Pharrell Williams and Helen Lasichanh Welcome Triplets. Three cheers for Pharrell Williams and Helen Lasichanh! The couple welcomed triplets in January, Pharrell's rep confirmed to Vanity Fair Tuesday. The rep did not provide the babies' names or sexes, but told E! News, "The family is healthy and happy." Married since 2013, Pharrell and Helen are also parents to son Rocket Williams, 8. The duo broke the news that they were expecting in September 2016 when Lasichanh, 36, showed off her baby bump at a Chanel-hosted dinner to celebrate their new fragrance N°5 L'EAU. However, neither Pharrell nor Helen publicly revealed that she was expecting triplets. In a 2014 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Pharrell revealed how Rocket got his name. "In the same way the Indians named their children after a force or animal or element," the musician said, "we named him after a man-made machine that was meant to go up, meant to ascend." Speaking to The Guardian in 2014, he described Rocket as "the best song I've ever co-written." Pharrell is expected to attend the 2017 Oscars, as Hidden Figures is nominated for Best Picture alongside Arrival, Fences, Hacksaw Ridge, Hell or High Water, La La Land, Lion, Manchester by the Sea and Moonlight; he produced the movie with Peter Chernin, Donna Gigliotti, Theodore Melfi and Jenno Topping. The film, based on a true story, stars Taraji P. Henson, Janelle Monáe and Octavia Spencer; it received three nominations total. (Eonline)
Is Olivia Munn Engaged to Aaron Rodgers? Actress Spotted Wearing Diamond Sparkler on That Finger. Looks like Olivia Munn has some explaining to do... The actress sparked engagement rumors over the weekend when photographers snapped Olivia and longtime boyfriend Aaron Rodgers leaving a party in Beverly Hills on Saturday. The possible proof that the NFL star popped the question? A flashy engagement-like ring worn on Munn's left hand, of course. From the looks of it, the sparkler features a ruby center surrounded by diamonds and a gold band. Reps for both Munn and Rodgers did not immediately respond to E! News' request for comment, but it didn't take long for fans to speculate whether or not the lovebirds sealed the deal on their nearly three-year courtship. Olivia and Aaron started dating in 2014, and around this time last year, shut down rumors that she'd soon walk down the aisle. In a hilarious text exchange between Munn and her mom, which was later shared to Instagram, Olivia made it clear the two were still on the boyfriend-girlfriend track. "Answering yes or no to personal questions can be tricky because if you say "No" it means whenever you say "No comment" that kind of becomes your default "Yes". But since I'm doing press for the next few days, I didn't want to have to answer the same question over and over. So instead, I'm going to let my text conversation with my Asian mom help me out," she wrote alongside the screenshot. At the time, an insider told E! News an engagement wouldn't be completely far-fetched for the couple. "Olivia and Aaron have discussed they want to get married eventually and their future together," our source shared, adding, "They are very much in love but they want to make sure it all happens naturally." Now some time later, it appears Munn and Rodgers' relationship is just as strong, if not more. When her leading man and the Green Bay Packers failed to make the Super Bowl, Olivia shared a sweet message thanking fans for the ongoing support through "adversity on and off the field." Olivia and Aaron have gone to great lengths to keep most of their relationship extremely private, opting for complete silence when it comes to addressing family drama involving Rodgers and his brother, Jordan Rodgers. But in a 2015 interview with Good Housekeeping, Munn couldn't help but gush about the athlete. "Aaron is different than every other man I've ever met... There's so much I could say. Everything a good person can be, he is," she shared. Time to fess up, Olivia! (Eonline)
Snuggling up! Katherine Heigl has a lot to be thankful for, including her newborn baby boy and her "extraordinary" husband, Josh Kelley. The mom-of-three wished her hubby a happy 37th birthday on Monday, January 30, with a heartfelt message, and adorable snapshot of him cradling their son, Joshua Bishop. "How @joshbkelley is finishing off his birthday, with sleepy snuggles from his namesake!" she captioned the photo, in which Kelley is smiling broadly as his son sleeps on his chest. "Could not be more grateful for this extraordinary man and for this extraordinary day that he was born! Happy Birthday to the sexiest, funniest, smartest, most talented, charming man I have ever met! Oh and he's not too shabby in the Dad department either...is there ANYTHING the man cannot do??!!!" As Us Weekly reported, the pair welcomed their third child (they are also parents to daughters Naleigh and Adelaide, who they adopted in 2009 and 2012 respectively) earlier this year. Heigl, 38, confirmed they were expecting in June, and Kelley told Us he was "excited" about the "super new" experience they were about to go through. Their daughters were also looking forward to becoming big sisters. "They're so excited," Heigl told ET back in August. "For them, it's an 'out of sight, out of mind' thing. They'll forget about it for a while and then suddenly be like, 'Hey, have you had that baby yet?'" Heigl and singer Kelley, 36, met on set of his "Only You" music video in 2005 and tied the knot in December 2007. (US Weekly)
Mischa Barton Thanks Fans for Support After Hospitalization. Mischa Barton addressed her recent hospitalization via Twitter Tuesday. Writing to her 127,000 followers, the 31-year-old O.C. actress expressed her gratitude for all the fan support she's received. "Thank you so much for all the love guys. It means the world to me," she wrote. "There is too much going on in the world so I appreciate this more than ever." "From the bottom of my heart," Barton tweeted. "We shall over come." The two tweets came after she shared a picture of a Buddha statue via Instagram Monday. Barton was hospitalized at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Hospital Jan 26 after a neighbor called 911 to report she was behaving erratically. The actress shared her side of the story with People after being released Jan. 28. "On the evening of the 25th, I went out with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday," she said. "While having drinks, I realized that something was not right as my behavior was becoming erratic and continued to intensify over the next several hours." "I voluntarily went to get professional help, and I was informed by their staff that I had been given GHB," she said, referring to the depressant commonly referred to as the "date rape" drug. "After an overnight stay, I am home and doing well," the actress continued. "I would like to extend a big thanks of gratitude to the professionals at Cedars-Sinai for their great care and professionalism. This is a lesson to all young women out there, be aware of your surroundings." The actress' struggles have been well documented since her character was killed off The O.C. in 2006. In 2013, Barton told People she suffered a "full-on breakdown" after threatening to take her own life four years prior. "It was terrifying. Straight out of Girl, Interrupted. Story of my life." Barton has not been seen in public since leaving Cedars-Sinai Hospital over the weekend. Tweeting Tuesday, she wrote, "To members of the press please respect my privacy." (Eonline)
Lindsay Lohan Hangs Up in the Middle of a Radio Interview, but It's Not What You Think. Lindsay Lohan is up to an old trick. During an interview on KIIS 106.5's Kyle and Jackie O on Monday, the actress phoned in to talk about her new life in Dubai, why she purged her Instagram account and her rumored conversion to Islam, particularly in regard to the Arabic on her account bio. "If you guys in Australia really cared about me, then you would have noticed [the phrase 'Alaikum salam']'s been there for about two years," she retorted. Then, the hosts brought up President Donald Trump's previous comments to Howard Stern about her, including calling her "probably deeply troubled" and musing about her bedroom behavior. However, Lohan kept her cool and delivered a diplomatic response. "I wish him the best. We live in a world of societies that consistently fault in people...taking someone else down is never the answer and I think we all know that," she said. Then the hosts discussed Lohan's relationships with former co-stars Charlie Sheen and Jamie Lee Curtis as well as Oprah Winfrey. "She's been a guiding light my whole life," the actress said of her Freaky Friday colleague. As for Winfrey, the 30-year-old continues to look up to her. "Anytime that I write to Oprah, I write to her just to kind of check in with her because she's an incredible human being," she said of the mogul that she worked with on her former docuseries. "Her giving me that opportunity made me feel more empowered as not just a woman, as a person, as a human being on this Earth." However, Kyle used the moment to recall the time in 2015 when they interviewed Lohan and she abruptly hung up on them after claiming her publicist asked to end the interview. Unfortunately for Lohan, the behind-the-scenes moment was videotaped and aired on the OWN docuseries, showing that she had actually just hung up because she didn't want to answer a personal question about Tom Cruise. "You know what I learned watching that series with you and Oprah? I learned that when a celebrity hangs up on you during an interview, it can sometimes be on purpose," Kyle teased. With impeccable timing, Lohan abruptly hung up again. While the hosts were at first concerned that she was actually upset, they got her back on the line to prove it was all a joke. "That was great. We're good together," she said. "We should have our own show in Dubai." (Eonline)
