, Gwen turned her lemons into lemonade with This Is What the Truth Feels Like. "It's about saving my life. And it was interesting, because I know you're going to ask me about Blake, but finding somebody who was going through the exact same experience? [Shelton divorced country singer Miranda Lambert at about the same time.] That was an inspiration," she admits. "He was a friend to me when I needed a friend. An unexpected gift. And that became an inspiration in the songwriting." Nearly a year later, Gwen and Blake are happier than ever despite their obvious opposites attract characteristics. "It's definitely two different cultures. But there are many similarities, in things that we love and our morals," she says. "But it's really fun when you can learn about so many new things and share those differences." (Eonline)

Ronda Rousey Is Preparing for Retirement: "I'm Wrapping It Up." Ronda Rousey is returning to the ring for one of the last times. The 27-year-old is slated to go up against Amanda Nunes in a Dec. 30 UFC fight -- her first since her knockout loss to Holly Holm last year. "I've been training twice a day since August so I finally feel like super ninja good," she told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview. However, the athlete encouraged fans to tune in because it will be one of the last. "I'm wrapping it up. This is definitely one of my last fights," she revealed. "Everyone better watch because the show isn't gonna be around forever." While climbing trees and holiday scheduling may seem like the daunting elements of training for the upcoming fight, Rousey says its actually just the weeks of build-up to the highly anticipated main event. "If we had a fight right now, I'd fight right now and then I'd go get dinner and I wouldn't feel really tired about it," she explained to DeGeneres. "It's like the weeks and weeks of build-up beforehand when you know you're fighting this one person and it's like your showdown, the most important thing in your whole life and then millions of people are watching. It's that build-up for weeks on end. If it just happened right now, I wouldn't be nervous at all. It's the waiting." While we're all eagerly waiting to see who will emerge the winner, there's one person we don't think will be tuning in this year -- presidential candidate Donald Trump. In fact, the Republican politician labeled the athlete "not a nice person." "I think he said I was going to vote for him and it was news to me," she recalled. "I just said I'm not voting for a reality TV star to be the president. It's just all I said and so that makes me not a nice person." So, she landed on the New York Times' list of insults Trump has issued since he announced his candidacy. "I'm going to frame it. I put my belts on like an ottoman, I put my feet on them, but that's going to be on the wall." (Eonline)

To paraphrase Mark Twain, perhaps "Reports have been greatly exaggerated." Val Kilmer, who played the author in the one-man show "Citizen Twain," was revealed to be battling oral cancer by Michael Douglas, a survivor himself, at a London Q&A. But friends of Kilmer's tell Page Six that he's doing well and getting back to work after battling the disease. Kilmer has previously denied reports he was in ill health. He's scheduled to appear Nov. 10 and 17 at two screenings of his film "Cinema Twain," based on his live show, in LA. Kilmer is also working on an art career and is displaying a sculpture, which is selling for $150,000 at Just One Eye boutique in LA. Taylor Swift has Ryan Reynolds to thank for her Halloween costume this year. The singer dressed as Reynolds' superhero character from his film Deadpool, complete with the red and black mask and full suit. While Deadpool may have been one of 2016's most popular Halloween looks, only Taylor could wear the actual outfit worn by Reynolds, 40, himself. "Thanks @vancityreynolds for this costume, you're the BEST deadpool inside contact ever," Swift, 26, captioned her All Hallow's Eve photo on Monday. Swift's BFF and Reynolds' wife Blake Lively loved the Deadpool-inspired costume idea so much she wrote "#HusbandUpgrade" in the comment section of one of the pop star's Instagrams. Swift spent the holiday with squad members Gigi Hadid, Martha Hunt, Camila Cabello and Lily Donaldson in New York City to celebrate friend Kennedy Raye's birthday. "Happy Halloween from Deadpool, a Cub Scout, Martha Brady, a space cadet, a granny with a lost cat, black swan, and a birthday girl dressed as a cat. Happy birthday @kennedyrayee WE LOVE YOUUUUUU," Swift captioned a group photo. In previous years, Swift dressed up as Olaf, a pegacorn and also shared a TBT photo of her yellow Teletubby costume. UPDATE: Theroux updated his Instagram caption on Tuesday, stating that he "is NOT shading anyone" because he's not "eleven years old." ORIGINAL STORY: Ready for fight club? Justin Theroux may have just taken an inadvertent (or not) swipe at Brad with one of his recent Instagram posts. The Leftovers actor, 45, posted a graffiti design created by artist Nick Flatt on Saturday, October 29, which says "F--k Brad Pitt." The remark can be found in pink paint (look closely!) on the right. The dig can be hard to find -- and even Theroux may have missed it. In the mural, a woman giving the middle finger is surrounded by several other topics, such as "f--k war," "f--k steroids," "f--k cocaine" and "f--k racism." Theroux's caption -- expressing understandable angst over the final days of the U.S. presidential election -- doesn't allude to Pitt, 52, either. "#currentelectionmood," the Girl on the Train star captioned the snapshot. "#berlin #graffiti #f--kingnickflatt." Pitt, of course, has a history with Theroux's wife, Jennifer Aniston. The pair were married from 2000 to 2005 before he moved on with his now estranged wife, Angelina Jolie. Back in September, Jolie, 41, filed for divorce after two years of marriage. The Maleficent actress currently has full custody of their kids -- Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne -- as the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services continue their investigation of Pitt for alleged child abuse. Theroux was asked about Brangelina's messy split during a September 26 interview with Business Insider. "As a child of divorce, all I can say is that's terrible news for those children, and that's all you can really say," he said at the time. "It's boring to sort of comment on anything else. People are having a bad time. That's horrible." (US Weekly)

