In overall fair condition, mattress / bed frame need to be replaced bathroom counter top damaged, mini blinds throughout damaged both sky lights damaged, exterior damage to left side, wall by stove damaged, sleeps 5, queen size bed, twin bunk beds, table converts to to twin bed, fridge is LP/AC, 3 burner stove top. Electrical system good with exception of the GFCI in bathroom which is not working. Water / sewage, fridge and stove top have not been tested.