Bruno Mars would 'trade music' to have his mum back. The singer's mother died suddenly in 2013. Bruno Mars is one of the most famous musicians in the world, but he would give it all up if it meant he could have his late mother back in his life. The singer's mum died suddenly of a brain aneurysm in 2013, aged 55. "My life has changed," says Bruno, 31. "She's more than my music. If I could trade music to have her back, I would. I always hear her say, 'Keep going and keep doing it.' "You just gotta know that she's with me everywhere I go. It's something that you can't imagine-the pain and the things that you keep going back to: 'I wish I would've done this or said this.' You just have to see life differently. It shows you the real importance of life. Nothing else matters in this world but family and your loved ones." He also revealed that he owes his early interest in music to his dad, Peter Hernandez. "My whole sense of rhythm is because my dad was teaching me bongos as a kid," he says. "He's an old-school working musician, so that's where the pinky rings come from, the patent-leather shoes, the suits, and the pompadour. It all stems from watching my father." Aww! (British Glamour)
Drake got punked by an impostor who pretended to be his manager and put the word out the rapper was putting his incredible estate on the market ... and the media took the bait. The LA Times reported Monday Drake had listed his Hidden Hills property for $19,999,900. It's an amazing property, with a grotto which matches the Playboy Mansion, a theater, game room, spa/massage room, and on and on. Turns out, a random guy who has no association with Drake posted the house as "For sale by owner" on Zillow. A real estate agent noticed the posting and reached out to the "manager" to see if he could rep the property. The "manager" told the agent he could rep Drake in the sale, and that's when the agent posted the listing on the Multiple Listing Service as an active listing. The agent, Alexei Pavlov, tells TMZ he never intended to put the property on the MLS as active ... it was supposed to be in drafts while he worked out details with the "manager." But Pavlov says when he spoke with the "manager" to nail down the listing, the guy got aggressive and confessed it was a scam. Short story ... the house isn't for sale, and the grotto will continue to be populated with hot chicks. (TMZ)
Dr. Luke is FURIOUS after finding out Kesha texted Lady Gaga alleging he raped another artist ... and now he's fighting back. Dr. Luke filed docs asking a judge to let him add a defamation claim in his legal war with Kesha after he says his team found out she texted Gaga alleging there's another rape victim. In the docs, Dr. Luke says the text is proof Kesha's on a "malicious campaign to destroy" his reputation and career. To be clear, the texts in question don't specifically name Dr. Luke but he believes the insinuation is far too clear. Kesha also filed her own docs, saying Dr. Luke's got a vendetta against her because he's failed to let her return to work and release new music. (TMZ)
It was January 1976 and Righteous Brothers singer Bill Medley was in Lake Arrowhead, California, with his 10-year-old son when he got a phone call that he would never forget: His ex-wife, Karen Klaas, was in the hospital in a coma -- from which she would never awake. "There was no coming back, and everybody knew it," Medley tells PEOPLE. At the hospital, he said he pleaded with her to survive. "I said to her, 'Come on honey, the boys need you. We all need you.' Real positive stuff," he remembers. "It was just very difficult." Klaas, a 32-year-old mother of two, had been found badly beaten, raped, and strangled with her pantyhose in her home in Hermosa Beach, California. She was in a coma for five days before she died. Nearly 41 years after her death, authorities announced Monday they had solved her murder -- with Medley on hand for the reveal. "I was a wreck," Medley says of the aftermath of Klaas' death. "It was a big-time out-of-body experience. I was thinking, 'I can't believe I am here looking at caskets for Karen.' It just didn't make sense. She was beautiful and alive and a wonderful lady ... It is like, 'How do I get out of this bad movie?'" Troyer was killed in a shoot-out with police in March 1982, after escaping from a California prison, L.A. County Sheriff Jim McDonnell said. At the time, Troyer was a suspect in multiple sexual assaults and had been behind bars for burglary. The decades-old case was solved through familial DNA testing, a controversial law enforcement tactic which allowed the investigators to do a search for a potential relative of the killer in the state's felon DNA data bank. "I figured that I probably knew the guy, but I didn't," Medley says. "Thank God I didn't know the guy. He just dropped out of the sky." Medley says Troyer, whose brother lived a few blocks away from Klaas, was in the neighborhood "casing it out looking for a place to rob. He was just out sniffing." Medley says he is grateful Troyer is dead: "I was happy that I didn't have to go through a court situation. I didn't think I was going to feel that way. I thought I would want to look the guy in the eye and deal with him, but now I am just real grateful there won't be any court." Medley and Klaas, then Karen O'Grady, married in 1964. They divorced in 1970, after which Klaas gave birth to a second son, Damien. But the two remained close, Medley says. The former couple were best friends who went to the same high school, Santa Ana High School, and attended the same church, but didn't start dating until after he saw her in the crowd at one of his performances. "Of all the people that were standing in the audience I just could see her smiling face and I said, 'wow," he says. "That's Karen. So I got her number and I asked her out and there you go." Medley says his ex-wife's death "changed my life dramatically." "Darrin was 10-years-old and I am a single bachelor living on the beach in Newport Beach, and all of a sudden I was a single parent," he says. "So it was Darrin's world. I took some time off to get Darrin's life back together. I took six years off to get him on his feet." "It is really resting on a different nerve that I never have felt before," he says about the now closed case. "I've been on stage in front of presidents and that is just a different nerve. This is so ugly. But it is also so wonderful that they put an end to all of this so we can close the book on this. I go from sad to being pissed off reliving all of it." Medley says he plans to finish writing a song he dedicated to Klaas titled Beautiful Lady. He is heading back to Las Vegas where he is performing at Harrah's. "That actually will be a good distraction," he says. "The stage has always been a lifesaver for me." (People)

Richard Portman, 'Star Wars,' 'The Godfather' and 'Nashville' Sound Man, Dies at 82. He received 11 Oscar noms during his brilliant career, winning for 'The Deer Hunter,' and taught at Florida State, where Barry Jenkins of 'Moonlight' was one of his students. Richard Portman, the accomplished sound man who collected 11 Oscar nominations and won for his work on Michael Cimino's The Deer Hunter, has died. He was 82. Portman, whose prolific list of credits also includes Carnal Knowledge (1971), The Godfather (1972), Paper Moon (1973), Star Wars (1977) and Body Heat (1981), died Saturday at his home in Tallahassee, Fla., his daughter, Jennifer Portman, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. He had recently suffered a broken hip from a fall. A perfectionist and rerecording mixing specialist, Porter received a pair of Oscar sound nominations in 1973 for his work on Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather and Michael Ritchie's The Candidate, then picked up two more the following year, for Peter Bogdanovich's Paper Moon and Mike Nichols' The Day of the Dolphin. He landed his first Oscar nom for Kotch (1971), directed by Jack Lemmon, and also was nominated for Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein (1974), Herbert Ross' Funny Lady (1975), Michael Apted's Coal Miner's Daughter (1980) and Mark Rydell's On Golden Pond (1981) and The River (1984). He and Robert Altman helped develop the overlapping, natural style of dialogue that the famed director was known for and was evident on California Split (1974), Nashville (1975), 3 Women (1977), A Wedding (1978) and Quintet (1979). Porter also worked on such notable movies as Little Big Man (1970), Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971), Harold and Maude (1971), The Getaway (1972), The Last Detail (1973), Silent Movie(1976), Starting Over (1979), Splash (1984), L.A. Story (1991), The Hand That Rocks the Cradle(1992), The Pelican Brief (1993) and Gloria (1999). In 1995, Portman retired from Hollywood and joined the faculty at Florida State University, helping to launch its film school as a Professor of Sound. "If nothing else, Florida State will have the only film school in the nation where directors learn sound from the start," he told the Tallahassee Democrat in 1998. One of his students was film school graduate Barry Jenkins, the Oscar-nominated writer and director of the best picture contender Moonlight. A native of Los Angeles, Portman was the son of Clem Portman, an Oscar-nominated sound man who worked on such features as King Kong (1933), Citizen Kane (1941), It's a Wonderful Life(1946) and She Wore a Yellow Ribbon (1949) and on dozens of episodes of the 1960s ABC series The Fugitive. After serving with the U.S. Marines, Portman landed a gig, with help from his dad, as a trainee at Columbia Pictures in 1957. Two years later, he joined the Samuel Goldwyn studio, and he spent more than a decade there. Portman served as the sound director at Altman's Lion's Gate production company in the 1970s and is said to be the first person in Hollywood to mix an entire feature by himself. He received a lifetime achievement award from the Cinema Audio Society in 1998. The Tennessee Democrat (Portman's daughter is the news editor there) has a great story on how Portman may have influenced the naming of a Star Wars character. Read it here: "Richard Portman changed the nature of sound recording in Hollywood," director Taylor Hackford said in a 2012 Florida State video that celebrated Portman's career. The two worked together on Dolores Claiborne (1995). (Hollywood Reporter)