Tyga is sparing GF Kylie Jenner some major embarrassment, and it only cost him $100,000. Tyga has paid half the $200k he owes to Jason of Beverly Hills, the jeweler who got a judgment against the rapper. TMZ broke the story ... Jason's lawyers recently grilled Tyga on his assets, and even subpoenaed Kylie to get to the bottom of Tyga's finances. But the rapper's lawyer appeared in court Tuesday and told the judge Tyga's making good on the debt ... at least a chunk of it. The lawyer says the entire debt will be paid by November 17th. We're told Tyga himself is footing the bill, not the Kardashian klan. (TMZ)

Mark Salling Won't Face Charges for Alleged Rape. Mark Salling won't face charges for an alleged rape. E! News confirms that the Los Angeles District Attorney won't be charging the Glee alum for rape of a 22-year-old woman, citing insufficient evidence. The victim claimed that she entered into a relationship with the Glee alum and wanted to wait until marriage to have sex. According to the police report, Salling "continued to pressure her" until she agreed to have sex. She ultimately changed her mind, telling him, "I can't do this," but he allegedly didn't listen. The victim filed the police report in April 2016, about four years after the alleged incident occurred. If more evidence surfaces, however, the D.A. said it might reopen the case. E! News has reached out to his attorney for comment. Earlier this year, the 34-year-old actor pleaded not guilty to the federal criminal charges of receiving and possessing child pornography. The grand jury handed down the two-count indictment, alleging Salling obtained and possessed pornographic photos and video depicting girls, some purportedly younger than 12 years old. He was slated to begin his trial on July 12, but E! News confirmed the date had been delayed after the court granted Salling's request for a new attorney. If Salling is convicted of receiving child pornography, he could face a minimum sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars. If found guilty on both charges, Salling could face 40 years in prison. (Eonline)

Slash's ex says his claim they were never married is an absolutely humiliating joke to her and their kids. Perla Ferrar was out in Beverly Hills when she reacted to the story we broke -- that Slash says they were never husband and wife because Perla hadn't divorced her first husband. She tells us the Guns N' Roses rocker should have fresh memories of their marriages. Either the first one OR the second! Perla also says there were signs of nasty things to come when she took their kids to Coachella to watch Slash and GNR this year -- and it was not a VIP experience. (TMZ)

THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Lisa Vanderpump Opens Up About Animal Rights and Her New Foundation: ''My Life Has Literally Gone to the Dogs.'' Lisa Vanderpump is set on helping the world, one dog at a time. The Vanderpump Rules star and devoted dog-lover recently sat down with E! News' Carissa Culiner to discuss her latest business venture, The Vanderpump Dog Foundation, and shared why she feels so strongly about animal rights activism. "When we started Vanderpump Pets I thought, I'd really love to go into the pet business," Lisa explained. "But until recently I was naive about the atrocities that are being done against these wonderful creatures.[And it was] through [Vanderpump Pets] that my attention was drawn to some of those new atrocities." From there, the restaurateur and Real Housewife created the idea of starting her own foundation to help abandoned animals, and The Vanderpump Dog Foundation was born. With four current campaigns, including two international and two domestic, the foundation is still in its early stages. However, they have already accomplished a variety of missions, including the 13 Dog Campaign, in which the foundation rescued 13 different dogs after their owners were evicted from their homes. And that is not all. The foundation also has started fundraising for a transport van that will be equipped with kennels, medical equipment and air conditioning for dogs that need immediate rescuing from dangerous situations, as well as a 10 For 10 program that will provide care and homes for 10 different shelter dogs. But Lisa isn't alone in her fight. The proud dog-mother is joined by her husband, Ken Todd, in her efforts. "I've had dogs ever since we've been married, which is about 35 years now, and I've always loved them," Lisa said, fawning over her dog Puffy, who joined her in the interview. And the couple are now taking their life-long passion a step further. "I'm opening a dog shelter in West Hollywood," the star excitedly told us. "My life has literally gone to the dogs." In honor of the foundation officially getting its footing, the family is also hosting the first Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala this Thursday. "We're going to be having a doggy gala! And it's going to be a fun night," she beamed. "It's going to be a very pretty night but also a little bit of education talking about what Vanderpump Dog Foundation has achieved so far and what we endeavor to do." The guest list is under wraps for now, but we recognize plenty of the names Vanderpump mentioned as being supporters of the cause. "Diane Warren has really helped my cause, and Leona Lewis," she said. "Lance bass is [also] a huge dog supporter and a great friend." And don't fret- we also asked Lisa about her own pets, which includes a miniature horse, swans and, of course, her eight dogs. "Well, Gig is the easiest [to take care of], of course I have to maintain him, but he's very good. But the big retrievers are naughty boys, and Schnook, he's a nightmare!" she joked. But even if her dogs are a handful, Lisa makes sure she gives them as much attention as she can, and even gave us some tips on how to show our dogs how much they mean to us. "Love them, really let them know. Spend certain part of the day spending time with them and talking to them," she suggested. "They understand a lot more than you know, so really communicating with them breeds a great relationship." You can buy tickets for the Vanderpump Dog Foundation Gala, which will be held Nov. 3, on the organization's website, and check out this page for more information about their plans for a shelter and how to get involved. While training for his first-ever marathon, Will Reeve, son of the late "Superman" star Christopher Reeve, didn't run into many problems. He did, however, encounter a tiny dog, which sank its teeth into his ankle when he was running across a private driveway in Maine. "A Shih Tzu nipped at my heels and drew blood," says the 24-year-old, who works as a sports reporter for ESPN. "But I carried on running because it was just a flesh wound. "It turned out the dog had all its shots, so now I've got a battle scar I wear with pride!" Pride is just one of the motivations behind Reeve's bid to run Sunday's TCS New York City Marathon. The other is to personally raise $35,000 for the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, the organization set up by his parents, of which he is a board member. The charity provides support for those with spinal cord injuries and raises funds for medical research. Westchester resident Christopher became a disabled-rights activist after he was paralyzed in a horse-riding accident in 1995. Will was just shy of 3 years old at the time. Together with his wife, Dana, Christopher raised millions of dollars through the foundation, investing heavily in stem-cell research. Tragically, almost a decade after his accident, Christopher, 52, suffered a massive heart attack and died in 2004. Just 17 months later, when Will was 13, Dana, a nonsmoker, succumbed to lung cancer at age 44. The orphaned Reeve (who has an older half-brother, Matthew, and half-sister, Alexandra, from his father's previous relationship with model Gae Exton) was raised by local family friends in Bedford, NY. "Everything I do, I try to honor my parents' legacy," Reeve tells The Post. "I want to keep their names alive." Fifty people will compete under the "Team Reeve" banner on Sunday, including some of Reeve's pals and his girlfriend. Despite being a committed sportsman like his dad -- he particularly enjoys basketball, soccer, tennis and golf -- Reeve was never into long-distance running. But he playfully admits that, for years, he would tell his family and friends at the Reeve Foundation that he would run a marathon "next year." "Finally I realized, 'What kind of example am I setting when many of the people in the spinal-injury world for whom I advocate would do anything just to be able to step up to the starting line?'?" he says. His training started in earnest in May after phone consultations with professional running coach Mark Zenobia. "Mark asks you every question imaginable as it pertains to your physical fitness and mental preparedness to run a marathon," says Reeve. "I talked with him and said I wanted to do it in an acceptable time [4 hours, 15 minutes], but I [also] just wanted to finish." The pair devised an exercise plan, starting on Memorial Day and finishing on race day, which includes 3- to 6-mile runs during the week and a long run on Saturdays. "I don't run on Fridays, and the longest run I've done is 20 miles," says Reeve, who lives in Soho and trains along the West Side Highway and in Central Park. Along with almost daily runs, he lifts weights and cross-trains. "I do the occasional spin class and yoga, but mostly I've been focused on running, especially over the summer." Dietwise, Reeve says he has always eaten healthfully. "I like to eat whole foods, whole grains and fresh meats," says Reeve, who tends to order in from healthful places like NYC's Dig Inn. "I'm obsessed with chicken, and could eat it three times a day." However, he travels frequently due to his roving reporting job for ESPN, and often has trouble finding healthy options in diners and fast-food joints. Still, he enjoys carbs once in a while at spots like Basta Pasta near Union Square. "They have this amazing spaghetti with prosciutto that comes out of a wheel of Parmesan cheese, which they roll right up to the table," he says. "Maybe I'll go there for my pre-marathon loading of carbs!" - Will Reeve on why he's running in Sunday's marathon After the race, Reeve plans to meet his teammates before heading downtown to see friends at a bar and watch football. "I must admit I'm looking forward to a beer or two," he says. So will his passion for running continue post-race? "I'll tell you on Monday," he says with a laugh. Asked whether he will be thinking about his parents during Sunday's event, Reeve replies that he will draw inspiration from their memory. "Everything they did was the embodiment of courage, bravery and strength," he says. "Every day was a new fight, a new battle that my parents tackled together." Meanwhile, he doesn't consider his involvement in the Reeve Foundation a responsibility, but a privilege. "My folks instilled great values in me," he says. "One of the things they taught me from an early age is that when you're doing something, you'd better go all the way." (Page Six)

Kim Kardashian Briefly Returned to Facebook Last Night. Kim Kardashian didn't make headlines for any crazy or cute Halloween costumes this year. However, she did make headlines regarding something completely different... The reality star appeared to have returned to social media very briefly on Monday night, posting a photo on her Facebook account. She was holding her light-up Lumee phone case and simply captioned it, "Downtime #LumeeCollab." It would have marked her first official return to social media since taking a hiatus following the robbery in Paris. However, it was likely a sponsored post that had been scheduled before the incident, and it has since been deleted. Following the night on Oct. 3 in which Kim was bound, gagged and held at gunpoint in her Paris hotel, she has remained quiet on all fronts. Other than staying off social media, she's remained out of the spotlight with the exception of attending three of Kanye West's concerts last week in Los Angeles. Still, she beefed up her security for the outing and kept a low-profile in a black hat. Kim has remained secluded in her home, spending time with North and Saint West as well as family and friends who have been visiting her following the robbery. Other than deleting people she follows from her Twitter account, she hasn't made any other public moves when it comes to social media. She canceled her appearance at Hakkasan in Las Vegas for their Halloween party over the weekend and postponed a makeup master class that was scheduled in Dubai for mid-October. She didn't even do anything for her 36th birthday earlier this month. Despite the fact that full production on Keeping Up With the Kardashians has picked up recently, a source told E! News Kim still has "no idea" when she will resume her normal life in the public eye. "This is something that has the potential to screw anyone up for a very long time," another insider explained. "It was incredibly frightening and it's going to take a while to get over it." (Eonline)

Amy Schumer is movin' on up ... to a deluxe home on NYC's Upper West Side for $12.15 million. Amy reportedly closed on the 5 bed, 5.5 bath penthouse in October, and it's been described as a Malibu beach house mixed with sophisticated Manhattan architecture. Amy's new home features spacious living and dining areas, a glass fireplace, media room and a private terrace with incredible views ... as in, she'll be getting an eyeful of the Hudson and Jersey everyday. She's been trying to sell her last place -- a 1 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse -- for a while, but it's clear she wasn't gonna pass on taking this big step up. (TMZ)

Nick Cannon's answer to questions about Mariah Carey, divorce and/or James Packer ... is Ike Turner. We got Nick outside the Halloween party at Vandal in NYC, and of course, he got a heavy dose of Mariah. Makes sense ... as we reported, their divorce was just finalized, and now she's in the middle of cutting all ties with Packer. Luckily for Nick, he was in character as the late Ike ... which allowed him to throw out the perfect response to the questions. Great timing, Ike! (TMZ)

Lady Gaga to Perform at the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Lady Gaga is going to be one busy woman! E! News can exclusively reveal that the award-winning singer, who just released her fifth studio album Joanne, will be headlining the highly anticipated Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this December in Paris. There's no word on what songs Gaga will perform on the catwalk, but you know we're getting our fantasy playlist ready. Additional performers have yet to be announced. The sexy annual runway show will be held in the City of the Light for the first time on Monday, Dec. 5, on CBS, and will feature a number of gorgeous familiar faces, including Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss and returning favorites Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk and Jasmine Tookes, who will be wearing the $3 million Bright Night Fantasy Bra. The latest gig comes after a number of announced performances to come. Mother Monster, who recently graced us with one extremely entertaining Carpool Karaoke alongside James Corden, was just confirmed to perform live at L.A.'s Microsoft Theater on Nov. 20 for the American Music Awards. Not only that, but after ongoing speculation, Gaga announced that she'll be headlining the Super Bowl! The "Perfect Illusion" singer posted the announcement on Instagram, writing, "It's not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA." The news comes after reports surfaced that the NFL was very interested in the pop superstar. One of the many reasons why was because of her acclaimed performance of the National Anthem at last year's Super Bowl. This past February, the Mother Monster blew viewers away when she sang the song live. And as an added bonus, the singer admitted that performing at the Super Bowl was a "dream come true." "I've always wanted to sing the National Anthem at a major sporting event since I was a little girl, and for it to be the Super Bowl, it is the ultimate," she told NFL.com "This is one of the highest honors of my career." Something tells us this is just the beginning. (Eonline)

Taylor Swift and Drake have been cozying up to each other lately because they're making music together, Page Six has learned. "They've been in the studio collaborating," a source told us after Swift was a no-show at Drake's Virginia Black Halloween party on Sunday. The music duo sparked dating rumors in October after they were spotted "flirting" at Drake's birthday. Drake, however, was equally flirty with other women at his Halloween bash. Reps for the recording artists did not comment. (Page Six)

Bruno Mars Reveals What He Learned From Failure: ''Those Days Sucked in a Beautiful Way.'' Bruno Mars might be one of the most successful, renowned voices in the industry today, but it wasn't just a walk in the park for him to get here. The 31-year-old singer joined Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show on Apple Music Tuesday and opened up about his career path, his failures and how he hopes to be remembered in the future. Discussing his early days as an aspiring singer and songwriter, Mars recalled, "[Those days] sucked, but in a beautiful way. Without getting dropped, I might not be here. All of these things you have to go through. It ain't easy. If it was easy everyone would be doing it." He continued, "The worst absolute moment was telling everybody I got dropped. I'm broke. I'm in debt. Walking into a room saying, 'Yeah, I'm a signed Motown artist,' then walking in and saying, 'I'm a dropped Motown artist.' But I'm not blaming anybody over there." In fact, he believes it all worked out the way it was supposed to. "Sylvia Rhone gave me a deal and the timing wasn't right. I had to go through this journey. I had to meet Jeff [Bhasker] and beg him to come play at Pickwick's Pub on Ventura with me. I had to sing these songs and gig. I was 20-years-old. I wasn't even supposed to be in these places probably." Now that he's reached the goals and success he always dreamed of, Mars just wants to continue making good music -- like his latest hit, "24K Magic" -- that creates happiness and moves people the way it always has. "I hope that my music does the talking," he said of how he wants to be remembered. "I just wanna do music. It could be boring for people this day and age, but I don't wanna be known for no scandals or controversy. I want to be the guy that brings joy to your life through his music. That's it." Well that, and one more thing: "I wanna go home, throw on some Netflix and live a life." (Eonline)