Lady Gaga Serves Old Hollywood Glamour in 2017 Super Bowl Ad With Tiffany & Co. Tiffany & Co. -- Introducing Lady Gaga for Tiffany Hardwear from Tiffany & Co. on Vimeo. There's a million reasons why you might describe Lady Gaga as creative, but she's not listening to any of them. The Joanne artist stars in Tiffany & Co.'s latest ad, and E! News has the exclusive first look before it airs on Sunday during the 2017 Super Bowl. In the 15-second spot, Gaga channels old Hollywood glam while sporting various baubles from the iconic jewelry designer. In between black and white shots of Gaga laying on the floor and adjusting her jewelry, she tells the camera, "I always want to be challenging the status quo. It's who I am. I love to change. It's pretentious to talk about how creative you are." She adds, " I don't feel that way at all. I think it is empowering and important, and I'm coming for you." In multiple accompanying photos shared exclusively with E! News, the "Perfect Illusion" songstress continues mastering the art of sophistication with a plethora of even more elegant moments. Rocking a subdued look atypical for the wild fashionista, Gaga pulls her platinum blond hair into a sleek bun at the nape of her neck. When it comes to her ensemble, Gaga lets her Tiffany & Co. statement earrings, charm bracelets and rings do the talking as she sports a simple black turtleneck, tailored trousers and chic, pointed-toe pumps. The ad campaign features Gaga admiring herself in the mirror, sifting through jewelry and sitting on a couch. The six-time Grammy winner is poised to dominate the Sunday's festivities as the half time show's headlining performer. It's no secret Gaga has dedicated hours upon hours to perfecting her 12-minute set, and recently revealed it's more than just dream come true to perform at the Super Bowl. "I've been planning this since I was 4, so I know exactly what I'm going to do," the singer said in a promotional behind-the-scenes video for the show. "For me, it's all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn't normally come together." Most recently, Gaga confirmed reports that she'll kick off her performance on the roof (Yes, the actual roof) of the Super Bowl stadium, thanks to an admittedly genius idea courtesy of her sister. Whether posing for Tiffany & Co. or rocking out to her biggest hits onstage, Gaga never fails to deliver major star power. We can't wait to see the full performance when Super Bowl LI airs Feb. 5 from NRG Stadium in Houston on Fox. (Eonline)
Tom Brady's Tearful Reaction to This Question Will Have You Getting Weepy. We're not crying, you're crying! During a press conference on Monday, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady took a sentimental question from a young fan that would quickly have him choking back tears. The fan was 7-year-old Joseph Perez who won a contest and was allowed to ask the player one question, according to Yahoo Sports. "Many people think you're their hero, but who's your hero?" the child wondered. "Who's my hero? That's a great question," the father of three responded. "Well, I think my dad is my hero because he's someone that I look up to every day." While it seemed like Brady was going to say a bit more about Tom Brady Sr., he got teary-eyed and simply concluded with "my dad." Brady faced a second question on the subject after one reporter asked him how his relationship with his father influences the one he has with his own children. "He was just a great example for me and he was always someone that supported me in everything that I did, to come home at night and to bring me out and hit me ground balls and fly balls. I loved baseball growing up and to have a chance to go to 49 games on the weekend with him and my mom and throw the ball in the parking lot at the games. Those are memories that I'll have forever, so you want to try to instill those in your kids, too." While there are still a few more days until his face-off against the Atlanta Falcons in Sunday's Super Bowl, the game will soon be another special memory to share with his little ones. "My kids will have a different experience, but I'll still try to do the best that I can do to raise them the right way," he concluded. The 39-year-old shares 7-year-old son, Brady, and 4-year-old daughter, Vivian, with wife Gisele Bündchen and is dad to 9-year-old John, the son he had with ex Bridget Moynahan. As the three get older, Brady finds himself cherishing every little moment. "Everyone says, 'It goes so fast! It goes so fast!' And it does go so fast, and you enjoy these different moments that they have, because, you know -- it's only once that they get a chance to have their first day of school. To pick them up on their first day of school is so fun," he told E! News last September. "Those are memories I'll have for the rest of my life, and hopefully they'll have them, too." (Eonline)
There's "No One" quite like Alicia Keys. In the new issue of Glamour, the R&B star opens up about her singular style and her journey to self-love -- and PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at the story, available online and in the March issue of the women's glossy. "I think it's beautiful when a woman is comfortable not being the norm," the Grammy winner, 36, said. She's even more comfortable in her skin after nearly a year of going makeup-free. About a year ago, Keys decided to forgo mainstream beauty standards and bare a fresh face, and she has no regrets. "I guess I've come to terms that life is going to be a constant peeling back of layers, a constant unlearning of what we've been taught or believe to be true," she told the magazine. "I think that I've come to terms with the fact that that's just going to happen for the whole duration of my life. I feel really good about being able to look myself in the face and say, 'Oh, who are you now?' And that might change." Keys thinks of her hair as an empowering -- revolutionary, even -- feature. Since she came to fame in 2001 with her breakthrough album Songs in A Minor, Keys' most recognizable hairstyle have been has braids -- and their power isn't lost on her. "I didn't think wearing braids was something revolutionary or iconic; that was just how I loved wearing my hair," she told the magazine. "I recognize now that how you look is your statement, because it's a claiming of yourself. You're saying, 'Look, world. This is me. Love me or hate me, I really don't care.' I guess that is the revolution. I think what happens in the world, and I think it's part human nature and part programming, is we become an emulation of what we see. We become clones of each other. And to break free from that and say, 'Wait, I'm deciding to be my own individual self. And it looks nothing like what anyone else is doing.' There's something so powerful about being my own gorgeous, beautiful, individual, unique self." Motherhood has made her feel more complete. Keys and husband Swizz Beatz have two sons, 2-year-old Genesis Ali and Egypt Daoud, 6. And the singer says her life has become more complete since she welcomed her children. "I love being a mom. And I think what I love the most is the way it makes me think about what's important and what's not important. What to fight for and what to just be cool with," she said. "What it is that I'm teaching through example and what it is that I was taught that I don't want to teach. You can be very fulfilled as a mother, but that can't be the only way you are fulfilled. What about being a woman? What about being yourself? Your awareness of what's happening in the world? It lives altogether in a way that makes a whole. I guess I'd say I'm the wholest I've ever been." She doesn't buy the cliche that "women are catty." Rather than pitting women against each other, Keys believes females need to band together and empower one another. "There is this fallacy about how women are catty that we're all in competition with each other. I'd say: As opposed to getting swept up in jealousy, use that pang to give you an indication of what you are looking for," she said. As for an example of a woman who's walking the talk, she cites digital influencer Lilly Singh as an inspiration. "Actually, there is this awesome performer Lilly Singh [IISuperwomanII on YouTube], who always does this thing: 'Shout out another girl and tell her what you love about her,'" Keys said. "Even doing that is such a good practice. I don't know if we tell women great news about themselves enough. You'd be surprised how often a young woman doesn't hear positive things about herself -- not in her home, not at school. It's hard to create a beautiful image for yourself when you've never seen it or heard it." (Page Six)
Bindi Irwin's Brother Crashes Her Stroll on the Beach With Her Boyfriend Like Only a Sibling a Can. Little brothers -- can't live with them, can't live without them. Bindi Irwin and her sibling are no exception to the rule. While the Dancing With the Stars winner and her boyfriend, Chandler Powell, were walking along the beach to find the perfect spot for a photo op, the duo suddenly became a trio. "When you're trying to get a gorgeous beach video & then BAM! @robertirwinphotography arrives," the star captioned a video on her Instagram account. As Powell's camera rolled, Irwin's brother Robert joined in on the fun by running back and forth in front of the lens with his surfboard in hand. While the goofy move may have frustrated his sister just a touch, the moment was precious all the same. While Robert may crash his sister's dates, at the end of the day, their bond is unbreakable. "Thank you for making me laugh every day," Bindi wrote to Robert on his 13th birthday. "I'll always be here for you." Though the two faced the loss of their famous father, Steve Irwin, when they were just children, Bindi is reminded of her dad every time she's with her brother. "Robert is so much like dad it's crazy," she previously told Daily Mail Australia. "He is the spitting image. Just his mannerisms, everything about Robert is like dad." "No matter what happens in life we've got each other's backs," she added. "Robert often says I'm kind of like a mother." (Eonline)
Prosecutors dropped the assault case against the boyfriend of Jocelyn "Catwoman" Wildenstein, Lloyd Klein, for allegedly hurling her to the ground -- and now he says they are deeply in love again and can't wait to be reunited. Fashion designer Klein was on Monday cleared in a Manhattan court of claims he was involved in a catfight with Wildenstein over possessions at her Trump Tower pad last December. Just three days earlier, Klein had Wildenstein arrested for allegedly slashing him with scissors and scratching him with her fingernails. Now he says he's no longer pressing charges, and defended her as "whimsical" and "beautiful." Klein said of the incident, "This is the result of a situation that got out of hand We have been together for 14 years, we were never at war and we are still in love." The pair has not been able to talk during the legal proceedings, but their lawyers have been in contact and they plan to reunite after her Feb. 15 court date when he'll drop assault charges against her. The designer, who met Wildenstein at his fashion show, blasted those who make assumptions based on her dramatic looks. She became known as "The Bride of Wildenstein" for undergoing cosmetic surgery to make her look like a cat. He said, "Jocelyn is a wonderful lady, she is extremely refined and is a woman of great taste. She is a very whimsical, magical, very special and beautiful person. Yes, she is different, she has something other people do not have. I always said beauty is very subjective. Yes she did have a bit of surgery -- we know that -- but she didn't change her face to look like a cat. I've seen pictures of her when she was 17 and she looked the same as now, she has always looked feline." He believes Wildenstein has been smeared in the press, who purposefully pick the worst pictures of her: "In real life she looks much better than this, when I take photos she looks beautiful. I am a designer, I see the most beautiful women all the time, and she is one of them. When you are someone with exotic looks you should be celebrated, not judged. When people meet her they are mesmerized." Defending their relationship he added of Wildenstein, who became famous when she walked away with a $2.5 billion divorce settlement from her art dealer husband Alec Wildenstein in 1997, "People think I am with Jocelyn because she has this reputation of being extremely rich, that is not the case. I have a very successful fashion business and I have my own money." Of their age gap (she is 76 and he is 49), "I don't see the problem. It is OK for President Trump to have a much younger wife, so why can't a nice woman who keeps herself in shape have a handsome younger man? The world is changing and we need to be open-minded." Vanessa Hudgens -- who paid $1,000 in restitution for carving a heart into a red rock wall during a Valentine's Day trip to Sedona, Ariz. -- explains it was just "chalk." "Me and my boyfriend [Austin Butler] were on a hike and wrote our names on a rock with another rock," she told Sway Calloway's SiriusXM show "Sway in the Morning." Hudgens was hit with a US Forest Service citation and paid the grand in May. Hudgens claims, "It's chalk. If you rub it, it comes off. I knew with the first rain it would go away." The star added: "I'm such an earth person .?.?. I don't mean to disrespect anyone or the land." (Page Six)
Peyton Manning might not be the only superstar NFL quarterback in Washington ... Drew Brees tells TMZ Sports he's also open to the idea of running for office after he hangs up the cleats. The 38-year-old QB is like a living God in New Orleans and is incredibly involved in the community -- so, when we saw him at LAX, we asked if he'd thought about politics after his days with the Saints are over. "It won't be the first thing I do, but I'm not gonna rule it out," Brees told us. There's a lot more in this clip ... Brees also praises Matt Ryan ("deserves to be the MVP") and addresses the Sean Payton trade rumors -- essentially telling us he ain't going nowhere!!! (TMZ)
Legolas, Frodo, Merry, oh my! Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood and more stars from the hugely successful Lord of the Rings franchise reunited on Monday, January 30 -- and it was precious. The actors were joined by costars Viggo Mortensen, Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd for the guys' night out. "They have a cave troll. @theoneringnet @electrice @boydbilly @orlandobloom @empiremagazine #squadgoals," Monaghan, 40, captioned a pic of the gang on Instagram, which appeared to be for an Empire magazine shoot. The group even pretended to be fighting with swords and bow and arrow in Middle-earth. "My captain. My king. @theoneringnet @empiremagazine," the Lost alum captioned another pic with Mortensen, 58. In a third shot with Wood and Boyd, he wrote, "Doffing the off the shoulder band look with aplomb @boydbilly @billyboydactor making @electrice and I look like onions. @theoneringnet @empiremagazine." The longtime pals played hobbits Merry (Monaghan), Frodo (Wood) and Pippin (Boyd), elf warrior Legolas (Bloom) and Rangers of the North leader Aragorn (Mortensen) in the Peter Jackson-directed trilogy, which was adapted by J.R.R. Tolkien's novels. The films were released back-to-back from 2001 to 2003. Last month, Bloom, 40, posted photos from set of The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring in honor of the first film's 15th anniversary. "15 years ago today, #TheLordOfTheRings: The Fellowship of the Ring hit theaters," he captioned the Instagram collage. "And the rest, as you know, is history." (US Weekly)

But instead of going alone, the Hollywood star decided to bring a few co-stars along for the journey. In several social media posts shared Monday evening, fans got to witness some of the films' characters come together for a special reunion. "Me, @TomFelton & @Mattdavelewis marvel at them getting older as I get younger," Jason shared on Twitter while posing with Tom Felton and Matthew Lewis. "To all the Potter fans who remind us to fight for the light." Soon after, he posed for another picture with cast member Warwick Davis. "Here's the album cover," Jason joked on Instagram. "Now all we have to do is come up with the songs. Titles anyone?" The posts caught the attention of thousands of Potter Heads including author J.K. Rowling who shared one of the photos with the heart and lightning bolt emoji. During the visit, the cast was able to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Along the way, some stars were able to experience the rides and attractions with fellow parkgoers. "Me and the wizarding blond bombshell reunited and wandered around Universal's #wizardingworldofharrypotter extremely cognito," Jason shared. "A welcome escape from the horrors of the world until we answered questions on stage and were reminded what the stories were all about: fighting fascism, embracing diversity and never giving up hope. Suddenly seemed a lot less fantastical." He added, "Still, huge love and thanks to all the Potterites who made it a glorious weekend. You're all brilliant - even the tragically unSlytherin. X". Despite the disappointing and honestly horrifying moves being made in the White House, Karlie Kloss is keeping quiet about politics! The supermodel jetted off to Australia last week to make big bucks for Adidas and David Jones, but she's reportedly made it very clear what she will and WON'T talk about in any promotional interviews. It's being said the Chicago native backed out of an appearance on Seven's Sunrise show when they wouldn't agree to her terms AKA no questions about Taylor Swift OR Donald Trump! A source revealed: "Karlie's management called the show the night before she was due to appear demanding they promise not to ask about Taylor Swift. When they said that they made no promises about where the conversation may naturally go, they were told that Karlie would not do the interview." Karlie's boyfriend Josh Kushner was also off-limits, and we're guessing it has something to do with the fact that Donnie's senior adviser Jared Kushner is Josh's big bro! Oh what a tangled web. Even during any interviews the 24-year-old has taken, she's had at least five managers standing and watching. Sounds like she really doesn't want to go there, which is sad considering she has such a big following (6.2 MILLION to be exact)! Now isn't the time to be quiet, girl! Same goes to you, Swifty!! He says the HR supervisor was cool with him working from home if he needed to for pain management. He says a new supervisor took over in April 2016 and turned his