Jenni Rivera's Hologram Debuted at Day of the Dead Event in Hollywood. Fans at the 17th annual Day of the Dead event at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, were witnesses to a hologram of the late singer Jenni Rivera. According to Billboard, Juan Rivera, Jenni's younger brother, took the stage to reveal the hologram. He nervously introduced his sister, who became the first regional Mexican singer and Latin artist to have a hologram. "This is where I was born, in Los Angeles. This is where I first sang, where the audience first applauded me, launched my career and believed in me," the crowd heard a recording of the late singer say. "It's the same audience that is still here with me. Thank you for your love. I hope you guys all have fun tonight and are satisfied and that this party that we have here in L.A. every year is also unforgettable." Jenni's oldest daughter, Chiquis Rivera, was in tears and said that she felt like running to the stage to give her mom a hug when she saw the hologram. "I felt like it wasn't long enough. I wanted more," she explained. The special hologram was created by Hologram USA, according to Billboard. They are the same company that worked with the estates of iconic late stars like Whitney Houston. Ashley Gorley Collects Top Honor at ASCAP Country Music Awards. It's becoming a familiar sight. Ashley Gorley walked off with the ASCAP country songwriter of the year trophy during the 54th annual ASCAP Country Music Awards Oct. 31. It's the third successive year Gorley has won the award, and fourth time total since 2009. With a whopping seven songs among the most-played ASCAP country titles during the eligibility period, Gorley's proven himself a prolific hit-maker, accruing such successes as Luke Bryan's "Kick The Dust Up," Dan + Shay's "Nothin' Like You," Jason Aldean's" Tonight Looks Good On You" and Frankie Ballard's "Young & Crazy" during the eligibility period. "I'm really excited about it," Gorley said on the red carpet outside the Ryman Auditorium. "It obviously never gets old-totally different songs, totally different year. I'm very humbled to get it again." Gorley was hardly the sole winner during the event, presented by one of the nation's three performance rights organizations. Brothers Osborne -- a.k.a. John and T.J. Osborne -- swiped song of the year with "Stay A Little Longer," while Chris Stapleton received the ASCAP Vanguard Award and Ricky Skaggs picked up the Founder's Award. In the process, the night included a bundle of music. Kelsea Ballerini kicked the event off with her first hit, "Love Me Like You Mean It," before the five most-played songs -- "Gonna," "Save It For A Rainy Day," "I'm Comin' Over," "Nothin' Like You" and "Stay A Little Longer" -- received unique, mostly acoustic treatments. Skaggs was celebrated with some of the finest performances of the evening. Peter Frampton applied joyous guitar licks to composer Gordon Kennedy's rock-infused version of "My Cup Runneth Over" (from the 2010 album Mosaic). Alison Krauss, Jamey Johnson and Sidney and Suzanne Cox layered disciplined harmony atop a fragile read of "Waitin' For The Sun To Shine." And Garth Brooks led a spirited take on Skaggs' 1983 hit "Highway 40 Blues," with the musicians paying homage to a rash of well-defined solo parts in the original. The performances were an appropriate match to the honoree. "I came to this town to make music," said Skaggs, recognized for his influence on his fellow artists. "I didn't come here to win awards, I didn't come here to make big records. When I was born, I was hearing music." The music is likewise the focus for Stapleton, whose willingness to step outside the accepted boundaries of country are a hallmark of his raw vocal sound. Beyond the outlaw strains in his album Traveller, Stapleton picked up an award for writing Thomas Rhett's Motown-flavored hit "Crash And Burn," recognized among the year's most-played country songs. "Getting invited to this party is a huge, huge deal," Stapleton said in his acceptance speech. "When I found out you could have a job being a songwriter, (I thought) 'That's the greatest job in the whole world. I gotta figure out how to do that.' I did it, and I continue to do it, and it's a wonderful thing." Warner/Chappell garnered the country publisher title a fourth straight year, landing 18 songs among ASCAP's most-played country titles. The evening was the second of three straight performing-rights organizations awards nights in Nashville, with the high-profile 50th annual Country Music Association Awards slated to air on ABC Nov. 2. The honors put the focus on individual accomplishment at a time when the vocation of songwriter is under siege. As digital consumption continues to grow, streaming royalties are small in comparison to broadcast revenues. And a complex web of regulations has tamped down the rates publishers are able to charge for many uses of their copyrights. "I'm very Jiminy Cricket about the whole deal," ASCAP president Paul Williams said of the transition occurring in the financial end of the business. "I believe we'll not only survive, we'll thrive. You know, ASCAP is 100 years old, we've had other battles. "Somewhere there's a young lady trying to write with headphones on so she doesn't wake the baby in the next room. I've been talking about her for eight years. I don't know her name, but I know that when she has a hit finally, she deserves to make a living with it." In the meantime, Gorley is a key player in Nashville's creative community, in part because he's still as driven to succeed as the fictitious newcomer in Williams' example. "I've got some writers that I publish, I know how good they are, and it's enough to keep you very hungry," Gorley said prior to the awards. "All those guys moving to town are trying to get on the same records I'm trying to get on. I just have to continuously raise the bar, try to change up things, try to offer new stuff. You can't do the same thing over and over. You've got to try to keep it fresh. So it's not anything that gets old. It's a constant fresh hunger." (Billboard)

Little Mix, James Arthur Racing to U.K. Chart Summits. Little Mix is in with a shout for a third week atop the U.K. singles chart while former X Factor winner James Arthur is on track for his first albums chart crown. Little Mix' "Shout Out To My Ex" (Syco), the lead single from the girl group's upcoming album Glory Days, is holding onto No. 1 on the midweek chart. Its nearest rival is James Arthur's "Say You Won't Let Go" (Columbia), currently No. 2 on the Official Singles Chart Update, while Clean Bandit's "Rockabye" (No. 3 via Atlantic); The Weeknd featuring Daft Punk's "Starboy" (No. 4 via Republic/XO); and The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey's "Closer" (No. 5 via Disruptor) lock-up strong positions. Hitmaker Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" is surging up the chart (No. 6 via Atlantic) while Drake's "Fake Love" (Cash Money/Republic Records) has the fastest start for a new release, opening at No. 9 at the midweek point. A pair of spooky songs are creeping into the chart as the U.K. got into the Halloween spirit. Michael Jackson's "Thriller" (Epic) re-enters the midweek list at No. 42, a 165% spike in sales from last week, according to the Official Charts Company, while Ray Parker Jr.'s "Ghostbusters" (Arista) theme is at No. 77, a 107% gain from last week. The race to the albums chart summit has a clear leader in James Arthur, whose sophomore set Back from the Edge is 6,000 combined sales ahead of the Courteeners' No. 2 ranked LP, Mapping The Rendezvous (Ignition). James will hope his Edge goes one better than his debut, eponymously-titled album which peaked at No. 2 in 2013. The singer already has a chart crown from 2016; his track "Say You Won't Let Go" ruled the singles chart for three weeks. The top five on the Official Albums Chart Update is completed by Elvis Presley's record-busting Wonder of You (Legacy/RCA) at No. 3; Madness' Can't Touch Us Now(UMC), new at No. 4; and Michael Buble's Nobody But Me (Reprise) at No. 5. The Official U.K. Singles and Albums Charts are published late Friday. (Billboard)

Sometimes you just have to figure it out as you go. The first trailer for Katie Holmes' directorial debut All We Had dropped on Monday, and it shows the actress as a struggling single mother trying to raise her rebellious teen daughter. "Superheroes don't fly or look like Jesus," says Holmes' daughter in the film, played by Stefania Owen. "They drive broken-down cars, they take their kids with them no matter where they go or how bad things get, and sometimes, they make mistakes just like anyone else." Adapted from Annie Weatherwax's 2014 novel, the film follows Rita Carmichael (Holmes) and her daughter Ruthie (Owen) as they teeter on the edge of poverty during the mid-2000s. The actress, 37, previously opened up to PEOPLE about her first turn in the director's chair. "It was hard work," she said. "But, I had a great team around me that really helped." This was the right time to pursue directing, Holmes said, because she finally felt she was ready to do it, and jumped at the opportunity before she could talk herself out of it. "It happened rather quickly," Holmes said. "I found the book and I had the support of my agency, and then Jane [Rosenthal]" -- the prominent film executive and producer behind Analyze This and Meet the Parents -- "decided to produce it." All We Had hits theaters Dec. 9. (People)

'Enormous' Comic Being Developed With Eye for Chinese Markets (Exclusive) The creature-filled comic is also being developed for VR. Hitman: Agent 47 producer Adrian Askarieh is teaming up with the former head of international productions for Huayi Brothers, Eva Cao, to adapt comic book Enormous for Chinese markets. Simultaneously, Askarieh is partnering with Pure Imagination Studio to spearhead multimedia initiatives including VR adaptation. Created by Tim Daniel and artist Mehdi Cheggour, the Image Comics comic is set in a world where humanity is under attack from gigantic monsters. Askrarieh, who's been developing Enormous since 2013, has already translated the comic into a Machinima live-action pilot and is taking the franchise into alternative forms of storytelling. Pacting with Cao is meant to take the property into the Chinese market as a feature film, although television, animation and VR is also being explored. "Chinese audiences strongly respond to stories like the ones showcased in the Enormous comic books," said Cao, who initiated the investment deal and led negotiations with Studio 8 while at Huayi. "By partnering with Hollywood creative talent, I'm confident we can turn Enormous into a filmed franchise with global appeal but one which especially captures the sensibilities and imagination of the Chinese audiences." Askarieh also believes that the property has a tremendous future in the multimedia sphere, particularly in VR. And that's where Pure Imagination comes in. The Los Angeles-based company has done work in various fields from live-action to stop-motion on properties such as Batman, Bionicle and Star Wars. "Properties need to be developed across a range of media platforms these days and leveraging new and compelling ways to tell stories has been a core focus of Pure Imagination Studios since its inception," said Joshua Wexler, the studio's chief executive of fun. Enormous, with its concept of monsters vs. man, is primed for plenty of VR potential. "Imagine looking up at a 60-foot tall monster that wants to eat you. And if you don't move, and I mean really get out of the way, you're toast. How awesome is that?" (Hollywood Reporter)