work life upside down. In a lawsuit, he says the new HR honcho gave him a hard time when he tried to work from home, and ignored his doctor's notes requesting flexibility. Dinah Jane and Fifth Harmony Are Ready to "Bounce Back" After Canceling NHL Performance. That's our group! The ladies of Fifth Harmony found themselves making headlines this weekend when they suddenly canceled on their 2017 NHL All-Star Game performance minutes before showtime. As it turns out, E! News has learned that group member Dinah Jane experienced an illness that led her unable to take the stage. According to a source, Dinah was not feeling well but was trying to get through the afternoon. Everyone was on site in glam, but Dinah was in pain. Our insider added that EMTs came and she had to be taken out on a stretcher. As a result, the girls couldn't perform without her. Everything We Know About Lady Gaga's 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Performance So Far. No matter if you're rooting for the Atlanta Falcons or the New England Patriots at the upcoming 2017 Super Bowl, we can all cohesively agree we're rooting for one person to put on her best performance yet: Lady Gaga! Yes, after putting on an insane performance of the National Anthem last year, Mother Monster will take the stage for the Super Bowl LI Halftime Show, and it's already looking like it will make history. Here's everything we know about it so far: She's Prepared Her Whole Life: "I've been planning this since I was 4, so I know exactly what I'm going to do," the singer said in a promotional behind-the-scenes video for the show. "For me, it's all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn't normally come together. The thing is, it's such a big world stage in terms of how many people see it and it's been done so many times." She Wants It to Be a Family Experience: In October, Gaga revealed what she hopes the performance will do for viewers across the nation. "I want every guy's girlfriend in his arms... I want every husband and wife kissing... every kid laughing," she told Radio Disney. "In my mind they're having this really powerful family experience watching the Super Bowl." She Looked Back at Former Icons' Shows for Inspiration: Mother Monster made sure to study musicians who led the massive show in the years before her. For example, she told Radio Disney, "Michael Jackson was incredible. I also loved Diana Ross. To be honest, I loved all of the halftime shows. Bruce Springsteen -- my father was a big fan -- I really loved his halftime show too. I want people to feel the patriotism of the event." But She Wants to Do Things Different: In the behind-the-scenes video, she explained, "I think the challenge is to look at it and say, 'What can I do differently? How can I elevate certain little things here and there, and also make it about the music?' This is where I'm supposed to be." So She's Performing on the Roof of the NRG Stadium: Speaking to Mix 104.1 on Monday morning, Gaga confirmed the reports that she will kickoff the performance on the roof of the Super Bowl stadium, and we can thank her sister, Natali, for that idea! She's Been Rehearsing Non-Stop: And it started a full month before the big game. At first, she built a dance floor in her backyard to practice before flying out to Houston last week where she's continued daily rehearsals ever since. She's All Been Training Non-Stop: Gaga has been putting in extra hours to get fit for the performance, training daily. "Training. Everyday all day," she captioned this pic, adding, "#superbowl #halftime." Ricky Jackson Is Doing the Choreography: In the behind-the-scenes video, Jackson opened up about his plans for the show. He's also been tweeting about the exhausting days and how excited he is to be working with Gaga for the big show. "Hugging @ladygaga saying ;I can't believe we made it here! The #SuperBowl,'" he wrote earlier this week. "Bad Romance" Might Be Involved: In the BTS video, Jackson teaches choreography to Gaga's dancers as "Bad Romance" resounds in the background. Perhaps that's a telling sign the hit will be part of her performance!? We can't wait to see the full performance when Super Bowl LI airs Feb. 5 from NRG Stadium in Houston on Fox. (Eonline)
Dangerkids' 'Kill Everything' Video: Premiere Some bands find themselves having an identity crisis when they write their second album because, after spending so much time defining themselves with their debut effort, they aren't certain what path to pursue that stays true to their style but doesn't duplicate their first album. For the Dayton, Ohio, band Dangerkids, the opposite was true when it recorded its sophomore outing, Blacklist (Jan. 7, Paid Vacation Records). The rap/rock group was eager to re-establish the musical direction that helped it break out with 2013's Collapse. "We still feel like a new band in a lot of ways, and since our early inception we always felt like we were playing catch-up," explains rapper Tyler Smyth. "When we initially got signed, it became a race to complete the album -- 'We need more songs! More songs!' -- and a race to get out on the road: 'Tour! Tour!' By the end of the first album cycle, we had given so much time and energy into pleasing the industry around us that we forgot to ask ourselves how we want to sound or how we'd like to be perceived. Working on Blacklist became an opportunity for us to grow as a unit and fight to regain that same creative control that we had when we were just a band in a basement." Smyth observes that Dangerkids is influenced by many rap/rock bands from the early 2000's that they grew up listening to, "as well as a lot of the contemporary rock bands currently paving the way for the next generation." Asked what makes his band different from other such acts, he notes, "Any of our fans would say our biggest difference lies in our lyrics. I think where some rock bands, and more specifically the rock/rap genre, have the reputation for being lyrically vapid, we work hard to share something meaningful, heartfelt and honest in every song." Dangerkids do this on Blacklist by picking up from where they left off lyrically with Collapse, which "addressed the idea of you being your own worst enemy or your own demon," says Smyth. "Blacklist goes in the face of all the outward forces that stand in your way. Although the concept isn't too different -- facing your demons and overcoming your own obstacles -- it was very reflective of our journey as a band over the last couple years. Thematically, this forced us to think from a totally inverted perspective from the first time around, and I think that concept poured over into the sonic tone of the record. The songs, while having less traditional 'heavy' elements, are loads moodier and the attitude is more palpable. My goal with Blacklist is to surprise our fans and open them up to something a little darker and a little more sincere." Billboard has the exclusive premiere of "Kill Everything," the new video from Blacklist. Watch it: Smyth notes that "Kill Everything" is "the encapsulation of the attitude that comes with standing up, dusting yourself off and coming back full force. It was endlessly important that the song sonically reflected this idea and come to a head with the lyric that we feel embodies the entire album, 'Nobody's taller than the last man standing.' As a band that's had so much success so early and an equal amount of adversity, those words are truer now than they've ever been." He adds that the track is important for the band because "it crystalizes the moment that we decided to stop listening to other people's advice and to start trusting ourselves. We developed this concept of us as the living dead, something essentially unkillable and unwilling to be stopped, and used that metaphor to fuel the lyrics. The message and upbeat feel made it the perfect introduction to what we affectionately refer to as 'the new chapter' for Dangerkids." (Billboard)
Big Sean Unveils 'I Decided' Track List Feat. Collaborations With Migos, Eminem & More. With Big Sean's upcoming album I Decided dropping this Friday (Feb. 3), the Detroit rapper has unveiled the track list for his fourth studio effort. As previously revealed in his sit-down with Beats 1's Zane Lowe earlier this month, Sean recruits his fellow D-Town rep Eminem for "No Favors." Singer Jeremih makes an appearance for "Light" while Atlanta hitmakers Migos lend their talents to "Sacrifices." "Sunday Morning Jetpack," which made its debut during Big Sean's Saturday Night Live performance, includes contributions from The-Dream as Twenty88, Sean's duo with singer/girlfriend Jhene Aiko, return for "Same Time Pt. 1." "I Decided means so many things," he told Lowe of the album. "I feel like life is all about the decisions you make. This is what I decided. That's why I put a period in the end of it because it's definitive. I Decided. Period. You go through the different moments in life and they make you who you are," he said. (Billboard)