The Bachelor Season 21 Premiere Date Revealed: Nick Viall Makes His Debut on... New year, new Bachelor. Nick Viall's The Bachelor debut kicks 2017 off right on Monday, Jan. 2 at 8 p.m. with a two-hour episode on ABC. Nick survived public TV heartbreak thanks to Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe on two different seasons of The Bachelorette and a stay on Bachelor in Paradise. Now the roses are in his hands. According to an ABC release, Nick is "back stronger than ever, ready and eager to begin his search for true love." Last season, season 20, The Bachelor was the No. 1 TV show on Mondays among the 18-34 demo and women 18-34. "After all these years, and all the heartbreak, it's finally Nick's turn to hand out the roses. Will he finally find that love he's craved? He believes in finding love on the series and hopes it is his time now," ABC said in a press release. Chris Harrison is returning as host, of course. Fans were stunned when Nick was announced as The Bachelor in August. Speculation was running rampant that Luke Pell or Chase McNary would get the title this time around, but Chris Harrison said Nick proved himself deserving of the shot. "Look, the good news is it's worked for him. He has fallen in love on this show and he has sincerely tried to make it work. Unfortunately, he's just come up a little bit short each time. He's done his part, he will give himself to this process. Again, at the end of the day this wasn't an indictment on Luke or Chase as much as it was more of a compliment to Nick in that he is that sincere guy who really does want to make this work," the host said. One thing we can expect? A Backstreet Boys group date. The Bachelor premieres Monday, Jan. 2 at 8 p.m. on ABC. (Eonline)

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 11 Finale Leaves Vicki Gunvalson With No Friends Yet Again. She may be the OG of the O.C., but after this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson may want to consider a permanent relocation. With season 11 in our rear-view mirrors (save an explosive reunion special episode or three), Vicki yet again finds herself a social pariah with the women she considers usurpers of her territory, interlopers on her turf, invaders of her show. Though she spend the entire season trying to claw her way back into the lives of Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, and, to a lesser extent, Meghan King Edmonds following the long national nightmare known as Brooks Ayers, Bravo's longest-lasting Housewife might be even more worse off than she started. To put it plainly: Season 11 did not go well for Vicki. After the Irish Airport Van Ride From Hell unearthed some of the truly heinous gossip Vicki was allegedly spreading about the husbands of the very woman she was so desperate to press the reset button with (thanks to her supposed friend and resident wounded animal, newbie Housewife Kelly Dodd), Vicki was once again on the defensive, heading into Tamra's carbo-loading party hoping she'd be able to offer up one of her patented blanket apologies wherein she claims to take full responsibility for every bit of wrongdoing, but never seems capable of actually identifying any individual things she's done wrong. This time, though, no dice. Shannon wasn't interested in the letter she had for her. "Oh, so you can write it, but you can't look me in the eye and say anything?" she asked before likening being friends with her to being back in bed with the devil. Heather seemed as though she wanted nothing to do with either Vicki nor Kelly moving forward, though much of her vitriol was saved for the new girl on the scene whose poisonous tongue and "speak now, apologize later once I'm done seeing red and realize what I've done" mentality seemed to really break the champs lover this season, leading to repeated instances where Heather dismissively called Kelly "trash" in a way that wasn't very becoming, regardless of Kelly's behavior. Shannon admitted she's all but ready to pull up stakes and hightail it back to St. Louis, lest any of this ugliness influence her unborn daughter. "I've seen a lot that I didn't like this year and I feel these other women are really going too far," she said. "If this is the kind of example my child has to look forward to in the O.C., I don't know if I want to be around for that." And Tamra? Well, Tamra seems truly and finally done with her former BFF. After telling Vicki she doesn't even exist in her world, Tamra gave in to Briana's request for one final chat outside of Shannon's house, where Vicki gave one last college try at an apology before she couldn't help herself and doubled down on the serious allegations that David Beador beats his wife. "It's really bad. I worry about Shannon," she repeated. "OK, you know what? That's bulls--t. David doesn't beat Shannon, and you're a bitch," Tamra shouted as she walked away and the titles on the screen revealed that the two haven't spoken for six months. This reunion is going to be intense. Bring. It. On. The Real Housewives of Orange County's three-part reunion special airs over three consecutive Mondays, beginning Nov. 7, at 10 p.m. on Bravo. Call It a Comeback: Sharna Burgess Plotting Dancing With the Stars Return After Knee Injury. Sharna Burgess isn't letting a pesky knee injury keep her out of the Dancing With the Stars ballroom or out of heels. "I'm fine, here walking in heels. We're good. I will be back before you know it," the professional dancer told E! News' Sibley Scoles after Dancing With the Stars' Halloween performance show. Burgess had to bow out of the competition for this week, prompting her partner, Indy driver James Hinchcliffe to dance with Jenna Johnson. The two got a perfect score from the judges for their Suicide Squad inspired Viennese Waltz. "it was amazing, honestly," Burgess said of the dance. She praised Hinchcliffe's ability to take direction from Johnson and Johnson's ability to fulfill her vision. "I'm incredibly proud of both of them," she said. Burgess injured her knee during dress rehearsal for the week seven performance. Doctors originally told her she may have to be out of the competition for three to six weeks, but she could be back in the ballroom as soon as next week. "The trick is to really find the best treatment available and that's what I did. I made the really difficult choice to leave James for three days, go to Ohio and sought out the best available treatment in the country and as a result I'm healing quicker than ever," she told us. "I really do plan on being back next Monday. If these doctors tell me I can't, apparently I have to listen to them. And if it's not next Monday it will be on the one after that. Oh, I'm back." Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC. (Eonline)