Grammys: Daft Punk, The Weeknd, Alicia Keys to Perform. Anderson Paak also will join hip-hop veterans A Tribe Called Quest and rock legend Dave Grohl on the Staples Center stage. The Weeknd and Daft Punk lead a stellar lineup of performers added to the Grammy Awards 2017, a bill which also features a collaboration of R&B star Alicia Keys with newcomer Maren Morris. The Recording Academy also announced singer-rapper-musician Anderson Paak will join hip-hop veterans A Tribe Called Quest and rock legend Dave Grohl onstage at this year's ceremony, which takes place Feb. 12 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The latest wave of performers represents a whole lot of precious metal. Forget silverware, think platinum records and Grammy gold. Grohl, the Foo Fighters frontman and a Hall of Famer with Nirvana, has collected 15 Grammys across his career. Keys also has 15 Grammys. Daft Punk and the Weeknd, who teamed up on "I Feel It Coming" and the title track from the Canadian artist's latest album Starboy, have eight Grammys between them (six for Daft Punk, two for The Weeknd). They'll join previously announced performers Adele, John Legend, Metallica, Carrie Underwood, Bruno Mars and Keith Urban on music's biggest night. Late Late Show's James Corden will host the 59th annual Grammy Awards, which is produced by AEG Ehrlich Ventures for The Recording Academy and will be beamed live on the CBS Television Network. The field this year is led by Beyonce, with nine nominations, while Drake, Rihanna and Kanye West are next up with eight nods each. (Hollywood Reporter)

The Final Beauty and the Beast Trailer Is Here! Watch Disney's Big Surprise During The Bachelor. Belle, will you accept this rose? Luke Evans and Josh Gad -- who play Gaston and Le Fou, respectively, in Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures' Beauty and the Beast -- premiered the film's final trailer during all-new episode of The Bachelor. The trailer features Ariana Grande and John Legend singing the title track. Directed by Bill Condon, Disney's live-action adaptation of its Oscar-winning 1991 animated musical stars Kevin Kline as Maurice, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette, Audra McDonald as Madame de Garderobe, Ewan McGregor as Lumière, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Dan Stevens as Beast, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza and Emma Watson as Belle. Can't wait for the film's March 17 release? Beginning Feb. 10, Walt Disney World visitors can watch an eight-minute preview at the One Man's Dream attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios. There will also be a preview playing at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, Calif. The original film has long been a favorite among the cast. "Belle was one of my idols growing up," Watson tells Empire. "I knew every word to the animation. I was born in Paris like Belle. We both love books, obviously. She is someone who doesn't really feel like she fits in, but she finds her place in the world and uses what makes her different. She was just inspiring to me." In contrast, Evans couldn't be more different than Gaston. "He gets as dark as any Disney character could possibly get," he says of playing the burly, egotistical villain. "This is a man who, for the first time in his life, hasn't got what he wanted." Fans can expect to hear their favorite songs from the animated film, as well as a few new numbers. "There's not one from the original film that's not iconic, beautiful and perfect, and there was never in my mind any thought of dropping any of them. But entering this more live-action, photo-real, psychologically more vivid medium meant basic questions informing the need for new songs. Not reinventions, but expansions," the film's director tells The Telegraph. "So that score has been enhanced by three songs, all of them written by Alan Menken. He's gone completely back inside the music he wrote the first time, and they fit in effortlessly." Beauty and the Beast is in theaters March 17. (Eonline)
Ben Affleck Steps Down From Directing Standalone Batman Movie. The Batman has lost its director. Ben Affleck was set to star, co-write and direct the standalone superhero flick about the caped crusader, but in a statement to E! News, the actor reveals such is no longer the case. "There are certain characters who hold a special place in the hearts of millions. Performing this role demands focus, passion and the very best performance I can give. It has become clear that I cannot do both jobs to the level they require," the statement, issued Monday night, read. "Together with the studio, I have decided to find a partner in a director who will collaborate with me on this massive film. I am still in this, and we are making it, but we are currently looking for a director. I remain extremely committed to this project, and look forward to bringing this to life for fans around the world," Affleck continued. As to what extent Affleck's role in The Batman remains, a source confirms to E! News he will still star in the upcoming flick. "This is about making the best picture for the fans. This iconic role deserves that," the insider explains. Affleck transformed into Bruce Wayne in 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as well as in Suicide Squad. Come this November, Ben will reprise his Dark Knight role in Justice League. It's not necessarily surprising that the actor bowed out from the project, as a recent interview with The Guardian alluded to Affleck's hesitance about sitting in the director's chair. "That's the idea. But it's not a set thing and there's no script. If it doesn't come together in a way I think is really great, I'm not going to do it," he shared with the outlet. Although there's no set release date, The Batman is expected to hit theaters between 2018 and 2020, in between the release of The Flash movie and Cyborg film. Affleck most recently directed and starred in Live By Night, which hit theaters earlier this year. (Eonline)

'Fifty Shades Darker' Tracking Well Behind First Film in Box-Office Bow. Two years ago, 'Fifty Shades of Grey' was a box-office phenomenon when debuting to $85 million in North America over Valentine's Day weekend. Has the curiosity factor worn off the Fifty Shades rose? Two weeks out, prerelease tracking suggests sequel Fifty Shades Darker will open in the $35 million to $40 million range in North America over the Feb. 10-12 weekend. That's less than half of the $85 million launch of Fifty Shades of Grey over President's Day/Valentine's Day weekend in 2015, when the lover's holiday fell on a Saturday night. (This time, Valentine's Day falls on the following Tuesday, a distinct disadvantage.) At the time, E.L. James' erotic book trilogy about a modern-day sadomasochistic relationship was a worldwide sensation (many dubbed the books "mommy porn"). Universal won a fierce bidding war for film rights to the books, with Fifty Shades of Grey grossing $166 million domestically and $571 million globally in theaters against a modest $40 million budget. Those close to the sequel say a $40 million U.S. debut would automatically put Fifty Shades Darker in the win category, considering it cost no more than $55 million to make. They also note the first film opened well ahead of expectations, and that Fifty Shades Darker could open to lower expectations but play longer. James exerted plenty of control over Fifty Shades Darker after clashing with Fifty Shades of Grey director Sam-Taylor Jackson. Universal hired her husband, Neil Leonard, to write the adapted screenplay, and James Foley to direct. Stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan reprise their roles as Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively, in Fifty Shades Darker. The sequel opens in numerous foreign markets timed to its U.S launch. Foley shot Fifty Shades Darker and threequel Fifty Shades Freed back-to-back. (Hollywood Reporter)

Meet Supergirl's New Big Bad: Teri Hatcher. Teri Hatcher just can't quit those Kryptonians. Hatcher, who starred in Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman as Lois Lane, has joined the cast of Supergirl. Hatcher's role is being kept under wraps, but E! News has learned she's poised to become Supergirl's (Melissa Benoist) big bad. After Lois and Clark, and during her tenure on Desperate Housewives, Hatcher appeared on Smallville as Ella Lane, mother to Erica Durance's incarnation of Lois Lane. "No offense to any of the wonderful actresses who have also played the part, but Teri Hatcher is my all-time favorite Lois Lane. To have her come back to the SuperWorld in a completely different part is an unbelievable gift to me, Greg, and the fans," executive producer Andrew Kreisberg said in a statement. Hatcher will appear in multiple episodes of Supergirl season two. Her most recent TV credits include The Odd Couple opposite Matthew Perry and Thomas Lennon and providing voice work in Jake and the Never Land Pirates. Hatcher won a Golden Globe for her work on Desperate Housewives and was nominated for an Emmy for the series as well. She's also taken home three SAG Awards for her work on the ABC dramedy. Oprah Winfrey Joins 60 Minutes as Special Contributor. Oprah Winfrey has a new TV gig. The veteran talk show host is returning to network TV with a new gig on CBS's 60 Minutes. Winfrey will serve as special contributor on the news program. She'll make her debut this fall. "There is only one Oprah Winfrey," Jeff Fager, executive producer, said in a statement. "She has achieved excellence in everything she has touched. Her body of work is extraordinary, including thousands of interviews with people from all walks of life. She is a remarkable and talented woman with a level of integrity that sets her apart and makes her a perfect fit for 60 Minutes. I am thrilled that she will be bringing her unique and powerful voice to our broadcast." Winfrey hosted The Oprah Winfrey Show for 25 years before ending the series and launching OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. Winfrey's Harpo Productions is also behind Dr. Phil, The Dr. Oz Show and Rachael Ray. She's also an Oscar-nominated actress for The Color Purple. Next up is HBO's The Immoral Life of Henrietta Lacks opposite Rose Byrne and the remake of A Wrinkle in Time. "I've been a big admirer of 60 Minutes since my days as a young reporter," Winfrey said in a statement. "I'm so excited and proud to join forces with this historic news program, which for me represents the bastion of journalistic storytelling. At a time when people are so divided, my intention is to bring relevant insight and perspective, to look at what separates us, and help facilitate real conversations between people from different backgrounds." Winfrey hasn't been totally gone from TV. She returned to hosting and interviews on OWN with Oprah Prime, formerly known as Oprah's Next Chapter and currently appears in Weight Watchers commercials after joining the board of directors in 2016. Winfrey's 60 Minutes gig is a reunion of sorts -- her longtime friend, Gayle King, serves as an anchor on CBS This Morning. (Eonline)