NBC Passes on 'Cruel Intentions' Series. The Sarah Michelle Gellar drama was eyed for a summer 2017 slot. The sequel to the film will now be shopped to other outlets. Cruel Intentions will not be an NBC series. Following prolonged negotiations, the network has opted to pass on picking up its Cruel Intentions reboot to series, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. The sequel to the film will now be shopped to other outlets who previously expressed interest after NBC initially balked at greenlighting the drama in May. Developed last pilot season, Cruel Intentions picks up more than 15 years after the 1999 movie left off. The drama followed the beautiful and cunning Kathryn Merteuil (Sarah Michelle Gellar, reprising her role from the film) as she vied for control of Valmont International as well as the soul of Bash Casey (American Crime's Taylor John Smith), the son of her step-brother, the late Sebastian Valmont, and Annette Hargrove (Kate Levering). Upon discovering his late father's legacy in a hidden journal, Bash is introduced to a world of sex, money, power and corruption he never could have imagined. The project had been eyed for a summer 2017 slot, with prolonged talks between Sony Pictures Television and NBC said to focus on reducing the licensing fee for the typically little-watched season and stacking rights. NBC passing on the drama, based on the stage musical from Jordan Ross and Lindsey Rosin, comes as the revival is due to reopen in November. Sources say NBC's decision to pass comes as the network has a heavy midseason roster and didn't have room on its stable schedule for the series. (NBC's midseason roster includes Taken; Powerless; Trial & Error; Midnight, Texas; Great News; Marlon; and The Blacklist: Redemption, as well as returning seasons of The Carmichael Show and Shades of Blue. The small-screen sequel, which landed at NBC with a penalty attached in October, hailed from Cruel Intentions writer-director Roger Kumble and producer Neal Moritz. They are joined by Rosin and Ross, the duo behind the recent musical parody of the pic staged in Los Angeles. The pair's send-up at L.A.'s Rockwell Table & Stage in May attracted the film's four central stars, including Selma Blair, Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Phillippe and Gellar. Kumble remained in touch with Ross and Rosin after blessing the musical parody. Kumble, Ross and Rosin penned the script and executive produce the Sony Pictures Television project, with Kumble having directed the pilot. The series hails from SPT-based Moritz and his Original Film banner. Moritz and Pavun Shetty also will exec produce. The movie, produced by SPT sibling Columbia Pictures, grossed $75 million on a $10.5 million budget. Cruel Intentions would have given NBC a high-profile scripted entry in the summer, where the network previously had favored foreign acquisitions and lower-budget reality fare like American Ninja Warrior and America's Got Talent. He's back! Jay Leno returned to The Tonight Show on Monday, October 31, to deliver the opening monologue -- and no one was safe from his political zingers. Host Jimmy Fallon claimed he was injured and needed someone to fill in for him. Luckily, Leno, who hosted the show from 1992 to 2014, was ready to go with five minutes of back-to-back jokes. The former late-night host started off with some Halloween-themed quips. "Hillary Clinton got quite a scare tonight. I guess a trick-or-treater came to the door dressed as a lie detector," he said before ribbing her Republican rival Donald, saying, "When kids rang his bell and yelled 'Trick or treat,' Trump yelled 'trick,' and before the kids could grab any candy, declared bankruptcy." Leno, of course, had to use the opportunity to reference Billy Bush's vulgar conversation with Trump from 2005. "I had a great costume this year: Earlier tonight, I put a douche bag on my head when I was Billy Bush," Leno, 66, joked. "As you know, Billy Bush got fired for the outrageous things he and Donald Trump said about women. See, I think Trump should hire Billy. This way, he can grab Bush whenever he wanted." Finally, Fallon, 42, joined back in during Leno's traditional "The economy's so bad" bit. "Forbes has a list of richest Americans, and 200 of them just moved back in with their parents," he said. "In Beverly Hills I saw a woman tanning with the sun." (US Weekly)