Busy Philipps Reunites With Ex-Boyfriend Colin Hanks on Live! With Kelly. Busy Philipps had an interesting morning, to say the least! The actress teamed up with Kelly Ripa as the co-host on Live! With Kelly Tuesday morning, and things got exciting when the duo announced the show's upcoming guest, Colin Hanks. Hanks is a successful actor, producer and documentary maker who also happens to be Philipps' ex-boyfriend! Yes, during the co-host chat at the beginning of today's show, Philipps' told Ripa she met Hanks at Loyola Marymount University, and they dated for a "long time" in college. Despite breaking up, however, the actress revealed, "We are very, very close friends now. His wife [Samantha Bryant] and I are very tight. He had my husband [Marc Silverstein] hang out. But we dated for a long time, actually. He's really excited that I am here co-hosting." When Hanks finally joined them on-stage, he joked sarcastically, "It's not awkward going on national television and being interviewed by your old, college girlfriend. That's not weird at all!" Ripa tried to stir things up (jokingly, of course) by asking why they broke up all those years ago, getting both to confess that they were simply two, young "jerks." Philipps explained, "We were young, we were babies," before noting, "[But now] it's our 20 years of friendship anniversary. We met 20 years ago!" While the actress said she doesn't ever think about what could have been, she does admit, "I do have moments where I think how cool that we knew each other at this formative moment in our lives and are still so close." Hanks agreed, adding, "We got our first television show the same week. We got our first movies within the same week. We were able to go through these really special moments in young actors' lives together. Now we also get to do morning school drop off together! Our kids are in the same school." Former couples, take note! (Eonline)
Tangled: The Series Gets a Premiere Date! Watch Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi Make the Adorably Awkward Announcement. "You guys, we're back. It's happening." Tangled fans, get ready to set your DVRs now because Disney Channel has finally revealed the premiere date of Tangled: The Series, a continuation of the 2010 film based on the Rapunzel fairy tale. Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi will officially be back in action as Rapunzel and Eugene (formerly Flynn Rider) on Friday, March 10, with the debut of Tangled Before Ever After, a new Disney Channel Original Movie, on Friday, March 10, before Tangled: The Series officially kicks off on Friday, March 24. Double the Tangled, double the fun! To help get fans excited for Tangled's return, stars Moore and Levi attempted, and adorably failed, to tease what fans can expect to see in the video. "Songs and adventure and everything in between," This Is Us' Moore is able to say in between her giggle fits, also adding, "I feel like you get to know mom and dad a whole lot better, because family is important." As for the whole name-change with Levi's character, the Chuck star said, "And Flynn is now Eugene, but he's also still kind of Flynn, isn't he?" Plus, they tease some of the characters that will definitely be back in the series and the movie, with the latter finding Rapunzel grappling with the new responsibilities of being princess and the overprotective ways of her father. While she wholeheartedly loves Eugene, Rapunzel does not share his immediate desire to get married and settle down within the castle walls. Determined to live life on her own terms, she and Cassandra embark on a secret adventure where they encounter mystical rocks that magically cause Rapunzel's long blonde hair to grow back. Impossible to break and difficult to hide, Rapunzel must learn to embrace her hair and all that it represents. Tangled: The Series will debut on Friday, March 24 on Disney Channel, with the original movie, Tangled Before Ever After premieres on Friday, March 10. (Eonline)
Somehow Game of Thrones Season 7 Will "Blow Everyone's Minds Even More Than" Season 6. Game of Thrones season seven is still months away -- it was delayed form its normal spring premiere to the summer because weather conditions affected filming -- but now that the cast has been back at work on the show, that means we're going to get some spoilers, right? What do you think? "I'm not allowed to tell anyone anything," Nathalie Emmanuel, Missandei on Game of Thrones, told E! News at Entertainment Weekly's SAG Awards party. Sigh. But wait! Maybe there's something she can tell us. "I can tell you that this season somehow is going to blow everyone's minds even more than the last. I'm not even sure what else to say," Emmanuel said. Will somebody die? "Well, it is Game of Thrones, I'm sure someone is going to die," she said. Expect the momentum the show built last season to kick into high gear, Emmanuel said, with storylines "sort of combining and crashing together." "It's a very, very dynamic season," she promised. Emmanuel's costar Maisie Williams has already been teasing season seven in interviews and on Twitter. During a recent radio chat, Williams said the finale for the upcoming season left her anxious for the eighth and final season. "I make educated guesses and we try and get answers and bits of information from the writers, but they keep it close to their chest. It's so exciting... it's just a great finale, it makes me excited for the series after," Williams said of what's ahead. After she read the scripts for the upcoming season she took to Twitter. "Just finished reading season 7," she tweeted. "S -- t gets REAL... I'd start preparing yourselves now... Scratch that, nothing will prepare you for this." Long story short, Game of Thrones season seven is worth the wait, according to those involved. Winter is here soon. (Eonline)
Paris Jackson Will Guest on Star, Making Her Acting Debut on the Fox Musical Drama. Paris Jackson is heading to TV. The daughter of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, will make her acting debut on Fox's Star later this season. This is Jackson's first scripted acting gig. The 18-year-old will play Rachel Wells, a young, super-chic, stylish and intimidating social media guru who oversees a publicity shoot of the girl group and deliberately goads Eva (Sharlene Taule) and Star (Jude Demorest) into pushing some boundaries, according to the official casting announcement. The cast of Star also includes Queen Latifah, Benjamin Bratt, Jude Demorest, Brittany O'Grady, Ryan Destiny, Amiyah Scott and Quincy Brown. Guest stars over the first season so far include Lenny Kravitz, Tyrese Gibson and Naomi Campbell. Star hails from Empire's Lee Daniels and follows a new music group made up of three young women who are mentored by Queen Latifah's Carlotta Brown and Bratt's Jahil Rivera, their agent who is looking for his big break. The show features original music, like Empire. Two weeks ago Daniels posted a selfie with Jackson on Instagram, stoking the speculation that they were collaborating. "#whenpariscomestoyou ?? ...talking talking talking," he posted with the photo. Jackson recently stepped back into the public eye with a splashy Rolling Stone cover story where she made a number of bombshell revelations, including the amount of tattoos and piercings she has and her father's legal battles involving allegations of child molestation. Star airs Wednesdays, 9 p.m. on Fox. (Eonline)
Orange Is the New Black's Lea DeLaria: ''I'm the Lesbian Jack Nicholson!'' Lea DeLaria is single and ready to mingle -- a lot. "I'm the lesbian Jack Nicholson," the Orange Is the New Black star said at the SAG Awards. "I'm dating a lot, dating a lot of young girls. That's where I am right now. "I'm not going to waste this fame," she added. "I'm going to get as many 20-something girls as I can get my hands on." DeLaria announced just three weeks ago that she and Chelsea Fairless had called it quits. DeLaria popped the question about two years ago. They revealed they were no longer together by posting a photo on Instagram of themselves with Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor at Liza Minnelli's wedding to David Guest. "Apparently this was an eerily prophetic choice of engagement photo as our relationship has since gone the way of David and Liza, with one small exception: our split is amicable," the caption read. "Please exclude us from the tragic and basic celebrity breakup narrative. We were happy together for four years and will remain in each other's lives. In fact, we look forward to finding new ways to torture each other. We would like to thank our incredible friends and families for their love and support ? xoxo Lea &@female_trouble." DeLaria told me that she and Fairless are still really close friends. "It was hard for both of us in the beginning, but we're good," she said. "Anyone who has ever met Chelsea knows this -- she's an amazing human being. I can't imagine my life without her." Or her look at the SAG Awards without her. "She's still my stylist," DeLaria said. "She put me together today!" (Eonline)
Peter Capaldi Is Leaving Doctor Who After Season 10. The rumors are true, Who fans: Peter Capaldi will be leaving Doctor Who at the end of this year. Capaldi has been at the helm of the TARDIS for two seasons now, and will be back for a third, but he announced on Monday that it will be his last. "This will be the end for me," Capaldi told BBC Radio 2's Jo Whiley. "I feel sad. I love Doctor Who, it's a fantastic program to work on. It's been a huge pleasure to work with a family. I can't praise the people I've worked with more highly, but I've always been somebody that did a lot of different things. But I've never done one job for three years. This is the first time I've done this, and I feel it's sort of time for me to move on to different challenges." This news may not come as a huge shock to fans of the long-running series, since rumors of Capaldi's exit have been swirling for months now. In late 2015, he told The Telegraph, "I love Doctor Who but it can be quite an insular world and I want to do other things. There will come a time when this is over. But I knew that when I started." The end of season 10 marks the end of Capaldi's contract, and he was asked to return, but it was his decision to say goodbye to the character. "I just thought, you know, I love this, but I don't know how long I can do it and give it my best. And if I'm not giving it my best, I don't want to do it," he says. "I wanted to move onto other challenges. But there will never be anything that's been more special to me." His exit will coincide with showrunner Steven Moffat's exit from the series. Just over a year ago, Moffat announced that the upcoming season 10 will be his last. The 2018 season will be run by Broadchurch creator Chris Chibnall. However, we've still got a whole season to go before we have to say goodbye to either Capaldi or Moffat. "I'm still Doctor Who," he says. "We've got a lot to do. We're doing epic stuff, and there's a lot of stuff to do. I'm not done yet." Capaldi took over for Matt Smith in 2013. Doctor Who returns Saturday, April 15 at 9 p.m. on BBC America. (Eonline)
Channel 4's Foreign-Language Drama Streamer Walter Presents to Launch in U.S. as SVOD Service. "Countries all over the globe are now producing extraordinary TV series," says founder and curator Walter Iuzzolino about the service, which will cost $6.99 a month in the U.S. British online streaming service Walter Presents, which focuses on curated foreign-language drama series and has developed a loyal following amid growing demand for high-end series from around the world, is coming to the U.S. in March. Walter Presents launched in the U.K. in January 2016 as a venture of Britain's Channel 4, which owns a majority stake in it, and Global Series Network with an advertising-based VOD model that has seen it attract millions of video views as part of Channel 4's on-demand service All 4. In the U.S., it will be offered as an advertising-free subscription VOD service for $6.99 per month. In unveiling the jump across the Atlantic, the companies on Tuesday promised to provide "award-winning, top-rated, exclusive and original first-run drama series from around the world to U.S. audiences with an appetite for quality TV content." The service will be available in the U.S. on various platforms and at WalterPresents.com and will launch with 34 series from 12 countries, including Brazil, Argentina, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Norway and the Netherlands. It will then premiere two new series each month. Overall, it aims to host more than 500 hours of programming in its first year in the U.S. Among the shows available at launch will be Spin, billed as the French House of Cards, and Norwegian hit thriller Valkyrien, about a surgeon who agrees to treat patients from the criminal underworld in return for the use of secret facilities that may help cure his dying wife. Each season will be available in its entirety, allowing viewers to binge watch, with the service also allowing for customized subtitling. The service is named after its founder, Walter Iuzzolino, an Italy-born former TV executive who quit his job to make TV watching his full-time focus and who handpicks every series available on it. Walter Presents US Content Trailer Final from Lily Sida-Murray on Vimeo. "For years, America has led the way with a string of iconic titles to become the undisputed home of great TV drama. But the rest of the world hasn't stood still," said Iuzzolino. "Inspired by the quality of the very best U.S. drama, countries all over the globe are now producing extraordinary TV series, unforgettable stories, which are becoming global smash hits. I am excited at the chance to introduce U.S. viewers to this TV treasure trove." The U.S. is only the first target for the partners behind the service and represents Channel 4's first major investment outside of the U.K. The partners plan to roll out Walter Presents to other international markets in the next year and more after that. "Channel 4 has always been at the forefront of breaking new ground in creating and distributing award-winning content," said Channel 4 CEO David Abraham. "Our partnership with Global Series Network making Walter Presents a phenomenal success in the U.K. has proved there is a significant market for exceptional non-English subtitled drama, and I'm sure U.S. viewers will be equally attracted to its rich content offerings from across the globe." Jason Thorp, CEO of Global Series Network, said: "The niche SVOD market has huge potential for growth, and the U.S. is the perfect starting place for Walter Presents' international rollout. We've developed a strong, smart standout brand, cleverly curated with a proven performance track record, and we're confident it will strike a chord with U.S. audiences." While the partners are not sharing any subscriber targets for the U.S., Abraham told THR that there is room for and interest in niche services in the U.S. beyond streaming giants Netflix and Amazon. "We know that consumers are comfortable subscribing to multiple services. We have done our homework on the appetite for well-targeted niche services in a market with over 300 million people," he said. "In the U.K., it's worked under a slightly different model. The U.S. market is many times bigger. If you start in the U.S., clearly one goes with a model that is self-standing from the get-go, which leads you to the SVOD approach." "The U.S. is an extremely significant and dynamic market opportunity, and it's a very diverse country with a lot of people from different backgrounds with an interest in international content," he added, also highlighting that the price tag means that "people are free to dip in and out." What is the key to success for the new SVOD service? "The thing about the Walter Presents proposition is the combination of the quality of the content, the exclusivity and the elegance and the power of the brand itself," said Abraham. "We together developed the idea that the best advocate of this proposition is Walter himself. Initially, he was a bit reluctant to be the face of the brand, but we did some tests, and he got comfortable with it. It is such an authentic brand idea that audiences have really related to. It's also practical. You want to watch those video introductions that he does to decide whether you want to invest eight or 10 hours of your life in a program. I have very high hopes that Walter will also resonate among U.S. audiences." (Hollywood Reporter)
TV Ratings: Screen Actors Guild Awards Climb 50 Percent in Sunday Return. The TNT-TBS shared telecast still grossed a modest 3.9 million viewers, but continues an optimistic trend among this year's award shows. The Screen Actors Guild Awards pulled an exceptionally solid crowd, at least by SAG standards, Sunday night. With a combined 3.9 million viewers tuning in to the live telecast, shared on Turner networks TNT and TBS, the acting kudos climbed 50 percent from last year's outing -- which aired on a Saturday. Among both total viewers and adults 18-49, where the show averaged a combined 1.2 rating, the SAG Awards were Sunday's biggest cable effort outside of ESPN's coverage of the Pro Bowl. Compared to the last Sunday telecast, the SAG Awards were virtually even. Airing on cable, and typically not the source of as much chatter as bigger award shows, the SAG Awards typically pull modest returns. But the significant year-over-year improvement is another dose of potentially good news for February's Academy Awards telecast. The Oscars have been subject to negative ratings headlines in recent years, but the SAG lift follows a boosted (albeit modestly) outing for the Golden Globe Awards on TV. The ratings lift for SAG is perhaps less surprising given the surplus of attention around this year's event. Most winners chose to spend their time on stage decrying (both subtly and unsubtly) the week in office for president and Apprentice executive producer Donald Trump -- particularly his commitment to building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and his recent immigration ban on people and refugees coming in from several majority-Muslim countries. Several other guild awards remain, but it will be nearly a month before the next big TV telecasts -- with the Independent Spirit Awards airing Feb. 25 and the Oscars set for the following day, Feb. 26.

The world is changing and we need to be open-minded." (Page Six)
Vanessa Hudgens -- who paid $1,000 in restitution for carving a heart into a red rock wall during a Valentine's Day trip to Sedona, Ariz.

(Billboard)

(Eonline)

"I've been fortunate to work with Pamela on various projects over the years and felt a great relief leaving this story in her hands." (Hollywood Reporter)

(Eonline)

Impossible to break and difficult to hide, Rapunzel must learn to embrace her hair and all that it represents.
(Eonline)
